Description
本实用新型涉及手机保护壳领域，特别涉及一种组装手机保护壳。
随着社会的发展，现在人们使用的电子产品也越来越多，手机更是成了人们生活中必不可少的日常和娱乐用品之一。为了有效的保护手机，减少手机与其他物品的摩擦或者摔伤，大部分人会选择使用手机保护壳。
现有的手机保护壳都是一体成型，通过注塑很难达到颜色分明，尤其是颜色接壤区域容易晕染，并且在安装时需要将手机对准手机保护壳，用力按压手机边缘，以将手机整个塞入手机保护壳内。拆卸时更加麻烦，需要用力扳动手机保护壳边缘或边角，取出手机。在安装和拆卸手机保护壳的过程中，有时需要非常用力才能成功，甚至有时会扳坏手机保护壳或者损坏手机。因此，制造一种新型的组装手机保护壳显得极其必要。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种组装手机保护壳，以解决现有技术存在的颜色单调，容易晕染；手机保护壳安装和拆卸麻烦；有时会损坏手机保护壳或者手机等问题。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型提供的技术方案如下：
一种组装手机保护壳，包括包覆手机背面及手机两侧面的中部的主板壳体；包覆手机顶面和手机两侧面的上部的上端壳体，与所述主板壳体的上部卡合连接；以及包覆手机底面和手机两侧面的下部的下端壳体，与所述主板壳体的下部卡合连接。
在上述组装手机保护壳中，进一步优选为：所述主板壳体的背部包覆手机的背面，设置有分别由所述主板壳体的背部的左端延伸至所述主板壳体的背部的右端的上凹槽和下凹槽；所述上端壳体设置有嵌入所述上凹槽的上横

二、本实用新型利用上端壳体和下端壳体的组装可以有效卡紧主板壳体，牢固的包覆手机，使手机不易脱落，能够有效保护手机。
三、本实用新型拆卸方便，拆卸时不容易损坏手机也不容易损坏手机保护壳。
四、本实用新型的主板壳体、上端壳体和下端壳体可以采用不同的颜色，颜色分明更加美观。

如图1所示，本实用新型的组装手机保护壳的作用在于使手机保护壳安装和拆卸方便且不易损坏手机。
在本实施例中，以苹果手机的手机保护壳为例进行说明，由于苹果手机的背面形成有两条白色的边框线，因此，本申请的发明人考虑在手机保护壳上也形成与这两条白色的边框线位置一致的撞色线条，由此开创性地想到将手机壳采用三位一体的组装形式，而得到了本实用新型的手机保护壳，但是本实用新型的手机保护壳不限于用于苹果手机。
本实用新型实施例的组装手机保护壳包括主板壳体1、上端壳体2和下端壳体3。具体而言，主板壳体1包覆手机背面及手机两侧面的中部，上端壳体2包覆手机顶面和手机两侧面的上部，且与主板壳体1的上部卡合连接；下端壳体3包覆手机底面和手机两侧面的下部，且与主板壳体1的下部卡合连接。
为了便于主板壳体1与上端壳体2和下端壳体3的卡合，主板壳体1包括：主板背部和主板两侧部(即主板左侧部和主板右侧部)。主板两侧部包覆手机的两侧面的中部，主板壳体1的背部包覆手机的背面，其上设置有上凹槽12和下凹槽13，该两凹槽均由主板壳体1的背部的左端延伸至主板壳体的背部的右端，也就是说该两凹槽贯穿主板壳体1的背部的左端面和右端面。上端壳体2设置有嵌入上凹槽12的上横杆21；下端壳体3设置有嵌入下凹

