一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构,包括刀架(1),其后端放置在后平面导轨(2)上,刀架(1)前端设有安装在机架(3)上的前面板(4),前面板(4)的端面上设有滚轮(8),滚轮(8)位于刀架(1)与前面板(4)之间。该导轨机构结构简单,刀架前端面采用滚轮导轨对刀架进行导向,摩擦系数小,刀架后端面采用平面导轨对刀架进行导向支撑,防止刀具在进行剪切时刀架后移,从而保证了剪切质量,提高了工作效率。

本发明涉及一种导轨机构,尤其涉及一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构。
背景技术
刀架在上下移动过程中,需要导轨对刀架进行支撑导向作用,传统的导轨机构为滚轮导轨,滚轮导轨分布在刀架的前后端面,滚轮导轨对刀架的摩擦系数小,但刀具在剪切时,刀架对后端面的滚轮导轨有横向压力,滚轮导轨的支撑效果差,导致板材剪切质量差;传统的导轨机构还有一种为平面导轨,平面导轨分布在刀架的前后端面,虽然平面导轨能够对刀架起到很好的支撑作用,但摩擦系数大。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单,既能对刀架起到支撑作用,保证剪切质量,而且摩擦系数小,工作效率高的一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构。
为此本发明所采用的技术方案是:
包括刀架,所述刀架后端放置在后平面导轨上,所述刀架前端设有安装在机架上的前面板,所述前面板的端面上设有滚轮导轨,所述滚轮导轨位于刀架与前面板之间。
进一步,所述滚轮导轨包括设置在前面板上的固定座,所述固定座内设有导向孔,所述导向孔内安装有导向柱,所述导向柱的前端设有沿轴心方向的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有滚轮,所述滚轮通过轴承与导向柱连接,所述导向柱下端设有阶梯轴,所述固定座的下端安装有压盖,所述压盖的中心设有通孔,所述阶梯轴的下端放置于通孔内,所述导向柱下端与压盖之间设有碟簧,所述碟簧套在阶梯轴上。
进一步,所述导向柱与导向孔之间通过键连接。
进一步,所述轴承为调心滚子轴承。
本发明的优点是:
本发明结构简单,刀架前端面采用滚轮导轨对刀架进行导向,摩擦系数小,刀架后端面采用平面导轨对刀架进行导向支撑,防止刀具在进行剪切时刀架后移,从而保证了剪切质量,提高了工作效率;导向座内设有碟簧,碟簧吸收滚轮产生的震动,降低噪音,碟簧顶紧导向柱,从而使滚轮压紧刀架,保证了刀架的导向精度。

一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构,包括刀架1,所述刀架1后端放置在后平面导轨2上,所述刀架1前端设有安装在机架3上的前面板4,所述前面板4的端面上设有滚轮导轨5,所述滚轮导轨5位于刀架1与前面板4之间;所述滚轮导轨5包括设置在前面板4上的固定座6,所述固定座6内设有导向孔,所述导向孔内安装有导向柱7,所述导向柱7的前端设有沿轴心方向的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有滚轮8,所述滚轮8通过轴承9与导向柱7连接,所述导向柱7下端设有阶梯轴10,所述固定座6的下端安装有压盖11,所述压盖11的中心设有通孔,所述阶梯轴10的下端放置于通孔内,所述导向柱7下端与压盖11之间设有碟簧12,所述碟簧12套在阶梯轴10上;所述导向柱7与导向孔之间通过键13连接;所述轴承9为调心滚子轴承。

  1. 一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构,其特征在于,包括刀架,所述刀架后端放置在后平面导轨上,所述刀架前端设有安装在机架上的前面板,所述前面板的端面上设有滚轮导轨,所述滚轮导轨位于刀架与前面板之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构,其特征在于,所述滚轮导轨包括设置在前面板上的固定座,所述固定座内设有导向孔,所述导向孔内安装有导向柱,所述导向柱的前端设有沿轴心方向的凹槽,所述凹槽内设有滚轮,所述滚轮通过轴承与导向柱连接,所述导向柱下端设有阶梯轴,所述固定座的下端安装有压盖,所述压盖的中心设有通孔,所述阶梯轴的下端放置于通孔内,所述导向柱下端与压盖之间设有碟簧,所述碟簧套在阶梯轴上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构,其特征在于,所述导向柱与导向孔之间通过键连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种移动剪重载高效导轨机构,其特征在于,所述轴承为调心滚子轴承。
