Abstract
本发明涉及智能手环领域,尤其涉及一种有利于戒烟的智能手环,包括智能手环,监控者手机APP,佩戴者手机APP,电子锁,电源模块,烟雾检测模块,动作检测模块,信息处理模块;本发明通过在智能手环上安装电子锁,防止智能手环佩戴者私自取下智能手环,解决了烟民长期积累下的烟瘾很难在没有外界因素的影响下,完成自主戒烟的问题,同时本发明通过佩戴者手机上10年烟肺和健康肺图片的显示,有利于佩戴者自主戒烟,本发明还设置有惩罚制度,通过监控者手机APP设置佩戴者吸烟次数,佩戴者当日吸烟次数超过所设吸烟次数,佩戴者手机APP控制佩戴者手机只能接收短信和接听电话的惩罚制度迫使佩戴者自觉管控每日的吸烟次数。

技术领域
本发明涉及智能手环领域,尤其涉及一种有利于戒烟的智能手环。
背景技术
通过调查发现,我国每年平均死亡率最高的是癌症,而大部分都是肺癌,罪魁祸首都是吸烟和二手烟导致,而大部分的抽烟人士在公共场合抽烟,这样既不利于自己的身体健康,也不利于周围群众的身体健康。随着人们对吸烟有害于健康的重视,普遍的吸烟者意识到需要戒烟,但是由于长期积累下的烟瘾很难在没有外界因素的影响下,完成自主戒烟。因此需要一款戒烟辅助设备来帮助烟民完成戒烟。
目前相关的发明专利CN105942973A中的一种自动检测吸烟行为的可穿戴设备及其检测方法,对于这项专利中提到的一种自动检测吸烟行为的可穿戴设备及其检测方法具有较大的缺陷,若佩戴者在吸烟过程中将可穿戴的设备取下,这样就不能准确的检测出吸烟者每日的吸烟量,同时在这项发明中缺乏一些对这些烟民的约束性。也就是说在烟民长期积累下的烟瘾很难在没有外界因素的影响下,完成自主戒烟。
发明内容
本发明需要解决的技术问题是:烟民长期积累下的烟瘾很难在没有外界因素的影响下,完成自主戒烟。因此本发明提供了一种有利于戒烟的智能手环,其通过强力的约束性帮助烟民强行戒烟。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种有利于戒烟的智能手环,包括智能手环、监控者手机APP、佩戴者手机APP。
所述智能手环包括:电子锁、电源模块、烟雾检测模块、动作检测模块、信息处理模块。
所述烟雾检测模块,用于检测佩戴者周围环境是否存在烟雾,当烟雾检测模块检测到周围环境存在香烟烟雾时,将检测到的数据信息发送至信息处理模块。所述动作检测模块,用于检测佩戴者是否有连续的抬手动作。
所述信息处理模块,用于获取烟雾检测模块和动作检测模块检测得到的数据,并基于检测数据判定佩戴者是否在吸烟。
所述电子锁安装于智能手环上,用于锁定智能手环,防止佩戴者在吸烟过程中取下智能手环,所述电子锁通过监控者手机APP输入密码或点击开锁键后,将信息传输到佩戴者手机APP中,佩戴者手机APP将控制命令发送到智能手环,智能手环接收命令后控制电子锁开锁。
所述监控者手机APP,用于设定佩戴者每日吸烟次数,同时接收佩戴者手机APP传输的检测信息,并下发对电子锁的控制指令到佩戴者手机APP。
所述佩戴者手机APP,用于接收监控者手机APP对电子锁的控制命令和智能手环检测信息,并对检测信息进行整体,将当天所检测的佩戴者吸烟信息与预先设定的每日吸烟次数进行对比,若检测到佩戴者吸烟,则显示人体烟肺图片,所述人体烟肺图片显示分为10年烟龄者肺部图片和不吸烟者肺部图片,两类图片同时显示,并需要吸烟者手动关闭图片显示后,图片停止显示,若检测到佩戴者吸烟次数大于预先设定的每日吸烟次数,则通过佩戴者手机APP控制佩戴者手机的功能软件,使得佩戴者手机只能够接收电话和短信。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在智能手环上安装电子锁,防止智能手环佩戴者私自取下智能手环,使得智能手环能够准确的检测出智能手环佩戴者每日的吸烟次数。同时本发明通过佩戴者手机上10年烟肺和健康肺图片的显示,时刻提醒佩戴者吸烟的危害性,有利于佩戴者自主戒烟。本发明还设置有惩罚制度,当佩戴者每日的吸烟次数超过预先设定的吸烟次数时,佩戴者手机APP控制佩戴者手机功能软件无法打开使用,只能够接收短信与接听电话,如此惩罚制度具有强有力的约束性,从而迫使佩戴者自觉管控每日的吸烟次数。

