Description

应用程序的删除提示方法和装置
本申请要求于2014年6月12日提交至中国专利局、申请号为2014102621552、发明名称为“应用程序的删除提示方法和装置”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本公开涉及移动通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种应用程序的删除提示方法和装置。
背景技术
智能终端可以根据用户需求随时安装或删除应用程序。人们会从智能终端中删除不经常使用的或者不喜欢使用的应用程序。但有时因一些误操作,可能会误删除了不想删除的应用程序。
在删除应用程序时,也会将该应用程序在智能终端上的本地数据一并删除。因此在误删除了不想删除的应用程序时,会造成本地的应用程序数据丢失,即使重新安装该应用程序也无法恢复丢失的数据。
当用户删除应用程序时,会弹出提示窗口由用户确认是否删除该应用程序,但该提示过于简单,当用户选错要删除的应用程序时,无法通过提示让用户发现选错了要删除的应用程序,从而造成本地数据的丢失。
发明内容
为克服相关技术存在的问题,本公开提供一种应用程序的删除提示方法和装置,对用户删除应用程序的行为提供更具有针对性的提示,从而减少用户的误删除操作。
根据本公开实施例的第一方面,提供一种应用程序的删除提示方法,包括:
接收到删除应用程序的指令;
根据所述删除应用程序的指令,获取所述应用程序的历史使用信息;
根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。
实现了对于不同的将要删除的应用程序输出不同的删除提示信息,减少用户的误删除操作,防止应用程序数据丢失。
可选的,所述历史使用信息包括:所述应用程序的使用情况参数,和/或所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量;其中,所述使用情况参数包括使用频率、使用次数、使用时长中的任一种或多种。通过多个维度判断将要删除的应用程序是否经常使用或重要性较高。
可选的,当所述历史使用信息包括所述应用程序的使用情况参数时,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
判断所述使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值;
当所述使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。根据使用情况参数判断将要删除的应用程序是否经常使用或重要性较高,降低发生误删除操作的几率。
可选的,当所述历史使用信息包括所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量时,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
判断所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设数据量;
当所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。根据本地存储的数据量判断将要删除的应用程序是否经常使用或重要性较高,降低发生误删除操作的几率。
可选的,当所述历史使用信息包括所述应用程序的使用情况参数和所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量时,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
判断所述使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值,并判断所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设数据量;
当所述使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值,并且所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。同时根据使用情况参数和本地存储的数据量判断将要删除的应用程序是否经常使用或重要性较高,进一步降低发生误删除操作的几率。
可选的,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
根据所述历史使用信息确定所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名;
判断所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名是否高于或等于预设名次;
当所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名高于或等于预设名次时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。根据系统计算的重要性排名判断将要删除的应用程序是否重要性较高,降低发生误删除操作的几率。
可选的,所述输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息,包括:
连续输出两次所述包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。根据应用程序的重要性对用户进行多次提醒。
可选的,所述输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息,包括:
将所述删除提示信息中的预设突出提醒内容利用文字和/或语音进行提示。通过声音和文字同时对用户进行提示,进一步降低发生误删除操作的几率。
可选的,所述预设突出提醒内容包括所述历史使用信息。使用户了解该应用程序的重要程度。
可选的,所述接收到删除应用程序的指令之前,所述方法还包括:
记录所述应用程序的历史使用信息。以用于判断出经常使用或重要性较高的应用程序。
根据本公开实施例的第二方面,提供一种应用程序的删除提示装置,包括:
接收模块,用于接收到删除应用程序的指令;
获取模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的所述删除应用程序的指令,获取所述应用程序的历史使用信息;
输出模块,用于根据所述获取模块获取到的所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。
可选的,所述输出模块包括:
第一判断单元,用于判断所述使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值;
第一输出单元,用于当所述第一判断模块判断出所述使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
可选的,所述输出模块包括:
第二判断单元,用于判断所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设数据量;

接收到删除应用程序的指令;
根据所述删除应用程序的指令,获取所述应用程序的历史使用信息;
根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。
本公开的实施例提供的技术方案可以包括以下有益效果:实现了终端设备对于被使用情况不同的将要删除的应用程序输出不同的删除提示信息,减少用户的误删除操作,防止应用程序数据丢失;通过使用情况参数、本地存储的数据量判断应用程序的重要性,并在删除提示中进行显示或通过声音进行播放,降低用户进行误删除操作的几率。

