Abstract

本公开提供了一种来电处理方法及装置,属于通信技术领域。方法包括:当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;判断所述使用信息中是否包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息;如果所述使用信息包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对所述陌生来电进行拦截。本公开通过判断终端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,或者是否包括与所述陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,能够确定该陌生来电是否为终端用户想要或是需要接听的来电,从而实现对该陌生来电拦截的控制,能够有效避免漏接的情况,进而提高通信效率,能够满足用户的正常通信需求。

技术领域
本公开涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种来电处理方法及装置。
背景技术
电话是最普遍、也是使用时间最长的即时通讯方式之一,随着通信技术的不断发展,电话已成为人们日常生活中必不可少的一部分,也因此有很多人通过电话向用户推销产品或骗取用户钱财等,以至于给用户的日常生活带来不必要的麻烦,如何拦截此类电话,以避免给用户正常生活造成不利影响,成为通信技术中亟待解决的问题之一。
目前,来电处理方法可以为:拦截陌生号码的来电,也即是,当来电号码不属于通讯录中的电话号码时,则对该来电号码进行拦截。然而,当用户以当前终端的电话号码订了外卖或者提交了其他订单时,短时间内会接收到陌生号码的来电请求,如果采用上述来电处理方法,则会导致漏接商品配送人员等的电话,从而导致降低通信效率,无法满足用户的正常通信需求。
发明内容
为克服相关技术中存在的问题,本公开提供一种来电处理方法及装置。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种来电处理方法,包括:
当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;
判断该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息;
如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
在本公开的第一方面的第一种可能实现方式中,
判断该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息包括:
判断该终端的客户端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,该用户交易信息为第一预设时长内新增的交易信息;或,
判断该终端的历史通话信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,该指定通话 记录包括主叫记录、通话次数超过预设次数的被叫记录或通话时长超过预设时长的通话记录。
在本公开的第一方面的第二种可能实现方式中,如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对该陌生来电进行拦截包括:
如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,在第二预设时长内,不对该当前来电进行拦截。
在本公开的第一方面的第三种可能实现方式中,该获取终端的使用信息之前,该方法还包括:
检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态;
当该第一拦截功能处于开启状态时,检测第二拦截功能是否处于开启状态;
当该第二拦截功能处于开启状态时,执行该获取终端的使用信息的步骤。
在本公开的第一方面的第四种可能实现方式中,该不对该陌生来电进行拦截包括:
检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果该第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在该当前终端界面显示是否关闭第一拦截功能的提醒消息;或,

根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种来电处理装置,包括:
获取模块,用于当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;
判断模块,用于判断该获取模块获取的该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息;
第一处理模块,用于如果该判断模块的判断结果为该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
在本公开的第二方面的第一种可能实现方式中,该判断模块用于:
判断该获取模块获取的该终端的客户端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,该用户交易信息为第一预设时长内新增的交易信息;或,
判断该获取模块获取的该终端的历史通话信息中是否包括与该陌生来电的指定通话记录,该指定通话记录包括主叫记录、通话次数超过预设次数的被叫记录或通话时长超过预设时长的通话记录。
在本公开的第二方面的第二种可能实现方式中,该第一处理模块用于:

第三方面,还提供了一种来电处理装置,包括:
处理器;
用于存储处理器可执行的指令的存储器;
其中,该处理器被配置为:
当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;
判断该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息;
如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
本公开实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:
本公开通过判断终端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,或者是否包括与所述陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,能够确定该陌生来电是否为终端用户想要或是需要接听的来电,从而实现对该陌生来电拦截的控制,能够有效避免漏接的情况,进而提高通信效率,能够满足用户的正常通信需求。

在步骤103中,如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
本公开实施例提供的方法,通过判断终端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,或者是否包括与该陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,能够确定该陌生来电是否为终端用户想要或是需要接听的来电,从而实现对该陌生来电拦截的控制,能够有效避免漏接的情况,进而提高通信效率,能够满足用户的正常通信需求。
