Abstract
一种背光模组和显示装置,所述背光模组包括中框(10)和背板(20),所述中框(10)至少包括三根固定条(100),三根所述固定条(100)分别固定在所述背板(20)朝向出光面一侧的三条边线上。在背光模组内设置有分件式的中框(10),通过在背板(20)上设计与中框(10)匹配的固定结构,拆卸方便;将背板(20)上翻折形成挡墙(22)及挂台(23),中框(10)可以按顺序沿背板(20)主体滑入其与挂台(23)之间的间隙内,并与背板(20)卡接配合,节省了螺纹紧固件,降低了拆卸和装配难度,也有利于背光模组和显示装置的减薄。
Description
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种背光模组及显示装置。
随着液晶技术的发展,显示模组薄形化设计成为了产品的重要发展方向之一。现有的显示模组设计方式通常是利用显示面板和背光模组等组成完整的显示模组结构,显示模组的减薄主要通过背光模组的减薄实现。而背光模组主要由铁框、反射片、背光板和光学膜片组成,现有技术主要通过减薄该背光模组的各个结构部材的厚度来实现背光模组的减薄,但各个结构部材的减薄均有一定的极限,重新设计后的各种结构固定变得更加复杂,各种连接件的设置使得减薄效果并不太明显,拆装繁琐。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种拆装方便、连接件少的背光模组及显示装置。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括中框和背板,所述中框至少包括三根固定条,三根所述固定条分别固定在所述背板朝向出光面一侧的三条边线上。
其中,所述固定条与所述背板卡接。
其中,所述背板包括背板主体、自所述背板主体四周朝出光面一侧翻折形成的挡墙以及自所述挡墙朝中间翻折形成的挂台,所述固定条至少部分容纳于所述挂台和所述背板主体之间。
其中,所述固定条与所述挡墙或所述挂台卡接。
其中,所述挂台上开设有第一卡合孔,所述中框顶部凸设有用于卡设于所述第一卡合孔内的第一凸起。
其中,所述第一凸起上靠近所述挡墙的一个侧面为倾斜面。
其中,所述中框还包括连接在相邻的两根所述固定条的交角处的弹性连接部。
其中,所述中框还包括搭接条,所述搭接条与所述固定条围成四边形,并固定在所述背板上。
其中,所述搭接条的截面为“L”形,同时固定在所述背板侧壁和所述固定条的顶面。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种显示装置,包括上述的背光模组、设于所述背光模组上的液晶面板以及罩设在所述液晶面板外的前框。
本发明在背光模组内设置有分件式的中框,通过在背板上设计与中框匹配的固定结构,拆卸方便;将背板上翻折形成挡墙及挂台,中框可以按顺序沿背板主体滑入其与挂台之间的间隙内,并与背板卡接配合,节省了螺纹紧固件,降低了拆卸和装配难度,也有利于背光模组和显示装置的减薄。

实施例1
参阅图1和图2,本发明实施例的显示装置包括背光模组(图未标)、设置在背光模组上的液晶面板30以及罩设在液晶面板30外的前框40,液晶面板30安装在背光模组的出光面侧后通过框体结构的前框40进行限位和保护。
本实施例的背光模组包括中框10、背板20、LED灯条1、反射片2、导光板3和光学膜片4,如图3,中框10包括三根固定条100和一根搭接条102,三根固定条100和搭接条102分别固定在背板20朝向出光面一侧的四条边线上,围成四边形。其中,固定条100分别与背板20卡接,搭接条102通过粘贴等方式固定在背板20上。其中搭接条101的截面为“L”形,当固定条100组装完成后,搭接条101同时贴合并固定在背板20侧壁和固定条100的顶面。
结合图4~6,背板20包括背板主体21、自背板主体21四周朝出光面一侧翻折形成的挡墙22以及自挡墙22朝中间翻折形成的挂台23,其中挡墙22垂直于背板主体21,挂台23平行于背板主体21,固定条100至少部分容纳于挂台23和背板主体21之间并与挡墙22或挂台23卡接。
具体地,如图6,本实施例的挂台23为多个,成排间隔设置在挡墙22上,每个挂台23上开设有第一卡合孔230;相应地,中框10的顶部凸设有用于卡设在对应的第一卡合孔230内的第一凸起11。
如图3,在中框10组装过程中,先组装背板20的左右两个短边上的固定条100,然后再组装位于中间的长边的固定条100。由于挂台23、挡墙22与背板主体21三者组成可对固定条100进行限位的结构,固定条100可沿着背板主体21自中部滑入至与挡墙22相对设置,中框10插入挂台23和背板主体21之间的间隙后,第一凸起11卡合进第一卡合孔230内,挂台23与背板主体21起到引导插入的作用。较佳地,第一凸起11上靠近挡墙22的一个侧面S为倾斜面,在固定条100滑入的过程中,该侧面S将挂台23自由端顶起,最终克服挂台23的弹性形变力卡入第一卡合孔230内,装配更加顺畅,最后再组装“L”形的搭接条101即可将LED灯条1、反射片2、导光板3和光学膜片4限制于其中。可以理解的是,挂台23也可以设置成一个,其上开设多个第一卡合孔230。
背光模组组装完毕后,将液晶面板30贴合安装在背板20的挂台23顶面,最后安装前框40即可,液晶面板30安装在挂台23上后,挂台23在纵向上的自由度被进一步限制,使得中框10不会轻易松动,组装可靠性得以提升。
