本发明实施例提供一种手机,包括:第一触摸屏和第二触摸屏;与所述第一触摸屏和所述第二触摸屏连接的处理器;分别与所述处理器连接的送话器和受话器;与所述处理器连接的存储器,所述存储器中存储有语音识别数据库和联系人数据库;与所述处理器连接的移动通信单元和视频通信单元,所述移动通信单元与第一触摸屏关联,并包括客户识别模块、基带处理芯片、射频模块;所述视频通信单元与第二触摸屏关联,并包括前置摄像头、图像处理芯片、无线通信模块。本发明中由于第一触摸屏与移动通信单元关联且第二触摸屏与视频通信单元关联,由此两个触摸屏参与了核心功能模块(移动通信单元、视频通信单元)的直接联系,配合处理器和存储器,用户需要进行语音通话或视频通话时触摸相应的触摸屏就可以激活送话器,此时说出联系人的姓名,送话器采集用户的语音信息并进行声/电转换,处理器接收到送话器发送的语音信号后在存储库的语音识别数据库中进行语音识别,并将识别出的联系人姓名在联系人数据库中进行匹配,寻找到该联系人的信息后,处理器控制移动通信单元拨打目标联系人的电话号码或控制视频通信单元对目标联系人进行视频通话,就能完成触摸——说出联系人——通话的一键直达,而不需要反复操作触摸屏。并且,当用户想要进行语音通话和视频通话的切换时,不需要通过操作触摸屏退出和进入相应的功能页面和层级菜单,只需在对应于语音通话或视频通话的第一或第二触摸屏上进行点击即可,减少了操作层级,使操作过程一目了然,便于老人使用。
本发明的一些实施例中,其中所述第二触摸屏的尺寸大于所述第一触摸屏的尺寸,以方便经常使用视频通话的用户,尤其是老人能更清晰地观看视频图像。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述第一触摸屏为黑白屏,所述第二触摸屏为彩屏。用于语音通话的第一触摸屏为黑白屏可以节省电量,增加手机的续航时间。替代性地,所述第一触摸屏也可以采用低分辨率的彩屏,第二触摸屏采用高分辨率的彩屏。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述手机包括与所述图像处理芯片连接的后置 摄像头及在所述手机背壳上滑动安装的放大镜,所述放大镜具有遮挡所述后置摄像头的第一滑动位置和暴露所述后置摄像头的第二滑动位置。老人由于视力普遍不佳,当需要察看细小的物体或阅读报刊书本时,打开后置摄像头,将放大镜滑动置于遮挡后置摄像头的第一位置,此时第二触摸屏上显示出该物体放大后的图像;当老人不需要使用放大镜时,可以将放大镜滑动至不遮挡后置摄像头的第二位置。通过该后置摄像头和放大镜的配合使用,视力衰退的老人能更清晰便捷地阅读文字或察看细小物体和拍照。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述手机包括与所述移动通信单元和/或所述无线通信模块关联的运动状态监测装置。该运动状态监测装置能够在用户摔倒或跌落时感应到手机的加速度和角速度,并根据感应信号得出该手机的姿态,从而判断出是否发生跌倒事故。该运动状态监测装置与相应的软件配合使用时,若判断结果为发生了跌倒事故,则可以配置为利用移动通信单元和/或无线通信模块自动向该手机中通话频率最高的联系人拨号进行语音通话或视频通话。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述运动状态监测装置为六轴或九轴测量传感器。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述手机包括布置在所述手机的边框上的与所述移动通信单元和/或所述视频通信单元关联的LED灯带。当手机来电时,该LED灯可以发生闪烁。使用该LED灯带可以避免老人用户因听力衰退造成的不能及时接收到来电提示的问题。该LED灯带还可以与手机的电源配合使用,当手机的电源下降至10%以下时,该LED灯带闪烁不同颜色的光,有助于提醒看不清电量提示的老人对手机进行充电,避免手机因电量耗尽而自动关机。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述手机包括第一按键和第二按键,所述第一按键为控制所述手机的锁屏/亮屏和开机/关机的电源按键,所述第二按键为拍照按键。