Abstract
一种具有曲面导光板(10,11,12)的显示设备(1),包括一曲面导光板(10,11,12),其曲面部分是由多个条状区段(100)并排相连所组成,并在每两个所述条状区段(100)之间有一与条状区段(100)平行相连的条状凹槽(112);以及多个直下式光源(20),所述多个直下式光源(20)会被排列成一列以上,且每列所述直下式光源(20)与每一所述条状凹槽(112)相对应。
Description
本发明涉及一种具有曲面导光板的显示设备,特别是涉及一种直下式光源且光线均匀的曲面显示设备。
随着显示技术的飞速发展,显示器尺寸越来越大。人们观看平面显示器时,由于显示器各显示部分到人眼的距离不相等,使得看到纯平面显示画面其实是“扭曲”的,特别是面对大屏幕时,这种现象尤为严重。
于是,最近出现了曲面显示器,曲面显示器的显示屏的曲率与人眼的视网膜的曲率大致相同,因此在位于显示器的正前方的使用者观看曲面显示器显示的画面时,曲面显示器水平方向的中心区域到人眼的距离与曲面显示器水平方向的边缘区域到人眼的距离大致相等,观看电视时离每一个像素点的距离都是一样的,使得画面以相同角度直观映射到大脑,曲面显示器弧面屏在左右两边可实现更优良的可视角度,用户观看的体验更自然,更舒适,对大脑的压力更小,临场感更出众,在观看体验上是全新的体验。
通常曲面显示器是将显示面板弯曲成一定弧度,并配合曲面背直下式光源的方式以形成曲面显示设备,因为光线是沿直线传播的,当显示面板弯曲时会造成一定的风险,如屏幕光线不均。
本发明提供了一种具有直下式光源的曲面导光板及其显示设备。
本发明的一实施例提供了一种具有直下式光源曲面导光板的其显示设备,包括一曲面导光板,其曲面部分是由多个条状区段并排相连所组成,并在每两个所述条状区段之间有一与条状区段平行相连的条状凹槽;以及多个直下式光源,所述多个直下式光源会被排列成一列以上,且每列所述直下式光源与每一所述条状凹槽相对应。
依据本发明一实施例,所述多个条状区段中的每一条状区段是一条状平面,所述多个平面中的每个条状平面上具有多个网点分布。
依据本发明另一实施例,所述多个条状区段中的每个条状区段是由一多边形曲面,所述多个多边形曲面中的每个多边形曲面是由多个条状平面并排相连所组成,所述多个条状平面中的每个条状平面上具有多个网点分布。
依据本发明又一实施例,所述多个条状区段中的每个条状区段是一条状圆弧面,所述多个条状圆弧面中的每个条状圆弧面是由多个条状平面并排相连所组成,所述多个条状平面中的每个条状平面上具有多个网点分布。
本发明的好处是,每个矩形导光板网点可按照平面显示的导光板网点进行设计,大大降低了网点设计难度,且在平面上加工网点远比在曲面上加工容易得多,每一个多边形或圆弧结构对应一排直下式光源,可使曲面显示屏幕光线更均匀。

以下结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例,以详细说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1所示,图1是依据本发明一实施例的具有曲面导光板10的显示设备1的结构示意图,显示设备1包括一曲面导光板10,其曲面部分是由多个条状区段100并排相连所组成,并在每两个所述条状区段之间有一与条状区段平行相连的条状凹槽,以及多个直下式光源20,所述多个直下式光源20会被排列成一列以上,且每列所述直下式光源20与每一所述条状凹槽112相对应。所述多个条状区段100中的每一条状区段100是一条状平面100’,每个条状平面100’上具有多个网点分布(未图示)。
请参照图2,图2是图1显示设备1的结构侧视图,导光板10后呈现圆弧101,且各条状平面100’对应一排直下式光源20。
请参照图3,图3是图1的曲面导光板10的示意图,导光板10后呈现圆弧101。
图4为依据本发明的另一实施例的曲面导光板11的示意图,所述曲面导光板11,其曲面部分是由多个条状区段100所组成,所述多个条状区段100中的每个条状区段100是一多边形曲面110,每个多边形曲面110是由多个条状平面100’并排相连所组成,每个条状平面100’上具有多个网点分布(未图示)
,导光板11后呈现圆弧101。
请参照图5,图5为图4的曲面导光板11的侧视图,导光板11后呈现圆弧101,且每个多边形散光口111就位于在每两个所述条状区段100之间与条状区段100平行相连的条状凹槽112,并对应一排直下式光源20。
图6为依据本发明的另一实施例的曲面导光板12的示意图,所述曲面导光板12,其曲面部分是由多个条状区段100并排相连所组成,所述多个条状区段100是多个条状圆弧面120,每个条状圆弧120是由两个条状平面100’并排相连所组成,此处的数目两个只是用于举例,而非对本发明限制,每个条状平面100’上具有多个网点分布(未图示)
,导光板12后呈现圆弧101。
请参照图7,图7为图6的曲面导光板12的侧视图,导光板12后呈现圆弧101,且每个多边形散光口113就位于在每两个所述条状区段100之间与条状区段100平行相连的条状凹槽112,并对应一排直下式光源20。
请参照图8,图8为图1中曲面导光板的显示设备组装后的结构侧视图。显示设备1加上外壳2。
本发明的好处是,每个矩形导光板网点可按照平面显示的导光板网点进行设计,大大降低了网点设计难度,且在平面上加工网点远比在曲面上加工容易得多,每一个多边形或圆弧结构对应一排直下式光源,可使曲面显示屏幕光线更均匀。
Claims (11)
- 一种具有直下式光源曲面导光板的显示设备,包括一曲面导光板,其曲面部分是由多个条状区段并排相连所组成,并在每两个所述条状区段之间有一与条状区段平行相连的条状凹槽;以及多个直下式光源,所述多个直下式光源会被排列成一列以上,且每列所述直下式光源与每一所述条状凹槽相对应;其中,所述曲面导光板的表面上具有多个网点分布。
- 一种具有直下式光源曲面导光板的显示设备,包括一曲面导光板,其曲面部分是由多个条状区段并排相连所组成,并在每两个所述条状区段之间有一与条状区段平行相连的条状凹槽;以及多个直下式光源,所述多个直下式光源会被排列成一列以上,且每列所述直下式光源与每一所述条状凹槽相对应。
- 如权利要求2所述的显示设备,其中,所述多个条状区段中的每一条状区段是一条状平面。
- 如权利要求3所述的显示设备,其中,所述多个平面中的每个条状平面上具有多个网点分布。
- 如权利要求2所述的显示设备,其中,所述多个条状区段中的每个条状区段是一条状圆弧面。
- 如权利要求5所述的显示设备,其中,所述多个条状圆弧面中的每个条状圆弧面是由多个条状平面并排相连所组成。
