Description
本申请要求在2015年10月23日提交中国专利局、申请号为201510698272.8、发明名称为“一种组队出行通信方法、服务器、终端和系统”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
本发明涉及云平台通信技术领域,具体地,涉及一种组队出行通信方法、服务器、终端和系统。
自驾游兴起于20世纪中期的美国,后流行于西方发达国家。进入21世纪以来,汽车工业的蓬勃发展推动了旅游业的发展,也为自驾游的推广和普及奠定了基础,也使得自驾游从自助游中脱颖而出。人们把最初周末开车出游“Sundaydrive”,发展到后来成为自驾车旅游“DriveTravel”。
中国自驾游产业的形成与发展是建立在经济飞速发展、交通状况持续改善、人民生活水平日益提高的基础之上,是“自由、个性、探索、驾驭”理念的体现,现已悄然成为我国大中城市、有一定消费能力和消费理念的中青年人群所热爱的旅游生活休闲方式。时间上说,有组织、较正规的自驾游活动应该是始于2000年,2003年开始由网络扩散到大众媒体——电视、电台、报纸等传统媒体的介入,有力促进了中国自驾游的飞速发展。
目前在自驾游中,车队之间的通讯只能依靠灯光、鸣笛的信号方式,或者是手机通话、短信、IM通讯工具这种方式,或者是采用对讲机进行通讯。对于灯光、鸣笛方式,可以传递的信息内容少,不利于信息内容的理解。对于手机通话、短信、IM通讯工具的方式,都不适合在行车时进行操作,会对车辆驾驶的安全造成很大影响。对讲机方式,智能传输语音信息,对于用户当前位置需要依靠语音描述,不够准确,同时对讲机还受到一些限制,频率、功率、通讯距离有限,同时只能有一个用户在同一频段通讯,而且需要单独购买设备,对于实际使用都造成了很大的困扰。
因此,在现有技术中,缺乏一种组队出行时进行安全有效的位置分享和信息沟通的解决方法。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中组队出行时无法进行安全有效的位置分享和信息沟通的技术问题,本发明提出了一种组队出行通信方法、服务器、终端和系统。
本发明的一种组队出行通信方法,包括:
步骤A:接收出行小组内用户通信终端周期性上报的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;
步骤B:将用户上报的用户位置发送到其他用户的通信终端,并在其他用户通信终端的地图界面进行显示。
优选的,在所述步骤A之前还包括:
步骤C:根据创建者发送的出行小组创建指令,创建一个包含创建者的出行小组,并生成所述出行小组对应的第一小组编号;
步骤D:根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中。
优选的,还包括:
步骤E:接收所述出行小组内用户通信终端发送的语音或文字信息,将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户的通信终端,并指示其他用户通信终端的UI界面播报所述语音或文字信息。
优选的,所述根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中包括:
根据用户输入的第二小组编号,判断小组编号为第二小组编号的出行小组是否为创建状态;
如果未创建提示无法加入,如果为创建状态,判断该出行小组用户数是否达到最大值;
如果达到最大值提示无法加入,如果未达到最大值,将所述用户加入到所述出行小组。

向出行小组通信服务器发送出行小组建立请求,并指示所述出行小组通信服务器建立包含创建者的出行小组并生成对应的小组编号;
根据所述对应的小组编号,向所述出行小组通信服务器发送加入请求,并加入到所述出行小组;
向所述出行小组通信服务器周期性上报自身的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;
接收所述出行小组服务器下发的其他用户的用户位置,并在自身地图界面上进行显示。
优选的,还包括:
向所述出行小组通信服务器发送语音或文字信息,以使得所述出行小组通信服务器将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户通信终端的UI界面进行播报。
本发明的一种组队出行通信服务器,包括:

为了解决现有技术中组队出行时无法进行安全有效的位置分享和信息沟通的技术问题,本发明提出了一种组队出行通信方法、服务器、终端和系统。本发明组队出行通信方法的逻辑流程图如图1所示。
实施例一
如图2所示,本发明的组队出行通信方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S201:根据创建者发送的出行小组创建指令,创建一个包含创建者的出行小组,并生成所述出行小组对应的第一小组编号。
创建出行小组,根据用户指令,生成一个新的出行小组,新生成的小组内默认将创建人加入小组内,同时生成小组对应的一个编号,其他用户可以通过这个编号加入这个出行小组。
步骤S202:根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中。
用户加入指定的出行小组,用户根据通过获取的出行小组编号作为识别ID,直接加入指定的出行小组内。
步骤S203:接收出行小组内用户通信终端周期性上报的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度。
用户加入出行小组内后,周期性地上报当前位置、速度等状态信息。
步骤S204:接收所述出行小组内用户通信终端发送的语音或文字信息,将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户的通信终端,并指示其他用户通信终端的UI界面播报所述语音或文字信息。
用户在需要时,可以录制语音或编写文字,并发送给服务器。
步骤S205:将用户上报的用户位置发送到其他用户的通信终端,并在其他用户通信终端的地图界面进行显示。
在出行小组内的用户,都可以接收到其他用户上报的位置信息,并在自己的地图界面上显示出其他用户的实时位置,同时UI对于其他用户发送给服务器的语音或文字内容,会自动接收并播报出来。
本发明的组队出行通信方法,能够使得用户在组队出行时,如组队进行自驾游时,可以通过本发明的技术方案实现小组内用户位置实时追踪,并且通过语音的形式实现相互交流,在确保行车安全的情况下实现了组队出行的沟通交流功能。本发明提高了组队出行的位置共享和信息交互的效
率,节省了用户需要人工主动询问他人位置和获取信息的时间。
实施例二
如图3所示,对实施例一的步骤S202进行进一步说明,包括以下步骤:
步骤S301:根据用户输入的第二小组编号,判断小组编号为第二小组编号的出行小组是否为创建状态。
步骤S302:如果未创建提示无法加入,如果为创建状态,判断该出行小组用户数是否达到最大值。
步骤S303:如果达到最大值提示无法加入,如果未达到最大值,将所述用户加入到所述出行小组。
用户输入编号,判断以该编号为识别ID的出行小组是否当前为创建状态,如果未创建则提示无法加入。如果该小组当前为创建状态,判断组内用户是否已达到最大值,如果达到则提示人数已满无法加入。如果小组内人数未满,则将当前用户加入该小组内。
本实施例是对实施例一的进一步限定,具有实施例一的全部有益技术效果,在此不再赘述!
