Description

结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置 技术领域
本发明与一种空气过滤器有关,尤指一种个人用空气过滤装置。
背景技术
一般用于过滤空气的配件或机器等设备,在室内往往是提供一机器运作的空气净化机,以洁净该室内的空气;而在室外,则有如口罩或面罩等配件,配戴于人体脸部的口、鼻等处,以达到吸入空气的净化效果。
传统用于室外的过滤器,如过滤面罩,因须罩设于人体口、鼻等处而占据较大的体积与空间,尤其配戴在人体脸部,过大的体积与空间势必造成戴配的不便。但若如一般口罩等薄化配件,则较难具有良好的空气过滤效果。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,在于可提供一种结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其具有较小体积、仅需配戴于人体鼻孔下方,不会占据人体口部等位置处而影响谈话或发声,并适合个人使用来提供洁净的空气,以兼具携带上的便利性。
为了达成上述的目的,本发明提供一种结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,用以配戴于人体鼻孔处,包括:
一滤器壳体,内呈中空而形成有一容腔,且该滤器壳体上设有与该容腔相通的进气孔与出气孔;
一控制单元,设于该容腔内,该控制单元与所述进气孔之间于该容腔内形成进气流道,且该控制单元至少包括一出气控制阀,该出气控制阀与所述出气孔之间于该容腔内形成出气流道;以及
一过滤单元,设于该进气流道内作阻隔;
其中,该滤器壳体设有对应所述人体鼻孔的呼吸管,且所述呼吸管连通该容腔并介于该进气流道与该出气流道之间。
其中该滤器壳体由一前盖与一后盖相互盖合而成。
其中所述进气孔设于该前盖上,而所述出气孔则设于该后盖上。
其中该控制单元还包括一进气控制阀,且该进气流道还进一步形成于该进气控制阀与所述进气孔之间的该容腔内,而该过滤单元则阻隔于所述进气孔与该进气控制阀之间。
其中该进气控制阀还与该出气控制阀之间于该容腔内形成供气流道,所述呼吸管进一步与该供气流道连通。
其中该进气控制阀包含一进气阀门与一进气阀塞,该进气阀塞控制该进气阀门作单向的开启或闭合而设于其上,而该出气控制阀还包含一出气阀门与一出气阀塞,该出气阀塞控制该出气阀门作单向的开启或闭合而设于其上,且该出气阀塞控制的方向与该进气阀塞控制的方向相反。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好的理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
请参阅图1、图2及图3,分别为本发明第一实施例的立体分解示意图、另一视角的立体分解示意图、以及使用状态示意图。本发明提供一种结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其用以配置于人体鼻孔下方(如图3所示),可将人体于呼吸时所吸入的空气先予以过滤后,再供人体吸入,以确保所吸入的空气的洁净度,并可进一步避免人体呼吸道因不洁的空气所造成的感染等问题。该个人用空气过 滤装置包括一滤器壳体1、一控制单元2、以及一过滤单元3;其中:
该滤器壳体1内呈中空,并可由一前盖10与一后盖11相互盖合而成,该滤器壳体1上还设有进气孔100与出气孔110。在本发明所举的实施例中,所述进气孔100设于前盖10上,并可通过一装饰件13覆盖于所述进气孔100前方但须维持进气孔100的畅通,而所述出气孔110设于后盖11上。且该滤器壳体1因其内部中空而形成有一容腔111,该容腔111可通过前盖10与后盖11相互盖合后而形成,而所述进气孔100、出气孔110均与该容腔111相通,以供进气孔100与出气孔110可分别作为空气进、出入容腔111内所用。另,所述进气孔100或出气孔110均可设置为一个或多个、或其它任何可供空气通过的型态。
该控制单元2设于上述滤器壳体1的容腔111内,并可包含一进气控制阀20与一出气控制阀21。在本实施例中,该进气控制阀20又包含一进气阀门200与一进气阀塞201,该进气阀塞201控制进气阀门200作单向的开启或闭合而设于其上,该进气阀门200上具有进气口202,可设有纳米杀菌网(图略);该出气控制阀21亦包含一出气阀门210与一出气阀塞211,该出气阀塞211控制出气阀门210作单向的开启或闭合而设于其上,该出气阀门210上具有出气口212,且出气阀塞211控制的方向与进气阀塞201相反。此外,该进气阀门200与出气阀门210可横向并列而构成一片状体。
另,如图6所示,该进气控制阀20与上述进气孔100之间于容腔111内形成有进气流道101,该进气控制阀20与出气控制阀21之间于容腔111内形成有供气流道102,而如图7所示,该出气控制阀21与上述出气孔110之间于容腔111内则形成有出气流道103,故进气流道101可通过进气控制阀20的开启而以单向连通至气通道102连通,而供气流道102可通过出气控制阀21的开启而以单向连通至出气通道103。又,如图1及图5所示,为了便于空气于容腔111内的流向,可于控制单元2上设有一位于进气流道101内的阀板4,该阀板4与呈片状体的控制单元2叠置而一并组设于后盖11上,且该阀板4相对于出气阀门210而具有一分隔部40、相对于进气阀门200则具有一缺口部41,分隔部40可防止进入的空气不慎通过出气阀门210,而缺口部41则可供进入的空气确实通过进气阀门200。
该过滤单元3设于上述滤器壳体1的进气流道101内,以阻隔于滤器壳体1 的进气孔100与控制单元2的进气控制阀20之间,借以确保被吸入滤器壳体1内的空气,可先通过该过滤单元3进行过滤,该过滤单元3可为一活性碳组合过滤网。此外,亦可于该过滤单元3表面上涂抹如香精油等香料(图略),以提供洁净的空气进一步的清香气味。
