Description

扬声器壳体和扬声器单体 技术领域

但是,上述减薄外壳的技术手段易造成外壳强度下降,导致扬声器的可靠性降低。所以,本领域技术人员进一步采用了将部分华司直接注塑在外壳中的方法,以同时达到增加磁路系统尺寸和保证外壳强度的目的。然而,由于华司的尺寸存在制造公差,所以不可避免的,在一体注塑的过程中,华司与塑料外壳的拼接处会出现塑料毛刺,这些毛刺可能伸到扬声器单体的磁间隙或其它结构处,从而对扬声器的声学性能、装配过程以及结构稳定性造成影响。

进一步地,本实用新型还提供了一种扬声器单体,其中包括上述扬声器壳体。在所述扬声器壳体上设置有振动组件,在所述侧壁框1的内侧设置有磁路系统。图4为装有部分磁路系统的扬声器壳体俯视图,如图4所示,所述磁路系统与所述华司2之间形成有磁间隙。所述避让凹进4可以使所述接合缝3向远离所述磁间隙的方向凹进一小段距离,从而防止塑料毛刺伸入到所述磁间隙中。由于振动组件的音圈位于所述磁间隙中,如果 塑料毛刺伸入所述磁间隙,会对音圈的振动产生影响。在图4示出的实施例中,本扬声器壳体能够避免塑料毛刺对扬声器单体的声音性能造成影响。在本实用新型的其它实施例中,当所述避让凹进设置华司的上表面或下表面时,本扬声器壳体还可以避免塑料毛刺对磁路系统的安装稳定性造成影响。
虽然已经通过示例对本实用新型的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本实用新型的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本实用新型的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种扬声器壳体,其特征在于,包括:
    围合的侧壁框(1),所述侧壁框(1)围合的部分为所述侧壁框(1)的内侧;
    华司(2),所述华司(2)一体注塑在所述侧壁框(1)中并且至少一部分暴露在所述侧壁框(1)的内侧,暴露在所述侧壁框(1)内侧的华司(2)的表面与所述侧壁框(1)的表面之间具有接合缝(3);
    所述接合缝(3)两侧的所述华司(3)和侧壁框(1)的表面上设置有避让凹进(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器壳体,其特征在于,所述避让凹进(4)设置在朝向所述侧壁框(1)内侧的所述接合缝(3)的两侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的扬声器壳体,其特征在于,所述避让凹进(4)设置在朝向所述侧壁框(1)的上方或下方的所述接合缝(3)的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器壳体,其特征在于,所述接合缝(3)位于所述华司(2)的两端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器壳体,其特征在于,所述侧壁框(1)呈矩形框结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器壳体,其特征在于,所述扬声器壳体包括四支华司(2),所述华司(2)分别位于所述侧壁框(1)的四边上。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器壳体,其特征在于,所述侧壁框(1)具有华司部(11),所述华司部(11)位于所述侧壁框(1)内侧,所述华司(2)注塑在所述华司部(11)中。
  8. 一种扬声器单体,其特征在于,包括:
    权利要求1-7任意之一所述的扬声器壳体;
    设置在所述侧壁框(1)内侧的磁路系统(5),以及设置在所述扬声器壳体上的振动组件;
    所述磁路系统(5)与所述华司(2)之间形成有磁间隙(51)。
