具体而言,现有的裙脚由多个部件连接形成,结构复杂,装配效率低,严重影响了裙脚的生产效率和制造成本;而本发明提供的裙脚,其裙框和固定部为一体式结构,因而可通过一体成型制成,从而显著地简化了裙脚的结构,避免了通过连接多个部件来组装裙脚的装配工序,并省去了现有技术中的诸多固定零件,故裙脚的生产效率大大提高,且生成制造成本有效降低,进而简化了烹饪器具的装配工序,使其装配效率大大提升,故而显著地增加了产品的市场竞争力。此外,裙脚的一体式结构有效地保证了裙脚的强度,降低了裙脚发生断裂的概率,提高了产品的使用可靠性。
另外,本发明提供的上述实施例中的裙脚还可以具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,所述裙框上设置有多个盲槽,所述盲槽的开口向上,多个所述通孔分别设置在多个所述盲槽的底板上,且多个所述固定部分别设置在多个所述盲槽内。
通过设置盲槽,并把固定部设置在盲槽内,使第一连接孔和通孔的长度小于裙框的厚度,这有效地减小了通孔和第一连接孔的长度,从而提高了炉脚的安装速率,提高了烹饪器具的装配效率。
另外,具体地,裙脚呈矩形,盲槽为方形,且分别位于矩形裙脚的四个角上。当然,盲槽也可以设置为其他形状,如圆形,或者设置在其他位置,在此不再一一列举,也应在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述固定部由所述通孔的孔壁向上呈螺旋状延伸形成;所述炉脚上设置有外螺纹,所述固定部与所述炉脚相螺接。
设置固定部由通孔的孔壁向上延伸形成,且呈螺旋状,即固定部与通孔形成了一个螺旋通道,与炉脚上的外螺纹相匹配,则炉脚可以方便地旋入旋出,并可固定在任意位置,这样通过调整炉脚旋入固定部内的深度,即可调节炉脚位于裙脚外的高度,方便快捷。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述裙框还包括:支撑板,所述支撑板固定在所述盲槽内,所述炉脚抵靠在所述支撑板上。
支撑板的设置,能够对炉脚起到支撑与固定的作用,以避免推拉烹饪器具 时导致炉脚倾斜的情况发生。在本发明的一个具体实施例中, 支撑板呈V形,与盲槽的底壁和侧壁固定连接。当然,支撑板的形状、位置及厚度也可以设置为其他形式,只要能起到支撑固定炉脚的作用即可,在此不再一一列举,但均应在本发明的保护范围内。
在上述任一技术方案中,相邻的两个所述盲槽之间开设有凹槽。
在相邻的两个盲槽之间开设凹槽,即设置裙框为空心框体,可有效地减轻裙脚的质量,使裙脚变得较为轻便,且节约原材料。优选地,凹槽为开口向下的盲槽,并与相邻的两个盲槽共用侧壁,以尽可能地减轻裙脚的质量,并保证裙脚的强度。当然,裙框上也可以不设置凹槽,即设置裙框为实心框体,这样的裙框具有更高的强度。
在上述任一技术方案中,进一步地,所述凹槽内设置有多个加强筋。
加强筋的设置,有效地提高了空心裙脚的强度,降低了裙脚发生断裂或变形的概率,进而提高了裙脚的使用可靠性。具体地,加强筋的厚度及高度可根据具体情况设置。
在上述任一技术方案中,多个所述加强筋横纵交错设置。
设置多个加强筋横纵交错设置,使得裙脚的内壁和外壁均得到了有效支撑,进一步降低了裙脚发生断裂或变形的概率,进一步提高了裙脚的使用可靠性。优选地,凹槽两端的加强筋,即靠近盲槽处的加强筋的高度相对较高,以增加裙脚的支撑强度,凹槽的中部的加强筋的高度相对较低,以节约原料,降低成本。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述裙框还包括:定位块,所述定位块设置在所述裙框的上表面,并卡在所述底板上。
定位块的设置,对裙脚的装配过程起到了有效的定位作用,安装时,先将裙脚卡在底板上,然后再把裙脚固定在底板上,这样先定位再固位,有效地降低了裙脚与底板的装配难度,加快了烹饪器具的装配效率。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,定位块为L形板,插入底板中部的方形开口中,并卡在方形开口的四个直角上。而裙脚上设置有螺孔,裙脚通过螺钉固定在底板上。当然,裙脚也可以通过其他方式与底板实现固定连接。
在上述任一技术方案中,所述裙脚为塑料裙脚。
设置裙脚为塑料裙脚,一方面塑料相较于金属及其他材料,具有优异的缓冲性能,能够有效地缓冲烹饪器具跌落或震动时的冲击力,以尽可能地减小烹饪器具受到的损害;另一方面塑料成型工艺简单,从而有效地降低了裙脚一体式成型的制备难度,有效地降低了产品的生产制造成本。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供了一种烹饪器具,包括:底板,所述底板上设置有第二连接孔;如上述任一项所述的裙脚,所述裙脚位于所述底板下方,并与所述底板固定连接,且所述裙脚的第一连接孔与所述第二连接孔相对应;和炉脚,所述炉脚由下向上穿过所述第一连接孔,并伸入所述第二连接孔内,通过调节所述炉脚伸入所述第二连接孔内的深度可调节所述炉脚伸出所述裙框的高度。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具,因设置有第一方面实施例中任一项所述的裙脚,因而结构简单,装配工艺简单,装配效率高,且成本低廉。
所述烹饪器具为烤箱或其他独立式烹饪器具。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照图2至图5描述根据本发明一些实施例所述的裙脚及烹饪器具。
如图2至图5所示,本发明第一方面的实施例提供的裙脚10,用于固定烹饪器具100的炉脚30,包括:裙框11和多个固定部12。
