本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其具有检测球体运动方向的运动传感器,控制电路采集所述运动传感器所检测到的运动方向信号并根据运动方向信号控制发声装置和/或发光装置执行相应的发声和/或发光策略,这样,当游戏者手持悠悠球往不同的方向运动时,悠悠球就会发出不同的声音或者光效,因此,游戏者游戏时除了通过绳索控制外,还可以通过进行其他的各种动作来获得悠悠球各种不同的声光响应,相比传统的悠悠球,游戏者可以进行游戏的方式更加多元化,游戏者能够以更多形式来进行游戏以获得悠悠球的响应,促使游戏者在游戏时进一步提高游戏动作的复杂性,也有效的提高了游戏的趣味性。

具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
本发明游戏方式多元的悠悠球的具体实施方式,如图1和图2所示,其球体包括用于缠绕绳子并能够在绳子的牵引下转动的中间转动部、分布于中间转动部左边的左侧部和分布于中间转动部右边的右侧部。悠悠球中设置的电子元件包括控制电路11、发声装置12和发光装置13,控制电路11的信号输出端连接发声装置12的信号输入端和发光装置13的信号输入端,从而能够发送驱动信号驱动发声装置12发声,驱动发光装置13发光,并且,控制电路11中预置有多种声光控制模式,在不同的声光控制模式下,其控制发声装置12和发光装置13的发声和发光的模式不同。例如在第一种模式下,其控制发声装置12模拟猴叫、控制发光装置13发出蓝光,在第二种模式下,其控制发光装置13模拟虎啸、控制发光装置13发出黄光。当然,本技术在实际应用时,球体1内也可以仅仅设置发声装置12,或仅仅设置发光装置13,只要其能够在控制电路11的控制下执行不同的发声和/或发光策略即可。具体控制电路11如何选择控制模式,在不同的控制模式下又如何进一步调整发声装置12和发光装置13的发声策略和发光策略,后文再详细论述。
如图2和图3所示,中间转动部包括壳体和设置于壳体中的转动部件,转动部件包括一个随转动部件的转动而转动的转子21,转子21大致呈圆柱状,该圆柱状转子21的一个底面设置有一个凸块22,该凸块22随着转子21的转动而做圆周转动,对应的,在凸块22的运动轨迹的一处还设置有一个固定于右侧部的拨片开关23(也可以在凸块22的运动轨迹的多处设置多个拨片开关23),由于转动部件转动时右侧部固定不转动,当凸块22转动至拨片开关23位置时,则拨动该拨片开关23,凸块22每拨动一次拨片开关23,即意味着转子21转动了一周,也就悠悠球转动了一周。以上方式,由于转子21是悠悠球本身就具有的一个结构,因此实际上仅仅需要增加一个凸块22和拨片开关23,在极低的成本条件下就可以检测到悠悠球的转动圈数、运动距离和转动速度。当然,现有技术中还有多种其他转动检测装置,如 果不考虑成本因素,本领域技术人员也可以根据具体的成本、工艺等因素而选择其他的转动检测装置替代以上凸块22和拨片开关23来检测悠悠球的转动情况,在此不再赘述。
如图2和图4所示,右侧部包括右侧底座31、右侧顶盖32和右侧盖板33,右侧顶盖32设置有开口朝向右侧盖板33的电池槽,电池槽出口处设置有电池盖,右侧盖板33固定在右侧顶盖32的右侧,主要起到装饰作用。右侧底座31和右侧顶盖32形成有容置腔,容置腔中固定有能够检测悠悠球运动方向的滚珠开关35。为了设置电池槽,右侧顶盖32朝向右侧底座31一侧形成了凸出部34,凸出部34将容置腔分割为多个较小的容置空间,为了方便的将滚珠开关35安装到容置腔中,本实施例将滚珠开关35先固定在一块固定板36(固定板36可以是电路板)上,固定板36设置有卡位,右侧底座31和右侧顶盖32分别设置有与固定板36的卡位匹配的卡件,安装时,先将固定板36卡接至相应的卡件上(可以先卡接到右侧底座31的卡件,也可以先卡接到右侧顶盖32的卡件),然后在右侧底座31和右侧顶盖32相互配合扣紧,右侧底座31和右侧顶盖32相互盖紧时就会压紧固定板36,从而固定住滚珠开关35。进一步的,本实施例还将固定板36贴合设置于前述凸出部34的侧壁,利用凸出部来进一步避免固定板36的晃动,进一步加强其稳固性。此外,固定板36上设置有固定环37,固定环37的内径与滚珠开关35的前端的外径匹配,这样方便滚珠开关35准确的定位并安装到固定板36上,也确保滚珠开关35安装到固定板36后的牢固性。为了加强滚珠开关35安装到固定板36的稳固性,本实施例还增设辅助固定件38,辅助固定件38包括抵紧滚珠开关35末端面的压紧片381和将压紧片381固定至固定板36上的连接柱382。