一种显示设备
本申请要求在2015年11月13日提交中国专利局、申请号为201520906646.6、发明名称为“一种显示设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,特别是涉及一种显示设备。
背景技术
随着科技的不断进步,消费者对平板显示器、平板电视等显示设备的需求也在不断提升,显示设备的结构、外观、性能等各个方面的更新也日益频繁。
现有的一种液晶电视机,包括后壳、位于后壳内的背光模组和液晶面板,以及与后壳组装的前框。具体的,液晶面板与背光模组的中框组装,前框的四个侧壁通过螺钉与后壳锁附连接。
上述现有技术存在的缺陷在于,前框与后壳的组装操作复杂,且螺钉锁附后极易在前框产生螺孔沉台,从而造成螺孔与螺钉不同心,影响到电视机的整体品质;此外,将前框与后壳锁附的螺钉裸露在人们的视线内,也会影响到电视机的整体外观效果。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种显示设备,以简化显示设备的组装操作,提高显示设备的产品品质。
本发明提供的显示设备,包括后壳、位于后壳内的背光模组和液晶面板,以及前框,其中:所述前框的前壁与所述背光模组的中框的前壁磁性连接,所述前框的侧壁与所述后壳的侧壁磁性连接。
优选的,所述前框为铁磁性金属前框,所述中框的前壁前侧具有第一凹槽,所述一凹槽内设置有第一磁铁;所述后壳的侧壁外侧具有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽内设置有第二磁铁。
较优的,所述第一磁铁通过双面胶带与所述第一凹槽粘接;所述第二磁 铁通过双面胶带与所述第二凹槽粘接。
较优的,所述第一磁铁的厚度不大于所述第一凹槽的深度;所述第二磁铁的厚度不大于所述第二凹槽的深度。

本发明实施例提供一种显示设备,如图1至图3所示,包括后壳4、位于后壳4内的背光模组(图中只示出了背光模组的中框2)和液晶面板3,以及前框1,其中:前框的前壁10与背光模组的中框的前壁20磁性连接,前框的侧壁11与后壳的侧壁40磁性连接。
在本发明实施例中,所述“前”指部件靠近用户的一侧,所述“后”则指部件远离用户的一侧。
在本发明的技术方案中,前框1为铁磁性金属前框,例如为铁质前框,镍质前框、钴质前框等。后壳4和背光模组的中框2的具体材质不限,可以为金属或者非金属,通常情况下,后壳为金属后壳,中框为塑胶中框。
如图1所示,本发明实施例显示设备的中框的前壁前侧具有第一凹槽,第一磁铁设置于第一凹槽内;后壳的侧壁外侧具有第二凹槽,第二磁铁设置于第二凹槽内。其中,第一磁铁固定在第一凹槽内的方式不限,例如可通过双面胶带将第一磁铁粘接在第一凹槽内,同样的,第二磁铁固定在第二凹槽内的方式也不限,例如可通过双面胶带将第二磁铁粘接在第二凹槽内。当前框与中框和后壳组装后,前框与中框和后框紧密贴合,操作十分方便。
在本发明的优选实施例中,第一磁铁的厚度不大于第一凹槽的深度,第二磁铁的厚度不大于第二凹槽的深度。采用这样的设计,可以使显示设备前框与后壳和中框的组装更加方便和可靠。
在本发明实施例的技术方案中,如图1至图4所示,第一磁铁50和第二 磁铁60的具体形状不限,例如,第一磁铁的形状可以为矩形、圆形或者椭圆形,同样,第二磁铁的形状也可以为矩形、圆形或者椭圆形。其中,第一磁铁50的形状和第一凹槽51的形状相匹配,第二磁铁60的形状和第二凹槽61的形状相匹配。
如图4所示,用户在使用显示设备时,通常可以看到显示设备的顶部和左右两侧,而显示设备的底部通常不会被用户看到,本实施例中,在中框的顶部前壁201和中框的侧部前壁202分别设置有至少一个第一磁铁50,在后壳的顶部侧壁401和后壳的侧部侧壁402分别设置有至少一个第二磁铁60,当组装显示设备时,将后壳、前框以及背光模组的中框的位置对准,就可以依靠磁铁的吸附力,将前框与后壳和中框紧密贴合,从而实现可靠装配;此外,由于显示设备后壳的底部侧边并未设置磁铁,拆卸显示设备时可以从显示设备底部入手,拆卸十分方便,并且便于后期维修。
本发明的另一实施例中,前框的前壁内侧设置有第三磁铁,中框的前壁前侧设置有与第三磁铁吸附的第四磁铁;前框的侧壁内侧设置有第五磁铁,后壳的侧壁外侧设置有与第五磁铁吸附的第六磁铁,或者后壳为铁磁性金属后壳。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,显示设备的后壳为显示设备的外观后壳,前框为显示设备的外观前框。该实施例相比现有技术,大大简化了显示设备的结构,降低了显示设备的生产成本,使显示设备易于实现超薄、超窄边框设计。
本发明实施例的显示设备的具体类型不限,例如可以为液晶电视机或者液晶显示器等等。
本发明实施例提供的显示设备,显示设备的前框与中框和后壳直接通过磁铁吸附连接,不需要使用螺钉,相比现有技术,组装操作简单,有利于提高显示设备的产品品质,并且能够有效地改善显示设备的整体外观效果。

  1. 一种显示设备,其特征在于,包括后壳、位于后壳内的背光模组和液晶面板,以及前框,其中:所述前框的前壁与所述背光模组的中框的前壁磁性连接,所述前框的侧壁与所述后壳的侧壁磁性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述前框为铁磁性金属前框,所述中框的前壁前侧具有第一凹槽,所述第一凹槽内设置有第一磁铁;所述后壳的侧壁外侧具有第二凹槽,所述第二凹槽内设置有第二磁铁。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁通过双面胶带与所述第一凹槽粘接;所述第二磁铁通过双面胶带与所述第二凹槽粘接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的显示设备,其特征在于,所述第一磁铁的厚度不大于所述第一凹槽的深度;所述第二磁铁的厚度不大于所述第二凹槽的深度。
