因此,市售已有多种可远程监控的设备销售贩卖,虽价钱逐渐调整为一般用户能接受范围,且反馈有不少良好评价,但在实际使用上,仍存有监控范围不够广泛、其互动机制过于生硬且制式、外型过于明显易辨、机器结构维护不易、附加功能少等问题,都是本发明亟欲改善的目的。
发明人从事相关LED研发制造多年,且于先前已有研发相关结合照明装置的监控系统,并经收集众多同类产品的用户经验与反馈,深知使用者需求;例如美国专利申请第12/009,674号,一种现场监测员工的时间追踪系统,通过网络传递监视画面配合现场生物扫描发送至管理端,进而判别员工活动和行为,来达成管理目的,但此手段需通过额外装置来配合,在实施上并非十分完善且不便;又如日本专利申请第2012-22579号,驻波雷达内置型LED照明器具,是利用分析侦测人体距离、生理状态,加以驱动光源和警报,来应用于建筑物、交通工具、及道路上,但缺点是无法高精密 及迅速检测人体状态的异常,且检测的范围短,故在实际应用于家庭或是干扰较多的环境中,仍是相当不易。
发明内容
本发明除了将照明装置加以结合常用多种侦测与远程监控之的技术外,主要是以简单易维护的目的来改进结构中的缺点,且能以通过结构上的设计,除了能将原有功能加以扩展外、还能保有外观一致的完整性、以及随意调整其监控区域;让本发明的应用范围能更广泛,并在实际应用上更为便利。
本发明模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置其包含有:一照明装置,包括有一基座,一设置于该基座内的多个LED、以及一设置于该基座内可供热插入使用的嵌槽;以及一抽换件,包含设于该抽换件内部的一主控制板、设于该抽换件内部前端的一摄像机、以及环绕设于该摄像机周缘的一感测模块和一辅助模块;其中,该嵌槽能供该抽换件设置连接,电性连接使该摄像机能提供全景监控,且同步驱动该感测模块和该辅助模块,传输信息至该主控制板,让该主控制板反馈对应操控。

如上所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其中,优选的是,该辅助模块还包括:一IP设定提示灯、一温湿度提示灯、一烟雾气体警示灯、 一气体提示灯、一空气质量指示灯、一烟雾提示灯、一体温提示灯、一体温警示灯,上述各灯配合各感测模块测得信息,回传至该主控制板,供上述各灯进行供发亮显示的提示用途。
如上所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其中,优选的是,还包括:一电源板,该电源板电性连接该主控制板;以及一充电池的电源装置,能在电力不足的情形下额外提供电源。
如上所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其中,优选的是,该感测模块、该辅助模块、该摄像机,能选择以单片或多片设置。
本发明提供了一种模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其中,包括:一照明装置,包括有一基座,一设置于该基座内的主控制板,以及设于该基座内可供热插入使用的嵌槽,且于该基座外缘环绕设有一摄像机、一感测模块和一辅助模块;以及一抽换件,该抽换件设有多个LED;其中,该嵌槽能供该抽换件设置连接,电性连接使该摄像机能提供全景监控,且同步驱动该感测模块和该辅助模块,传输信息至该主控制板,让该主控制板反馈相对应操控
本发明主要通过能轻松拆装的结构,让功能与维护上都能较同类产品更为优异,还将抽换件通过连接方式,能以电性驱动各种不同的功能,并让所取得的外部环境的信息都能通过其传输至该主控制板上加以判别应用,且能辅以外部连接相关家用电器,加以扩展居家环境于智慧化更加完美,为便于贵审查委员能进一步了解有关本发明为达上述目的、特征所采用的技术手段及其功效,现例举较佳实施例并配合图示说明如下。

根据本发明,该最佳、可行的实施例,并配合图示详细说明如下,以增加对本发明的了解。
本发明涉及一种模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置。

