Description
本发明涉及手机领域,特别涉及一种金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构。
如图1所示,现有的金属壳手机取卡方式都是将SIM卡放在位于手机PCB板18上侧的SIM卡座11内的卡托12上,拆装SIM卡时,通过在壳体13上开的一个卡托推杆孔14,通过针状推杆向壳体内推动SIM卡座上的卡托推杆15,推出卡托12来取SIM卡,压入SIM卡托,推杆复位。
如图2所示,由于卡托推杆孔14的存在,所以水就能够轻易的从壳体外侧16由这个卡托推杆孔14进入手机的壳体内侧17,导致器件短路或腐蚀导致机器损毁。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单合理的金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构,该金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构通过在卡托推杆外侧的卡托推杆孔内设置防水密封针从而密封卡托推杆孔进行防水,针状推杆通过推动防水密封针顶动卡托推杆将卡托顶出壳体实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡,从而能够阻止水从壳体外进入壳体内侧,因此实现器件防水,避免器件短路或腐蚀导致机器损毁。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明提供了一种金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构,包括:SIM卡座,其位于手机的PCB板的上侧;卡托,其设置在所述SIM卡
座内,用于盛放SIM卡;卡托推杆,其设置在所述SIM卡座的一侧,用于推动卡托从而将其顶出壳体;以及防水密封针,其设置在手机壳体上与所述卡托推杆对应开设的卡托推杆孔内,从而密封所述卡托推杆孔进行防水。
优选地,上述技术方案中,防水密封针包括:密封针体及套设在该密封针体外端的弹性密封圈。
优选地,上述技术方案中,密封针体及弹性密封圈为一体式结构或分体式结构。
优选地,上述技术方案中,密封针体为与卡托推杆孔适配的圆柱状,其外端周向开设有密封圈槽,用于套设所述弹性密封圈。
优选地,上述技术方案中,密封针体的内端还设置有限位凸缘。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:该金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构通过在卡托推杆外侧的卡托推杆孔内设置防水密封针从而密封卡托推杆孔进行防水,针状推杆通过推动防水密封针顶动卡托推杆将卡托顶出壳体实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡,从而能够阻止水从壳体外进入壳体内侧,因此实现器件防水,避免器件短路或腐蚀导致机器损毁。

如图3至图5所示(图中箭头代表推力),根据本发明具体实施方式的金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构的具体结构包括:SIM卡座21、卡托22、卡托推杆23和防水密封针24。其中,SIM卡座21位于手机PCB板25的上侧,卡托22设置在该SIM卡座21内,用于盛放SIM卡。卡托推杆23设置在SIM卡座21的一侧,其与卡托22联动设置,推动卡托推杆23即可将卡托22顶出壳体从而实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡。金属壳手机的壳体26上开设有与卡托推杆23对应的卡托推杆孔27,防水密封针24设置在该卡托推杆孔27内从而密封卡托推杆孔进行防水,针状推杆通过推动防水密封针顶动卡托推杆将卡托顶出壳体实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡,从而能够阻止水从壳体外进入壳体内侧,因此实现器件防水,避免器件短路或腐蚀导致机器损毁。
具体来讲,如图3和图4所示,PCB(Printed Circuit Board),中文名称为印制电路板,又称印刷线路板,是重要的电子部件,是电子元器件的支撑体,是电子元器件电气连接的载体。由于它是采用电子印刷术制作的,故被称为“印刷”电路板。手机的PCB板25设置在壳体26内,SIM卡座21位于手机的PCB板25的上侧,而卡托22设置在该SIM卡座21内,用于盛放SIM卡。
与卡托22联动设置的卡托推杆23设置在SIM卡座21的一侧,推动卡托推杆23即可将卡托22顶出壳体26,从而实现将盛放在卡托22内的SIM卡的取出或装入。
金属壳手机的壳体26上开设有与卡托推杆23对应的卡托推杆孔27,卡托推杆孔27作为针状推杆推动卡托推杆将卡托顶出壳体实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡的通道,但由于卡托推杆孔的存在,所以水就能够轻易的从壳体外侧
28由这个卡托推杆孔27进入手机的壳体内侧29,导致器件短路或腐蚀导致机器损毁。
该金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构通过设置防水密封针从而密封卡托推杆孔进行防水,其中,防水密封针24设置在该卡托推杆孔27内从而密封卡托推杆孔进行防水,针状推杆通过推动防水密封针顶动卡托推杆将卡托顶出壳体实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡,从而能够阻止水从壳体外进入壳体内侧,因此实现器件防水,避免器件短路或腐蚀导致机器损毁。
优选的,如图5所示,防水密封针24包括:密封针体241及套设在该密封针体外端的弹性密封圈242。密封针体241及弹性密封圈242为一体式结构或分体式结构。密封针体241为与卡托推杆孔27适配的圆柱状,其内端面作为卡托推杆23的推动面,与卡托推杆23接触;密封针体241的外端面作为针状推杆的接触面,从而通过针状推杆推动防水密封针顶动卡托推杆将卡托顶出壳体实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡。密封针体241的内端还设置有限位凸缘,防止防水密封针24从卡托推杆孔27内滑脱。密封针体241的外端周向开设有密封圈槽,用于套设弹性密封圈242。弹性密封圈242套设在该密封针体的外端,防水密封针24设置在该卡托推杆孔27内时,弹性密封圈242与卡托推杆孔27过盈配合,弹性密封圈242与卡托推杆孔27间产生持续的张力,从而能够阻止水从壳体外进入壳体内侧,而且在防水密封针的滑动过程中,这种张力持续存在,因此实现防水密封针在使用过程中长期防水。但推杆推动防水密封针,防水密封针滑动后退,顶动卡托推杆,卡托推杆就将卡托顶出壳体,实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡,完成后向壳体内压入SIM卡托,SIM卡托推杆复位,带动防水密封针复位,整个动作完成一个循环。
综上,该金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构通过在卡托推杆外侧的卡托推杆孔内设置防水密封针从而密封卡托推杆孔进行防水,针状推杆通过推动防水密封针顶动卡托推杆将卡托顶出壳体实现取SIM卡或装SIM卡,从而能够阻止水从壳体外进入壳体内侧,因此实现器件防水,避免器件短路或腐蚀导致
机器损毁。

- 一种金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构,其特征在于,包括:SIM卡座,其位于手机的PCB板的上侧;卡托,其设置在所述SIM卡座内,用于盛放SIM卡;卡托推杆,其设置在所述SIM卡座的一侧,用于推动卡托从而将其顶出壳体;以及防水密封针,其设置在手机壳体上与所述卡托推杆对应开设的卡托推杆孔内,从而密封所述卡托推杆孔进行防水。
- 根据权利要求1所述的金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构,其特征在于,所述防水密封针包括:密封针体及套设在该密封针体外端的弹性密封圈。
- 根据权利要求2所述的金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构,其特征在于,所述密封针体及弹性密封圈为一体式结构或分体式结构。
- 根据权利要求3所述的金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构,其特征在于,所述密封针体为与卡托推杆孔适配的圆柱状,其外端周向开设有密封圈槽,用于套设所述弹性密封圈。
- 根据权利要求4所述的金属壳手机卡托孔的防水结构,其特征在于,所述密封针体的内端还设置有限位凸缘。
