Description

用于冰箱的风门装置和冰箱 技术领域
本发明涉及冷藏冷冻装置,特别是涉及一种用于冰箱的风门装置和冰箱。
背景技术
风冷式的冰箱一般将蒸发器设置在一个独立的冷却室中,并在储物间室的后侧设置风道,以将冷却室内的冷却空气输送至储物间室。风门设置在风道中,用于导通、遮蔽风道,或者调节风道的通风面积,以调节储物间室的温度。
现有技术中的风门通常为电动风门。电动风门调节准确,可控性强,但其成本较高,结构复杂,控制繁琐,而且在使用时还会耗费一定的电能。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是要至少解决现有技术存在的上述缺陷之一,提供一种结构简单、操作方便且无需耗费电能的风门装置。
本发明的另一个目的是要提供一种包括该风门装置的冰箱。
一方面,本发明提供了一种用于冰箱的风门装置,其包括:门框,其开设有通风口;门板,可枢转地安装在门框上,以受控地调节通风口的开启面积,门板的一侧设置有平行于门板的枢转轴线且向外延伸的导向柱;和导向板,可平移地安装于门框,且与门板的枢转轴线垂直设置,导向板上开设有与导向柱相配合的导向凹陷部,导向凹陷部的延伸方向与导向板的平移方向呈预定角度设置,以在导向板平移时,使导向柱在导向凹陷部内滑动,以带动门板转动。
可选地,门框包括:基板,其中部开设有通风口;以及侧边框架,围绕设置于基板的外侧边缘,以限定出容纳门板的容纳空间,并且侧边框架包括分别与基板垂直设置的四个侧边。

图1是根据本发明一个实施例的用于冰箱的风门装置的装配示意图,图2是图1所示风门装置的分解示意图。如图1和图2所示,风门装置100一般性地可包括门框110、门板120和导向板130。其中,门框110上开设有通风口111。门板120可枢转地安装在门框110上,可通过调节门板120的枢转角度,来改变通风口111的开启面积,以调节从通风口111流过的冷却空气的流量。为了实现枢转运动,门板120的一侧设置有平行于门板120的枢转轴线(沿x轴方向)并且向外延伸的导向柱122。导向板130可平移地安装于门框110,且与门板120的枢转轴线垂直设置(平行于yz平面)。并且,导向板130上开设有与导向柱122相配合的导向凹陷部131(可以为通孔或槽),导向凹陷部131的延伸方向与导向板130的平移方向呈预定角度设置, 以在导向板130平移时,使导向柱122在导向凹陷部131内滑动,以带动门板120转动,为实现此运动过程,前述的预定角度应设置为锐角。
具体地,门框110可包括基板112和侧边框架,上述的通风口111开设在基板112中部。侧边框架围绕设置于基板112的外侧边缘,以限定出容纳门板120的容纳空间。如图2所示,侧边框架包括分别与基板112(基板112平行于xy平面)垂直设置的四个侧边,即第一侧边113、第二侧边114、第三侧边115和第四侧边116。其中,第一侧边113和第二侧边114平行设置(即均平行于yz平面)且分别开设相对的安装孔117,以供安装门板120的枢轴123。导向板130贴靠于第一侧边113的外侧设置,可沿其外侧做平移运动。
在优选的实施例中,门板120的枢轴123位于门板120的远离导向柱122的一侧边缘。当然,在另外一些实施例中,门板120的枢轴123也可设置在门板120的中部边缘,也就是使门板120的枢转轴线位于门板120的中心线上(未图示)。
为了使门板120的平移运动受到限制,使其仅能沿预定方向移动,第一侧边113的外侧表面可开设有沿预定方向延伸的导向槽118,同时,导向板130上可形成有朝向导向槽118凸伸的导向凸起133,导向凸起133可动地设置在导向槽118内。导向凸起133可以是连续的一个凸条,也可以是断续的多个凸条(如图2),只要能合理限定门板120的平移方向即可。为了方便调节,导向槽118的延伸方向为直线,并且该延伸方向与通风口111所在的平面平行(即沿y轴方向)。另外,导向板130上的导向凹陷部131也可沿直线延伸。
如图1和图2所示,门板120的一侧边缘设置有从门板120的表面朝远离通风口111的方向延伸的连接耳板121,且导向柱122固定在连接耳板121的远离门板120的端部,从而避免在门板120关闭通风口111时导向柱122碰撞到第一侧边113。
在一些实施例中,导向板130上可设置有手柄部132,以方便用户手持手柄部132移动导向板130。
图3是根据本发明一个实施例的冰箱的侧面剖视图。如图1至图3所示,冰箱10包括多个储物间室200和一个设置在冰箱10底部的冷却室400。蒸发器410设置在冷却室400内部,风道300连通冷却室400和各个储物间室200,以受控地为储物间室200输送由冷却室400制备的冷却空气。前述的风门装置100设置在风道300中,其门框110和门板120设置在风道300内侧,导向板130设置在风道300前壁外侧、即位于储物间室200内,以便用户通过移动导向板130,带动门板120相对门框110枢转,调节通风口111的开启面积,以改变进入储物间室200的冷却空气的流量,从而调节储物间室200的温度。
风门装置100的具体设置位置可根据风道300的走向来确定,例如图3所示的实施例中, 风道300在冰箱10的后侧沿竖直方向设置,此时可使门板120的枢转轴线沿冰箱10的前后方向设置,即如图3所示,使x轴正向朝后设置,而使z轴正向朝上设置,y轴正向垂直于图3的纸面向里设置,图3未示出。用户拨动手柄部132,可沿y轴方向(垂直于图3的纸面方向)移动导向板130,使门板120枢转地改变通风口111的开启面积。