图2所示,包含有:一照明装置(1),是由一基座(2)与一抽换件(4)所构成,此基座(2)在中央设有用以连接电源用的衔接端,能提供基 座(2)与抽换件(4)的电力使用,而该基座(2)表面具有至少有一部分具备有透光性的罩壳,且罩壳可为与该照明装置(1)一体成型、或为分开设计,主要设计为可让内部光线射出即可,并不限制于上述构成手段,而基座(2)内部设有多个LED(31)、以及可供热插入使用的嵌槽(21),能供该抽换件(4)嵌合于该基座(2)的嵌槽(21)内,该抽换件(4)设有一主控制板(3),且该抽换件(4)内部前端设有可供全景录像监控用的一摄像机(5),该摄像机(5)实际达成的结构可为利用至少2个以上的镜头、或是以单一镜头以多个截取目标等手段来达成所需功能,并不加以限制,且于该摄像机(5)周缘环绕设有一感测模块(51)与一辅助模块(52);当该抽换件(4)设置连接于该基座(2)的嵌槽(21)内时,通过电性连接照明能让摄像机(5)能以全景监控,实现绝佳的范围扩展,且免除调节角度的动作,还同步驱动该感测模块(51)和该辅助模块(52),由此传输信息至该主控制板(3),让该主控制板(3)能反馈相对应的操控,让整体照明装置能轻松扩展选择多种功能;且该基座(2)通过安装定位能够有效计算用电功率、以及制定区域电价来推算电费,还能经APP传输相关信息,让实用性更为提升。
而该感测模块(51)则包含有:用来感测目标体位置及人体机能用的一生物辨识组件(511)、以及用来检测该照明装置(1)外的环境温度与湿度用的一温湿度感测组件(512)、以及用来检测该照明装置(1)外的环境的烟雾用的一烟雾感测组件(513)、以及用来检测该照明装置(1)外的有害气体用的一气体感测组件(514)、以及用来检测该照明装置(1)外于环境中的悬浮微粒物含量用的一空气感测组件(515)、以及用来检测该照明装置(1)外于环境中的家庭成员的体温用的一体温感测组件(516),且各感侧模块(51)所获信息均反馈至该主控制板(3),加以判别其环境设定标准,而启动相对应的辅助模块(52)。
而辅助模块(52)若为功能性区分,可分为提示、警示、以及传输用途;其提示用的为相对应于指令操控提示的IP设定提示灯(521),相对应于该温湿度感测组件(512)的温湿度提示灯(522),相对应于该气体感测组件(514)的气体提示灯(524),相对应于该空气感测组件(515)用的空气质量指示灯 (525),相对应于该烟雾感测组件(513)用的烟雾提示灯(526),以及相对应于该体温感测组件(516)用的体温提示灯(527);其警示用途则是为对应烟雾感测组件(513)与气体感测组件(514)用的烟雾气体警示灯(523),以及相对应于该体温感测组件(516)用的体温警示灯(528);且上述各灯都是以感测模块(51)所获信息,回传至该主控制板(3)判别加以驱动供发亮显示进行提醒或警告,各灯数量也能随实际产品需求与生产配合增减,并不予以限定,但各灯仍以清楚显示为首要。
然而,用于辅助传输用途,有红外线接收发射器(531)能供外部讯号输入与输出;喇叭(532)与麦克风(533)则能用以接收、辨识、语音控制、广播音效用;记忆卡槽(534)能供前述摄像机(5)的影像便于转储携带、或是增加额外录像的储存时间,能设于该基座(2)或该抽换件并无特别限制;且上述的各项数量并不以单一为限,能依生产所需进行更动调整。
该主控制板(3)上更具有微处理器、以及能传输信息的芯片,且依附该电源板(53)电性连接进行驱动,而前述芯片能进行WIFI、LIFI、蓝牙(Bluetooth)、Z-WAVE、ZigBee、或无线控制等手段进行连接,例如:平板计算机、智能手机、手持及穿戴装置、车载信息娱乐系统(In-Vehicle Infotainment System,IVI),且能加以收集并储存用户相关的数据,加以建构个人健康档案(Personal Health Record,PHD)等装置;且该主控制板(3)于抽换件(4)内嵌合该基座(2)连接照明后,能加以判别所获信息、以及反馈信息处理的微处理器所默认的标准相互比对,进而启闭相对应的功能。
前述LED(31)可为单一暖光、单一冷光、或以暖光和冷光混合构成,本发明主要实施例中,LED(31)主要设置于该基座(2)于嵌槽(21)位置的周缘,以环绕排列所构成,其构成方式也能随实际生产更动;且该抽换件(4)在摄像机(5)的外缘设有该空气质量指示灯(525)以及一副照明灯,此副照明灯呈一环状设于该空气质量指示灯(525)的外环形成双层环绕的设计,且该副照明灯内含有光传感器,也能通过该主控制板(3)自动调节对应环境的光线、可以启闭窗帘、或接受由外部链接输入的指令来操控,且可对应不同使用者或喜好加以储存应用,例如:配合智能型手机以行动应用程序(mobile  application,APP)来改变成为情境灯光,对于特殊佳节或节庆时,能轻松改变整体氛围,上述相关结构也能随实际生产需求加以更动调整,并不限制于此。
