Description

一种机顶盒外壳及机顶盒 【技术领域】
本发明涉及机顶盒领域，尤其涉及一种机顶盒外壳及机顶盒。
【背景技术】
机顶盒的市场竞争日趋激烈，设计创新的难度越来越大，产品之间的差异也越来越小，价格也越来越低。
带铁件的机顶盒可以简单的分为两部分：铁件部分、塑胶件部分。
1、铁件部分：上盖、下盖。
一款铁件通常只会匹配一个固定系列的尺寸，确定尺寸开模后，带铁件的机顶盒外观就无法再进行任何修改。
2、塑胶件部分：前面板、镜片、按键、卡门。
因铁件部分外形的限制，塑胶件也就成为了机顶盒外观的主要设计内容，以此产生不同的视觉效果。
从工业设计角度讲，前面板设计造型受限制的因素较多，如铁件形状制约了机顶盒整体的外观效果、设计要素较少等，而且产品功能也较为单一，创新度较低、外观附加值不高。
【发明内容】
本发明旨在解决前面板设计造型中铁件形状制约机顶盒整体的外观效果、设计要素较少、产品功能单一、创新度较低、外观附加值不高的问题，提供一种机顶盒外壳及机顶盒。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供以下技术方案：
一方面，本发明提供一种机顶盒外壳，包括金属上盖、与所述金属上盖卡合的金属下盖，以及前面板，
所述金属下盖具有敞开的前侧、相对设置的两个卡合侧面、底面、以及封闭的后侧面，所述两个卡合侧面内侧的对称位置处分别设有托槽，以 及与所述托槽等高设置的卡槽，所述底面上具有与所述托槽配合的凸起，
所述前面板卡合安装在所述金属下盖敞开的前侧。
在一些实施例中，所述金属上盖包括顶面和相对设置的两个侧面，所述两个侧面分别与所述金属下盖的两个卡合侧面卡合。
在一些实施例中，所述前面板朝向机顶盒外部的外侧边缘设置有固定凹槽，所述前面板的所述外侧一端设置有卡门凹槽，以及卡门转轴。
在一些实施例中，所述机顶盒外壳还包括固定安装在所述前面板的所述外侧的镜片。
在一些实施例中，所述镜片为整体镜片，所述整体镜片朝向所述机顶盒内部的内侧面设置有与所述固定凹槽配合的固定扣件，以及与所述卡门凹槽配合的卡门扣件。
在一些实施例中，所述前面板还包括安装在所述卡门凹槽处的门扣，所述镜片为带卡门的镜片，所述带卡门的镜片包括第一镜片和第二镜片，所述带卡门的镜片朝向所述前面板的一面设置有与所述固定凹槽配合的固定扣件，所述第一镜片与所述前面板相邻的一面设置有与所述卡门凹槽配合的门扣扣件，所述第二镜片与所述前面板相邻的一面设置有与所述卡门转轴配合的卡门门套，以配合所述卡门转轴对所述第二镜片进行旋转开启。
另一方面，本发明提供一种机顶盒，包括以上任一项所述的机顶盒外壳，以及安装在所述金属下盖内的主板。
在一些实施例中，所述主板通过所述卡槽和所述托槽安装在所述金属下盖内。
在一些实施例中，所述主板通过所述托槽和所述凸起安装在所述金属下盖内。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于，本发明提供的一种机顶盒外壳及机顶盒，能够兼容不同规格的主板，增加了金属上盖和金属下盖的通用性，减少塑胶模具的数量，降低成本，还有利于提高加工产生的效率，提高经济效益。

