Abstract

一种用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其包含设于壳体(1)内部的数种模式的LED模块(11)和用于录像记录的摄像模块(12),该LED模块(11)能提供持续照明和空气质量指示与闪烁警示,该壳体(1)内另设有用于红外线及语音控制的遥控模块(14)、且设置有侦测温湿度、空气质量、气体、烟雾的环境模块(15),以及用于体温感测及生物辨识感测目标体状态的辨识模块(13),将上述各模块以电性连接至设有中央处理器(4)的主控制板(2),由辨识模块(13)主导各模块设备间的一系列自动连动应用,更具备有一定的学习能力;配合遥控模块(14)自动开启电器产品,实现人走灯灭及相关连接设备关闭,达到感知化启闭设备并改善能源使用浪费,更能以生物辨识模块(13)结合摄像模块(12),让老人于居家生活能受自动监控。

Description

用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,将数种功能的侦测组件配设于该照明装置内,主要是用于侦测人体与环境状态,依据当前状态来驱动相对应功能。
背景技术
随着发光二极管(Light Emiting Doide,LED)的技术应用越趋成熟,各厂商除了继续发展节能及照明科技外,相关的LED于市售款式及功能也逐渐朝向多功能目标发展;但市售的多功能LED商品,其厂商针对消费者的一般多为家庭或小型公司的环境,大部份整合之功能较为简易,除了体积较一般LED商品来得更占空间,甚至还需额外配置组件才得以使用,且后续维修及替换零件,对于一般消费者而言,并非简单易用。
而且,当前各国社会年龄层的老化,居家看护服务也逐渐被受重视,但若要雇请专人看护,需额外支付大笔费用、以及等待长时间审核资格的流程,对于一般双薪或中产阶级的家庭而言,其费用负担较为吃重且缓不济急;虽然,目前市售商品也有类似云端的监控设备,但缺点在于就算发生事情,也只能由监视画面中得知,并无法立即做出适当处置,故仍有急需改善之处。
发明内容
本创作者从事相关LED研发制造多年,深知用户需求,故前述所提及的LED侦测商品和远程监控商品,若能加以整构成独立系统,势必能满足需要居家看护的家庭、以及建构具有智慧控制的居家环境。
例如美国专利申请案第12/009,674号,一种现场监测员工的时间追踪系统,利用网络将监视画面内的人员信息,配合现场的生物扫瞄,发送至客户端,判别员工的活动范围及行为,藉此达成管理员工之目的;但此种方式需透过额外装置识别员工是否进入监控范围,若应用于一般使用者想要监控居家环境时,有点过于不便。
例如日本专利申请案第2012-22579号,驻波雷达内置型LED照明器具,当中所利用的分析侦测人体距离、以及生理状态,进而驱动光源及警报,近而对应不同使用方式能安装于建筑物、交通工具、以及用于道路;但其缺点在于无法高精密且迅速检测人体状态的异常,且检测范围短,但对于实际应用于家庭或是干扰较多的环境中,还是具有相当不易的困难程度。
本发明透过照明装置结合现有技术中多种侦测与远程监控的技术,研发出一种有关生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,从常见结构上改善精度较低的侦测功能、统整居家环境常用的电器装置、以及透过系统判别人体状态结合相对应的设备,使本发明用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置能够具有实际实用性,其包含有:一壳体,内部设有数种模式的LED模块、以及用于影像纪录的一摄像模块,该LED模块供给持续照明和空气质量指示与闪烁警示,而该壳体内更设有一遥控模块、一环境模块、一辨识模块、以及一主控制板,该遥控模块用于红外线与语音的接收与传递,该环境模块则用于侦测温湿度、空气质量、气体与烟雾功能,该辨识模块则用于体温感测及生物辨识目标体状态,透过设有中央处理器的一主控制板电性链接前述各模块,由辨识模块主导各模块设备间的一系列自动连动应用,且具备学习能力,以及判别该目标体与环境设定的标准,达成启闭相对应之功能,因此,能达到环境侦测以及远程监控目标体,并且能透过立即反应做出相对应的功能启闭,让居住质量以及安全性得以提升,且易于实施。为便于贵审查委员能进一步了解有关本发明为达上述目的、特征所采用的技术手段及其功效,兹例举较佳实施例并配合图式说明如下。

