According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a detergent composition for clothing having good foaming properties during washing and excellent foaming properties during rinsing.
MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION [Cleaning Composition for Clothing]
The inventor of the present invention relates to a compound in which n in general formula (1) is 0 and a compound in which n in general formula (1) is 1 (hereinafter collectively referred to as component (a1)) in component (a). It has been found that the ratio and the ratio of the component (b) to the component (a1) are involved in foaming during washing and bubble breakage during rinsing. Based on this, in the present invention, the proportion of (a1) in the component (a) is 65% by mass or more and 95% by mass or less, and (b) with respect to 100 parts by mass in total of the mass of the component (a1) in the composition. The mass of the component is 5 to 17 parts by mass.
The reason why the effect of the present invention is obtained is not necessarily clear, but is estimated as follows. The component (a1) forms a complex with the component (b) in the cleaning liquid having a relatively high concentration, so that the foam film is stabilized and foaming is maintained. On the other hand, in the rinsing step that is the next step of the washing step, the concentration of the components (a1) and (b) in the rinsing water is lowered, so that the complex formed in the washing solution is dissociated and the washing solution contains The bubble film becomes more unstable. Therefore, it is presumed that the foam formed from the rinse water is easily destroyed and the foam breakage is improved.

<Method for preparing liquid detergent composition for clothing (2)>
A liquid detergent composition for clothing shown in Table 4 was prepared using the above components.
A stirrer piece made of stick-shaped Teflon (registered trademark) having a diameter of 1 cm and a length of 5 cm was placed in a glass beaker having a capacity of 300 mL. Ion exchange water equivalent to 95% of the amount necessary to make the finished mass of the liquid detergent composition for clothing to 200 g was put into a beaker. Next, the beaker was placed in a water bath and the temperature of the contents was adjusted to 30 ° C. While rotating at 200 r / min, necessary amounts of the component (a), the component (b), the component (c), and other optional components were charged into the beaker. The stirring of the stirrer piece was stopped 15 minutes after the addition.
<Measurement method of viscosity>
A 100 mL capacity tall beaker containing the liquid detergent composition for clothing described in Table 4 was placed in a thermostatic bath, and the temperature of the contents was adjusted to 30 ± 1 ° C. The rotor No. is added to the TVB-10M viscometer. 2 was installed, and the viscosity after 1 minute was measured at a rotation speed of 60 rpm. When an upward arrow is displayed next to the value displayed on the display unit, the rotor No. Were measured sequentially. When a downward arrow is displayed next to the value displayed on the display unit, the rotor No. Measured with lowering sequentially. When the value was displayed, the viscosity was calculated based on the value. The results are shown in Table 4. A lower value is preferred.
In Table 4, Example 12 does not include a nonionic surfactant containing a polyoxyalkylene group as component (c). Since Examples 13 to 16 contain the component (c), the viscosity is lower than that of Example 12. Further, comparing Examples 14 to 16, it can be seen that the greater the number of oxyethylene groups, the lower the viscosity.
<Evaluation of foaming property during cleaning>
4 g of liquid detergent composition for clothing is mixed with 996 g of water of German hardness 10 ° dH (Ca / Mg = 7/3) and alkalinity 60, and 50 μL of the following model sebum soil is added and stirred for 3 minutes to 30 ° C. A cleaning solution was prepared after adjustment. 200 g of cleaning liquid is poured over 30 seconds into a cylindrical glass container (inner diameter: 5 cm, inner height: 90 cm) with one side closed and the other side open. The height of the foam 1 minute after pouring was measured. The height of the foam was measured by measuring the height of the foam in contact with the inner wall of the glass container. A bubble height of 160 mm or more was accepted. Larger numbers indicate better foamability.

Lauric acid 0.99 mass%, myristic acid 7.09 mass%, pentadecanoic acid 5.29 mass%, palmitic acid 14.21 mass%, heptadecanoic acid 0.99 mass%, stearic acid 3.60 mass%, oleic acid 17.81% by mass, triolein 30.02% by mass, n-hexadecyl palmitate 5.00% by mass, squalene 15.00% by mass
   アルカリ度(CaCOmg/l)=a×10
Below, the measuring method of the alkalinity of water is shown. Take 100 ml of test water in a 200 ml beaker, and add 0.15 ml of bromocresol green-methyl red / ethanol solution (manufactured by Wako Pure Chemical Industries, Ltd.) as an indicator. If there is residual chlorine in the test water, add sodium thiosulfate solution (0.3 w / v%) to 100 ml of the test water to remove the residual chlorine. The solution is titrated with 10 mmol / l sulfuric acid with gentle stirring until the color of the solution changes from blue to reddish purple. The alkalinity is calculated by the following formula.
Alkalinity (CaCO 3 mg / l) = a × 10
Here, a: 10 mmol / l sulfuric acid (ml) required for titration.
When the color change due to the indicator is not clear, such as a colored sample, a pH meter is used instead of the indicator, and the amount of 10 mmol / l sulfuric acid (ml) required until the pH value is 4.8 is defined as a.
<Evaluation of foamability during rinsing>
The cleaning liquid used in the above “evaluation of foaming property during cleaning” was diluted 100 times by mass with water having a German hardness of 10 ° dH (Ca / Mg = 7/3) and an alkalinity of 60 to obtain a rinse liquid. Corresponding solutions were prepared. 200 g of the solution corresponding to the rinsing liquid is poured into a cylindrical glass container (inner diameter: 5 cm, inner height: 90 cm) with one side closed and the other side open over 30 seconds. The foam height 5 minutes after pouring was measured. The height of the foam was measured by measuring the height of the foam in contact with the inner wall of the glass container. When the height of the foam was 10 mm or less, it was judged that the foaming property during rinsing was good. The smaller the number, the better the foaming property when rinsing.
<Evaluation of cleaning power>
5 L of AS-10 artificially contaminated cloth (made by Testfabrics, cut into 10 cm × 10 cm) was placed in 1 L of a cleaning liquid obtained by mixing a liquid cleaning composition for clothing and water, and after immersion for 30 minutes, a targotometer ( Ueshima MS-8212, inner diameter 12 cm, height 17.5 cm) was washed at 100 r / min for 3 minutes. The concentration of the liquid detergent composition in the cleaning liquid was 0.4% by mass. The water used for the preparation of the cleaning liquid was water having an alkalinity of 60, in which calcium chloride was added to ion-exchanged water, and the German hardness was adjusted to 10 ° DH (178 mg CaCO 3 / L). The water temperature of the cleaning liquid was 30 ° C., and this temperature was maintained during the immersion of the artificially contaminated cloth. After washing, rinsing was performed with the same mass of ion-exchanged water for 1 minute.
The detergency was determined by measuring the reflectance at 550 nm of the raw cloth before contamination and the contaminated cloth before and after washing with a self-recording colorimeter (Shimadzu Corporation), and obtaining the washing rate (%) by the following formula. The washing rate was measured from the reflectance of each of the five contaminated cloths, and the average value was calculated.
As a result of evaluating the detergency of the washing rate of the liquid detergent composition for clothing according to the present invention described in Tables 3 and 4, the average value of the washing rate of each composition was 30% or more, and the liquid washing for clothing It was confirmed to have general detergency as an agent composition.