需要说明的是,选择以上滚珠开关35的固定结构,主要是从如何方便安装,并且提高安装的稳固性的角度来考虑的,但本领域技术人员根据其具体设计的产品结构,也可以采用其他固定结构,例如,在不在意安装工艺的难易程度且空间允许的情况下,也可以将滚珠开关35直接通过螺钉固定到悠悠球本体上。但是需要尽可能的确保滚珠开关35安装的稳固性,否则会影响滚珠开关35检测的准确性。另外,本实施例采用滚珠开关35的主要原因是其成本比较低,而且配合以上牢固性能够得到有效的保证的安装结构后,其检测准确性相当可靠,能够胜任悠悠球的使用,当然,对于本领域的技术人员来说,如果其设计的结构难以让滚珠开关35能够稳定、可靠的检测,那么其也可以选择其他运动传感器来加以替代,例如可以选择直接焊接到电路板上的贴片式运动传感器,只要能够有效的检测悠悠球的运动方向即可。
如图2和图5所示,左侧部包括左侧底座41、左侧顶盖42、左侧盖板43和配盖44,左侧底座41右侧与中间转动部连接,左侧底座41与左侧顶盖42配合形成左侧部安装槽,左侧部安装槽的槽底安装有电路板,其中一个电路板设置有触发开关45,另一个电路板设置有一 组模式开关46,本实施例中模式开关46具有两个。
如图5所示,左侧盖板43设置于左侧部安装槽的槽口处,并且被按压时能够朝向左侧部安装槽的槽底运动,直至按下触发开关45,这样,游戏者只要握持悠悠球并按压左侧盖板43,触发开关45就会被触发。触发开关45的主要作用是让游戏者触发悠悠球的运动方向检测及响应功能,使悠悠球依据前述滚珠开关35检测到的运动方向信号来进行声光响应。该触发开关45采用由左侧盖板43的运动来触发,这样按压面积更大,更加方便游戏者的控制,当然,触发开关45也可以是其他形式的开关,例如设置在左侧顶盖42以方便握持,甚至可以是非按压式的触控开关,比如触摸式开关等,无论那种形式,只要能够让游戏者能够通过一定的动作来触发悠悠球的运动方向检测功能及响应即可。
此外,左侧盖板43还开设有与模式开关46匹配的一组开关孔47(两个),配盖44朝向左侧盖板43的一侧设置有能够插入开关孔47中的插柱48,不同类型的配盖44(可以根据配盖44外侧的图案来确定配盖44的类型),其插柱48插入不同的开关孔47中,从而触发不同的模式开关46,使得控制电路11选不同的控制模式。这样,游戏者通过更换不同类型的配盖44,就可以使控制电路11选择不同的控制模式,也能够使得悠悠球的声光效果与悠悠球的外观效果相互匹配,例如当游戏者将具有猴子图案的配盖44安装到球体上时,具有猴子图案的配盖44上的插柱48就插入到相应的开关孔中,从而触发与猴子图案匹配的声光模式,控制电路11控制发声装置12模拟猴叫,从而提高悠悠球游戏过程中趣味性,而且游戏者能够依据配盖快速的判断出当前悠悠球是何种声光效果,便于游戏者根据需要灵活选择、变换声光效果。需要说明的是,配盖44也并不仅仅能够被安装在悠悠球的左侧盖板43,还可以安装在悠悠球的外表面的其他位置,例如可以配合、安装在左侧顶盖42的周侧上,只要悠悠球本体和配盖44之间能够被方便的拆解/组装即可。当然,本实施例配盖44用于装配在左侧盖板43,这种方式相对于其他配合方式而言,不仅仅使悠悠球的外观在更换配盖44后能够有大幅度的改变,而且配盖44和左侧盖板43之间的组装更加容易,配盖44和左侧盖板43之间的相互进行配合固定的结构也更为简单。具体的,配盖44与侧盖板的固定方式可以采用现有的一些固定方式,也可以采用磁性配合等方式,主要能够方便拆装,又能够确保固定的稳固性即可。在此不再赘述。
在上述结构中,本悠悠球设置有拨片开关23、滚珠开关35、触发开关45和模式开关46,这四个开关相互配合以控制悠悠球的声光模式,如图6所示,在电路上,这四个开关分别与控制电路11连接,控制电路11综合这四者的信号来控制悠悠球的声光效果,具体的控制模式如下:控制电路11根据模式开关46被触发的情况,选择相应的声光模式,例如游戏者选 择的配盖44是猴子图案的配盖44,那么控制电路11则选择与猴子图案相互匹配的声光模式,在该模式下,如果需要发出声光效果,那么发光装置13仅仅发出黄光,发声装置12发出的特殊声效是猴声,发声装置12还能发出普通声效,该普通声效可以不受模式选择信号影响,具体可包括A声效、B声效、C声效和D声效。而当游戏者按下左侧盖板43从而触发触发开关45时,控制电路11获取滚珠开关35检测到的运动方向信号,根据运动方向信号控制发光装置13和发声装置12执行不同的声光策略,这里仅仅以音效举例,首先要说明的是本电路将运动方向信号分为左右运动方向信号和上下运动方向信号,当然,根据实际需要还可以区分更多类型的运动方向信号。