下面结合附图说明对本发明提供的一种有利于戒烟的智能手环进行详细说明:
请参阅图1,本发明提供的一种有利于戒烟的智能手环,包括智能手环、佩戴者手机APP15、监控者手机APP16。所述智能手环,包括电子锁10、信息处理模块11、烟雾检测模块12、动作检测模块13、和电源模块14。
所述电子锁10,用于锁定智能手环,防止佩戴者在吸烟过程中取下智能手环,所述电子锁10通过监控者手机APP16输入密码或点击开锁键后,将开锁信息传输到佩戴者手机APP15中,佩戴者手机APP15接收到开锁命令后,将所述命令发送到智能手环,智能手环接收命令后控制电子锁10开锁,佩戴者手机APP与智能手环之间是通过蓝牙进行通信,监控者手机与佩戴者手机先通过短信进行通信,然后手机APP读取短信关键字,再与APP内预先设定的指令进行匹配,匹配成功则输出所述指令。以打开电子锁为例:监控者手机APP16输入密码或点击开锁键后,发送带有关键字“开锁”内容的短信至佩戴者手机,佩戴者手机接收到短信后,佩戴者手机APP读取短信内容,将所述内容与自身APP内部预先设定的指令进行匹配,匹配到关键字则匹配成功,匹配成功后,佩戴者手机APP15通过蓝牙与智能手环进行通行,将开锁命令输出至智能手环,智能手环接收命令后执行,完成解开智能手环电子锁。
所述烟雾检测模块12处于常开状态,用于检测佩戴者周围环境是否存在烟雾,当烟雾检测模块12检测到佩戴者周围环境存在烟雾时,将检测到的数据信息传输至信息处理模块11,同时动作检测模块13开始工作,检测佩戴者是否有连续的抬手动作,当动作检测模块13检测到佩戴者具有连续抬手动作时,将检测到的数据信息也传输至信息处理模块11,所述信息处理模块11中,预先设定有比对值,接收到烟雾检测模块12和动作检测模块13传输的数据信息后,将所述检测数据和所述预先设定的比对值进行比对,判断佩戴者是否吸烟。例如:信息处理模块11预先设定比对值,若1分钟以及1分钟以上均检测到佩戴者周围存在烟雾,同时,在此期间佩戴者连续抬手达3次及3次以上,则判定佩戴者正在吸烟。信息处理模块11判定佩戴者吸烟后,将所述判定信息传输到佩戴者手机APP15,佩戴者手机APP15对所述判定信息进行整理,并将当天的判定信息与监控者手机APP16设定的每日吸烟次数进行对比,若判定佩戴者吸烟,佩戴者手机APP15同时显示10年烟肺图片和健康肺图片,需要佩戴者手动关闭图片显示后,图片才停止显示,若判定信息判出佩戴者今日吸烟次数大于预先设定的每日吸烟次数,则佩戴者手机APP15控制佩戴者手机的功能软件,使得佩戴者手机只能接收短信和接听电话,如此惩罚制度具有强有力的约束性,从而迫使吸烟者自觉管控每日吸烟次数。
Claims (3)
1.一种有利于戒烟的智能手环,包括智能手环、电子锁(10)、信息处理模块(11)、烟雾检测模块(12)、动作检测模块(13)、电源模块(14)监控者手机APP(16)和佩戴者手机APP(15),其特征在于,所述电子锁(10)安装于智能手环上,所述电子锁(10)通过监控者手机APP(16)输入密码或点击开锁键进行解锁;所述信息处理模块(11),用于获取烟雾检测模块(12)和动作检测模块(13)检测得到的数据,并基于检测数据判定佩戴者是否在吸烟;所述监控者手机APP(16)可以设置佩戴者吸烟次数,当佩戴者当日吸烟次数超过监控者APP(16)预先设定的吸烟次数,佩戴者手机APP(15)会控制佩戴者手机的功能软件,使佩戴者手机只能接收短信和接听电话。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有利于戒烟的智能手环,其特征在于,所述监控者手机APP(16)与佩戴者手机APP(15)通过短信通信,佩戴者手机APP(15)与智能手环通过蓝牙通信。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种有利于戒烟的智能手环,其特征在于,所述佩戴者手机APP(15)在接收到信息处理模块(11)判定佩戴者吸烟的数据后,能同时显示10年烟肺健康肺的图片,佩戴者手动关闭后,图片停止显示。