在本公开的第一种可能实现方式中,判断该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息包括:
判断该终端的客户端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,该用户交易信息为第一预设时长内新增的交易信息;或,
判断该终端的历史通话信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,该指定通话记录包括主叫记录、通话次数超过预设次数的被叫记录或通话时长超过预设时长的通话记录。

检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态;

当该第二拦截功能处于开启状态时,执行该获取终端的使用信息的步骤。
在本公开的第四种可能实现方式中,该不对该陌生来电进行拦截包括:
检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果该第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在该当前终端界面显示是否关闭第一拦截功能的提醒消息;或,
检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果该第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在该当前终端界面显示是否启动第二拦截功能的提醒消息,在启动该第二拦截功能后,控制该第一拦截功能不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
上述所有可选技术方案,可以采用任意结合形成本公开的可选实施例,在此不再一一赘述。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电处理方法的流程图。该实施例的执行主体可以为终端,参照图2,该实施例具体包括:
在步骤201中,当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息。
为了避免不必要的打扰,来电拦截已成为终端常用功能之一,目前,来电拦截规则包括:陌生号码拦截、全部号码拦截和黑名单拦截等,然而,当用户开启了陌生号码拦截或全部号码拦截时,有可能会导致漏检必要来电;例如,快递员或送餐员的来电等。为了避免发生必要来电漏接的情况,在上述拦截规则的基础上,本公开提供了一种根据终端使用信息进一步确定是否对来电进行拦截的方法。
陌生来电是指电话号码未存储于通讯录中的来电。确定当前来电为陌生来电的方法可以为:获取当前来电的电话号码,判断通讯录中是否存储有该电话号码,如果通讯录中未存储有该电话号码,则确定该当前来电为陌生来电,如果通讯录中存储有该电话号码,则确定还当前来电不是陌生来电。
其中,终端的使用信息至少包括:终端的客户端使用信息和终端的历史通话信息。其中,终端的客户端使用信息包括该终端中任一已安装客户端的使用信息;终端的历史通话信息至少包括:主叫记录、被叫记录、每个电话号码对应的通话时长和通话次数等。
需要说明的是,在获取终端的使用信息之前,本公开提供的来电处理方法还包括:检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态;当所述第一拦截功能处于开启状态时,检测第二拦截功能是否处于开启状态;当所述第二拦截功能处于开启状态时,执行所述获取终端的使用信息的步骤。
该第一拦截功能可以是陌生号码拦截功能,也可以是全部号码拦截功能,或者其他有可能导致漏接必要陌生来电的来电拦截功能;该第二拦截功能是指在实现第一拦截功能的基础上,根据终端的使用信息,对第一拦截功能进行优化的来电拦截功能,以达到避免漏接必要陌生来电的目的。
在步骤202中,判断该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息。如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,执行步骤203,如果该使用信息不包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,执行步骤204。
当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取该陌生来电的电话号码,根据该电话号码和步骤201中对终端使用信息的定义,判断该终端使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息的方法可以有以下两种:
第一种、判断该终端的客户端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,该用户交易信息为第一预设时长内新增的交易信息。
由于当用户在终端的指定客户端发生交易行为时,在交易后的第一预设时长内可能会接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求,而如果终端中陌生号码拦截或者全部号码拦截处于开启状态时,会导致漏接来电,进而导致无法满足用户的通信需求。其中,该指定客户端是指能够实现线上交易的商务平台,例如,打车类APP(Application,应用程序)、外卖类APP以及虚拟票务购买类APP等。
例如,当用户通过终端上已安装的外卖类APP提交了一个订单后,在两个小时内,外卖配送人员会向该终端发送呼叫请求,已通知用户该用户所订购外卖的配送情况。
需要说明的是,该第一预设时长的确定方法可以为:获取指定客户端的历史交易信息,该历史交易信息至少包括配送时间信息,将最长配送时间对应的数值确定为该第一预设时长;该第一预设时长的确定方法能够最大程度上避免漏接必要的陌生来电。当然,也可以通过其他方法确定该第一预设时长,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
第二种、判断该终端的历史通话信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,该指定通话记录包括主叫记录、通话次数超过预设次数的被叫记录或通话时长超过预设时长的通话记录。
根据陌生来电的电话号码,从该终端的历史通话信息中获取与该陌生来电相关的指定通 话记录,当该指定通话记录中存在下述情况中的至少一种情况时,则确定该使用信息中包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息:
第一种情况、该陌生来电的历史通话记录中包括主叫记录,也即是,终端曾经呼叫过该陌生来电的电话号码,但用户未将该电话号码存储至通讯录中。
第二种情况、在该陌生来电的历史通话记录中,终端与该陌生来电的历史通话次数超过预设次数。该预设次数的确定方法可以为:从历史通话信息中,获取所有陌生来电中每个陌生来电的通话次数,计算该所有陌生来电的平均通话次数,将该平均通话次数对应的数值确定为该预设次数;也可以将该预设次数设置为任一固定值,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