音效控制过程是:当检测到游戏者按压悠悠球左侧盖板43并手持悠悠球上下运动时,控制电路中获取计数电路累计监测到的上下运动方向信号的计数值,如果该计数值是偶数,则播放A声效,如果该计数值为奇数,则播放B声效,当计数值等于四时,则控制发声模块发出特殊声效并将计数值清零;同理,当检测到游戏者按压悠悠球左侧盖板43并手持悠悠球左右运动时,控制电路中获取计数电路累计监测到的左右运动方向信号的计数值,如果该计数值是偶数,则播放C声效,如果该计数值为奇数,则播放D声效,,当计数值等于四时,则控制发声模块发出特殊声效并将计数值清零。此外,当游戏中甩动悠悠球使悠悠球转动时,拨片开关23计数悠悠球的转动圈数,当检测到悠悠球转动了一定的圈数,即悠悠绳伸出一定长度时,则发出第二种特殊声效;该特殊音效同样随模式开关所产生的模式选择信号的变化而变化。以上仅仅以声效为例,光效可以是类似的控制模式,本领域技术人员按照以上方式可以自行设置,在此不再赘述。
本实施例采用四个不同的开关协同控制悠悠球的声光效果,大幅度的提高了悠悠球声光效果的多样性,而且声光效果有效的依据游戏者的动作来进行响应,这使悠悠球的游戏方式更加多元化,其中的核心是滚珠开关35,只有设置滚珠开关,悠悠球才能够有效的对游戏者的动作进行响应,而只要存在滚珠开关35并依据滚珠开关35检测到的方向信号来控制悠悠球的声光效果,那么在游戏者手持悠悠球往不同的方向运动时,悠悠球就会发出不同的声音或者光效,因此,游戏者游戏时除了通过绳索控制外,还可以通过进行其他的各种动作来获得悠悠球各种不同的声光响应效果,相比传统的悠悠球,游戏者能够以更多形式来进行游戏以获得悠悠球的响应,游戏者可以进行游戏的方式更加多元化,并促使游戏者在游戏时进一步提高游戏动作的复杂性,有效的提高了游戏的趣味性。
当然,根据实际需求,也可以不采用拨片开关23、触发开关45和/或模式开关46,但是省略了拨片开关23和模式开关46,也相应的减少了游戏方式的多元性。而如果省略触发开关45,则有可能导致悠悠球在传统的游戏动作中也发出相应的声光效果,导致声光响应效果 偏离游戏者的预期。例如游戏者仅仅是甩动悠悠球,但是控制电路11却检测到悠悠球向下运动,从而触发相应的声光效果,出现了违背游戏者预期的效果,影响游戏体验。这是基于此,本实施例选择增加触发开关45来作为滚珠开关35的运动方向信号的有效性的前提。
另外,上述的“左侧”和“右侧”仅是为了对悠悠球球体的两侧以及两侧位置上的相关部件加以区分,它们并不构成对悠悠球球体两侧以及该两侧位置上的相关部件在方向上和顺序上的限制。
最后应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细地说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:包括球体,所述球体设置有控制电路(11)、与控制电路(11)连接的发声装置(12)和/或发光装置(13)、以及能够检测球体运动方向的运动传感器,所述控制电路(11)采集所述运动传感器所检测到的运动方向信号并根据所述运动方向信号控制所述发声装置(12)和/或发光装置(13)执行相应的发声和/或发光策略。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述控制电路包括计数电路,所述计数电路对不同类型的运动方向信号分别进行计数,所述控制电路依据当前检测到的运动方向信号所属类型的计数结果来控制所述发声装置(12)和/或发光装置(13)执行相应的发声和/或发光策略。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述发光装置能够发出普通光效和特殊光效和/或所述发声装置能够发出普通声效和特殊声效,当所述控制电路在当前检测到的运动方向信号所属类型的计数值达到预设值时,触发所述发光装置发出特殊光效和/或触发所述发声装置发出特殊声效,否则,触发所述发光装置发出普通光效和/或触发所述发声装置发出普通声效。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述发光装置能够发出A光效和B光效和/或所述发声装置能够发出A声效和B声效,所述控制电路在当前检测到的运动方向信号所属类型的计数值为偶数时,触发所述发光装置发出A光效和/或触发所述发声装置发出A声效,所述控制电路在当前检测到的运动方向信号所属类型的计数值为奇数时,触发所述发光装置发出B光效和/或触发所述发声装置发出B声效。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述运动传感器包括滚珠开关(35),所述滚珠开关(35)与所述控制电路(11)连接。
