本发明实施例实现了通过语音控制自动实现对来电呼入的处理,该处理可以包括接听或拒接,并不需要用户手动操作,可以解放用户的双手,方便用户在手动操作不方便的各种场景下及时接听电话,提升用户体验的满意度。另外,在本发明实施例中,来电语音处理模块在终端有来电呼入时才启动,并非一直处于启动状态,因此可以避免一直占用系统和麦克风的资源,可以提升终端系统资源的利用率,进而进一步提升用户体验的满意度。

请参见图1所示,本实施例提供的来电处理方法包括:
步骤101:检测到终端有来电呼入时,启动来电语音处理模块;该步骤中的终端可以是任意具备通话功能的电子终端,例如手机、PAD等;在该步骤中,当检测到终端有来电呼入时,还可显示接听界面(例如滑动解锁界面等);接听界面的显示与来电语音处理模块的启动可以同时进行,也可以非同时进行,非同时进行时,没有严格的时序限制;
步骤102:来电语音处理模块获取用户下发的语音指令;可通过麦克风采集用户输入的语音指令;
步骤103:来电语音处理模块将获取的该语音指令与预设的语音控制指令进行匹配,根据匹配结果完成对该来电呼入的处理;该处理至少包括根据匹配结果对该来电呼入进行接听和/或拒接;当然,根据实际需要,还可设置在一些场景下不对该来电呼入进行任何处理。为了更好的理解上述方法,下面进行示例性说明。
在一种示例中,预设的语音控制指令包括语音接听指令和/或语音拒接指令;
当仅需要通过语音控制实现对来电呼入的接听时(例如某些用户可能习惯在接听时才使用语音控制),预设的语音控制指令可以只包括语音接听指令;此时获取到用户的输入的语音指令后,将其与预设的语音接听指令进行匹配,如二者匹配,则接听该来电呼入;如二者不匹配,不接听或不对该来电呼入进行任何处理;

当需要通过语音控制实现对来电呼入的接听或拒接时,预设的语音控制指令包括语音接听指令和语音拒接指令;此时获取到用户的输入的语音指令后,将其与预设的语音接听接令进行匹配,如二者匹配,则接听该来电呼入;将其与预设的语音接拒接令进行匹配,如二者匹配,则拒接该来电呼入。在该示例中,当既不与语音接拒接令匹配,也不与语音接听接令匹配时,可以选择不对该来电呼入进行任何处理,或选择直接拒接该来电呼入。
为了提升语音控制的准确性以及效率,同时为了尽可能降低用户的学习成本,本实施例中预设的语音接听指令和/或语音拒接指令可以为单个词的语
音指令。例如,对于语音接听指令可以设置为:中文为“喂”,英文为“Hello”,法语为德语为“Hallo”等;对于语音拒接指令,中文为“挂”,英文为“NO”,法语为“Non”,德语为“Nein”等。这种单个词的语音设置方式既符合用户平时的使用习惯,又能降低用户的学习成本(由于符合习惯,用户的学习成本基本为零,且能避免用户使用出错),同时又能尽可能降低受方言的影响,提升语音识别的准确率,避免用户需多次输入的尴尬。
请参见图2所示,在上述步骤103之后,还包括以下步骤:
步骤104:在来电语音处理模块根据匹配结果完成对来电呼入的处理后,关闭来电语音处理模块。也即本实施例中的来电语音处理模块在有来电呼入时才启动,处理完该来电呼入后就立即退出,可以尽可能的降低资源占用的时间,提升资源的利用率。
另外,在本实施例中,为了提升用户的体验;还可根据终端当前所处状态设置不同的接听模式,以便在接听时采用对应的模式进行接听。下面进行示例性的说明。
本实施例中可以根据终端当前距离用户的距离状态设置不同的接听模式。其中,当终端距离用户的距离状态为近距离状态时,对应听筒接听模式;当终端距离用户的距离状态为远距离状态时,对应免提接听模式。所述近距离状态是指所述终端与用户之间的距离小于等于阈值,所述远距离状态是指所述终端与用户之间的距离大于阈值。选择听筒模式进行接听时,接通后为普通通话;选择免提接听模式时,接通后为免提通话。基于上述设置,当根据匹配结果对来电呼入的处理为接听该来电呼入时,在接听该来电呼入之前还包括:
获取终端当前距离用户的距离状态,根据获取的距离状态确定对应的接听模式;
在接听该来电呼入时,根据所确定的接听模式完成对所述来电呼入的接
听;当终端当前距离用户的距离状态为近距离状态时,选择听筒接听模式;当终端当前距离用户的距离状态为远距离状态时,选择免提接听模式。
本实施例中,近距离状态可以是用户按照普通习惯拿起终端靠近耳边接听电话的状态;远距离状态则是上述状态之外的其他状态。本实施例中可以通过距离传感器进行检测以判断其终端是处于近距离状态还是远距离状态。也可通过温度传感器,距离传感器,光线传感器中的任意一种或任意组合实现对终端距离状态的检测。当然还可结合摄像头进行精确确认。
基于上述设置,在接听该来电呼入时,若检测到终端当前距离用户的距离状态为近距离状态(例如检测到靠近用户耳边并发出语音指令“喂”时),选择听筒接听模式接听该来电呼入,接通后进入默认的普通通话状态;当终端当前距离用户的距离状态为远距离状态(例如用户正在洗衣服,不方便拿起来接听时),选择免提接听模式接听该来电呼入,接通后进入免提通话状态。
当然,本实施例中,若检测到终端当前已经与耳机进行了连接,则可直接接听而不进行上述距离状态的检测。此时接听则直接按照默认的方式进行接听即可。
本实施例中的上述语音控制功能可以作为中端的附加功能,用户可以根据自己需要选择开启或关闭。
实施例二:
请参见图3所示,本实施例提供的来电处理装置包括来电检测模块和来电语音处理模块;
来电检测模块设置为:检测到终端有来电呼入时,启动来电语音处理模块;此处的终端可以是任意具备通话功能的电子终端,例如手机、PAD等;在该过程中,当检测到终端有来电呼入时,还可显示接听界面(例如滑动解
锁界面等);接听界面的显示与来电语音处理模块的启动可以同时进行,也可以非同时进行;

