一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,包括固定座(1)、与固定座(1)密封连接的玻璃罩(2)和至少一个内置在玻璃罩(2)中且安装在芯柱(3)上的LED灯(4)。LED灯(4)包括基板、至少一个芯片和将芯片封装在基板上的胶体。玻璃罩(2)内注入惰性气体。基板能够根据实际需要设计成不同形状,芯片按照序列排列形成特定图案,如商标图样、字母、公司字号等,从而制作成上述形状的LED灯,在实现照明作用的同时也能够起到展示宣传作用。

Description

一种兼具展示功能的灯泡 技术领域
本发明属于LED照明技术领域,具体涉及一种兼具展示功能的灯泡。
背景技术
LED灯因其具有诸多优点已经广泛应用到各个行业中发挥照明的作用。但是随着LED等的普及,人们也越来越了解到现有LED灯所存在的缺陷。如发热量大,散热不佳便会造成关键部件加速老化等。可见,长时间工作下的LED灯会过早的出现损坏,造成使用成本的提高。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,散热性能好。
本发明的技术解决方案:一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,包括设有芯柱的固定座,以及与固定座密封连接的玻璃罩,其特征在于:还包括至少一个内置在玻璃罩中且安装在芯柱上的LED灯;LED灯包括基板、至少一个芯片和将芯片封装在基板上的胶体;玻璃罩内注入惰性气体。
本发明中,基板为透明的玻璃板、陶瓷板或宝石板。
本发明中,基板上设有镀膜层。
本发明中,胶体中含有荧光粉。
本发明中,基板的面积大于胶体的附着面积。
本发明中,在玻璃罩内的LED灯的前方设置一个透镜。
本发明中,LED灯的数量为两个,且相互背向设置在玻璃罩内。
本发明所达到的有益效果:
1.采用本发明,基板能够根据实际需要设计成不同形状,多个芯片按照序列排列形成特定图案,如商标图样、字母、公司字号等,从而制作成上述形状的LED灯,在实现照明作用的同时也能够起到展示宣传作用。
2.玻璃罩内抽空空气并注入氦气,用于将LED产生的热量以对流方式传递给玻璃罩最终在通过玻璃罩散发出去,以此取代了内置额外的散热元件,进一步降低制作成本。
3.基板的面积大于胶体的附着面积,以此确保基板与惰性气体间有足够的接触面积从而更好的散热。
4.在LED灯的前方安装一透镜从而将LED灯的形状投射出去。
5.调低该灯泡的亮度,灯泡将呈现出LED灯形状的图样用于展示和宣传;调低该灯泡的亮度,灯泡用于照明,做到了一灯两用。
6.在灯泡内安置相片或其他饰物以内部之纯惰性气体密封环境保存该物起到保存纪念装饰美观的作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明技术方案作进一步详细描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
如图1至4所示,一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,包括设有竖直芯柱3的固定座1,与固定座1密封连接并将芯柱3包裹在内的玻璃罩2,以及两个内置在玻璃罩2中的LED灯4。两个LED灯4相互背向的设置在芯柱3的顶部,每个LED灯4包括设计成特定图案(如商标、logo等)的基板、多个按一定序列排列的芯片和将芯片封装在基板上的胶体。芯片排列方式与基板的形状相匹配,在通电状态下,显示成该图案的亮光从而实现展示宣传的功能。玻璃罩2内抽真空后注入惰性气体,优选为氦气。
基板为透明的玻璃板、陶瓷板或宝石板,并在基板上设置镀膜层。通电后,产生的热量通过基板与氦气接触实现热传递,再通过氦气与玻璃罩2将热量散发到外部环境中实现散热。
胶体中含有根据实际需要所添加的荧光粉,如蓝光芯片加黄粉为白光,蓝光芯片加黄绿粉红粉为暖白光,蓝光芯片加红粉为紫罗兰色。在涂覆封装时,保证胶体的附着面积始终小于基板的面积。
为了使所投射的图案更加明显,可以在玻璃罩2内的LED灯4的前方设置一个透镜。
在固定座1下安装可调光电源,在低电流驱动时LED灯4低亮度呈现出所需的图案,当高电流工作时由于亮度太强已看不出排列图形但可供照明使用。如图4所示,亦可以将相片5以热转印转印于金属或玻璃或是陶瓷板等材质上固定入玻璃罩内,LED灯亮时 可以起到照明相片或镶嵌在灯泡内的饰物,因灯泡内部是完全惰性气体的环境LED灯温度又低则内部的相片或饰物除美观外相当置入时间胶囊可以保存极为长久的时间。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,包括设有芯柱的固定座,以及与固定座密封连接的玻璃罩,其特征在于:还包括至少一个内置在玻璃罩中且安装在芯柱上的LED灯;LED灯包括基板、至少一个芯片和将芯片封装在基板上的胶体;玻璃罩内注入惰性气体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,其特征在于:基板为透明的玻璃板、陶瓷板或宝石板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,其特征在于:基板上设有镀膜层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,其特征在于:胶体中含有荧光粉。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,其特征在于:基板的面积大于胶体的附着面积。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,其特征在于:在玻璃罩内的LED灯的前方设置一个透镜。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种兼具展示功能的灯泡,其特征在于:LED灯的数量为两个,且相互背向设置在玻璃罩内。