第三种情况、在该陌生来电的历史通话记录中,终端与该陌生来电任一次通话的通话时长超过预设时长。该预设时长的确定方法可以为:从历史通话信息中,获取所有陌生来电中每个陌生来电的通话时长,计算该所有陌生来电的平均通话时长,将该平均通话时长对应的数值确定为该预设时长;也可以将该预设时长设置为任一固定值,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
上述三种情况根据与该陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,判断该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息。当主叫记录中存在该陌生来电的电话号码时,可以确定该终端的用户主动联系过该陌生来电对应的用户,进而可以确定该陌生来电是该终端用户希望接听或是需要接听的来电;相应地,当被叫记录中该终端的用户与该陌生来电对应的用户通话时长大于预设时长,或者通话次数大于预设次数时,也可以确定该陌生来电是该终端用户希望接听或是需要接听的来电。
在本公开的另一实施例中,将陌生主叫的电话号码、通话次数超过预设次数的陌生来电的电话号码和通话时长超过预设时长的陌生来电的电话号码,存储至指定数据库中,当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,判断该指定数据库中是否存储有该陌生来电的电话号码,如果该指定数据库中存储有该陌生来电的电话号码,则执行步骤203,如果该指定数据库中未存储有该陌生来电的电话号码,则执行步骤204。
需要说明的是,为了节省该指定数据库的存储空间,以及减小判断时间,还可以根据预设周期,更新该指定数据库中存储的陌生电话号码。该预设周期可以为三个月或半年,也可以根据不同终端接收到陌生来电的频率不同进行确定,还可以通过其他方法确定,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在判断该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息时,可以只采用上述两种方法中的任一种方法,也可以同时采用上述两种方法进行判断。例如,当用户频繁通过终端上已安装的指定客户端进行虚拟交易,可以只采用第一种方法进行确定,当用户接收陌生来 电的呼叫请求频率较高时,可以只采用第二种方法进行确定,从而能够提高来电处理效率;当同时采用上述两种方法进行判断时,能够有效避免漏接必要陌生来电。
在步骤203中,如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
如果步骤202的判断结果是该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,则在终端界面显示该陌生来电的提醒消息,以通知用户及时处理。为了能够保证在避免漏接必要陌生来电的基础上,还能够有效阻止非必要陌生来电对用户的打扰,本公开提供的来电处理方法还可以为:如果该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,在第二预设时长内,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
例如,当用户通过终端上已安装的外卖类APP进行虚拟交易时,获取该虚拟交易的发生时间,如果该第二预设时长为2个小时,则从该发生时间起开始计时,对在计时过程中接收到的陌生来电的呼叫请求,不进行拦截。
其中,该第二预设时长可以根据指定客户端的不同类型分别确定,也可以根据历史订购商品的配送距离或者配送时间进行确定,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在本公开的另一实施例中,当检测到用户任一指定客户端的开启或关闭操作时,获取该指定客户端的使用信息,当检测到该指定客户端上的用户交易信息时,为了避免由于终端的第二拦截功能未处于开启状态,可以通过以下两种方法,在终端显示提醒消息,进一步避免漏接必要陌生来电。
第一种、检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果该第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在该当前终端界面显示是否关闭第一拦截功能的提醒消息。
第二种、检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果该第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在该当前终端界面显示是否启动第二拦截功能的提醒消息,在启动该第二拦截功能后,控制该第一拦截功能不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
上述两种方法能够有效避免由于用户开启第一拦截功能后忘记开启第二拦截功能,所导致的漏接必要陌生来电的问题。当然,还可以通过其他方式提醒用户,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
在步骤204中,如果该使用信息不包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,对该陌生来电进行拦截。
对该陌生来电进行拦截的方式可以为以下两种:
第一种、拦截并提醒。即自动挂断该陌生来电,并在终端界面显示该陌生来电的提醒消息,该陌生来电的提醒消息可以包括:来电时间和电话号码等;也可以自动接通该陌生来电, 并播放指定语音信息,可以只播放一次后予以挂断,也可以循环播放直至该陌生来电对应的终端用户挂断;其中,该指定语音信息可以是用户自定义录制的语音信息,也可以是系统中的语音信息,本公开实施例对此不作限定。
第二种、只拦截不提醒。自动挂断或自动接通再挂断后,不在终端界面显示该陌生来电的提醒消息,但可以将拦截号码及拦截时间存储至拦截历史数据库中,以便于用户查看。
在本公开的另一实施例中,为了进一步避免漏接必要陌生来电,还可以将该陌生来电的电话号码及拦截次数对应存储,当再次接收到该陌生来电的呼叫请求时,可以不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
本公开实施例提供的方法,通过判断终端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,或者是否包括与所述陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,能够确定该陌生来电是否为终端用户想要或是需要接听的来电,从而实现对该陌生来电拦截的控制,能够有效避免漏接的情况,进而提高通信效率,能够满足用户的正常通信需求;进一步地,当该使用信息包括与陌生来电相关联的使用信息时,通过第二预设时长限制控制拦截时长,使得该来电处理方法在避免漏接的基础上,还能有效减少对用户的打扰。
图3是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电处理装置框图。参照图3,该装置包括获取模块301,判断模块302和第一处理模块303。
获取模块301,用于当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;
