戒烟记录模块,用于当所述人体影像存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,记录戒烟者的吸烟时间和该戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数,以及判断所述戒烟者的吸烟次数是否超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数;
戒烟警示模块,用于当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,通过所述监控终端的通讯单元将监控终端的识备号发送至所述戒烟监控平台以获取戒烟者的胸部透视片,并将该胸部透视片显示在监控终端的显示单元上以警示戒烟者停止吸烟。
优选的,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
优选的,所述戒烟警示模块还用于当所述人体影像中不存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,产生一条提示戒烟者离开二手烟污染区域的提示信息,并通过所述监控终端的扬声器播放该提示信息。
优选的,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。

为实现上述目的,本发明另一方面还提供了一种智能戒烟监控方法,应用于设置在戒烟者端的监控终端中,该监控终端通过通讯网络与设置在医院端的戒烟监控平台进行无线通讯,所述智能戒烟监控方法包括步骤:
通过监控终端的烟敏传感器实时侦测环境空气中的二手烟浓度;
判断所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度是否超过预设值;
当所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度超过预设值时,控制监控终端的摄像单元摄取戒烟者的人体影像,并识别所述人体影像是否存在戒烟者的吸烟影像;
当所述人体影像存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,记录戒烟者的吸烟时间和该戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数,并判断所述戒烟者的吸烟次数是否超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数;
当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,通过所述监控终端的通讯单元将监控终端的识备号发送至所述戒烟监控平台以获取戒烟者的胸部透视片,并将该胸部透视片显示在监控终端的显示单元上以警示戒烟者停止吸烟。
优选的,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
优选的,所述智能戒烟监控方法还包括步骤:当所述人体影像中不存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,产生一条提示戒烟者离开二手烟污染区域的提示信息,并通过所述监控终端的扬声器播放该提示信息。
优选的,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
优选的,所述智能戒烟监控方法还包括步骤:当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,产生一条警示戒烟者遵守戒烟约定的语音信息,并通过所述监控终端的扬声器播放该语音信息。
优选的,所述监控终端设置有唯一的设备号,当戒烟者佩戴所述监控终端时,所述戒烟监控平台根据所述设备号识别出戒烟者的身份以获取该戒烟者的胸部透视片。

相较于现有技术,本发明采用了上述技术方案,达到了如下技术效果:本发明所述的智能戒烟监控系统及方法应用于设置在戒烟者端的监控终端中,同时采用了二手烟感测技术及影像识别技术来到达准确监控戒烟者吸烟数量的效果。此外,监控终端从医院端的戒烟监控平台获取戒烟者的胸部透视片以警示戒烟者停止吸烟,从而达到戒烟者与医生之间形成良好互动的效果,让戒烟者顺利而无痛苦地度过生理和心理依赖期,从而有效地帮助戒烟者成功戒掉烟瘾。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成上述目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效进行细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,图1是本发明智能戒烟监控系统较佳实施例的应用环境示意图。在本实施例中,所述智能戒烟监控系统10安装并运行于设置在戒烟者端的监控终端1上,该监控终端1是一种小型化终端设备,其可以集成于戒烟者的随身物品上。所述戒烟者的随身物品包括,但不仅限于,戒烟者日常用到的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者通讯设备(例如手机)等。所述戒烟者是指一群意识到吸烟对自身身体以及社会的危害性,且具有强烈戒烟意识并愿意配合医院等相关戒烟干预单位进行戒烟治疗的吸烟人员。
在本实施例中,所述监控终端1能够通过通讯网络3与设置在医院端的戒烟监控平台2进行无线通讯。所述戒烟监控平台2可以是一种监控计算机或者服务器,用于对戒烟者的在戒烟周期内的吸烟行为进行监控。所述通讯网络3为一种远程无线通讯网络,包括但不仅限于,GSM网络、GPRS网络、CDMA等无线传输网络。在本实施例中,所述监控终端1设置有一个唯一的设备号(ID),当戒烟者佩戴所述监控终端1时,所述戒烟监控平台2通过所述监控终端1的设备号即能够识别出戒烟者的身份。