实施例三
如图4所示,本发明还提出了一种组队出行通信服务器,包括:
状态接收模块41,用于接收出行小组内用户通信终端周期性上报的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度。
位置下发模块42,用于将用户上报的用户位置发送到其他用户的通信终端,并在其他用户通信终端的地图界面进行显示。
优选的,还包括:
小组创建模块43,用于根据创建者发送的出行小组创建指令,创建一个包含创建者的出行小组,并生成所述出行小组对应的第一小组编号。
用户加入模块44,用于根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中。
优选的,还包括:
消息接收模块45,用于接收所述出行小组内用户通信终端发送的语音或文字信息,将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户的通信终端,并指示其他用户通信终端的UI界面播报所述语音或文字信息。
优选的,所述用户加入模块44具体用于,
根据用户输入的第二小组编号,判断小组编号为第二小组编号的出行小组是否为创建状态。
如果未创建提示无法加入,如果为创建状态,判断该出行小组用户数是否达到最大值。
如果达到最大值提示无法加入,如果未达到最大值,将所述用户加入到所述出行小组。
实施例四
如图5所示,本发明还提出了一种组队出行通信终端,包括:
创建请求模块51,用于向出行小组通信服务器发送出行小组建立请求,并指示所述出行小组通信服务器建立包含创建者的出行小组并生成对应的小组编号。
请求加入模块52,用于根据所述对应的小组编号,向所述出行小组通信服务器发送加入请求,并加入到所述出行小组。
状态上报模块53,用于向所述出行小组通信服务器周期性上报自身的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度。
位置显示模块54,用于接收所述出行小组服务器下发的其他用户的用户位置,并在自身地图界面上进行显示。
优选的,还包括:
消息发送模块55,用于向所述出行小组通信服务器发送语音或文字信息,以使得所述出行小组通信服务器将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户通信终端的UI界面进行播报。
实施例五
本发明还提出了一种组队出行通信系统,包括:实施例三所述的组队出行通信服务器和实施例四所述的组队出行通信终端。
本发明组队出行通信系统,具有实施例一-实施例四的全部有益技术效果,在此不再赘述!

