Description

竖刷式电动牙刷
本申请要求了申请日为2014年09月04日,申请号为201410446425.5发明名称为“竖刷式电动牙刷”的中国专利申请的优先权。
技术领域
本发明涉及到动力驱动的清洁装置,特别是电动牙刷。
背景技术
市场上牙刷主要手动操作,电动牙刷与普通牙刷相比,更为科学有效。电动牙刷可以更彻底清洁牙齿、清除牙菌斑、减少牙龈炎和牙龈出血。目前市场出售的是主要是牙刷头旋转类的电动牙刷,声波驱动牙刷,缺少牙医推荐的竖刷牙方式的电动牙刷。旋转类刷头的电动牙刷就是电动机驱动圆形刷头旋转,如高露洁专利CN 1438857 A专利方案。旋转刷头执行刷牙动作的产生牙齿表面清洁效果,旋转更多清洁牙齿表面对牙缝深度清洁程度不够。CN 1491623 A专利是齿轮驱动型,齿轮结构复杂。声波驱动牙刷通过振动口腔内的水、牙膏等液体产生大量微小气泡,在牙齿周围气泡瞬间爆裂产生高压冲击清洁达到清洁的目的。但是超声波刷头毛硬,长时间使用会对破坏牙釉质,口腔敏感人群使用不舒适。
发明内容
本发明主要解决牙刷头垂直于刷柄方向高频摆动的竖刷式电动牙刷,更接近于牙科医生推荐的科学刷牙方式。
本发明由可更换牙刷头和牙刷柄组成。牙刷头部分包含:刷头面板1、面板楔形触点2、面板平衡定位圆轴3、弹簧片4、牙刷头壳盖5、活动定位孔6。牙刷柄部分包含:电源7、电源开关8、电机9、驱动杆10、螺旋头11、防水胶垫12、牙刷柄保护壳体13、排水孔14。电机9带动驱动杆10高频转动,驱动杆前端螺旋头11高频碰撞刷头面板楔形触点2产生下压力,刷头面板上面板平衡定位圆轴3支撑牙刷壳盖5活动定位孔6向下转动,刷头面板1转动过程偏心受压弹簧片4,反作用力把刷头面板1恢复到初始位置。实现牙刷头垂直于刷柄方向反复高频摆动,实现竖刷牙齿。
竖刷式牙刷可让刷毛的往返方向与牙齿缝的方向一致,能有效清除牙齿表面和牙缝的污垢等,符合牙科医生推荐的科学刷牙方法。牙刷头与牙刷柄可拆卸更换。牙刷头简单结构不包含电路适合水洗。刷头面板可为钻石形状刷头,圆形状刷头,方形状刷头等不规则结构牙刷头。牙刷头结构适用于电机驱动以及声波电机驱动等驱动方式。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
如图1所示:牙刷柄13内含电源7和电机9。牙刷柄部分由电池向电机提供电力。电源开关8可接通或关闭电源,使电机旋转或停止。电机连接驱动杆,实现驱动杆旋转。驱动杆10头部为螺旋头11结构,驱动杆可置入牙刷头中空部分。电源接通时,电机9带动驱动杆转动,驱动杆前端螺旋头11转动过程高频反复接触刷头面板上的面板楔形触点2。驱动杆末端安装防水胶垫12,防水胶垫是防水结构部分。如图2所示:面板楔形触点2与刷头面板1为45°斜角结构。面板楔形触点2、平衡定位圆轴3、刷头面板1为一体结构。面板楔形触点顶部为倒三角形结构,扩大接触面积,并使刷头面板质量平衡。面板楔形触点2受到驱动杆前端螺旋头11撞击与平衡定位圆轴3产生作用力偏心转动。平衡定位圆轴为刷头面板质量中轴,是刷头面板两侧突出圆轴部分,牙刷头壳盖内部前端末端设置活动定位孔6,刷头面板能方便卡扣入牙刷盖,实现刷头面板垂直于刷柄方向自由转动。牙刷壳盖顶部设置排水孔14与防水胶垫12组合形成排水防水结构。刷头面板可为钻石形状刷头,圆形状刷头,方形状刷头等不规则面板结构。如图3所示:牙刷头壳盖内部设置固定弹簧片槽位,弹簧片4末端固定在刷头壳盖,弹簧片中部与牙刷盖是变形支撑结构。弹簧片4紧贴刷头面板1上面,提供变形恢复作用力。刷头面板1转动偏心受压弹簧片一端,弹簧片3把刷头面板1恢复到初始位置。牙刷头壳盖略大于刷头面板1,两者之间有缝隙不影响刷头面板垂直于刷柄方向摆动。牙刷头壳盖5内部前端末端有活动定位孔6,小孔略大于平衡定位圆轴3可扣入牙刷头壳盖活动定位孔6自由转动。驱动杆前端螺旋头11高频碰撞刷头面板楔形触点2,刷头面板平衡定位圆轴3转动,刷头面板1偏心受压弹簧片4,弹簧片4反作用力恢复刷 头面板1位置。实现刷头面板垂直于刷柄方向反复高频摆动。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明保护的范围之内。

Claims (4)

  1. 一种竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征是刷头面板垂直于刷柄方向反复高频摆动,电机带动驱动杆高频转动,驱动杆前端螺旋头高频碰撞刷头面板楔形触点产生下压力,刷头面板上的面板平衡定位圆轴支撑于牙刷壳盖活动定位孔并能向下转动,刷头面板转动过程中偏心受压弹簧片,弹簧片对刷头面板的反作用力把刷头面板恢复到初始位置,实现刷头面板垂直于刷柄方向反复高频摆动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于刷头面板平衡定位圆轴扣入牙刷盖的活动定位孔可垂直于刷柄方向转动,面板平衡定位圆轴为质量中轴,刷头面板受压垂直于刷柄方向转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于牙刷头壳盖上的弹簧片,末端固定在刷头壳盖,弹簧片中部与牙刷盖是变形支撑结构,刷头面板转动偏心受压弹簧片一端,弹簧片中部变形支撑,把刷头面板恢复到初始位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种竖刷式电动牙刷,其特征在于牙刷头壳盖内部两端有活动定位孔,刷头面板上的平衡定位圆轴扣入牙刷头壳盖活动定位孔转动,牙刷头壳盖与刷头面板两者之间留有缝隙,牙刷头壳盖内部设置用于固定弹簧片的槽位。