  6. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述球体设置有触发开关(45),所述触发开关(45)被触发则发送触发信号至控制电路(11),以使控制电路(11)采集所述运动方向信号。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述触发开关为按压式开关,所述球体的侧部装配有侧盖板,所述触发开关(45)安装于所述侧部,所述侧盖板被按压时触发所述触发开关(45)。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述球体的侧部设置有安装槽,所述侧盖板安装于所述安装槽中,并能够远离或者靠近所述安装槽的槽底运 动,所述触发开关(45)设置于所述安装槽的槽底,所述侧面盖被按压时朝向安装槽槽底运动以触发所述触发开关(45)。
  9. 如权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述运动传感器安装于固定板(36),所述球体的侧部设置有容置腔,所述固定板(36)固定于容置腔中。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述设置有容置腔的侧部具有底座和顶盖,所述固定板(36)一端卡紧于底座,另一端卡紧于顶盖,所述顶盖朝向底座的一侧设置有凸出部(34),所述固定板(36)抵紧于所述凸出部(34)的侧面。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述运动传感器的前端固定于固定板(36),所述固定板(36)设置有与所述运动传感器的前端匹配的固定环(37)以辅助固定所述运动传感器,所述运动传感器的末端背离所述固定板(36),所述运动传感器的末端面固定设置有辅助固定件(38),辅助固定件(38)包括抵紧运动传感器未端面的压紧片(381)和将压紧片(381)固定至固定板(36)上的连接柱(382)。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:还包括能够与球体进行装配的配盖(44)和设置于球体中的模式选择装置,所述配盖(44)被安装至所述球体时,该配盖(44)的触发部触发所述球体上的模式选择装置,以使模式选择装置产生与该配盖(44)相对应的模式选择信号,所述控制电路(11)根据所述模式选择信号控制所述发声装置(12)和/或发光装置(13)执行相应的发声和/或发光模式。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述模式选择装置包括触控式的模式开关(46),所述模式开关(46)裸露于所述球体的外壁以便被所述触发部触发。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述发光装置能够发出普通光效和特殊光效和/或所述发声装置能够发出普通声效和特殊声效,所述特殊光效和/或所述特殊音效根据所述模式选择信号的变化而变化。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述球体的外壁设置有开关孔(47),所述模式开关(46)设置于所述开关孔(47)中,所述配盖(44)的触发部包括能够插入球体的开关孔(47)中的插柱(48)。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:还包括与控制电路连接的转动检测装置,所述转动检测装置检测悠悠球的转动情况,在悠悠球转动时,所述控制电路根据所述转动检测装置的检测信号控制所述发声/发光执行相应的发声/发光策 略。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的一种游戏方式多元的悠悠球,其特征在于:所述球体包括两个侧部和连接于两个侧部之间的转动部件,转动部件设置有随转动部件转动而做圆周运动的凸块(22),所述转动检测装置包括设置于所述凸块(22)的运动轨迹且与所述凸块(22)对应的拨片开关(23),所述凸块(22)经过所述拨片开关(23)时触发所述拨片开关(23),所述拨片开关(23)与所述控制电路(11)连接。