图5所示,主要包含有:一壳体(1)内部设有数种模式的LED模块(11)、以及一摄像模块(12),该LED模块(11)供给持续照明和空气质量指示与闪烁警示,该LED模块(11)主要设于LED板(22)上,而该摄像模块(12)供录像纪录,且透过一个具有数层的分隔罩(3)藉此构成间隔设置,防止各光源或组件间的影响,而壳体(1)下方设有一枢接座(10)以及相对应的万向接头(101),使壳体(1)得以调整角度;一遥控模块(14),用于红外线和语音的接收与传递;一环境模块(15),具有侦测温湿度、空气质量、气体与烟雾功能;一辨识模块(13),用于体温感测及生物辨识目标体状态;一主控制板(2)通过电性链接上述各模块、 以及该LED板(22),且该主控制板(2)设有中央处理器(4),得以判别目标体与环境设定标准,达到启闭相对应的功能,其中主控制板(2)与LED板(22)可采单片或多片设置,并不限制于此。例如:该LED模块(11)能针对不同时间给予不同强弱的照明、或是依使用者喜好储存对应的使用方案;该摄像模块(12)能针对范围内不常出现或未记录于中央处理器(4)内的使用,采取特定时间录像或是符合条件的录像,以上所述都能于主控制板(2)上加以设置相对应的启动条件。
而环境模块(15)具有检测壳体(1)外部有害气体的气体传感器(151)、以及检测壳体(1)外部烟雾的烟雾传感器(152),此两种传感器就算停电或整体供电不足,透过额外电源供给,仍是以优先保持启动状态,这样可避免常见之火灾或是气爆严重灾害的发生,确保居家环境安全;该环境模块(15)除了前述传感器外,另有检测壳体(1)外部温度与湿度的温湿度传感器(153)、检测壳体(1)外部空气的空气质量传感器(154);上述4种传感器所得数据至微处理器(41)的数据,都会传送至主控制板(2)上的中央处理器(4)进行判别,启闭相对应之操控;再者,该环境模块(15)中的空气质量传感器(154)、温湿度传感器(153)、气体传感器(151),将会监测用户周围环境中的空气质量的含量和温度与湿度、以及空气中的气体浓度,透过中央处理器(4)中的数据库比对,能用来追纵用户睡眠质量;上述各模块经感测后的动作,能于事件发生前透过预设提醒之使用者加以防范,若提醒动作未有响应,且气体浓度持续增加,到达非常危险情况下,将进一步利用网络传送信息至消防队,该信息具有目前侦测的气体浓度、地址、影像、或其他信息,供消防人员掌握现场状况。
前述遥控模块(14)的功能主要透过其中所包含的:一红外线模块(141),透过红外线遥控器传递编码来接收与发射连结具有红外线的家电产品、一语音 模块(142),能够捕捉到用户的语音指令,透过当中麦克风与喇叭进行接收、辨识、以及广播音效、以及无线遥控模块(143),透过当中所设的接收与发射器来让相对应设备得以控制;
一无线传输模块(19),该无线传输模块(19)中含有:一蓝牙模块(191),能用蓝牙技术短程链接的蓝牙家电产品、以及一WIFI模块(192),能用WIFI连结远距离的WIFI家电产品、另还有一Z-Wave模块(193)能以节能方式运作无线传送的作业,其传送距离约在前述两者之间。可依使用环境的空间大小,从中选择较为适当模块。
综前所述,主要透过各模块的反馈数据至主控制板(2)上的中央处理器(4)判别后,配合遥控模块(14)、以及无线传输模块(19)进一步操控各模块所链接的家电产品。
辨识模块(13)更包含有:一体温感测模块(131),主要用以感测目标体的温度或移动;一生物辨识模块(132),用以感测目标体之位置及人体机能,其通常系利用多普勒雷达(Doppler radar)来实施,当中透过振幅的频率来获取数据,更详细而言:透过呼吸信号中高频带的移动信号,当检测到呼吸信号且基于移动信号发现居住者在固定时间以上来移动时,判定居住者处于异常状况。故利用驻波分析,使得侦测距离得以扩展,以及能进行高精密度的侦测异常;两者感测数据至微处理器(41)再反馈至该主控制板(2)上的中央处理器(4)进行判断,进而主导各模块设备间的一系列自动联动应用。
该主控制板(2)更设有一指示灯模块(17),其包含有:一设定指示灯(171)、一气体与烟雾警示灯(172)、一空气质量指示灯(174)、一温湿度指示灯(175);该设定指示灯(171)为只要有侦测输入讯号或是可经设定成运作时会间歇性闪烁提示,而气体与烟雾警示灯(172)、空气质量指示灯(174)、温湿度指示灯 (175),则连结该主控制板(2)中的中央处理器(4),依照环境模块(15)量测的数据判别是否进行提示,该指示灯(175)的颜色并不加以限定,能依实际生产需求、或是透过中央处理器(4)来对应前述的环境模块(15)能依不同标准亮起不同颜色的警报灯,其中有红、蓝、绿、橙四种颜色,能配合智能型手机以APP来改变成为情境灯光,对于特殊佳节或节庆时,能轻松改变整体氛围。
而电力输入模块(16)除了由前述主控制板(2)以电性连接提供外,亦能由一般电池(Primary Battery)(161)、可充电电池(Secondare Battery)(162)或太阳能电池(163)提供,主要确保内部各传感器正常运作,能不被主控制板(2)的供电情况影响;详细而言,可充电电池(161)与太阳能电池(163)具有延长使用时间、以及可重复补充电量的优点;而大阳能电池(163)设计,则是为了应用于街道上的灯具,让电力能于日间储存夜间使用,来减少能源之消耗;然而,该壳体(1)中还是设有AC/DC输入模块(164)来维持整体所需电力。
透过前述之LED模块(11)、摄像模块(12)、辨识模块(13)、遥控模块(14)、无线传输模块(19)、环境模块(15)、电力输入模块(16),能将家庭的各项家电产品链接,透过本发明来达成一个较目前市面资金需求更为低廉且便利使用的智能家庭(Smart Home)的实施,依前述构造所能达成的应用于下进行说明。
当使用者安装后,能以当中的遥控模块(14)来链接像是具有红外线摇控器的除湿机、冷气、电视、风扇、冷暖气机或恒温器;当然也有较为先进的语音控制的家电产品,此时,则利用语音模块(142)来配合录制及转换正确发音,或能透过使用者喜好来定义快捷启动,通常使用的是零件为麦克风,由语音模块(142)录取声音储存后,送至该中央处理器(4)进行判别控制,具有语音控制的家电产品。
更能透过链接辨识模块(13),能让使用者一回到家,藉体温感测模块(131) 侦测人体,经微处理器(41)搜集传送至中央处理器(4),达到启动灯光及前述遥控模块(14)所链接的冷暖气机,并且依用户喜好温度进行自动调节;然而,进阶利用生物辨识模块(132)结合摄像模块(12),针对用户作出人体温度、位置、距离、呼吸次数、心率进行常态性的量测检查是否有所异常。若有异常则会将画面及地址传送至相关单位或用户设定之紧急联络人,此部份量测所得数据也会同时转储成为一个生活作息的参数,当使用者于使用电器设备时,若不经意离开或睡着时,则会暂时关闭,当回到原位或醒来时,则会让家电产品继续启动。再者,配合环境模块(15)后,能透过检测环境温湿度来自动启闭除湿机;或是空气质量不佳时,也能启闭空气清洁机。上述辨识模块可依不同的需求,采用体温感测模块(131)结合摄像模块(12),或生物辨识模块(132)结合摄像模块(12),不受限并可弹性应用。