具体地,裙框11固定在烹饪器具100的底板20上,且裙框11上设置有多个通孔;多个固定部12设置在裙框11上,并分别位于多个通孔处,且固定部12具有第一连接孔121,第一连接孔121与通孔相连通,炉脚30与固定部12连接,其中,裙框11与多个固定部12为一体式结构。
本发明第一方面的实施例提供的裙脚10,包括裙框11和多个固定部12,通过将裙框11和多个固定部12设计成一体式结构,使得裙脚10可通过一体成型制造,从而显著地简化了裙脚10的结构,避免了裙脚10多个部件之间的装配与连接工序,并省去了诸多固定零件,因而提高了裙脚10的生产效率,并降低了生产制造成本,进而简化了烹饪器具100的装配工序,提高了装配效率,大大地增加了产品的市场竞争力。
优选地,裙脚10为塑料裙脚。
在该实施例中,设置裙脚10为塑料裙脚,一方面塑料相较于金属及其他材料,具有优异的缓冲性能,能够有效地缓冲烹饪器具100跌落或震动时的冲击力,以尽可能地减小烹饪器具100受到的损害;另一方面塑料成型工艺简单,从而有效地降低了裙脚10一体式成型的制备难度,有效地降低了产品的生产制造成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2所示,裙框11上设置有多个盲槽111,盲槽111的开口向上,多个通孔分别设置在多个盲槽111的底板20上,且多 个固定部12分别设置在多个盲槽111内。
在该实施例中,通过设置盲槽111,并把固定部12设置在盲槽111内,使第一连接孔121和通孔的长度小于裙框11的厚度,这有效地减小了通孔和第一连接孔121的长度,从而提高了炉脚30的安装速率,提高了烹饪器具100的装配效率。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图2所示,裙脚10呈矩形,盲槽111为方形,且分别位于矩形裙脚10的四个角上。
当然,盲槽111也可以设置为其他形状,如圆形,或者设置在其他位置,在此不再一一列举,也应在本发明的保护范围内。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2至图5所示,固定部12由通孔的孔壁向上呈螺旋状延伸形成;炉脚30上设置有外螺纹,固定部12与炉脚30相螺接。
在该实施例中,设置固定部12由通孔的孔壁向上延伸形成,且呈螺旋状,即固定部12与通孔形成了一个螺旋通道,与炉脚30上的外螺纹相匹配,则炉脚30可以方便地旋入旋出,并可固定在任意位置,这样通过调整炉脚30旋入固定部12内的深度,即可调节炉脚30位于裙脚10外的高度,方便快捷。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2所示,裙框11还包括:支撑板13,支撑板13固定在盲槽111内,炉脚30抵靠在支撑板13上。
在该实施例中,支撑板13的设置,能够对炉脚30起到支撑与固定的作用,以避免推拉烹饪器具100时导致炉脚30倾斜的情况发生。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图2所示,支撑板13呈V形,与盲槽111的底壁和侧壁固定连接。
当然,支撑板13的形状、位置及厚度也可以设置为其他形式,只要能起到支撑固定炉脚30的作用即可,在此不再一一列举,但均应在本发明的保护范围内。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图3至图5所示,相邻的两个盲槽111之间开设有凹槽112。
在该实施例中,在相邻的两个盲槽111之间开设凹槽112,即设置裙框11为空心框体,可有效地减轻裙脚10的质量,使裙脚10变得较为轻便,且节约 原材料。
优选地,如图3至图5所示,凹槽112为开口向下的盲槽111,并与相邻的两个盲槽111共用侧壁,以尽可能地减轻裙脚10的质量,并保证裙脚10的强度。
当然,裙框11上也可以不设置凹槽112,即设置裙框11为实心框体,这样的裙框11具有更高的强度。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图3至图5所示,进一步地,凹槽112内设置有多个加强筋14。
在该实施例中,加强筋14的设置,有效地提高了空心裙脚10的强度,降低了裙脚10发生断裂或变形的概率,进而提高了裙脚10的使用可靠性。具体地,加强筋14的厚度及高度可根据具体情况设置。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图3至图5所示,优选地,多个加强筋14横纵交错设置。
在该实施例中,设置多个加强筋14横纵交错设置,使得裙脚10的内壁和外壁均得到了有效支撑,进一步降低了裙脚10发生断裂或变形的概率,进一步提高了裙脚10的使用可靠性。
优选地,如图3至图5所示,凹槽112两端的加强筋14,即靠近盲槽111处的加强筋14的高度相对较高,以增加裙脚10的支撑强度,凹槽112的中部的加强筋14的高度相对较低,以节约原料,降低成本。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图2所示,裙框11还包括:定位块15,定位块15设置在裙框11的上表面,并卡在底板20上。
在该实施例中,定位块15的设置,对裙脚10的装配过程起到了有效的定位作用,安装时,先将裙脚10卡在底板20上,然后再把裙脚10固定在底板20上,这样先定位再固位,有效地降低了裙脚10与底板20的装配难度,加快了烹饪器具100的装配效率。