只有两个按键对于老人用户来说,减少了他们对按键的记忆量,不容易产生混淆,也解决了老年人听力不佳,误操作导致音量减小,使用手机通话不便的问题。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述手机包括与所述移动通信单元和/或所述无线通信模块关联的定位单元,所述定位单元包括GPS定位模块和与所述GPS 定位模块连接的独立(区别)于所述手机的供电的专用供电模块。当手机保持供电状态时,该定位单元能够利用移动通信单元和/或无线通信模块将用户的位置信息通过网络发送至接收端;即使当老人由于忘记充电而导致手机处于关机状态时,由于所述定位单元也能够通过独立的专用供电模块进行供电,同样可以通过自身的GPS定位模块将位置信息发送至相应的接收端。因此用户家属可以配合相应的接收装置方便了解老人的位置。
本发明的一些实施例中,所述专用供电模块包括电池和无线充电接收器。将GPS定位模块的电池设计成无线充电,可以省却频繁的拆装电池的困扰,于是该专用供电模块中的电池可以设计成内置和非外露,减少老人面对手机既包含自身电池又包含GPS电池时的困扰和充电记忆负担。
本发明的一些实施例中,其中所述送话器是高频扬声器。
本发明的一些实施例中,其中所述无线通信模块是基于WIFI网络、3G网络、4G网络中至少一种的通信模块。
本发明的手机提供了两个专用于通话的触摸屏,配合处理器和存储器,不同的触摸屏的交互可以实现语音搜索联系人并完成相应的语音通话或视频通话,手机的交互层级非常少,老年人使用时极为方便。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
图1示出了本发明一种手机的结构示意图。
由图1可知,该手机包括:第一触摸屏1、第二触摸屏2、处理器3、受话器4、送话器5、存储器6、移动通信单元7和视频通信单元8。其中,第一触摸屏1、第二触摸屏2、送话器4、受话器5、存储器6、移动通信单元7和视频通信单元8分别与处理器3连接。第一触摸屏1和移动通信单元7关联,第二触摸屏2和视频通信单元8关联。
此处提到的术语“关联”,意指“直接连接”、“间接连接”或“链接”。本领域的技术人员可以根据实际情况按需配置。
送话器4用于采集用户的语音输入,将语音输入转换为模拟信号,并将转换后的模拟信号发送至处理器3中进行处理。
受话器5用于将音频信号转换为声音信号并播放出来。受话器可以是听筒,也可以是扬声器。本实施例中受话器5是高频扬声器。
存储器6存储有语音识别数据库601和联系人数据库602,用于处理器3对送话器4采集并转换后的模拟信号进行语音识别和联系人匹配的过程。
移动通信单元7包括客户识别模块(此处为SIM卡插座)701、基带处理芯片702和射频模块703。其中,SIM卡插座701用于放置手机SIM卡,射频模块703用于接收和发射信号,基带处理芯片702用于实现该手机与其他终端设备之间语音信息的交互。
视频通信单元8包括前置摄像头801、图像处理芯片802和无线通信模块803。其中,前置摄像头801用于采集用户的视频信息,并将采集到的视频信息发送至图像处理芯片802,图像处理芯片802对采集到的视频信息进行处理,无线通信模块803是基于WIFI网络、3G网络、4G网络中至少一种的通信模块,用于实现该手机与诸如手机、电脑等其他可视通话终端设备之间视频信息和语音信息的交互。
当用户想要通过该手机与其他人进行语音通话时,触摸第一触摸屏1激 活送话器4,并说出联系人的姓名,此时送话器4采集用户的语音信息并进行声/电转换,处理器3接收到送话器4发送的语音信号后在语音识别数据库601中进行语音识别,并将识别出的联系人姓名在联系人数据库602中进行匹配。寻找到该联系人的信息后,处理器3控制移动通信单元7自动拨打该联系人的电话号码,通过与移动通信单元7关联的第一触摸屏1显示联系人信息及拨号状态。当电话接通后,该手机通过送话器4和受话器5进行用户语音信息的输入和输出。