实施例六
图6示出了本发明的另一个实施例的一种网络设备的结构框图。所述网络设备1100可以是具备计算能力的主机服务器、个人计算机PC、或者可携带的便携式计算机或终端等。本发明具体实施例并不对计算节点的具体实现做限定。
该网络设备1100包括处理器(processor)1110、通信接口(Communications Interface)1120、存储器(memory array)1130和总线1140。其中,处理器1110、通信接口1120、以及存储器1130通过总线1140完成相互间的通信。
通信接口1120用于与网元通信,其中网元包括例如虚拟机管理中心、共享存储等。
处理器1110用于执行程序。处理器1110可能是一个中央处理器CPU,或者是专用集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本发明实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
存储器1130用于存放文件。存储器1130可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器1130也可以是存储器阵列。存储器1130还可能被分块,并且所述块可按一定的规则组合成虚拟卷。
在一种可能的实施方式中,上述程序可为包括计算机操作指令的程序代码。该程序具体可用于:
在第一方面,提供一种组队出行通信方法,包括:
接收出行小组内用户通信终端周期性上报的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;
将用户上报的用户位置发送到其他用户的通信终端,并在其他用户通信终端的地图界面进行显示。
在一种可能的实现方式中,在所述接收出行小组内用户通信终端周期性上报的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度之前还包括:
根据创建者发送的出行小组创建指令,创建一个包含创建者的出行小组,并生成所述出行小组对应的第一小组编号;
根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中。
在一种可能的实现方式中,还包括:
接收所述出行小组内用户通信终端发送的语音或文字信息,将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户的通信终端,并指示其他用户通信终端的UI界面播报所述语音或文字信息。
在一种可能的实现方式中,所述根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中包括:
根据用户输入的第二小组编号,判断小组编号为第二小组编号的出行
小组是否为创建状态;
如果未创建提示无法加入,如果为创建状态,判断该出行小组用户数是否达到最大值;
如果达到最大值提示无法加入,如果未达到最大值,将所述用户加入到所述出行小组。
在第二方面,提供一种组队出行通信方法,包括:
向出行小组通信服务器发送出行小组建立请求,并指示所述出行小组通信服务器建立包含创建者的出行小组并生成对应的小组编号;
根据所述对应的小组编号,向所述出行小组通信服务器发送加入请求,并加入到所述出行小组;
向所述出行小组通信服务器周期性上报自身的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;
接收所述出行小组服务器下发的其他用户的用户位置,并在自身地图界面上进行显示。
在一种可能的实现方式中,还包括:
向所述出行小组通信服务器发送语音或文字信息,以使得所述出行小组通信服务器将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户通信终端的UI界面进行播报。

Claims (13)
- 一种组队出行通信方法,其特征在于,包括:步骤A:接收出行小组内用户通信终端周期性上报的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;步骤B:将用户上报的用户位置发送到其他用户的通信终端,并在其他用户通信终端的地图界面进行显示。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤A之前还包括:步骤C:根据创建者发送的出行小组创建指令,创建一个包含创建者的出行小组,并生成所述出行小组对应的第一小组编号;步骤D:根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:步骤E:接收所述出行小组内用户通信终端发送的语音或文字信息,将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户的通信终端,并指示其他用户通信终端的UI界面播报所述语音或文字信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求,将用户加入到所述出行小组中包括:根据用户输入的第二小组编号,判断小组编号为第二小组编号的出行小组是否为创建状态;如果未创建提示无法加入,如果为创建状态,判断该出行小组用户数是否达到最大值;如果达到最大值提示无法加入,如果未达到最大值,将所述用户加入 到所述出行小组。
- 一种组队出行通信方法,其特征在于,包括:向出行小组通信服务器发送出行小组建立请求,并指示所述出行小组通信服务器建立包含创建者的出行小组并生成对应的小组编号;根据所述对应的小组编号,向所述出行小组通信服务器发送加入请求,并加入到所述出行小组;向所述出行小组通信服务器周期性上报自身的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;接收所述出行小组服务器下发的其他用户的用户位置,并在自身地图界面上进行显示。
- 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:向所述出行小组通信服务器发送语音或文字信息,以使得所述出行小组通信服务器将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户通信终端的UI界面进行播报。
- 一种组队出行通信服务器,其特征在于,包括:状态接收模块,用于接收出行小组内用户通信终端周期性上报的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;位置下发模块,用于将用户上报的用户位置发送到其他用户的通信终端,并在其他用户通信终端的地图界面进行显示。
- 根据权利要求7所述的通信服务器,其特征在于,还包括:小组创建模块,用于根据创建者发送的出行小组创建指令,创建一个包含创建者的出行小组,并生成所述出行小组对应的第一小组编号;用户加入模块,用于根据用户发送的包含第二小组编号的加入请求, 将用户加入到所述出行小组中。
- 根据权利要求7或8所述的通信服务器,其特征在于,还包括:消息接收模块,用于接收所述出行小组内用户通信终端发送的语音或文字信息,将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户的通信终端,并指示其他用户通信终端的UI界面播报所述语音或文字信息。
- 根据权利要求8所述的通信服务器,其特征在于,所述用户加入模块具体用于,根据用户输入的第二小组编号,判断小组编号为第二小组编号的出行小组是否为创建状态;如果未创建提示无法加入,如果为创建状态,判断该出行小组用户数是否达到最大值;如果达到最大值提示无法加入,如果未达到最大值,将所述用户加入到所述出行小组。
- 一种组队出行通信终端,其特征在于,包括:创建请求模块,用于向出行小组通信服务器发送出行小组建立请求,并指示所述出行小组通信服务器建立包含创建者的出行小组并生成对应的小组编号;请求加入模块,用于根据所述对应的小组编号,向所述出行小组通信服务器发送加入请求,并加入到所述出行小组;状态上报模块,用于向所述出行小组通信服务器周期性上报自身的状态信息,所述状态信息包括用户位置和速度;位置显示模块,用于接收所述出行小组服务器下发的其他用户的用户位置,并在自身地图界面上进行显示。
- 根据权利要求5所述的通信终端,其特征在于,还包括:消息发送模块,用于向所述出行小组通信服务器发送语音或文字信息,以使得所述出行小组通信服务器将所述语音或文字信息发送到其他用户通信终端的UI界面进行播报。
- 一种组队出行通信系统,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求7-10任意一项所述的组队出行通信服务器和权利要求11-12任意一项所述的组队出行通信终端。
