Abstract

本发明公开了一种TFT‑LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法,所述制造方法包括制作第一基板、ITO图形刻蚀和模块组装,包括以下步骤:(1)所述第一基板包括彩膜基板、平坦层和第一配向层,所述平坦层设置在所述彩膜基板的下表面,所述第一基板还包括第一绝缘层,所述第一绝缘层设置在所述平坦层下表面,所述第一配向层设置在所述第一绝缘层下表面;(2)所述ITO图形刻蚀过程是在ITO图形刻蚀过程后的二氧化硅取向涂布刻蚀过程,取向摩擦过程且按照对位标记将对应的玻璃棉使用封接材料对位粘合起来以及在高温下使得封接材料固化;(3)所述的模块组装方法包括在显示屏PCB板上设置显示电路,在TFT‑LCD背光灯PCB板上设置对比度控制电路。

一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及TFT-LCD液晶显示屏技术领域,具体涉及一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法。
背景技术
TFT-LCD液晶显示屏是一种性能优异的平面超薄的显示设备,它的主要原理是以电流刺激液晶分子产生点、线、面配合背部灯管构成画面。较传统显示器具有优良的显示效果。传统的显示器必须通过电子枪发射电子束到屏幕,因而显像管的管就不能太短,当屏幕增大时也必须加大体积,TFT则通过显示屏上的电子板来改变分子状态,以达到显示目的,即使屏幕加大,它只需将水平面积增大即可,而体积却不会有很大增加,同时TFT由于功耗只用于电板和驱动IC上,因而耗电量较小。
为了使液晶分子快速反应以及满足广视角的需求,必须令液晶分子形成倾倒排列。对此,通常是在配向层上采用摩擦制程,即在配向层上按照一定的方向摩擦出整齐排列的沟槽,与配向层接触的液晶会由于沟槽方向以及分子间的作用力而达到定向排列的效果。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法。
本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法,所述制造方法包括制作第一基板、ITO图形刻蚀和模块组装,包括以下步骤:
(1)所述第一基板包括彩膜基板、平坦层和第一配向层,所述平坦层设置在所述彩膜基板的下表面,所述第一基板还包括第一绝缘层,所述第一绝缘层设置在所述平坦层下表面,所述第一配向层设置在所述第一绝缘层下表面。
(2)所述ITO图形刻蚀过程是在ITO图形刻蚀过程后的二氧化硅取向涂布刻蚀过程,取向摩擦过程且按照对位标记将对应的玻璃棉使用封接材料对位粘合起来以及在高温下使得封接材料固化;
(3)所述的模块组装方法包括在显示屏PCB板上设置显示电路,在TFT-LCD背光灯PCB板上设置对比度控制电路。
所述步骤(1)中第一绝缘层材料为二氧化硅。
所述步骤(1)中第一绝缘层材料为氮化硅,所述氮化硅的厚度为30nm。
所述步骤(3)的显示电路包括视频电路、电源电路以及电源控制电路,所述的视频电路用于对图像信号进行比对控制,与电源电路连接;所述的电源电路用于整个显示屏供应稳定的直流工作电压;所述的电源控制电路与电源电路连接,用于对电源电路供电进行监控调整。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明增强了第一配向层在第一基板上的附着性,有利于第一配向层的印刷以及配向摩擦,使用该方法制造的TFT-LCD液晶显示屏显示效果优异,且透光性良好,提高了产品的良率。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例 一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法,所述制造方法包括制作第一基板、ITO图形刻蚀和模块组装,包括以下步骤:
(1)所述第一基板包括彩膜基板、平坦层和第一配向层,所述平坦层设置在所述彩膜基板的下表面,所述第一基板还包括第一绝缘层,所述第一绝缘层设置在所述平坦层下表面,所述第一配向层设置在所述第一绝缘层下表面。
(2)所述ITO图形刻蚀过程是在ITO图形刻蚀过程后的二氧化硅取向涂布刻蚀过程,取向摩擦过程且按照对位标记将对应的玻璃棉使用封接材料对位粘合起来以及在高温下使得封接材料固化;
(3)所述的模块组装方法包括在显示屏PCB板上设置显示电路,在TFT-LCD背光灯PCB板上设置对比度控制电路。

Claims (4)

1.一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法,所述制造方法包括制作第一基板、ITO图形刻蚀和模块组装,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)所述第一基板包括彩膜基板、平坦层和第一配向层,所述平坦层设置在所述彩膜基板的下表面,所述第一基板还包括第一绝缘层,所述第一绝缘层设置在所述平坦层下表面,所述第一配向层设置在所述第一绝缘层下表面。
(2)所述ITO图形刻蚀过程是在ITO图形刻蚀过程后的二氧化硅取向涂布刻蚀过程,取向摩擦过程且按照对位标记将对应的玻璃棉使用封接材料对位粘合起来以及在高温下使得封接材料固化;
(3)所述的模块组装方法包括在显示屏PCB板上设置显示电路,在TFT-LCD背光灯PCB板上设置对比度控制电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中第一绝缘层材料为二氧化硅。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中第一绝缘层材料为氮化硅,所述氮化硅的厚度为30nm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种TFT-LCD液晶显示屏的制造方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)的显示电路包括视频电路、电源电路以及电源控制电路,所述的视频电路用于对图像信号进行比对控制,与电源电路连接;所述的电源电路用于整个显示屏供应稳定的直流工作电压;所述的电源控制电路与电源电路连接,用于对电源电路供电进行监控调整。