当用户想要通过该手机与其他人进行视频通话时,触摸第二触摸屏2激活送话器4,并说出联系人的姓名,此时送话器4采集用户的语音信息并进行声/电转换,处理器3接收到送话器4发送的语音信号后在语音识别数据库601中进行语音识别,并将识别出的联系人姓名在联系人数据库602中进行匹配。寻找到该联系人的信息后,处理器3控制视频通信单元8通过手机中内置的视频软件向目标联系人进行视频通话。当开始进行视频通话后,前置摄像头801采集用户的视频信息并发送至图像处理芯片802中进行处理,处理后的视频信息和联系人发送的视频信息均通过无线通信模块803进行交互,并通过与视频通信单元8关联的第二触摸屏2显示。同时,该手机通过送话器4和受话器5进行用户语音信息的输入和输出。
本实施例中由于第一触摸屏1与移动通信单元7关联且第二触摸屏2与视频通信单元8关联,因此两个触摸屏参与核心功能模块的直接联系,用户选择进行语音通话或视频通话时只需触摸相应的触摸屏并说出联系人的名字即可使手机完成通话的一键直达过程,不需要反复操作触摸屏。并且,当用户想要进行语音通话和视频通话的切换时,不需要通过操作触摸屏退出和进入相应的功能页面和层级菜单,只需在对应于语音通话或视频通话的第一或第二触摸屏上进行一次点击即可,减少了操作层级,用户使用过程一目了然。
继续参照图2,该手机正面包括第一触摸屏1和第二触摸屏2,其中第二触摸屏2的尺寸大于第一触摸屏1的尺寸,以方便经常使用视频通话的用户能更清晰地观看视频图像;且第一触摸屏1为黑白屏,第二触摸屏2为彩屏。用于语音通话的第一触摸屏1为黑白屏不但可以明显区分第一触摸屏1和第二触摸屏2,还可以节省电量,增加手机的续航时间。第一和第二触摸屏可以是实体的也可以是虚拟的界面。第一触摸屏1和第二触摸屏2的配置也可 以根据用户的需求进行设置,并不局限于本实施例的方案,例如第二触摸屏可以位于第一触摸屏的上方,第二触摸屏可以小于第一触摸屏等。
图3a和图3b是本发明的手机的侧面示意图。如图3所示,本实施例中的手机包括布置在该手机的边框上的第一按键901和第二按键902以及与移动通信单元7和/或视频通信单元8关联的LED灯带903,第一按键901为控制手机的锁屏/亮屏和开机/关机的电源按键,第二按键902为拍照按键。电源按键可以配置为短按来操作锁屏和亮屏,长按来操作开机和关机。图3a是本实施例中手机一侧的示意图,位于该侧的按键为电源按键901;图3b是本实施例中手机另一侧的示意图,位于该侧的按键为拍照按键902。电源按键901和拍照按键902分别位于手机的两侧,可以减少用户对按键的记忆量,不容易产生混淆。LED灯带903可以在手机来电时高频闪烁黄光,与手机电源配合使用时,可以在手机电源下降至10%以下时,高频闪烁红光。按键和LED灯带的设置也并不局限于本实施例中和附图中的描述,例如,按键可以位于手机侧边的任意位置;左右两侧的电源按键和拍照按键可以是对称的也可以是非对称的;LED灯带可以是连续的也可以是间隔的,只要灯带布满在手机的侧边即可,等等。
继续参照图4。本实施例中的手机包括与图像处理芯片802连接的后置摄像头1001及在所述手机背壳上滑动安装的放大镜1002。如图4所示,放大镜1002布置在具有后置摄像头1001的凹槽中,可以上下滑动。当用户使用放大镜1002时,按图示箭头方向将放大镜1002向上滑动,使其能够遮挡住后置摄像头1001;当用户不需要使用放大镜时,可以将放大镜1002按图示箭头相反的方向向下滑动至不遮挡后置摄像头1001的位置。后置摄像头1001和放大镜1002并不一定局限于本实施例和图4的描述进行配置,本领域人员可以对其进行等同替代或变形,例如,可以将后置摄像头1001设置在放大镜1002的下方,或是将放大镜1002配置成左右滑动等等。
图5是本发明的另一实施例中运动状态监测装置的结构示意图。如图5所示,本实施例中的手机包括与移动通信单元7和/或无线通信模块803关联的运动状态监测装置11。运动状态监测装置11可以在移动通信单元7和无线通信模块803中择一进行关联。本实施例中运动状态监测装置11为六轴或九轴测量传感器。当用户摔倒或跌落时,六轴或九轴测量传感器11将感应到手 机的加速度和角速度,并根据感应信号得出该手机的姿态,从而判断用户是否发生跌倒事故。运动状态监测装置11与相应的软件配合使用时,若判断结果为发生了跌倒事故,则可以自动向该手机中通话频率最高的联系人拨号进行语音通话或视频通话。
