Abstract

一种电容屏面板检测台,包括能够透白光的检测板(20)和设有开口的外壳(10),开口的大小大于或等于电容屏面板的大小,外壳(10)内还设有至少一个检测灯,检测板(20)设置在外壳(10)的开口处,检测灯与检测板(20)相对应。还包括支撑架(30),支撑架(30)与外壳(10)连接,使得检测板(20)与电容屏面板检测台的放置平面呈预定角度。该检测台能够帮助检测员有效提高对电容屏面板检测的效率。

电容屏面板检测台 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电容屏面板检测台。
背景技术
目前,对应用于手机、平板电脑等电子产品的电容屏面板的检测,如是否有瑕疵、是否漏光等,都是通过检测员将待检品(即待检验的电容屏面板)放在台灯下上下左右移动以及翻转,同时反复观察待检品上是否有瑕疵、漏光等问题,再判定其是否符合标准,这种检测方式对检测员的劳动量要求较大,且易使检测员疲劳而影响其观察的准确性,故目前的这种检测方式效率较低。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种电容屏面板检测台,它能够帮助检测员有效提高对电容屏面板检测的效率。
其技术方案如下:
一种电容屏面板检测台,包括能够透白光的检测板和设有开口的外壳,开口的大小大于或等于电容屏面板的大小,外壳内还设有至少一个检测灯,检测板设置在外壳的开口处,检测灯与检测板相对应。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括支撑架,支撑架与所述外壳通过转轴连接。
在其中一个实施例中,还包括支撑架,支撑架与所述外壳连接,使得所述检测板与所述电容屏面板检测台的放置平面呈预定角度。
在其中一个实施例中,所述预定角度的范围为40°-75°。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外壳上设有用于调节所述检测灯亮度的亮度调节器。
在其中一个实施例中,所述外壳上设有用于与插座或电源电连接的电源线。
在其中一个实施例中,所述电源线的规格为12V。
在其中一个实施例中,所述检测灯为LED灯。
在其中一个实施例中,所述检测板为白色塑料面板。
下面对前述技术方案的优点或原理进行说明:
上述的电容屏面板检测台中,检测灯发射出来的白光通过检测板透视出去,使得检测板仿佛一个发光面与电容屏面板的大小相匹配的白光发光体,将电容屏面板放置在此时的检测板上时,检测员便可轻易地发现其上是否有瑕疵、其是否漏光等问题,快速地判定其是否符合标准。故通过本电容屏面板检测台,能够有效提高电容屏面板的检测效率,又因其对检测员的劳动量要求极小,故也能有效降低其劳损度。

下面对本发明的实施例进行详细说明:
如图1所示,一种电容屏面板检测台,包括能够透白光的检测板20和设有开口的外壳10,开口的大小大于或等于电容屏面板的大小,外壳10内还设有至少一个检测灯,检测板20设置在外壳10的开口处,检测灯与检测板20相对应。其中,检测灯发射出来的白光通过检测板20透视出去,使得检测板20仿佛一个发光面与电容屏面板的大小相匹配的白光发光体,将电容屏面板放置在此时的检测板20上时,检测员便可轻易地发现其上是否有瑕疵、其是否漏光等问题,快速地判定其是否符合标准。故通过本电容屏面板检测台,能够有效提高电容屏面板的检测效率,又因其对检测员的劳动量要求极小,故也能有效降低其劳损度。
本实施例中,本检测台还包括支撑架30,支撑架30与外壳10连接,使得检测板20与本电容屏面板检测台的放置平面呈适于检测员观察的预定角度,这 样更便于检测员工作,降低其劳损度。其中,预定角度的范围为40°-75°,图中设为了45°。实际上,支撑架30也可以与外壳10通过转轴连接,支撑架30或外壳10便可通过旋转的方式调节检测板20与平面构成的角度。
本实施例中,外壳10上设有用于调节检测灯亮度的亮度调节器,从而控制检测灯的亮度。外壳10上还设有用于与插座或电源电连接的电源线,其规格为12V,既通用也节省能源。另外,检测灯为LED白光灯,既能达到用于检测的要求,耗能也低;检测板20为白色塑料面板,包括白色的亚克力面板、PVC面板等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

  1. 一种电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,包括能够透白光的检测板和设有开口的外壳,开口的大小大于或等于电容屏面板的大小,外壳内还设有至少一个检测灯,检测板设置在外壳的开口处,检测灯与检测板相对应。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,还包括支撑架,支撑架与所述外壳通过转轴连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,还包括支撑架,支撑架与所述外壳连接,使得所述检测板与所述电容屏面板检测台的放置平面呈预定角度。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,所述预定角度的范围为40°-75°。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,所述外壳上设有用于调节所述检测灯亮度的亮度调节器。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,所述外壳上设有用于与插座或电源电连接的电源线。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,所述电源线的规格为12V。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,所述检测灯为LED灯。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的电容屏面板检测台,其特征在于,所述检测板为白色塑料面板。
