Abstract

[0002] 现有的用铆接螺母将主体与螺杆相连接的管夹, 为了方便铆接螺母的生产和铆 接, 铆接螺母的铆接端的内径 D大于铆接螺母的内螺纹的外径 M (见附图 6) , 在固定安装管夹时, 连接铆接螺母和支撑体的螺杆就很可能旋入管夹主体内 ( 见附图 7) , 从而损伤管夹所固定的管子。 现有的用铆接螺母将主体与螺杆相连 接的管夹为了克服这一问题, 采用在铆接的同时破坏铆接螺母的末端螺紋的办 法, 利用破坏的螺纹阻止螺杆旋入到管夹主体内, 但由于铆接螺母的内螺纹部 分在制造时存在公差, 铆接时不能保证铆接螺母的末端螺纹都能被有效合理的 破坏, 所以用这种办法铆接后的铆接螺母在实际安装固定管夹吋不能确保能阻 止螺杆旋入管夹主体内。