图6是本发明的另一实施例中定位单元的结构示意图。如图6所示,本实施例中的手机包括与移动通信单元7和/或无线通信模块803关联的定位单元12,其中,定位单元12包括GPS定位模块121和与GPS定位模块121连接的独立于该手机的供电的专用供电模块122。定位单元12与移动通信单元7和/或无线通信模块803关联,因此在手机处于供电状态下能随时将用户的位置信息上传至相应的接收端中;当手机处于关机状态时,定位单元12通过专用供电模块122进行供电,以利用自身的GPS定位模121块将用户的位置信息上传至接收端。本实施例中的专用供电模块122包括电池1221和无线充电接收器1222。电池1221设置在手机内部不外露,无线充电接收器1222可以采用PMA标准、Qi标准和A4WP标准中的任意一种标准。
以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,其中所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部模块来实现本实施例方案的目的。本领域普通技术人员在不付出创造性的劳动的情况下,即可以理解并实施。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到各实施方式可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件。基于这样的理解,上述技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该软件产品可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,如ROM/RAM等。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种手机,其特征在于,包括:
    第一触摸屏和第二触摸屏;
    与所述第一触摸屏和所述第二触摸屏连接的处理器;
    分别与所述处理器连接的送话器和受话器;
    与所述处理器连接的存储器,所述存储器中存储有语音识别数据库和联系人数据库;
    与所述处理器连接的移动通信单元和视频通信单元,所述移动通信单元与所述第一触摸屏关联,并包括客户识别模块、基带处理芯片、射频模块;所述视频通信单元与所述第二触摸屏关联,并包括前置摄像头、图像处理芯片、无线通信模块。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述第二触摸屏的尺寸大于所述第一触摸屏的尺寸。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述第一触摸屏为黑白屏,所述第二触摸屏为彩屏。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括与所述图像处理芯片连接的后置摄像头及在所述手机的背壳上滑动安装的放大镜,所述放大镜具有遮挡所述后置摄像头的第一滑动位置和暴露所述后置摄像头的第二滑动位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括与所述移动通信单元和/或所述无线通信模块关联的运动状态监测装置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手机,其特征在于,所述运动状态监测装置为六轴或九轴测量传感器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括布置在所述 手机的边框上的与所述移动通信单元和/或所述视频通信单元关联的LED灯带。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括第一按键和第二按键,所述第一按键为控制所述手机的锁屏/亮屏和开机/关机的电源按键,所述第二按键为拍照按键。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手机包括与所述移动通信单元和/或所述无线通信模块关联的定位单元,所述定位单元包括GPS定位模块和与所述GPS定位模块连接的独立于所述手机的供电的专用供电模块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手机,其特征在于,所述专用供电模块包括电池和无线充电接收器。