判断模块302,用于判断该获取模块301获取的该使用信息中是否包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息;
第一处理模块303,用于如果该判断模块302的判断结果为该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
在本公开提供的第一种可能实现方式中,该判断模块302用于:
判断该获取模块301获取的该终端的客户端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,该用户交易信息为第一预设时长内新增的交易信息;或,
判断该获取模块301获取的该终端的历史通话信息中是否包括与该陌生来电的指定通话记录,该指定通话记录包括主叫记录、通话次数超过预设次数的被叫记录或通话时长超过预设时长的通话记录。
在本公开提供的第二种可能实现方式中,该第一处理模块303用于:
如果该判断模块302的判断结果为该使用信息包括与该陌生来电相关联的使用信息,在第二预设时长内,不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
在本公开提供的第三种可能实现方式中,该装置还包括:
检测模块,用于检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,当该第一拦截功能处于开启状态时,检测第二拦截功能是否处于开启状态;
第二处理模块,用于当该检测模块的检测结果为该第二拦截功能处于开启状态时,执行该获取终端的使用信息的步骤。
在本公开提供的第四种可能实现方式中,该第一处理模块303用于:
检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果该第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在该当前终端界面显示是否关闭第一拦截功能的提醒消息;或,
检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果该第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在该当前终端界面显示是否启动第二拦截功能的提醒消息,在启动该第二拦截功能后,控制该第一拦截功能不对该陌生来电进行拦截。
关于上述实施例中的装置,其中各个模块执行操作的具体方式已经在有关该方法的实施例中进行了详细描述,此处将不做详细阐述说明。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种来电处理装置400的框图。例如,装置400可以是移动电话,计算机,数字广播终端,消息收发设备,游戏控制台,平板设备,医疗设备,健身设备,个人数字助理等。
参照图4,装置400可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件402,存储器404,电源组件406,多媒体组件404,音频组件410,输入/输出(I/O)接口412,传感器组件414,以及通信组件416。
处理组件402通常控制装置400的整体操作,诸如与显示,电话呼叫,数据通信,相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件402可以包括一个或多个处理器420来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件402可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件402和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件402可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件408和处理组件402之间的交互。
存储器404被配置为存储各种类型的数据以支持在装置400的操作。这些数据的示例包括用于在装置400上操作的任何应用程序或方法的指令,联系人数据,电话簿数据,消息,图片,视频等。存储器404可以由任何类型的易失性或非易失性存储设备或者它们的组合实现,如静态随机存取存储器(SRAM),电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM),可擦除可编程只读存储器(EPROM),可编程只读存储器(PROM),只读存储器(ROM),磁存储器,快闪存储器,磁盘或光盘。
电源组件406为装置400的各种组件提供电力。电源组件406可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为装置400生成、管理和分配电力相关联的组件。
多媒体组件408包括在所述装置400和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件408包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当装置400处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件410被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件410包括一个麦克风(MIC),当装置400处于操作模式,如呼叫模式、记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器404或经由通信组件416发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件410还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口412为处理组件402和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件414包括一个或多个传感器,用于为装置400提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件414可以检测到装置400的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为装置400的显示器和小键盘,传感器组件414还可以检测装置400或装置400一个组件的位置改变,用户与装置400接触的存在或不存在,装置400方位或加速/减速和装置400的温度变化。传感器组件414可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件414还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件414还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件416被配置为便于装置400和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。装置400可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件416经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件416还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,装置400可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述来电处理方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器404,上述指令可由装置400的处理器420执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由移动终端的处理器执行时,使得移动终端能够执行上述来电处理方法。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种来电处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;