该删除应用程序的指令来自用户对终端设备中的应用程序的删除操作。
在步骤S102中,根据删除应用程序的指令,获取应用程序的历史使用信息。
终端设备根据接收到的删除应用程序的指令,获取将要删除的应用程序的历史使用信息。该历史使用信息是用户针对该应用程序的使用行为记录,能够反映出用户是否经常使用该将要删除的应用程序,也能够体现出该将要删除的应用程序对于该用户的重要性。终端设备通过获取应用程序的历史使用信息,能够确定用户是否正在删除经常使用的或重要性较高的应用程序。
在步骤S103中,根据历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。
终端设备根据获取的将要删除的应用程序的历史使用信息,判断出用户是否经常使用该将要删除的应用程序,或者判断出该将要删除的应用程序对于用户的重要性。根据该将要删除的应用程序的历史使用信息输出不同的删除提示信息。
例如,当用户删除不经常使用的应用程序时,终端设备输出普通的删除提示信息,如“是否确定删除该应用程序?”。当用户删除经常使用的应用程序时,终端设备输出用于提示用户正在删除重要应用程序的特别提示,以提示用户正在删除重要性较高的或者经常使用的应用程序。实现了对于被使用情况不同的将要删除的应用程序输出不同的删除提示信息,减少用户的误删除操作,防止应用程序数据丢失。
在本公开实施例中,历史使用信息包括:应用程序的使用情况参数,和/或应用程序在本地存储的数据量;其中,使用情况参数包括使用频率、使用次数、使用时长中的任一种或多种。终端设备利用上述历史使用信息,从多个维度来判断将要删除的应用程序对用户的重要性。下面通过几个典型实施例对本公开的应用程序的删除提示方法做进一步说明。
实施例一
如图2所示,当历史使用信息包括应用程序的使用情况参数时,该应用程序的删除提示方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤S201中,接收到删除应用程序的指令。
在步骤S202中,根据删除应用程序的指令,获取应用程序的历史使用信息。
该历史使用信息包括应用程序的使用情况参数,使用情况参数包括使用频率、使用次数、使用时长中的任一种或多种。
在步骤S203中,根据历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。该步骤S203进一步包括以下步骤。
在步骤S203a中,判断使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值。若使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值,则执行步骤S203b;若使用情况参数小于相应的预设阈值, 则执行步骤S203c。
对于使用情况参数中的各个参数,如使用频率、使用次数、使用时长等,分别预设相应的阈值,用来判断应用程序的重要性或者用户是否经常使用该应用程序。
例如,为使用情况参数中的使用频率预设“1次/天”的阈值,判断该应用程序的使用频率是否大于或等于该“1次/天”的阈值;为使用次数预设“50次”的阈值,判断该应用程序的使用次数是否超过“50次”的阈值;为使用时长预设“30小时”的阈值,判断该应用程序累计的使用时长是否超过“30小时”的阈值。
在步骤S203b中,当使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
在步骤S203c中,当使用情况参数小于相应的预设阈值时,输出普通删除提示信息。
当使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值时,则确定该应用程序对用户的重要性较高或者用户经常使用该应用程序,终端设备输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息;当使用情况参数小于相应的预设阈值时,则确定该应用程序对用户的重要性较低或者用户不经常使用该应用程序,终端设备输出普通删除提示信息。。
如图3所示,该包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息除了包括让用户确认是否继续本次删除操作的提示信息30之外,还包括预设突出提醒内容31。该预设突出提醒内容31用来提示用户正在删除重要性较高或经常使用的应用程序。例如,图3所示的删除提示信息中的预设突出提醒内容31为“您正在删除一个经常使用的应用程序,您确定要这么做吗?”而该普通删除提示信息中只包括图3中让用户确认是否继续本次删除操作的提示信息30,不包括预设突出提醒内容31。
终端设备通过使用情况参数判断出将要删除的应用程序的重要性较高或经常使用时,输出该包括预设提醒内容的删除提示信息,提示用户本次删除操作将会删除一个重要性较高或经常使用的应用程序,降低用户进行误删除操作的几率,避免该应用程序被误删除而丢失用户数据。
在本公开一实施例中,如图4所示,该删除提示信息中的预设提醒内容31还包括获取的使用情况参数。如图4所示的预设提醒内容31中包括了该应用程序的使用频率和使用时长等使用情况参数,用来进一步提示用户该将要删除的应用程序的重要性。
除了通过上述文字显示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序之外,还可以通过语音提示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序。语音提示的内容与该预设提醒内容相关,直接提示用户正在删除重要性较高的或经常使用的应用程序,或者通过语音播放该将要删除的应用程序的使用情况参数,以进一步降低用户进行误删除操作的几率。
实施例二
如图5所示,当历史使用信息包括应用程序在本地存储的数据量时,该应用程序的删除提示方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤S301中,接收到删除应用程序的指令。
在步骤S302中,根据所述删除应用程序的指令,获取所述应用程序的历史使用信息。
该历史使用信息包括该将要删除的应用程序在本地存储的数据量。终端设备通过在本地存储的数据量来判断应用程序是否重要性较高或者经常被使用。
在步骤S303中,根据历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。该步骤S303进一步包括以下步骤。
在步骤S303a中,判断应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设数据量。若应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量,则执行步骤S303b;若应用程序在本地存储的数据量小于预设数据量,则执行步骤303c。
应用程序经常被使用时,在本地存储的用户数据就会更多,终端设备根据将要删除的应用程序在本地存储的数据量的大小,来判断该将要删除的应用程序是否重要性较高或者经常被使用。例如,终端设备判断该将要删除的应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设的数据量50M。
在步骤S303b中,当应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
在步骤S303c中,当应用程序在本地存储的数据量小于预设数据量时,输出普通删除提示信息。