- 如权利要求8所述的来电处理装置,其中,所述来电语音处理模块包括语音采集子模块、匹配子模块、接听子模块和拒接子模块;所述语音采集子模块设置为:采集用户下发额度语音指令;所述匹配子模块设置为:将所述语音指令与预设的语音接听指令和/或语音拒接指令进行匹配,如与预设的语音接听指令匹配,则下发接听指令给所述接听子模块;如与预设的语音拒接指令匹配,则下发拒接指令给所述拒接子模块;所述接听子模块设置为:根据所述接听指令接听所述来电呼入;所述拒接子模块设置为:根据所述拒接指令拒接所述来电呼入。
- 如权利要求7-9任一项所述的来电处理装置,还包括关闭模块,设置为:在所述来电语音处理模块根据所述匹配结果完成对所述来电呼入的 处理后,关闭所述来电语音处理模块。
- 如权利要求7-9任一项所述的来电处理装置,还包括状态获取模块和模式选择模块;所述状态获取模块设置为:当所述来电语音处理模块根据所述匹配结果对所述来电呼入的处理为接听该来电呼入时,获取所述终端当前距离用户的距离状态;所述模式选择模块设置为:根据所述距离状态确定对应的接听模式;所述来电语音处理模块设置为:在接听所述来电呼入时,根据所述确定的接听模式完成对所述来电呼入的接听。
- 如权利要求11所述的来电处理装置,其中,所述接听模式包括听筒接听模式和免提接听模式;所述模式选择模块是设置为以如下方式根据终端当前的距离状态确定对应的接听模式:当终端距离状态为近距离状态时,选择听筒接听模式;当终端的距离状态为远距离状态时,选择免提接听模式;其中,所述近距离状态是指所述终端与用户之间的距离小于等于阈值,所述远距离状态是指所述终端与用户之间的距离大于阈值。
- 一种终端,包括存储器和处理器;所述存储器设置为存储至少一个程序模块;所述处理器设置为根据所述存储器中的至少一个程序模块执行权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有程序指令,当该程序指令被执行时可实现1-6任一项所述的方法。