    判断所述使用信息中是否包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息;
    如果所述使用信息包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对所述陌生来电进行拦截。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,判断所述使用信息中是否包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息包括:
    判断所述终端的客户端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,所述用户交易信息为第一预设时长内新增的交易信息;或,
    判断所述终端的历史通话信息中是否包括与所述陌生来电相关的指定通话记录,所述指定通话记录包括主叫记录、通话次数超过预设次数的被叫记录或通话时长超过预设时长的通话记录。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,如果所述使用信息包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对所述陌生来电进行拦截包括:
    如果所述使用信息包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息,在第二预设时长内,不对所述当前来电进行拦截。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取终端的使用信息之前,所述方法还包括:
    检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态;
    当所述第一拦截功能处于开启状态时,检测第二拦截功能是否处于开启状态;
    当所述第二拦截功能处于开启状态时,执行所述获取终端的使用信息的步骤。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述不对所述陌生来电进行拦截包括:
    检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果所述第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在所述当前终端界面显示是否关闭第一拦截功能的提醒消息;或,
    检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果所述第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在所述当前终端界面显示是否启动第二拦截功能的提醒消息,在启动所述第二拦截功能后,控制所述 第一拦截功能不对所述陌生来电进行拦截。
  6. 一种来电处理装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;
    判断模块,用于判断所述获取模块获取的所述使用信息中是否包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息;
    第一处理模块,用于如果所述判断模块的判断结果为所述使用信息包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对所述陌生来电进行拦截。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述判断模块用于:
    判断所述获取模块获取的所述终端的客户端使用信息中是否包括指定客户端上的用户交易信息,所述用户交易信息为第一预设时长内新增的交易信息;或,
    判断所述获取模块获取的所述终端的历史通话信息中是否包括与所述陌生来电的指定通话记录,所述指定通话记录包括主叫记录、通话次数超过预设次数的被叫记录或通话时长超过预设时长的通话记录。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一处理模块用于:
    如果所述判断模块的判断结果为所述使用信息包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息,在第二预设时长内,不对所述陌生来电进行拦截。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    检测模块,用于检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,当所述第一拦截功能处于开启状态时,检测第二拦截功能是否处于开启状态;
    第二处理模块,用于当所述检测模块的检测结果为所述第二拦截功能处于开启状态时,执行所述获取终端的使用信息的步骤。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一处理模块用于:
    检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果所述第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在所述当前终端界面显示是否关闭第一拦截功能的提醒消息;或,
    检测第一拦截功能是否处于开启状态,如果所述第一拦截功能处于开启状态,在所述当前终端界面显示是否启动第二拦截功能的提醒消息,在启动所述第二拦截功能后,控制所述 第一拦截功能不对所述陌生来电进行拦截。
  11. 一种来电处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行的指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为:
    当接收到陌生来电的呼叫请求时,获取终端的使用信息;
    判断所述使用信息中是否包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息;
    如果所述使用信息包括与所述陌生来电相关联的使用信息,不对所述陌生来电进行拦截。
