在实际应用时,用户只需手持喷墨装置 120 便可打印自己需要的图案或文字等打印数据。但是进一步地,为了使得本实用新型的打印机更加省事,使用更方便,优选地,在所述打印机本体上还设置有用于控制打印机本体在物体表面上移动的位移驱动装置,所述位移驱动装置连接处理器 140 。具体来说,通过处理器 140 控制位移驱动装置,位移驱动装置打印机本体在书本、桌面、衣服等物体上自动打印图案或文字,更加省事省力。位移驱动装置有多种实现方式,此处不做详述。
以下以一应用实施例进行说明如下。用户操作按钮及显示屏,从存储装置、无线通讯装置或有线数据接口等方式获取并选择想要印制的图片。将打印机放置在想要印制物体(例如纸张)的表面上,并进行移动。位移感应装置不断将位移信息反馈给处理器。处理器通过计算,根据位移信息 获取图片上相应位置的像素值。处理器通知喷墨装置,触发喷墨芯片上的喷墨孔发生喷墨动作,进行对应的喷墨。随着打印机的不断移动,处理器不断获取像素值,不断控制喷墨芯片喷墨,将在印制物体上形成图片和文字。打印机比较便携,可随身携带,用户手持打印机便可进行打印。用户可个性化设置图案,然后发送给打印机进行打印。也就是说,打印数据可根据用户的个性化需求进行设置和变化。
本实用新型提供的打印机,适用于在不同物体上(包括常规打印纸和很多特殊物体)进行印制,尤其是适用于小图片(或文字)的印制。不带有走纸机构(同时也就不带储存纸的机构),打印机将大大缩小,用户可以手持打印机在其欲打印的物体上进行打印。本实用新型的打印机通过位移感应装置(例如鼠标的光电 传感器 ),测量出打印机与被打印物体之间的相对位移,通过处理器你控制喷墨装置进行打印动作。本实用新型提供的打印机,对原有打印机进行了简化和改进,从而适应了在不同物体上的打印,具有广阔的应用前景,其印制适用范围更大,譬如能在已成册书籍、衣物等非印刷用纸上进行印制。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的 打印机,包括:打印机本体,在所述打印机本体上设置有用于接收打印数据的输入装置、用于在不同物体上打印所述打印数据的喷墨装置、用于测量喷墨装置在不同物体上的移动距离的位移感应装置和用于供电的电源;在所述打印机本体内设置有一电路板,在所述电路板上设置有用于将所述打印数据发送给喷墨装置、及用于接收所述移动距离并根据所述移动距离对应控制喷墨装置的处理器;所述输入装置、喷墨装置、位移感应装置和电源分别连接处理器;将打印机大大缩小,适应在不同物体上的打印,用户可以手持打印机在不同物体上进行打印;实现了图片的可自选和多样性;满足了用户的个性化打印需求,给用户带来了大大的方便,具有较大的应用前景。
可以理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据本实用新型的技术方案及其实用新型构思加以等同替换或改变,而所有这些改变或替换都应属于本实用新型所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种打印机,其特征在于,包括:打印机本体,在所述打印机本体上设置有用于接收打印数据的输入装置、用于在不同物体上打印所述打印数据的喷墨装置、用于测量喷墨装置在不同物体上的移动距离的位移感应装置和用于供电的电源;在所述打印机本体内设置有一电路板,在所述电路板上设置有用于将所述打印数据发送给喷墨装置、及用于接收所述移动距离并根据所述移动距离对应控制喷墨装置的处理器;
    所述输入装置、喷墨装置、位移感应装置和电源分别连接处理器。
  2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,在所述打印机本体上还设置有用于存储打印数据的存储装置;所述存储装置连接处理器。
  3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述喷墨装置包括:用于纳置多种颜色墨水的墨盒和用于喷墨打印所述打印数据的喷墨芯片;所述墨盒连接喷墨芯片;所述喷墨芯片上设置有多个可独立控制的喷墨孔。
  4. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述位移感应装置为光电感应器、滚球位移检测机构或滚轮位移检机构。
  5. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述喷墨装置为热泡喷墨头或压电打印头。
  6. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述输入装置包括:用于无线接收打印数据的无线通讯装置;所述无线通讯装置连接处理器。
  7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述输入装置包括:用于有线接收打印数据的有线数据接口;所述有线数据接口连接处理器。
  8. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,在所述打印机本体还上设置有开关机按钮、用于选择打印数据的打印范围的选择按钮和用于设置打印参数的设置按钮,所述开关机按钮、选择按钮和设置按钮分别连接处理器。
  9. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,在所述打印机本体上还设置有用于显示打印数据及打印机功能菜单界面的显示装置;所述显示装置连接处理器。
  10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的打印机,其特征在于,在所述打印机本体上还设置有用于控制打印机本体在物体表面上移动的位移驱动装置。