通常,该抽取件(4)内部还设有备用电源室,主要能供市售流通的充电池的电源装置(535),且利用前述的电源板(53)电性连接,能于电力不足的情形下额外提供电源驱动整体居家监控系统;
再者,通过上述的各模块的功能,该气体感测组件(514)为检测环境中的有害气体、用于检测环境烟雾的烟雾感测组件(513),其相对应于烟雾气体警示灯(523),当侦测超过标准时,将相关讯息发送至无线装置,会开始闪烁警示及广播警报,直至最危险等级时,会将相关侦测数据与影像传至消防局;而用于检测家庭成员个人体温的体温感测组件(516),其相对应的体温提示灯(527)于亮灯状态为运作正常、而该体温警示灯(528)则为蓝色,只有当家庭成员体温超出内定标准时才会亮起警告;而烟雾提示灯(526)、气体提示灯(524)于平时运作时会亮起,确保感测功能有正常运行,此处两种感测模块(51),当停电或整体供电不足情况发生,仍是优先保持启动状态,这样能避免常见的火灾或是气爆严重灾害的发生,有助于确保居家环境安全;而空气感测组件(515)主要用追踪环境的空气质量的含量,主要针对空气中的悬浮粒子进行感测与监控,且会将相关讯息发送至无线装置,其相对应的空气质量指示灯(525),通常会以长时间亮起不同颜色代表目前空气质量,一般正常状态为蓝色显示、中等状态则为黄色、而最差时为红色显示,且会依空气质量进行链接相对应的空气清净机进行运作,然而显示颜色能依实际生产需求改设,并不限定于此处所记载的颜色;而温湿度感测组件(512),主要是对于空气中的温度与湿度含量进行感测与监测,其感测所得数据都会回馈至前述的主控制板(3),再将讯息传送至无线装置上,其相对应的温湿度提示灯(522),只会在平时运行时会亮起,确保感测功能有正常运行,也会依空气温湿度的情形与除湿机连接进行相对应的运作;然而,上述各种感测组件,也能随实际生产需求,进行增减,并无一定限制于所揭露的图样。
该主控制板(3)内部所设芯片,能处理该摄像机(5)所获信息,加以感测温度或移动,该目标体可为该环境中的人、或是宠物;此外,生物辨识组件(511)则是用以感测目标体的位置及人体机能,其通常是利用多普勒雷达(Doppler radar)来实施,当中通过振幅的频率来获取数据,而生物辨识组件(511)通常不受该照明装置(1)的材质影响,能隐匿设置于其内部,使整体外部造型更加美观,
更详细而言:通过呼吸信号中高频带的移动信号,当检测到呼吸信号且基于移动信号发现居住者在固定时间以上来移动时,判定居住者处于异常状况,故利用驻波分析,使得侦测距离得以扩展,以及能进行高精密度的侦测异常,且该侦测所得信息能回传至该主控制板(3)加以记录于PHD内,如有异常能配合影像及所侦讯的信息传输至医院作为远程紧急的医疗指令,而平常也可于远程进行家庭成员于老人或幼童的监看使用;IP设定提示灯(521),主要是用于提示设定指示的用途;而主控制板(3)的芯片也可通过红外线接收与发射、语音、或无线控制连接感测模块(51)达成自动控制冷暖气机、恒温器、空气清净机、除湿机、电视机、和灯光等家庭常见的电器产品,让用户进入客厅能自动开启灯光、以及相关链接电器产品也能依用户设定启动,而当使用者离开后会让灯光和链接的电器产品都自动关闭;且该主控制板(3)内更具有像WIFI、Z-WAVE、ZigBee、蓝芽相关或是其它的无线通信技术,能通过连接相对应的门窗传感器进行侦测、以及水管漏水传感器进行侦测是否有漏水状态,例如:对门窗设置传感器,通过该主控制板(3)连接后,得以判断门窗是否有外部入侵,如有外部入侵,此时的主控制板(3)会启动摄像机(5)录像、以及下达指令LED(31)或照明,并且驱动该喇叭(532)和麦克风(533)启动广播警报并通报使用者、或报警等动作,让居住安全得以大幅提升,也可通过Z-WAVE、ZigBee控制外围的灯具使用。
上述的结构主要通过该感测模块(51)和辅助模块(52)闪烁提醒,配合该主控制板(3)处里反馈信息,能够有效的确保居家环境能够安全舒适,且能利用全景摄像机(5),来获得更加广泛的监控范围,使事件在发生前通过提 醒预先输入的使用者名单进而防范,若提醒动作未有响应,且数据持续增加,到达非常危险情况下,将进一步利用网络传送信息至消防队,传送信息含有目前侦测的气体浓度、地址、影像、或其他信息(像是PHD来传送至使用者邻近医院或诊所,或甚至是由医院或诊所方面来取得相关信息,当然两者之间需交换认证来确保信息安全,或是以制造该产品方另外架构专属服务器来处理),供现场人员能够迅速掌握现场状况与应对处理。