    门框,其开设有通风口;

    导向板,可平移地安装于所述门框,且与所述门板的枢转轴线垂直设置,所述导向板上开设有与所述导向柱相配合的导向凹陷部,所述导向凹陷部的延伸方向与所述导向板的平移方向呈预定角度设置,以在所述导向板平移时,使所述导向柱在所述导向凹陷部内滑动,以带动所述门板转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的风门装置,其特征在于所述门框包括:
    基板,其中部开设有所述通风口;以及
    侧边框架,围绕设置于所述基板的外侧边缘,以限定出容纳所述门板的容纳空间,并且所述侧边框架包括分别与所述基板垂直设置的四个侧边。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的风门装置,其特征在于,
    所述四个侧边中包括平行设置的第一侧边和第二侧边,所述第一侧边和所述第二侧边分别开设相对的安装孔,以供安装所述门板的枢轴;且
    所述导向板贴靠于所述第一侧边的外侧。

  5. 根据权利要求3所述的风门装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一侧边的外侧表面开设有沿预定方向延伸的导向槽;且
    所述导向板上形成有朝向所述导向槽凸伸的导向凸起,所述导向凸起可动地设置在所述导向槽内,用于引导所述导向板的平移方向。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的风门装置,其特征在于,
    所述导向槽沿与所述通风口所在平面平行的直线延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的风门装置,其特征在于,
    所述导向凹陷部在所述导向板上沿直线延伸。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的风门装置,其特征在于,
    所述门板的一侧边缘设置有从所述门板的表面朝远离所述通风口的方向延伸的连接耳 板;且
    所述导向柱固定在所述连接耳板的远离所述门板的端部。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的风门装置,其特征在于,
    所述导向板上设置有手柄部,以便用户手持所述手柄部移动所述导向板。
  10. 一种冰箱,包括储物间室和为所述储物间室输送冷却空气的风道,其特征在于还包括:
    至少一个根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的风门装置,所述门框和所述门板设置在所述风道中,以在移动所述导向板时,使所述门板相对所述门框转动,以调节所述通风口的开启面积。