图8所示,此为本发明第二种实施例,其主要是增加一太阳能模块(18)于壳体(1)外部,透过电性链接至电力输入模块(16)配合专用规格的太阳能电池(163)或是可充电电池(162)储存,能供本发明主要用电或是备援电力使用;若太阳能储量能当为主要用电时,通常系采如图8用于太阳能供电的街灯,该太阳能模块(18)直接装设于壳体(1)上方;而图6中则系以该壳体(1)设置螺旋灯头,搭配100

其中,该辨识模块(13)中的体温感测模块(131)与生物辨识模块(132)设于该壳体(1)的中层,主要是因为该壳体(1)于上层还包括设有一马达(21)能供该中层旋转调整,使辨识模块(13)与摄像模块(12)结合伺服马达(21),达到人与摄像同步,让老人于居家生活能自动监控,得以发挥最大范围的监控,而生物辨识模块(132)能穿透壳体(1)进行作业,能不受造型或结构限制,达到更为灵活的设置;且该壳体(1)上层亦设有一电力输入模块(16)来供维持本发明基本侦测与照明用途,而大部份组件的运作功能同本发明前述一、二实施例,故不再加以赘述,且各实施例壳体(1)于适当位置设有多个散热片(102)来帮助壳体(1)内部温度降温,确保装置维持正常运作。

