本发明提供一种曲面液晶显示装置,包括曲面背板(3)、设于所述曲面背板(3)上的导光板(31)、固定于所述曲面背板(3)上的胶框(2)、及粘结于所述胶框(2)上的液晶面板(1),所述曲面背板(3)呈壳体状,其两侧内壁上分别设有数个凸起部(32),所述胶框(2)包括分别位于顶部两侧的两个结合部(21)、及分别位于底部两侧且开口方向朝外的数个凹槽(22),所述液晶面板(1)粘结于所述结合部(21)上,所述数个凸起部(32)卡合于所述数个凹槽(22)中,从而使胶框(2)固定于曲面背板(3)上,所述液晶面板(1)在胶框(2)的作用下产生弯曲之后所述液晶面板(1)与所述曲面背板(3)具有相同的弯曲曲率。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种曲面液晶显示装置。
背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD,Liquid Crystal Display)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。如:液晶电视、移动电话、个人数字助理(PDA)、数字相机、计算机屏幕或笔记本电脑屏幕等。
通常液晶显示装置包括壳体、设于壳体内的液晶面板及设于壳体内的背光模组(Backlight module)。背光模组依照光源入射位置的不同分成侧入式背光模组与直下式背光模组两种。直下式背光模组是将背光源例如CCFL(ColdCathode Fluorescent Lamp,阴极萤光灯管)或LED(Light Emitting Diode发光二极管)光源设置在液晶面板后方,光线经扩散板均匀化后形成面光源提供给液晶面板。而侧入式背光模组是将背光源LED灯条(Light bar)设于液晶面板侧后方的背板边缘处,LED灯条发出的光线从导光板(Light Guide Plate,LGP)一侧的入光面进入导光板,经反射和扩散后从导光板出光面射出,再经由光学膜片组,以形成面光源提供给液晶面板。
近年来,随着液晶显示技术的发展,各大厂商陆续地推出了曲面电视等曲面液晶显示装置,整体而言,曲面液晶显示装置屏幕中央到边缘都能提供最佳的观看效果,而普通的液晶显示装置在屏幕边缘方面的呈现能力一直相对不太理想。曲面液晶显示装置整片屏幕呈弧形的设计,可提供宽阔的全景影像效果,不论是在屏幕中央还是边缘四周,都能够带来同样的视觉享受,并且在近距离观看时还减少了离轴观看的失真度。此外,曲面液晶显示装置会让用户的观赏距离拉长,达到更好的观赏体验。因此,相比于普通的液晶显示装置,曲面液晶显示装置有着很大的优势:1、品牌的差异化;2、更宽广的可视角度;3、减少近距离观看的失真度。
现有的曲面液晶显示装置的实现方式往往较为复杂,成本相对较高。因此,有必要提出一种结构简单、低成本的曲面液晶显示装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种曲面液晶显示装置,结构简单,成本低,可使曲面液晶面板具有预定的弯曲曲率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种曲面液晶显示装置,包括曲面背板、设于所述曲面背板上的导光板、固定于所述曲面背板上的胶框、及粘结于所述胶框上的液晶面板,所述曲面背板呈壳体状,其两侧内壁上分别设有数个凸起部,所述胶框包括分别位于顶部两侧的两个结合部、及分别位于底部两侧且开口方向朝外的数个凹槽,所述液晶面板粘结于所述结合部上,所述数个凸起部卡合于所述数个凹槽中,从而使胶框固定于曲面背板上,由于所述胶框顶部两侧的两个结合部之间的直线距离小于所述液晶面板的长度,从而所述液晶面板在胶框的作用下产生弯曲之后所述液晶面板与所述曲面背板具有相同的弯曲曲率。
所述液晶面板包括设于所述结合部上的TFT基板、与所述TFT基板相对设置的CF基板、位于所述TFT基板与CF基板之间的液晶、设于所述CF基板上表面的上偏光片、及设于所述TFT基板下表面的下偏光片。
所述TFT基板为玻璃基板。
所述CF基板为玻璃基板。
所述上偏光片与下偏光片的偏光轴方向相互垂直。
所述曲面液晶显示装置采用LED直下式光源或CCFL侧壁式光源。
所述凸起部的截面呈梯形,所述凹槽的内部空间与所述凸起部的形状相适应。
所述曲面背板由刚性材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的一种曲面液晶显示装置,将液晶面板粘结于可拆卸的胶框上,并将胶框卡合于刚性的曲面背板上,使所述液晶面板在胶框的作用下产生弯曲,从而使所述液晶面板与所述曲面背板具有相同的弯曲曲率,结构简单,成本低,可使曲面液晶面板形成预定的弯曲曲率。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段及其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1,本发明提供一种曲面液晶显示装置,包括曲面背板3、设于所述曲面背板3上的导光板31、固定于所述曲面背板3上的胶框2、及粘结于所述胶框2上的液晶面板1。
