具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细说明。
如图1至4所述的一种多功能个人清洁护理设备,包括壳体1、操作头2和机芯3,操作头2包括 毛刷、连接头21和刷盘22,刷盘22活动套接在连接头21上,机芯3安装在壳体1内,为了便于安装,壳体1被分为两个部分,两个部分之间通过超声波焊接连接,当然也可以通过卡扣扣接,壳体1上安装有按键11,用于用户操作使用。机芯3包括电机35、支架34和转动轴31,电机35安装在支架34上并受控于操控板,操控板安装在壳体1内。壳体1内还安装有蓄电池用于给电机35和操控板供电。刷盘22通过可拆卸结构安装在转动轴31的上端部,可拆卸结构包括固定安装在转动轴31上的下卡扣和与刷盘22一体成型的上卡扣,上下卡扣扣合使刷盘22安装在转动轴31上并随转动轴31一起运动。转动轴31设置在摆臂37上,摆臂37的一端部具有偏心轴孔371,偏心轴孔371内套入一受电机35驱动旋转的偏心件36,摆臂37通过偏心件安装在支架34上,电机35旋转驱动摆臂37偏摆使操作头2产生偏摆运动。
电机35安装在壳体1上,电机输出轴上套设主动齿轮351,主动齿轮351与从动齿轮352啮合,电机驱动主动齿轮351和从动齿轮352转动。传动机构4包括初级齿轮41、次级齿轮42、过渡齿轮43。初级齿轮41、次级齿轮42和过渡齿轮43均设有上下两个同轴齿轮。初级齿轮41位于支架34的一端,其与从动齿轮352相啮合,次级齿轮42位于支架34的另一端,初级齿轮41和次级齿轮42是通过过渡齿轮43传动连接。连接头21下端设有一个与次级齿轮啮合的传动齿轮44,连接头21与传动齿轮44一体成型。支架34上还安装有一个支架盖33,支架盖33和支架34固定安装在一起,支架盖33的侧边设有可装接接过渡齿轮43的柱体32,柱体32设有半封闭的开口321,过渡齿轮43通过穿接上述开口321与传动齿轮44啮合带动连接头21旋转按摩。

支架34底部设有可以穿接电机输出端的通孔,偏心件为偏心轴36,偏心轴36通过通孔安装在电机输出轴上,电机35通过主动齿轮351带动偏心轴36旋转,偏心轴36与主动齿轮351一体成型。偏心轴36伸入偏心轴孔371内且转动时可抵触孔壁并拨动摆杆37产生周期性的摆动,从而使转动轴31产生振动。偏心轴36上距离其旋转轴线最远的位置处的拨动面和旋转轴线之间的距离大于可抵触孔壁到前述旋转轴线之间的距离,以使偏心轴36旋转时可以周期性地抵触偏心轴孔的孔壁使摆杆37产生周期性的偏摆。偏心轴36和孔壁之间套接设有耐磨PU管38,耐磨PU管38降低了偏心轴和孔壁之间因碰撞而产生的噪音。本发明开孔可以为多种形状,可以为封闭的开孔,也可以是非封闭的开孔,在本实施例中,该开孔为外端部非封闭的腰形孔。
刷盘22可以装接粗毛或细毛的刷毛。毛刷盘22具有平的边界面,刷毛垂直地从该边界伸出。毛刷盘22也可以为凹进或凸出的边界面,刷毛可以根据毛刷盘22的形状来进行伸出。
本实施例在工作过程中,电机35一边带动偏心轴36转动,偏心轴36通过偏心轴孔371带动摆臂37产生偏摆运动,电机35另一边带动传动机构4旋转,达到既能偏摆按摩又能旋转清洁的按摩方式,使得按摩手法多样化,以达到良好的按摩效果,并增加面部护理产品的导入量,提高美容效果。