如图2所示,图2是本发明设置于戒烟者端的监控终端较佳实施例的结构示意图。在本实施例中,所述监控终端1包括,但不仅限于,智能戒烟监控系统10、烟敏传感器11、摄像单元12、通讯单元13、显示单元14、扬声器15、控制器16、存储器17以及锂电池18。所述烟敏传感器11、摄像单元12、通讯单元13、显示单元14、扬声器15、存储器17和锂电池18电气连接至所述控制器16上,均能够通过该控制器16与所述智能戒烟监控系统10进行信息交互。
所述烟敏传感器11为一种高灵敏度离子式石墨烯烟雾传感器,其侦测空气中二手烟的体积浓度可以达到百万分率(PPM单位)的灵敏度,该烟敏传感器11用于实时侦测戒烟者周围的环境空气中的二手烟浓度。所述摄像单元12为一种小型高清摄像头,用于摄取戒烟者的人体影像。
所述通讯单元13为一种具有远程无线通讯功能的无线通讯接口,例如支持GSM、GPRS、CDMA、等通讯网络的无线通讯接口,用于通过通讯网络3与所述戒烟监控平台2进行无线通讯。所述显示单元14为一种LED显示屏或者柔性显示屏,用于吸烟者的胸部透视片以提示吸烟对肺部等器官的健康影响。所述的扬声器15是一种低音喇叭或者小型的发声装置,用于播放警示戒烟者遵守与医生达成戒烟约定的语音信息。
所述的控制器16可以为一种微控制器(MCU)、数据处理芯片、或者具有数据处理功能的信息处理单元,其能够执行所述智能戒烟监控系统10完成协助戒烟者实现成功戒烟的功能。所述存储器17可以为一种只读存储器ROM,电可擦写存储器EEPROM、或者快闪存储器FLASH等存储单元芯片,用于存储构成所述智能戒烟监控系统10的程序代码。所述锂电池18为监控终端1提供工作电能,该锂电池18是一种低辐射、低功耗的可充电电池,其不会产生电磁辐射对戒烟者的健康带来影响。
如图3所示,图3是本发明智能戒烟监控系统较佳实施例的功能模块图。在本实施例中,所述的智能戒烟监控系统10包括,但不仅限于,烟气监测模块101、影像分析模块102、戒烟记录模块103以及戒烟警示模块104。本实施例所称的模块是指一种能够被所述控制器16执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,其存储在所述存储器17中。
所述烟气监测模块101用于通过监控终端1中的烟敏传感器11实时侦测环境空气中的二手烟浓度,以及判断所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度是否超过预设值。在本实施例中,烟敏传感器11能够实时监测戒烟者周围的环境空气中的二手烟浓度,并监测的环境空气中二手烟浓度发送至烟气监测模块101进行烟气含量判别处理。一般地,二手烟中的PM2.5颗粒是PM2.5污染的主要来源,约占PM2.5总量的90%以上,当空气中PM2.5数值超过40微克/立方米就已经不利于人们的健康。在本实施例中,所述预设值一般预设为40微克/立方米,也可根据时间实际需要进行设置。
所述影像分析模块102用于当所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度超过预设值时,控制监控终端1中的摄像单元12摄取戒烟者的人体影像,并识别所述人体影像中是否存在戒烟者的吸烟影像。在本实施例中,所述影像分析模块102利用现有的人体影像识别技术识别出所述人体影像是否存在吸烟者常用的吸烟动作影像。如果所述人体影像存在吸烟者常用的吸烟动作影像,则表明戒烟者正在吸烟。
所述戒烟记录模块103用于当所述人体影像存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,记录戒烟者的吸烟时间和该戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数,以及判断吸烟次数是否超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数。在本实施例中,当所述人体影像存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,所述戒烟记录模块103记录戒烟者的吸烟时间以确定戒烟者的戒烟周期,并将戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数加一。本实施例中,戒烟者在接收医院戒烟干预治疗时,医生建议戒烟者采用逐渐减少吸烟数量法逐步戒烟以减少戒烟者的负面情绪及心理压力,例如第一周期内每天吸烟次数为10次,第二周期内每天吸烟次数为8次,第三周期内每天吸烟次数为6次,直至吸烟次数为0使戒烟者完全不吸烟而成功戒烟。
当所述人体影像中不存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,所述戒烟警示模块104用于产生一条提示戒烟者离开二手烟污染区域的提示信息,并通过监控终端1上的扬声器15播放该提示信息,以提示戒烟者尽快离开二手烟污染区域,防止戒烟者受他人吸烟影响使自己烟瘾发作而想吸烟。
当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,所述戒烟警示模块104用于通过通讯单元13将监控终端1的识备号发送至戒烟监控平台2以获取戒烟者的胸部透视片。在本实施例中,当戒烟者在医院接收戒烟干预治疗时,医生均对每一戒烟者拍摄胸部透视片,并将戒烟者的胸部透视片存储在所述戒烟监控平台2中。当所述戒烟监控平台2接收到监控终端的识备号时,根据该识备号查询出戒烟者的胸部透视片并通过通讯网络3发送至戒烟者的监控终端1。
所述戒烟警示模块104还用于通过通讯单元13从所述戒烟监控平台2接收戒烟者的胸部透视片,并将该胸部透视片显示在监控终端1中的显示单元14上以警示戒烟者停止吸烟,并警示吸烟会对戒烟者生理器官的严重损害甚至发生病变。该戒烟警示模块104还用于产生一条警示戒烟者遵守戒烟约定的语音信息,并通过监控终端1上的扬声器15播放该语音信息,以达到督促戒烟者遵守戒烟约定而帮助戒烟者成功戒烟的效果。
如图4所示,图4是本发明智能戒烟监控方法较佳实施例的流程图。在本实施例中,所述的智能戒烟监控方法应用于设置在戒烟者端的监控终端1中,该方法包括如下步骤S21至步骤S30。