具体地,请同时参阅图1与图2,所述曲面背板3呈壳体状,其两侧内壁上分别设有数个凸起部32,所述胶框2包括分别位于顶部两侧的两个结合部21、及分别位于底部两侧且开口方向朝外的数个凹槽22,所述液晶面板1粘结于所述结合部21上,所述数个凸起部32卡合于所述数个凹槽22中,从而使胶框2固定于曲面背板3上。由于所述胶框2顶部两侧的两个结合部21之间的直线距离小于所述液晶面板1的长度,因此,将液晶面板1设置于胶框2的两个结合部21之间时,所述液晶面板1会在胶框2的作用下产生弯曲,通过设计所述结合部21之间的直线距离与所述液晶面板1的长度具有一合适比值,可以使所述液晶面板1与所述曲面背板3具有相同的弯曲曲率。
进一步的,如图1所示,所述液晶面板1包括设于所述结合部21上的TFT基板13、与所述TFT基板13相对设置的CF基板12、位于所述TFT基板13与CF基板12之间的液晶、设于所述CF基板12上表面的上偏光片11、及设于所述TFT基板13下表面的下偏光片14。
优选的,所述TFT基板13、CF基板12均为玻璃基板。
所述上偏光片11与下偏光片14的偏光轴方向相互垂直。
另外,所述导光板31上还设有一系列光学膜片,所述曲面液晶显示装置可以采用LED直下式光源或CCFL侧壁式光源。
所述凸起部32可以设成圆柱形或者截面呈梯形。优选的,所述凸起部32的截面呈梯形,所述凹槽22的内部空间与所述凸起部32的形状相适应。
具体地,所述曲面背板由刚性材料制成。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种曲面液晶显示装置,将液晶面板粘结于可拆卸的胶框上,并将胶框卡合于刚性的曲面背板上,使所述液晶面板在胶框的作用下产生弯曲,从而使所述液晶面板与所述曲面背板具有相同的弯曲曲率,结构简单,成本低,可使曲面液晶面板形成预定的弯曲曲率。

1.一种曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,包括曲面背板(3)、设于所述曲面背板(3)上的导光板(31)、固定于所述曲面背板(3)上的胶框(2)、及粘结于所述胶框(2)上的液晶面板(1),所述曲面背板(3)呈壳体状,其两侧内壁上分别设有数个凸起部(32),所述胶框(2)包括分别位于顶部两侧的两个结合部(21)、及分别位于底部两侧且开口方向朝外的数个凹槽(22),所述液晶面板(1)粘结于所述结合部(21)上,所述数个凸起部(32)分别卡合于所述数个凹槽(22)中,从而使胶框(2)固定于曲面背板(3)上,所述胶框(2)顶部两侧的两个结合部(21)之间的直线距离小于所述液晶面板(1)的长度,从而所述液晶面板(1)在胶框(2)的作用下产生弯曲之后所述液晶面板(1)与所述曲面背板(3)具有相同的弯曲曲率。
2.如权利要求1所述的曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述液晶面板(1)包括设于所述结合部(21)上的TFT基板(13)、与所述TFT基板(13)相对设置的CF基板(12)、位于所述TFT基板(13)与CF基板(12)之间的液晶、设于所述CF基板(12)上表面的上偏光片(11)、及设于所述TFT基板(13)下表面的下偏光片(14)。
3.如权利要求2所述的曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述TFT基板(13)为玻璃基板。
4.如权利要求2所述的曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述CF基板(12)为玻璃基板。
5.如权利要求2所述的曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述上偏光片(11)与下偏光片(14)的偏光轴方向相互垂直。
6.如权利要求1所述的曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述曲面液晶显示装置采用LED直下式光源或CCFL侧壁式光源。
7.如权利要求1所述的曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述凸起部(32)的截面呈梯形,所述凹槽(22)的内部空间与所述凸起部(32)的形状相适应。
8.如权利要求1所述的曲面液晶显示装置,其特征在于,所述曲面背板(3)由刚性材料制成。