本发明的第2实施例,主要改变将原图1所示在该基座(2)上的多个LED(31)与原本设于该抽换件(4)上的感测模块(51)交换位置设置,因替换相关结构,故将主控制板(3)调整设置于基座(2)内,如图3所示,能让原基座(2)就有全景监控的感测功能,当需要照明时,只需通过置设该抽换件(4),能马上扩展原本未有的功能,并且通过该主控制板(3)让使用上更具灵巧性。

图10所示,配合图示依序为球泡灯、吸顶灯、崁灯、天井灯、日光灯平板、吊灯的类型;其中,球泡灯在该基座(2)的侧缘设置有感测模块(51)与辅助模块(52),其中第4图中的虚线框A与虚线框B是将该基座(2)以180度分切为两面的表示,而下方的抽换件(4)则是通过多个PIN角,与该基座(2)以嵌合方式接合,因此,能够以最为简单方式进行功能扩展,更能大幅减低维护难度;而吊灯则是将抽换件(4)直接与照明用途的LED(31)结合,得以通过拆装调整,且该抽换件(4)具有可任意扭曲调整的设计,使照明获得更佳范围;而其它多种灯饰于结构上也为相似设计,故不再赘言详述。
综上所述,本发明模块化的智慧家居照顾的照明装置,通过基座(2)与抽换件(4)轻松连接,通过主控制板(3)电性连接驱动后,能够加以扩展监控范围、以及获取原本未有的功能,还能通过内部芯片协调处理,让家庭各成员的身体安全获得监控外,还能配合家电产品与通讯来构建一系列的联动应用,且本发明较一般同类看护产品更为实惠,且不需额外配设感应装置,却还可精确的进行感测,并且存成专属个人的数据,在智能家庭(Smart Home)的应用上更有丰富的实用性。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,包含有:
    一照明装置,包括有一基座,一设置于该基座内的多个LED、以及一设置于该基座内可供热插入使用的嵌槽;以及一抽换件,包含设于该抽换件内部的一主控制板、设于该抽换件内部前端的一摄像机、以及环绕设于该摄像机周缘的一感测模块和一辅助模块;其中,该嵌槽能供该抽换件设置连接,电性连接使该摄像机能提供全景监控,且同步驱动该感测模块和该辅助模块,传输信息至该主控制板,让该主控制板反馈对应操控。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其特征在于:该LED具有冷光与暖光平均配置,且于该嵌槽周缘环绕设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其特征在于:该感测模块还包括:一生物辩识组件,用以感测目标体的位置及人体机能;一温湿度感测组件,用以检测该照明装置外的环境温湿度;一烟雾感测组件,用以检测该照明装置外的烟雾;一气体感测组件,用以检测该照明装置外的有害气体;一空气感测组件,用以检测该照明装置外于环境中的悬浮微粒物含量;一体温感测组件,用以检测该照明装置外于环境中的家庭成员的体温用;上述各模块反馈的信息至该主控制板,以使主控板进一步判别环境设定的标准,启闭相对应的功能。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其特征在于:该辅助模块还包括:一IP设定提示灯、一温湿度提示灯、一烟雾气体警示灯、一气体提示灯、一空气质量指示灯、一烟雾提示灯、一体温提示灯、一体温警示灯,上述各灯配合各感测模块测得信息,回传至该主控制板,供上述各灯进行供发亮显示的提示用途。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,还包括:一电源板,该电源板电性连接该主控制板;以及一充电池的电源装置,能在电力不足的情形下额外提供电源。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其特征在于:该感测模块、该辅助模块、该摄像机,能选择以单片或多片设置。
  7. 一种模块化的智能家居照顾的照明装置,其特征在于,包含有:
    一照明装置,包括有一基座,一设置于该基座内的主控制板,以及设于该基座内可供热插入使用的嵌槽,且于该基座外缘环绕设有一摄像机、一感测模块和一辅助模块;以及一抽换件,该抽换件设有多个LED;其中,该嵌槽能供该抽换件设置连接,电性连接使该摄像机能提供全景监控,且同步驱动该感测模块和该辅助模块,传输信息至该主控制板,让该主控制板反馈相对应操控。
