Abstract

The present invention is related to a soap made of rice straw. The composition, according to the present invention, comprises natural antibiotics for killing bacteria and microbes and straw granules for cleansing and scrubbing the skin and removing dead skin cells. The said soap is free of chemicals, such as caustic soda and sulfate. It contains natural herbs and oils that help in activating blood circulation.

Currently available soaps are free of natural herbs, oils and antibiotics. They contain harmful chemical ingredients, such as caustic soda and sulfate, in addition to artificial colors and odors. Also, no single soap is perfect for all skin types.
Disclosure of the Invention:
The novel composition, according to the present invention, is made of rice straw. It contains natural antibiotics, such as myrrh and thyme, for killing bacteria and microbes and natural oils for improving blood circulation in the face and body. In addition, it helps to lighten skin color in a safe and natural manner and suits all skin types.
Detailed Description of the Invention:
The composition, according to the present invention, comprises: Texapon (i.e. sodium laureth sulfate) (80-95%) Rice straw (40-50%) Olive oil (20-30%) Lavender oil (15-25%) Peppermint oil ( 15-25%) Turmeric (10-20%) Brimstone (7-10%) Thyme oil (50-80%) Myrrh (20-30%) Chamomile oil (20-25%) Sorbate (lg per 1kg)
Rice straw is treated, sterilized then pulverized into powder. Texabon is dissolved in a water bath then the other oils and ingredients are added thereto. The powdered rice straw is added while stirring thoroughly. To the resulting mixture, sorbate - which acts as a preservative - is added followed by lavender oil. The mixture is thoroughly stirred until becoming homogenous. The thus obtained homogenous mixture can be formed into the desired shapes then dried either in air or in soap- manufacturing furnaces.
Industrial applicability:
The soap, according to the present invention, may be packaged in different sizes and shapes and used with water for cleansing the face and body.

A soap, comprising:
Texapon (i.e. sodium laureth sulfate) (80-95%)
Olive oil (20-30%)
Lavender oil (15-25%)
Peppermint oil ( 15-25%)
Turmeric (10-20%)
Brimstone (7-10%)
Thyme oil (50-80%)
Myrrh (20-30%)
Chamomile oil (20-25%)
Sorbate ( 1 g per 1 kg)
Texabon is dissolved in a water bath then the other oils and ingredients are added thereto while stirring thoroughly. To the resulting mixture, sorbate - which acts as a preservative - is added followed by lavender oil. The mixture is thoroughly stirred until becoming homogenous. One piece of aseptic gauze (i.e. support material) is then dipped into the mixture and left in a sterilized place to dry. Each piece may then be individually wrapped in a sterilized package.
