Claims (10)
- 一种压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:包括基座;上盖,所述上盖上表面有一开口,所述上盖盖设于基座上方,形成一中央腔;摇杆组件,所述摇杆组件安装于所述中央腔内,包括摇杆、上摇臂、下摇臂,所述上摇臂与下摇臂成上、下交叉布置,所述上摇臂呈拱桥状,上摇臂包括中央向上凸起形成的第一凸部、第一凸部两侧的第一轴端和第二轴端、第一凸部中央设有第一通孔,所述下摇臂包括中央向上凸起形成的第二凸部、第二凸部两侧的第三轴端和第四轴端、第二凸部中央设有第二通孔,所述上摇臂与下摇臂分别设置有偏心轮,所述摇杆包括上端部,和下端部,所述下端部与下摇臂铆合,且从所述下摇臂的第二通孔伸出,并穿过上摇臂的第一通孔,延伸至穿过上盖的开口,所述摇杆带动上摇臂和下摇臂的偏心轮摆动;复位组件,所述复位组件安装于摇杆组件下方,用于摇杆组件按压后的复位;电气组件,所述电气组件控制阻值变化,用于将摇杆组件移动的信号转化为电信号,所述电气组件包括压敏电阻、通断开关、导电弹片;通断开关包括开关导芯、导电弹片;端子组件,所述端子组件用于输出电信号,包括压敏电阻端子、和开关端子,所述压敏电阻端子安装于压敏电阻外侧,所述开关端子安装于开关导芯外侧,按压摇杆时上摇臂或下摇臂的偏心轮按压所述开关导芯使所述导电弹片与所述开关端子通断。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述上摇臂与下摇臂成十字形布置。
- 根据权利要求2所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述压敏电阻为薄膜式电阻。
- 根据权利要求3所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:摇杆组件包括一摇臂座,所述摇臂座上设置有对应所述上摇臂的第二轴端、所述下 摇臂的第四轴端的摇臂座容纳槽,所述基座上设置有对应所述上摇臂的第一轴端、所述下摇臂的第三轴端的基座容纳槽,所述摇臂座、基座成交错布置,且中间形成所述摇杆、复位组件的第一腔室,且所述摇臂座、基座分别设置有偏心轮相适应的多个第二腔室,所述第二腔室内置所述开关导芯、导电弹片,所述摇杆末端为倒圆台形。
- 根据权利要求3所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述基座上设置有对应上摇臂的第一轴端、第二轴端,所述下摇臂的第三轴端、第四轴端的第二基座容纳槽,且所述基座中央设置有与下摇臂的下端部相适应的第一基座容纳腔室,还设置有对应上摇臂、下摇臂的偏心轮相适应的第二基座容纳腔室,所述第一基座容纳腔室内置所述开关导芯、导电弹片,且所述下摇臂的下端部成球状,所述下摇臂与复位组件接触,所述第二基座容纳腔室内置弹性部件,所述第二基座容纳腔室下方接触压敏电阻。
- 根据权利要求5所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述基座上设有开关端子,所述基座下方设有下底板,所述下底板上设置有压敏电阻端子,所述下底板与基座卡接或螺接或铆接或销钉紧固。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述偏心轮为凸轮块,与上摇臂、下摇臂一体成型。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述复位组件包括复位圈和弹簧。
- 根据权利要求5所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部件为簧片,所述偏心轮与压敏电阻之间设置有簧片。
- 根据权利要求5所述的压敏电阻式多方向输入装置,其特征在于:所述弹性部件为一触动片与一弹簧的结合。