换言之，组装手机保护壳包括：包覆手机背面及手机两侧面的中部的主板壳体1和与主板壳体1的上部卡合连接的包覆手机顶面和手机两侧面的上部的上端壳体2以及与主板壳体1的下部卡合连接的包覆手机底面和手机两侧面的下部的下端壳体3。其中，主板壳体1的背部在手机侧面的中部与手机侧面的上部和手机侧面的下部结合处分别设置有上凹槽12和下凹槽13，在上端壳体2和下端壳体3的相应位置对应设置有嵌入上凹槽12的上横杆21和嵌入下凹槽13的下横杆31，上横杆21和下横杆31的形状与上凹槽12和下凹槽13的形状相同，安装后的本实用新型的手机壳整体背部是平整的。在上端壳体2和下端壳体3靠近手机侧面中部方向的两侧部上还分别设置有延伸的上卡合凸部22和下卡合凸部32，在主板壳体1的两侧部对应位置分

为了在保护手机的同时保证手机壳的安装方便，主板壳体1、上端壳体2和下端壳体3的材料优选为PC基材，富有质感，但也可以采用金属或其他塑料材质。
为了保证手机功能的正常使用，在主板壳体1、上端壳体2和下端壳体3上分别设置有与手机按键位置和形状相匹配的按钮部4，按钮部4的材质优选为PC基材，在按钮部4通过PC基材一体形成的情况下，形成得较薄而富有弹性，或者按钮部4也可以采用其他软质富有弹性的材料形成。
主板壳体1、上端壳体2和下端壳体3上还设置有与手机插孔、和/或闪光灯、和/或摄像头、和/或音箱外放孔的位置对应的开口部5。手机插孔可以为：例如耳机孔、充电孔、USB接线孔。实际中，优选在主板壳体1的背部设置有与闪光灯、摄像头的位置对应的开口部5，在上端壳体2的顶部或下端壳体3的底部设置有与手机插孔、音箱外放孔的位置对应的开口部5，

安装:

拆卸：
S1：微扳主板壳体两侧部的上端，推出上端壳体2；
S2：微扳主板壳体两侧部的下端，推出下端壳体3；
S3：微扳主板壳体两侧部的左右两端，取出手机。
需要说明的是：安装拆卸步骤并不是唯一的，在其他的实施中，组装手机保护外壳可以先组装好，然后在安装拆卸手机，即跟现有的一体式手机壳一样安装拆卸。
综上可知，与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点和有益效果在于：
一、本实用新型利用卡合结构，安装方便，安装时只需将手机塞入主板壳体后将上端壳体和下端壳体推进卡合即可。

- 根据权利要求1所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述主板壳体的背部包覆手机的背面，设置有分别由所述主板壳体的背部的左端延伸至所述主板壳体的背部的右端的上凹槽和下凹槽；所述上端壳体设置有嵌入所述上凹槽的上横杆；所述下端壳体设置有嵌入所述下凹槽的下横杆。
- 根据权利要求2所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述上横杆和所述上凹槽的形状一致；所述下横杆和所述下凹槽的形状一致。
- 根据权利要求3所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述上横杆和所述下横杆的断面均为矩形。
- 根据权利要求2或3所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述上凹槽的左端和右端均与所述手机两侧面的中部和所述手机两侧面的上部的结合位置相对应；所述下凹槽的左端和右端均与所述手机两侧面的中部和所述手机两侧面的上部的结合位置相对应。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述上端壳体的两侧部包覆手机两侧面的上部，所述上端壳体的两侧部底端均设置有延伸的上卡合凸部；所述下端壳体的两侧部包覆手机两侧面的下部，所述下端壳体的两侧部顶端设置有延伸的下卡合凸部；所述主板壳体的两侧部包覆手机两侧面的中部，所述主板壳体的两侧部顶端设置有与所述上卡合凸部卡合连接的上卡合凹部，所述主板壳体的两侧部底端设置有与所述下卡合凸部卡合连接的下卡合凹部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述主板壳体、所述上端壳体和所述下端壳体上分别设置有与手机按键位置和形状相匹配的按钮部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述主板壳体、所述上端壳体和所述下端壳体上还设置有与手机插孔、和/或闪光灯、和/或摄像头、和/或音箱外放孔位置对应的开口部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的组装手机保护壳，其特征在于：所述主板壳体的背部开有开口以以露出手机的标识。