再者,上述滤器壳体1上方设有对应人体鼻孔的呼吸管12,以对应并插入人体鼻孔内,且所述呼吸管12连通至滤器壳体1的容腔111内,并连通至容腔111的供气流道102。又,呼吸管12内具有一吸气孔120,呼吸管12上可进一步套设一鼻塞套121,且鼻塞套121仍维持吸气孔120与人体鼻孔的畅通。而在本实施例中,该呼吸管12设于滤器壳体1的后盖11上方,且该二呼吸管12间的距离可作调整,以配合不同的使用者使用。
因此,借由上述的构造组成,即可得到本发明的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置。
据此,请一并参阅图4、图5及图6所示,当人体吸入空气时,外界的空气会由上述滤器壳体1的进气孔100进入其内,并先通过上述过滤单元3进行过滤,以获得洁净的空气。之后,空气再由容腔111内的进气流道101推抵进气控制阀20的进气阀塞201,因为进气控制阀20控制单向的原故,使得空气仅得由此方向推开进气阀塞201而通过进气阀门200,以来到供气流道102,再借由呼吸管12供人体吸入所述洁净的空气。
反之,当人体将上述所吸入的空气吐出时,所吐出的空气由呼吸管12来到供气流道102,此时因出气阀塞211控制的方向与进气阀塞201相反,因此进气阀塞201会闭合进气阀门200,并推抵出气控制阀21的出气阀塞211,因为出气控制阀21控制单向的原故,使得空气仅得由此方向推开出气阀塞211而通过出气阀门210,以来到出气流道103,进而由出气孔110排出滤器壳体1外。附带一提的是:于上述吸气时,因出气阀塞211会闭合出气阀门210,所以外界的空气不会由出气孔110通过出气控制阀21而进入供气流道102。
此外,如图3所示,本发明可还包括一配戴件5,该配戴件5连接于上述滤器壳体1二端处上,以方便供人体配戴时固定于脸部上。
再者,如图8及图9所示,为本发明的第二实施例。其中,请一并参阅图10及图11所示,该控制单元2仅具有上述出气控制阀21,所述进气流道101则 形成于的该控制单元2与上述进气孔100之间的容腔111内,且上述呼吸管12直接与进气流道101连通;通过所述过滤单元3设于该进气流道101内且阻隔于进气孔100与呼吸管12之间,使人体吸气时,外界的空气由进气孔100通过过滤单元3进行过滤后,能直接由进气流道101进入呼吸管12并供人体吸入洁净后的空气。反之,如图12所示,当人体吐气时,所吐出的空气由呼吸管12来到腔室11,此时因出气阀塞211控制的方向可被吐出的空气推开,使得空气能通过出气阀门210来到出气流道103,进而由出气孔110排出滤器壳体1外。
因此,借由本发明结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,不仅可具有较小的体积,在配戴上也仅会占用人体鼻孔下方,不会因过大的体积而占据人体口部等其它部位、甚至影响谈话或发声等动作,故可适合于个人随身使用来提供洁净的空气,以兼具携带上的便利性。
以上所述实施例仅是为充分说明本发明而所举的较佳的实施例,本发明的保护范围不限于此。本技术领域的技术人员在本发明基础上所作的等同替代或变换,均在本发明的保护范围之内。本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,用以配戴于人体鼻孔处,其特征在于,包括:
    一滤器壳体,内呈中空而形成有一容腔,且该滤器壳体上设有与该容腔相通的进气孔与出气孔;
    一控制单元,设于该容腔内,该控制单元与所述进气孔之间于该容腔内形成进气流道,且该控制单元至少包括一出气控制阀,该出气控制阀与所述出气孔之间于该容腔内形成出气流道;以及
    一过滤单元,设于该进气流道内作阻隔;
    其中,该滤器壳体设有对应所述人体鼻孔的呼吸管,且所述呼吸管连通该容腔并介于该进气流道与该出气流道之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中该滤器壳体由一前盖与一后盖相互盖合而成。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中所述进气孔设于该前盖上,而所述出气孔则设于该后盖上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中该控制单元还包括一进气控制阀,且该进气流道还进一步形成于该进气控制阀与所述进气孔之间的该容腔内,而该过滤单元则阻隔于所述进气孔与该进气控制阀之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中该进气控制阀还与该出气控制阀之间于该容腔内形成供气流道,所述呼吸管进一步与该供气流道连通。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中该进气控制阀包含一进气阀门与一进气阀塞,该进气阀塞控制该进气阀门作单向的开启或闭合而设于其上,而该出气控制阀还包含一出气阀门与一出气阀塞,该出气阀塞控制该出气阀门作单向的开启或闭合而设于其上,且该出气阀塞控制的方向与该进气阀塞控制的方向相反。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中该控制单元上设有一位于该进气流道内的阀板,该阀板相对于该出气阀门而具有 一分隔部,且该阀板相对于该进气阀门具有一缺口部。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中该进气阀门上设有纳米杀菌网。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中该过滤单元为一活性碳组合过滤网。
  10. 根据权利要求1或9所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其该过滤单元表面上涂抹有香料。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,其中所述呼吸管上设有鼻塞套。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的结构改进的个人用空气过滤装置,其特征在于,还包括一配戴件,该配戴件连接于该滤器壳体的二端处上。