步骤S21,通过监控终端的烟敏传感器实时感测环境空气中的二手烟浓度;
具体地,烟气监测模块101通过监控终端1的烟敏传感器11实时侦测环境空气中的二手烟浓度。在本实施例中,烟敏传感器11能够实时监测戒烟者周围的环境空气中的二手烟浓度,并监测的环境空气中二手烟浓度发送至烟气监测模块101进行烟气含量判别处理。
步骤S22,判断二手烟浓度是否超过预设值;
具体地,烟气监测模块101判断所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度是否超过预设值。一般地,二手烟中的PM2.5颗粒是PM2.5污染的主要来源,约占PM2.5总量的90%以上,当空气中PM2.5数值超过40微克/立方米就已经不利于人们的健康。在本实施例中,所述预设值一般预设为40微克/立方米,也可根据时间实际需要进行设置。若所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度超过预设值,则流程进入步骤S23;若所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度未超过预设值,则流程返回步骤S21。
步骤S23,控制监控终端中的摄像单元摄取戒烟者的人体影像;
具体地,当所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度超过预设值时,影像分析模块102控制监控终端1中的摄像单元12摄取戒烟者的人体影像。
步骤S24,识别所述人体影像中是否存在戒烟者的吸烟影像;
具体地,影像分析模块102利用现有的人体影像识别技术识别出所述人体影像是否存在吸烟者常用的吸烟动作影像。如果所述人体影像存在吸烟者常用的吸烟动作影像,则表明戒烟者正在吸烟。若所述人体影像中存在戒烟者的吸烟影像,则流程进入步骤S25;若所述人体影像中不存在戒烟者的吸烟影像,则流程进入步骤S30;
步骤S25,记录戒烟者的吸烟时间以及该戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数;
具体地,当所述人体影像中存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,戒烟记录模块103记录戒烟者的吸烟时间和该戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数。在本实施例中,当所述人体影像存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,所述戒烟记录模块103记录戒烟者的吸烟时间以确定戒烟者的戒烟周期,并将戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数加一。
步骤S26,判断吸烟次数是否超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数;
具体地,戒烟记录模块103判断戒烟者的吸烟次数是否超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数。本实施例中,戒烟者在接收医院戒烟干预治疗时,医生建议戒烟者采用逐渐减少吸烟数量法逐步戒烟以减少戒烟者的负面情绪及心理压力,例如第一周期内每天吸烟次数为10次,第二周期内每天吸烟次数为8次,第三周期内每天吸烟次数为6次,直至吸烟次数为0使戒烟者完全不吸烟而成功戒烟。若戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数,则流程进入步骤S27;若戒烟者的吸烟次数未超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数,则流程返回步骤S21。
步骤S27,通过通讯单元将监控终端的识备号发送至戒烟监控平台以获取戒烟者的胸部透视片;
具体地,当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,戒烟警示模块104通过通讯单元13将监控终端1的识备号发送至戒烟监控平台2以获取戒烟者的胸部透视片。在本实施例中,当戒烟者在医院接收戒烟干预治疗时,医生均对每一戒烟者拍摄胸部透视片,并将戒烟者的胸部透视片存储在所述戒烟监控平台2中。当所述戒烟监控平台2接收到监控终端的识备号时,根据该识备号查询出戒烟者的胸部透视片并通过通讯网络3发送至戒烟者的监控终端1。
步骤S28,从所述戒烟监控平台接收戒烟者的胸部透视片,并将该胸部透视片显示在监控终端中的显示单元上;
具体地,戒烟警示模块104通过通讯单元13从所述戒烟监控平台2接收戒烟者的胸部透视片,并将该胸部透视片显示在监控终端1中的显示单元14上以警示戒烟者停止吸烟,并警示吸烟会对戒烟者生理器官的严重损害甚至发生病变。
步骤S29,产生一条警示戒烟者遵守戒烟约定的语音信息,并通过监控终端上的扬声器播放语音信息;
具体地,戒烟警示模块104产生一条警示戒烟者遵守戒烟约定的语音信息,并通过监控终端1上的扬声器15播放该语音信息,以达到督促戒烟者遵守戒烟约定而帮助戒烟者成功戒烟的效果。
步骤S30,产生一条提示戒烟者离开二手烟污染区域的提示信息,并通过监控终端上的扬声器播放提示信息;
具体地,当所述人体影像中不存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,戒烟警示模块104产生一条提示戒烟者离开二手烟污染区域的提示信息,并通过监控终端1上的扬声器15播放该提示信息,以提示戒烟者尽快离开二手烟污染区域,防止戒烟者受他人吸烟影响使自己烟瘾发作而想吸烟。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种智能戒烟监控系统,应用于设置在戒烟者端的监控终端中,该监控终端通过通讯网络与设置在医院端的戒烟监控平台进行无线通讯,其特征在于,所述智能戒烟监控系统包括:
    烟气监测模块,用于通过监控终端的烟敏传感器实时侦测环境空气中的二手烟浓度,以及判断所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度是否超过预设值;
    影像分析模块,用于当所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度超过预设值时,控制监控终端的摄像单元摄取戒烟者的人体影像,以及识别所述人体影像是否存在戒烟者的吸烟影像;
    戒烟记录模块,用于当所述人体影像存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,记录戒烟者的吸烟时间和该戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数,以及判断所述戒烟者的吸烟次数是否超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数;
    戒烟警示模块,用于当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,通过所述监控终端的通讯单元将监控终端的识备号发送至所述戒烟监控平台以获取戒烟者的胸部透视片,并将该胸部透视片显示在监控终端的显示单元上以警示戒烟者停止吸烟。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能戒烟监控系统,其特征在于,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的智能戒烟监控系统,其特征在于,所述戒烟警示模块还用于当所述人体影像中不存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,产生一条提示戒烟者离开二手烟污染区域的提示信息,并通过所述监控终端的扬声器播放该提示信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的智能戒烟监控系统,其特征在于,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的智能戒烟监控系统,其特征在于,所述戒烟警示模块还用于当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,产生一条警示戒烟者遵守戒烟约定的语音信息,并通过所述监控终端的扬声器播放该语音信息。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的智能戒烟监控系统,其特征在于,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的智能戒烟监控系统,其特征在于,所述监控终端设置有唯一的设备号,当戒烟者佩戴所述监控终端时,所述戒烟监控平台根据所述设备号识别出戒烟者的身份以获取该戒烟者的胸部透视片。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的智能戒烟监控系统,其特征在于,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
  9. 一种智能戒烟监控方法,应用于设置在戒烟者端的监控终端中,该监控终端通过通讯网络与设置在医院端的戒烟监控平台进行无线通讯,其特征在于,所述智能戒烟监控方法包括步骤:
    通过监控终端的烟敏传感器实时侦测环境空气中的二手烟浓度;
    判断所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度是否超过预设值;
    当所述环境空气中的二手烟浓度超过预设值时,控制监控终端的摄像单元摄取戒烟者的人体影像,并识别所述人体影像是否存在戒烟者的吸烟影像;
    当所述人体影像存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,记录戒烟者的吸烟时间和该戒烟者一天中的吸烟次数,并判断所述戒烟者的吸烟次数是否超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数;
    当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,通过所述监控终端的通讯单元将监控终端的识备号发送至所述戒烟监控平台以获取戒烟者的胸部透视片,并将该胸部透视片显示在监控终端的显示单元上以警示戒烟者停止吸烟。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的智能戒烟监控方法,其特征在于,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的智能戒烟监控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:当所述人体影像中不存在戒烟者的吸烟影像时,产生一条提示戒烟者离开二手烟污染区域的提示信息,并通过所述监控终端的扬声器播放该提示信息。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的智能戒烟监控方法,其特征在于,所述监控终端集成在戒烟者的随身携带的饰品、帽子、衣服纽扣、手环、手表或者手机上。
  13. 如权利要求9所述的智能戒烟监控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:当所述戒烟者的吸烟次数超过戒烟周期内医生的建议次数时,产生一条警示戒烟者遵守戒烟约定的语音信息,并通过所述监控终端的扬声器播放该语音信息。
  14. 如权利要求9所述的智能戒烟监控方法,其特征在于,所述监控终端设置有唯一的设备号,当戒烟者佩戴所述监控终端时,所述戒烟监控平台根据所述设备号识别出戒烟者的身份以获取该戒烟者的胸部透视片。