如图7,为固定条100与背板20的另一种配合结构,具体是在挂台23顶部凸设有第二凸起230’,在中框10顶部开设有供第二凸起230’卡设的第二卡合孔11’,同时,为方便装配,第二凸起230’上靠近挂台23端部的面为倾斜面。
通过将中框设计成分件式,并在背板上设计与之配合的挡墙与挂台,中框可以按顺序沿背板主体滑入其与挂台之间的间隙内,并与背板卡接配合,节省了螺纹紧固件,降低了拆卸和装配难度;另外,由于在背板的侧边、背面并无任何用于连接中框的不规则结构以及螺丝孔,进一步有利于背光模组和显示装置的减薄。
实施例2
如图8~11,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的中框10还包括连接在相邻的两根固定条100的交角处的弹性连接部101。该弹性连接部101可以被构造成分别连接在两个交角处的薄板,在组装时,两侧的固定条100可以朝中间弯折一定角度,先将中间的固定条100沿背板主体21朝挡墙22滑动,并使第一凸起11卡合进第一卡合孔230内,然后再使两侧的固定条100分别朝相应的挡墙22滑动并完成组装,可以有效避免组装时两侧的固定条100与背板20的干涉,尤其适合较小尺寸显示装置的组装,可以提高组装效率,降低显示装置的复杂度,减少开模成本。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (19)
- 一种背光模组,其中,包括中框和背板,所述中框至少包括三根固定条,三根所述固定条分别固定在所述背板朝向出光面一侧的三条边线上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述固定条与所述背板卡接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述背板包括背板主体、自所述背板主体四周朝出光面一侧翻折形成的挡墙以及自所述挡墙朝中间翻折形成的挂台,所述固定条至少部分容纳于所述挂台和所述背板主体之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述固定条与所述挡墙或所述挂台卡接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述挂台上开设有第一卡合孔,所述中框顶部凸设有用于卡设于所述第一卡合孔内的第一凸起。
- 根据权利要求5所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一凸起上靠近所述挡墙的一个侧面为倾斜面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述中框还包括连接在相邻的两根所述固定条的交角处的弹性连接部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述中框还包括搭接条,所述搭接条与所述固定条围成四边形,并固定在所述背板上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其中,所述搭接条的截面为“L”形,同时固定在所述背板侧壁和所述固定条的顶面。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括背光模组、设于所述背光模组上的液晶面板以及罩设在所述液晶面板外的前框,所述背光模组包括中框和背板,所述中框至少包括三根固定条,三根所述固定条分别固定在所述背板朝向出光面一侧的三条边线上。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定条与所述背板卡接。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述背板包括背板主体、自所述背板主体四周朝出光面一侧翻折形成的挡墙以及自所述挡墙朝中间翻折形成的挂台,所述固定条至少部分容纳于所述挂台和所述背板主体之间。
- 根据权利要求12所述的显示装置,其中,所述固定条与所述挡墙或所 述挂台卡接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的显示装置,其中,所述挂台上开设有第一卡合孔,所述中框顶部凸设有用于卡设于所述第一卡合孔内的第一凸起。
- 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一凸起上靠近所述挡墙的一个侧面为倾斜面。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述中框还包括连接在相邻的两根所述固定条的交角处的弹性连接部。
- 根据权利要求10所述的显示装置,其中,所述中框还包括搭接条,所述搭接条与所述固定条围成四边形,并固定在所述背板上。
- 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述搭接条的截面为“L”形,同时固定在所述背板侧壁和所述固定条的顶面。
- 一种显示装置,其中,包括背光模组、设于所述背光模组上的液晶面板以及罩设在所述液晶面板外的前框,所述背光模组包括中框和背板,所述中框至少包括三根固定条和一根搭接条,三根所述固定条分别固定在所述背板朝向出光面一侧的三条边线上,所述搭接条与所述固定条围成四边形,并固定在所述背板上。