Example 17
For the compositions of Examples 1 to 16, the foaming property at the time of washing by hand washing and the foaming property at the time of rinsing were evaluated by the following methods.
<Preparation of model sebum stain>
A model sebum soil having the following composition was prepared.
・ Model sebum soil composition:
Lauric acid 0.99 mass%, myristic acid 7.09 mass%, pentadecanoic acid 5.29 mass%, palmitic acid 14.21 mass%, heptadecanoic acid 0.99 mass%, stearic acid 3.60 mass%, oleic acid 17.81% by mass, triolein 30.02% by mass, n-hexadecyl palmitate 5.00% by mass, squalene 15.00% by mass
<Evaluation of foaming property at the time of washing and foaming property at the time of rinsing>
Evaluation clothing Three men's L-sized round neck underwear (manufactured by Gunze Co., Ltd., trade name Gunze YG, 100% cotton, about 100 g / 1) were used as evaluation clothing.
Evaluation operation (washing)
A polypropylene basin with a diameter of 36 cm, a depth of 13 cm, and a capacity of 11 L. Calcium chloride is added to ion-exchanged water to adjust the German hardness to 10 ° DH (178 mg CaCO 3 / L). The alkalinity is 60 and the temperature is 30 ° C. 3 L of water, 12 g of a liquid cleaning composition for clothing, and 0.5 mL of the model sebum stain were placed. Subsequently, it stirred for 30 seconds by hand so that water might not scatter from a washbasin, and prepared the washing | cleaning liquid.
Three pieces of evaluation clothing in which 0.1 mL of the model sebum stain was applied per piece of evaluation clothing was immersed in the cleaning solution in the basin, and the whole was stirred for 30 seconds and then immersed in the cleaning solution for 30 minutes. After the immersion, the evaluation garment was lifted from the surface of the cleaning liquid to such an extent that the cleaning liquid did not scatter from the basin, and then washed back into the cleaning liquid for 1 minute per evaluation garment. Then, after squeezing by hand above the basin so that the water content in the evaluation garment was about 40 to 60%, the evaluation garment was taken out from the basin.
This operation was performed continuously, and the height of the foam was measured immediately after all the clothing for evaluation was taken out. This was taken as the height of the foam at the time of washing.
A larger value for the height of the foam is preferred. The height of the foam of 1.2 cm or more is the height at which the liquid level is difficult to see due to the foam generated by the 3rd evaluation clothing. That's it. Therefore, if the height of the foam is 1.2 cm or more, it can be determined that a foaming property that can be satisfied by a person performing hand-washing is obtained.
Evaluation operation (rinse)
Diameter 30 cm, with respect to basin depth 12cm, temperature 30 ° C., addition of calcium chloride in ion-exchanged water, rinsing is water alkalinity 60 was adjusted to a German hardness 10 ° DH (178mgCaCO 3 / L ) 3 L of water and three evaluation clothes taken out from the wash basin by the “evaluation operation (washing)” were put. Evaluation clothes were loosened in rinse water. Next, the operation of lifting the neck of the evaluation clothing from the surface of the rinsing water while opening the neck portion of the clothing for evaluation with both hands so that the rinsing water also passes inside the clothing for evaluation was repeated 10 times. Next, the water content in the apparel for evaluation was squeezed by hand so that the water content was about 40 to 60%, and then removed from the washbasin. Furthermore, this series of operations was repeated once more. This series of operations was performed for each piece of clothing for evaluation.
The state of the water surface immediately after taking out all the apparel for evaluation was observed, and points were assigned according to the following criteria to evaluate rinsing properties.
If the remaining amount of foam is less than 2/3 of the liquid level, it can be determined that the person performing hand-washing has good foam loss when rinsed. Therefore, if the following points are 3 or less, it can be judged that the foaming property which a person performing hand-washing can satisfy is obtained.
