一种皮肤清洁器 技术领域

背景技术
现代社会,空气污染严重,人体皮肤上会积累不少灰尘。同时,皮肤也会分泌油脂,堆积在皮肤表面,用传统的毛巾洗脸,很难彻底去掉所有污垢,以致脸部产生皮肤问题。现市面上很多类似产品如洗脸刷一种是以电磁场的变化来吸拉磁铁做摆动,此种结构工艺复杂,产品笨重,且在脑部附近经常有高频变化磁场,幅射的电磁波有对人体健康不利的嫌疑;另一种是用马达带动刷盘以一种方向做旋转,这种工具因只有一个方向的动作,只能将毛孔的一侧清洗干净,毛孔的另一侧则很难清洗到,故很难将皮肤彻底清洁干净。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服上述缺陷,提供一种皮肤清洁器,该清洁器用马达带动刷盘做左右高速摆动,能快速地将皮肤毛孔两侧都清洁干净且存在很低程度的电磁辐射。根据本发明的皮肤清洁器比现有产品更便捷、轻便且清洁功能更有效。
具体地,该皮肤清洁器包括主体上壳、电机上壳、电机、偏心轮、传动杆、主体下壳、刷盘、电机下壳和固定轮,其特征在于刷盘由卡扣扣在固定轮上,固定轮固定在传动杆上,传动杆由电机通过偏心轮带动,偏心轮固定在电机轴上。

具体实施方式
参见图1,根据本发明的皮肤清洁器包括主体上壳1、电机上壳2、电机3、偏心轮4、传动杆5、主体下壳6、刷盘7、PCBA8、电机下壳9、第一按键10、第二按键11、固定轮12和密封件13。
刷盘7由卡扣扣在固定轮12上,固定轮12固定在传动杆5上,传动杆5由电机3通过偏心轮4带动。偏心轮4通过中心孔固定在电机轴3上,由电机带动做高速转动。如图1和6所示,偏心轮端面上固定有偏心杆,传动杆5具有沿皮肤清洁器主体基本平行的方向上延伸的横梁,横梁一端具有铰接孔、另一端具有垂至于该横梁而延伸的两根竖杆,该横梁中部具有垂至于该横梁而延伸且延伸方向与前述两根竖杆相反的连接杆。前述两根竖杆之间的间隙形成了与偏心轮的偏心杆相配合的传动槽,偏心杆插入该传动槽中。优选地,该传动槽与偏心轮之间有一定间隙,例如0.1-0.15mm,使偏心轮能够灵活地带动传动杆,将电机的旋转运动转化为刷盘的左右摆动。

在一个优选实施例中,横梁上相对于两根竖杆的另一端设置接头,主体下壳6或者电机下壳9上设置有多个间隔开的接头座与所述接头配合联接,同时横梁具有多个间隔开的插孔从而与连接杆可拆卸地插接。其中,主体下壳6或者电机下壳9上设置的多个间隔开的接头座之间的间距与横梁具有多个间隔开的插孔之间的间距相对应,从而使得当横梁上的接头连接于不同连接座时能够保持连接杆相对于皮肤清洁器的主体保持位置不变,这样可以借助于改变力臂来改变摆动幅度。当然,此时偏心杆应该在位置改变时仍能够有效驱动传动杆,例如始终插入传动槽内,偏心轮与传动槽的竖杆也不会产生干涉。在该实施例中,此配置可以结合电机转速实现刷盘的多样控制。
在另一个优选实施例中,偏心杆插接于偏心轮,而偏心轮上具有沿端面径向间隔分布的多个插孔。在另一个优选实施例中,两根竖杆之间的间隙距离可调。在这两个实施例中,也可实现刷盘摆动幅度的机械调节。
传动杆的连接杆穿过密封件13的中心孔做紧配,密封件由硬胶上成型软胶或硬胶上装配软胶组成,密封件再固定在主体下壳上,达到防水的目的。刷盘7固定于固定轮12上,刷盘可根据个人喜好或使作时间长短做更换。刷盘上的刷毛高度例如可以为10-12mm,为软质尼龙毛或羊毛等,可根据个人喜好选择不同材质刷盘。皮肤清洁器设置有按键,包括第一按键——开机键,第二按键——向上键和向下键。皮肤清洁器有3个LED指示灯,对应开机键、向上键和向下键指示机器的工作状态。

图4是根据本发明的皮肤清洁器的工作控制电路图,R1/R2/R3为限流电阻,可以控制LED的亮度,C1滤波电容,可以保证电源的稳定;用户通过S1/S2/S3进行输入,MCU检测到相应的信号后会点亮相应的LED进行指示,同时给电机输出相应的信号,以实现不同的清洁方式。
在另一个优选实施例中,根据本发明的皮肤清洁器还包括洗面奶自动添加装置。如图5所示,在该实施例中,电机3相对两侧均具有电机轴,一根电机轴驱动偏心轮,另一根电机轴通过蜗杆101、单向轴承102、涡轮103驱动泵叶105,泵叶105设置于泵盖104中并借助于该泵盖104而被固定于清洁器的主体壳体上;同时主体壳体内还包括洗面奶贮存室,经泵叶压缩的空气经由气管106进入洗面奶贮存室,挤压洗面奶从出口流出,该出口可将洗面奶引导至刷盘上,从而实现在使用根据本发明的清洁器时自动添加洗面奶的功能,当然也可以使用其他清洁剂代替该洗面奶。在该实施例中,可在主体壳体上设置控制键以控制洗面奶的自动添加。
在另一个优选实施例中,气管由具有一定膨胀弹性的材料制成,例如橡胶;更优选地,气管在其中部具有螺旋段。由于气管的管壁可膨胀,在泵叶将空气压缩进入洗面奶室时,气 管可以膨胀从而起到一定的缓冲作用,防止洗面奶室中贮存较多洗面奶的时候,洗面奶在气体压力作用下喷射速度过快或者喷射过量。在气管中部设置螺旋段能够加强前述缓冲作用,一方面增长了气体流通的路径,另一方面螺旋段增加了膨胀性能。优选地,气管的内直径处于1-10毫米范围内,当气管在其中部具有螺旋段时,螺旋段的外圆周直径相比气管的内直径优选处于4-8倍范围内,螺旋段优选螺旋2-6圈(匝)。
当按主体上的开关键时,刷盘在电机的带动下,以一档的速度摆动,短按上/下键可以调整摆动频率。需要自动添加洗面奶时,按洗面奶自动添加键。使用完毕,再次按开关键,关机。