在本发明的一个具体实施例中,如图2所示,定位块15为L形板,插入底板20中部的方形开口中,并卡在方形开口的四个直角上。而裙脚10上设置有螺孔113,裙脚10通过螺钉40固定在底板20上。当然,裙脚10也可以通过其他方式与底板20实现固定连接。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具100,如图4和图5所示,包括:底板20、如上述权利要求1至9中任一项的裙脚10和炉脚30。
具体地,底板20上设置有第二连接孔;裙脚10位于底板20下方,并与底板20固定连接,且裙脚10的第一连接孔121与第二连接孔相对应; 炉脚30由下向上穿过第一连接孔121,并伸入第二连接孔内,通过调节炉脚30伸入第二连接孔内的深度可调节炉脚30伸出裙框11的高度。
本发明第二方面的实施例提供的烹饪器具100,因设置有第一方面实施例中任一项所述的裙脚10,因而结构简单,装配工艺简单,装配效率高,且成本低廉。
综上所述,本发明提供的裙脚,包括裙框和多个固定部,通过将裙框和多个固定部设计成一体式结构,使得裙脚可通过一体成型制造,从而显著地简化了裙脚的结构,避免了裙脚多个部件之间的装配与连接工序,并省去了诸多固定零件,因而提高了裙脚的生产效率,并降低了生产制造成本,进而简化了烹饪器具的装配工序,提高了装配效率,大大地增加了产品的市场竞争力。
具体而言,现有的裙脚由多个部件连接形成,结构复杂,装配效率低,严重影响了裙脚的生产效率和制造成本;而本发明提供的裙脚,其裙框和固定部为一体式结构,因而可通过一体成型制成,从而显著地简化了裙脚的结构,避免了通过连接多个部件来组装裙脚的装配工序,并省去了现有技术中的诸多固定零件,故裙脚的生产效率大大提高,且生成制造成本有效降低,进而简化了烹饪器具的装配工序,使其装配效率大大提升,故而显著地增加了产品的市场竞争力。此外,裙脚的一体式结构有效地保证了裙脚的强度,降低了裙脚发生断裂的概率,提高了产品的使用可靠性。
在本发明中,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述的目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性;术语“多个”则指两个或两个以上,除非另有明确的限定。术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语均应做广义理解,例如,“连接”可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;“相连”可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种裙脚,用于固定烹饪器具的炉脚,其特征在于,包括:
    裙框,所述裙框固定在所述烹饪器具的底板上,且所述裙框上设置有多个通孔;和
    多个固定部,多个所述固定部设置在所述裙框上,并分别位于多个所述通孔处,且所述固定部具有第一连接孔,所述第一连接孔与所述通孔相连通,所述炉脚与所述固定部连接,其中,所述裙框与多个所述固定部为一体式结构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的裙脚,其特征在于,
    所述裙框上设置有多个盲槽,所述盲槽的开口向上,多个所述通孔分别设置在多个所述盲槽的底板上,且多个所述固定部分别设置在多个所述盲槽内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的裙脚,其特征在于,
    所述固定部由所述通孔的孔壁向上呈螺旋状延伸形成;
    所述炉脚上设置有外螺纹,所述固定部与所述炉脚相螺接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的裙脚,其特征在于,还包括:
    支撑板,所述支撑板固定在所述盲槽内,所述炉脚抵靠在所述支撑板上。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的裙脚,其特征在于,
    相邻的两个所述盲槽之间开设有凹槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的裙脚,其特征在于,
    所述凹槽内设置有多个加强筋。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的裙脚,其特征在于,
    多个所述加强筋横纵交错设置。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的裙脚,其特征在于,还包括:
    定位块,所述定位块设置在所述裙框的上表面,并卡在所述底板上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的裙脚,其特征在于,
    所述裙脚为塑料裙脚。
  10. 一种烹饪器具,其特征在于,包括:
    底板,所述底板上设置有第二连接孔;
    如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的裙脚,所述裙脚位于所述底板下方,并与所述底板固定连接,且所述裙脚的第一连接孔与所述第二连接孔相对应;和
    炉脚,所述炉脚由下向上穿过所述第一连接孔,并伸入所述第二连接孔内,通过调节所述炉脚伸入所述第二连接孔内的深度可调节所述炉脚伸出所述裙框的高度。