终端设备根据该将要删除的应用程序在本地存储的数据量,判断出该将要删除的应用程序的重要性较高或者经常被用户使用时,输出如图3所示的,包括预设提醒内容31的删除提示信息,提醒用户正在删除一个经常使用的应用程序,以提示用户再核实该将要删除的应用程序是否正确,降低发生误删除操作的几率。
在本公开一实施例中,如图6所示,该删除提示信息中的预设提醒内容31还包括该应用程序在本地存储的数据量。如图6所示的预设提醒内容31中提示用户该应用程序在本地存储的数据量为60M,用来进一步提示用户该将要删除的应用程序的重要性较高,请用户进一步核实是否要删除该应用程序。
除了通过上述文字显示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序之外,还可以通过语音提示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序。语音提示的内容与该预设 提醒内容相关,直接提示用户正在删除重要性较高的或经常使用的应用程序,或者通过语音播放该将要删除的应用程序在本地存储的数据量,以进一步降低用户进行误删除操作的几率。
实施例三
如图7所示,当历史使用信息包括应用程序的使用情况参数和在本地存储的数据量时,该应用程序的删除提示方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤S401中,接收到删除应用程序的指令。
在步骤S402中,根据删除应用程序的指令,获取应用程序的历史使用信息。
该历史使用信息包括应用程序的使用情况参数和在本地存储的数据量。其中该使用情况参数包括使用频率、使用次数、使用时长中的任一种或多种。
在步骤S403中,根据历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。该步骤S403进一步包括以下步骤。
在步骤S403a中,判断使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值,并判断应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设数据量。若使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值,并且应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,则执行步骤S403b;若使用情况参数小于相应的预设阈值,或者应用程序在本地存储的数据量小于预设数据量时,则执行步骤S403c。
终端设备同时通过使用情况参数和在本地存储的数据量来判断该将要删除的应用程序是否被用户经常使用或重要性较高。
在步骤S403b中,当使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值,并且应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
在步骤S403c中,当使用情况参数小于相应的预设阈值,或者应用程序在本地存储的数据量小于预设数据量时,输出普通删除提示信息。
当该将要删除的应用程序的使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值并且在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,则确定该将要删除的应用程序的重要性较高或者经常被用户使用。此时输出如图3所示的,包括预设提醒内容31的删除提示信息,提醒用户正在删除一个经常使用的应用程序,以提示用户再核实该将要删除的应用程序是否正确,降低发生误删除操作的几率。
在本公开一实施例中,如图8所示,该删除提示信息中的预设提醒内容31还包括该应用程序的使用情况参数和在本地存储的数据量。如图8所示的预设提醒内容31中提示用户该应用程序的使用频率为“3次/天”,使用时长为“32小时”,在本地存储的数据量为60M,用来进一步提示用户该将要删除的应用程序的重要性较高,请用户进一步核实是否要删除该应用程序。
除了通过上述文字显示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序之外,还可以通过语音提示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序。语音提示的内容与该预设 提醒内容相关,直接提示用户正在删除重要性较高的或经常使用的应用程序,或者通过语音播放该将要删除的应用程序的使用情况参数和在本地存储的数据量,以进一步降低用户进行误删除操作的几率。
实施例四
如图9所示,当历史使用信息包括应用程序的使用情况参数和在本地存储的数据量时,该应用程序的删除提示方法包括以下步骤。
在步骤S501中,接收到删除应用程序的指令。
在步骤S502中,根据删除应用程序的指令,获取应用程序的历史使用信息。
在步骤S503中,根据历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。该步骤S503进一步包括以下步骤。
在步骤S503a中,根据历史使用信息确定应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名。
终端设备根据将要删除的应用程序的历史使用信息,确定该将要删除的应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名。该重要性排名,是根据历史使用信息中的各个使用情况参数以及在本地存储的数据量综合得出的。使用情况参数中,使用频率越高,使用时间越长,使用次数越多的应用程序,其排名的名次越高;在本地存储的数据量越多的应用程序,其排名的名次越高。根据各个使用情况参数的排名以及本地存储的数据量的排名进行加权计算,综合得出各个应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名。
在步骤S503b中,判断应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名是否高于或等于预设名次。若应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名高于或等于预设名次,则执行步骤S503c;若应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名低于预设名次,则执行步骤S503d。
在步骤S503c中,当应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名高于或等于预设名次时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
在步骤S503d中,当应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名低于预设名次时,输出普通删除提示信息。
当将要删除的应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名高于或等于预设名次时,确定该将要删除的应用程序被用户经常使用或重要性较高。此时输出如图3所示的,包括预设提醒内容31的删除提示信息,提醒用户正在删除一个经常使用的应用程序,以提示用户再核实该将要删除的应用程序是否正确,降低发生误删除操作的几率。
在本公开一实施例中,如图10所示,该删除提示信息中的预设提醒内容31还包括该应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名。如图10所示的预设提醒内容31中提示用户该应用程序“在全部应用程序的重要性排名中排名第3位”,用来进一步提示用户该将要删除的应用程序的重要性较高,请用户进一步核实是否要删除该应用程序。
除了通过上述文字显示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序之外,还可以通过语音提示的方式提示用户将要删除重要性较高的应用程序。语音提示的内容与该预设提醒内容相关,直接提示用户正在删除重要性较高的或经常使用的应用程序,或者通过语 音播放该将要删除的应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名,以进一步降低用户进行误删除操作的几率。
在上述实施例一至实施例四中,为了进一步增强对用户的提示效果,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息时,终端设备连续输出两次或更多次的包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息,以对用户进行多次提醒。提醒次数的多少,可根据将要删除的应用程序的重要程度有所变化,对于重要性越高的应用程序,输出的该删除提示信息的次数越多。
在本公开一实施例中,为了准确获取应用程序的历史使用信息,在如图1所示的应用程序的删除提示方法中,在该步骤S101之前,如图11所示,该应用程序的删除提示方法还包括以下步骤。
在步骤S100中,记录应用程序的历史使用信息。
终端设备记录系统中安装的全部应用程序的历史使用信息,记录的历史使用信息包括使用情况参数和在本地存储的数据量,其中,使用情况参数包括使用频率、使用次数、使用时长中的任一种或多种。
图12是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种应用程序的删除提示装置示意图。参照图12,该装置包括接收模块60,获取模块61和输出模块62。
该接收模块60被配置为用于接收到删除应用程序的指令;