综上所述,本发明用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,能依结构内部所设的主控制板(2)与中央处理器(4),加以链接相对应不同功能的环境模块(15)监测、以及指示灯模块(17)加以提醒,让人对于生活环境更为美满,并 且能提升使用者于该环境下的安全性;当中,更能透过链接辨识模块(13)、遥控模块(14)与无线传输模块(19),将不同功能得以相互链接,使安装照明装置的环境内,让感知互动更具丰富以及实用性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,包含有:
    一壳体,内部设有数种模式的LED模块、以及一摄像模块,该LED模块供给持续照明和空气质量指示与闪烁警示,而该摄像模块供录像纪录;
    一遥控模块,用于红外线与语音的接收与传递;
    一环境模块,具有侦测瓦斯与烟雾功能;
    一辨识模块,用于体温感测及生物辨识目标体状态;
    一主控制板,配合电性链接上述各模块,共同设于该壳体内,且该主控制板设有中央处理器,通过判别目标体与环境设定标准,启闭相对应的功能。
  2. 如权力要求1所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,该环境模块,更包含有:一用以检测壳体外部之有害气体的气体传感器;一用以检测壳体外部之烟雾的烟雾传感器;一用以检测该壳体外部环境温湿度的温湿度侦测器;一用以检测壳体外部环境的悬浮微粒物含量的空气质量侦测器;环境模块透过反馈感测数据至主控制板判别,启闭相对应的操控。
  3. 如权力要求2所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于:该气体传感器、烟雾传感器、温湿度侦测器、空气质量侦测器,能从上述各模块中任意选择至少一个、或两个以上进行设置。
  4. 如权力要求1所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,该遥控模块,更包含有:一红外线模块,由红外线遥控器传递编码,链接具有红外线的家电产品;一语音模块,具有接收、辨识语音指令、以及广 播音效的功能;一无线遥控模块,透过不同频率链接对应产品,透过反馈数据至主控制板判别,能操控各模块所链接的家电产品。
  5. 如权力要求4所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能的照明装置,其特征在于,该红外线模块、语音模块、无线遥控模块,能从上述各模块中任意选择至少一个、或两个以上进行设置。
  6. 如权力要求1所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,更包含有:一无线传输模块,设于该壳体内,并电性连结该主控制板,而该无线传输模块,由一蓝牙模块、一WIFI模块、一Z-Wave模块所构成,该蓝牙模块能链接具有蓝牙蓝牙的家电产品;而该WIFI模块能链接具有WIFI的家电产品,Z-Wave模块则能以更低电压驱动所链接的家电产品,透过反馈数据至主控制板判别,能操控各模块所链接的家电产品。
  7. 如权力要求6所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于:该蓝牙模块、WIFI模块、Z-Wave模块,能从上述各模块中任意选择至少一个、或两个以上进行设置。
  8. 如权力要求1所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,该辨识模块更包含有:一用以感测目标体的温度及移动的体温感测模块;一用以感测目标体之位置及人体机能的生物辨识模块;辨识模块将感测数据反馈至该主控制板进行判断,启闭相对应的操控。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,更包含有:一指示灯模块,该指示灯模块含有一设定指示灯、一烟雾警示灯、一空气质量指示灯、一温湿度指示灯,能用以连结该主控制板,提供发亮显示的提示。
  10. 如权力要求1所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,更包含有:一电力输入模块,电性链接该主控制板提供各模块运作,电力输入模块为一般电池、可充电电池、太阳能电池其中之一。
  11. 如权力要求10所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,更包含有:一太阳能模块,透过电性链接该电力输入模块,该太阳能模块主要设于该壳体的表面处,能用以转换储存额外电力。
  12. 如权力要求1所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,更包含有:至少一个或一个以上的马达,该马达设于该壳体内部,且链接该辨识模块,能调整该辨识模块的感应角度及方向,且该马达更链接该摄像模块,达成感测与录像纪录的范围能加以扩展。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的用于生物辨识的模块化多应用功能照明装置,其特征在于,该辨识模块结合摄像模块,更能链接体温感测模块或生物辩识模块其中之一。