该第一输出单元621被配置为用于当该第一判断单元620判断出使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
在本公开一实施例中,如图14所示,该输出模块62包括第二判断模块622和第二输出单元623。

参照图18,装置800可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件802,存储器804,电源组件806,多媒体组件808,音频组件810,输入/输出(I/O)的接口812,传感器组件814,以及通信组件816。

在示例性实施例中,装置800可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述应用程序的删除提示方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器804,上述指令可由装置800的处理器820执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由移动终端的处理器执行时,使得移动终端能够执行一种应用程序的删除提示方法,所述方法包括:
接收到删除应用程序的指令;

    所述历史使用信息包括:所述应用程序的使用情况参数,和/或所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量;其中,所述使用情况参数包括使用频率、使用次数、使用时长中的任一种或多种。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述历史使用信息包括所述应用程序的使用情况参数时,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
    判断所述使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值;
    当所述使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述历史使用信息包括所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量时,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
    判断所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设数据量;
    当所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述历史使用信息包括所述应用程序的使用情况参数和所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量时,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
    判断所述使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值,并判断所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量是否大于或等于预设数据量;
    当所述使用情况参数大于或等于相应的预设阈值,并且所述应用程序在本地存储的数据量大于或等于预设数据量时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息,包括:
    根据所述历史使用信息确定所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名;
    判断所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名是否高于或等于预设名次;
    当所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名高于或等于预设名次时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。
  7. 如权利要求3-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息,包括:
    连续输出两次所述包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。

    将所述删除提示信息中的预设突出提醒内容利用文字和/或语音进行提示。

    记录所述应用程序的历史使用信息。
  11. 一种应用程序的删除提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收到删除应用程序的指令;
    获取模块,用于根据所述接收模块接收到的删除应用程序的指令,获取所述应用程序的历史使用信息;
    输出模块,用于根据所述获取模块获取到的历史使用信息输出对应的删除提示信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述输出模块包括:
    第一判断单元,用于判断所述使用情况参数是否大于或等于相应的预设阈值;

    确定单元,用于根据所述历史使用信息确定所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名;
    第四判断单元,用于判断所述确定单元确定出的所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名是否高于或等于预设名次;
    第四输出单元,用于当所述第四判断单元判断出所述应用程序在全部应用程序中的重要性排名高于或等于预设名次时,输出包括预设突出提醒内容的删除提示信息。

    记录模块,用于记录所述获取模块获取到的所述应用程序的历史使用信息。
  17. 一种应用程序的删除提示装置,包括:
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行指令的存储器;
    其中所述处理器被配置为:
    接收到删除应用程序的指令;