实施例1
请参阅图1和图2，分别为本发明一个实施例的机顶盒外壳结构示意图和整体镜片结构示意图。
如图1所示，机顶盒外壳包括金属上盖1、金属下盖2和前面板3。
金属下盖2包括左右对应设置的两个卡合侧面201、底面202、封闭的后侧面203、以及敞开的前侧。两个卡合侧面201内侧的对称位置分别设有托槽2011，以及与所述托槽2011等高设置的卡槽2012；底面202上具有与所述托槽2011配合的凸起2021。前面板3卡合安装在金属下盖2敞开的前侧。
托槽2011与等高设置的卡槽2012可以配合安装主板，托槽2011与凸起2021也可以配合安装主板，以此来兼容不同规格的主板。
优选地，托槽2011、卡槽2012和凸起2021都可以为多个，来兼容更多不同规格的主板，托槽2011上还设置有螺丝孔。
在本实施例中，金属上盖1包括顶面101和相对设置的两个侧面102，两个侧面102分别与所述金属下盖2的两个卡合侧面202卡合。
前面板3朝向机顶盒外部的外侧边缘设置有固定凹槽301(未全部示出)，本实施例中，固定凹槽的个数为5个，本领域技术人员可以理解固定凹槽301的个数可以按实际情况设置，前面板3的外侧一端设置有卡门凹 槽302，以及卡门转轴303。
进一步地，机顶盒外壳还包括安装在所述前面板3的所述外侧的镜片。
在本实施例中，所述镜片为整体镜片4，朝向所述机顶盒内部的内侧面设置有与所述固定凹槽301配合的固定扣件401，以及与所述卡门凹槽302配合的卡门扣件402。
本发明提供的机顶盒外壳，能够兼容不同规格的主板，增加了金属上盖和金属下盖的通用性，同时巧妙的利用不同位置的扣件，能够兼容不同形状的镜片。
实施例2
请参阅图1和图3，图3为本发明另一个实施例的带卡门的镜片结构示意图。
本实施例中机顶盒外壳的金属上盖1和金属下盖2的形状结构与实施例1相同，此处不再赘述。
前面板3朝向机顶盒外部的外侧边缘设置有固定凹槽301(未全部示出)，本实施例中，固定凹槽的个数为5个，本领域技术人员可以理解固定凹槽301的个数可以按实际情况设置，前面板3的外侧一端设置有卡门凹槽302，以及卡门转轴303。
优选地，前面板3还包括安装在所述卡门凹槽302处的门扣304。
进一步地，机顶盒外壳还包括安装在所述前面板3处的镜片。
如图3所示，所述镜片为带卡门的镜片5，包括第一镜片501和第二镜片502，所述带卡门的镜片5朝向所述前面板3的一面设置有与所述固定凹槽301配合的固定扣件401，第一镜片501与前面板3相邻的一面设置有与所述卡门凹槽302对应的门扣扣件402；第二镜片502与所述前面板3相邻的一面设置有与所述卡门转轴303配合的卡门门套503，以配合所述卡门转轴303对所述第二镜片502进行旋转开启。
本发明提供的机顶盒外壳，能够兼容不同规格的主板，增加了金属上盖和金属下盖的通用性，同时巧妙的利用不同位置的扣件，能够兼容不同形状的镜片。
实施例3
一种机顶盒，包括本发明任一实施例提供的机顶盒外壳，以及安装在 所述金属下盖内的主板。
优选地，所述主板可以通过所述卡槽2012和所述托槽2011安装在所述金属下盖2内。
此外，所述主板还可以通过所述托槽2011和所述凸起2021安装在所述金属下盖2内。
本发明提供的机顶盒，能够兼容不同规格的主板，增加了金属上盖和金属下盖的通用性，利用不同位置的扣位，使机顶盒外壳的前面板可以兼容多种不同的镜片造型方式，减少塑胶模具的数量，降低成本，还有利于提高加工产生的效率，提高经济效益。

  1. 一种机顶盒外壳，其特征在于，包括金属上盖(1)、与所述金属上盖(1)卡合的金属下盖(2)，以及前面板(3)，
    所述金属下盖(2)具有敞开的前侧、相对设置的两个卡合侧面(201)、底面(202)、以及封闭的后侧面(203)，所述两个卡合侧面(201)内侧的对称位置处分别设有托槽(2011)，以及与所述托槽(2011)等高设置的卡槽(2012)，所述底面(202)上具有与所述托槽(2011)配合的凸起(2021)，
    所述前面板(3)卡合安装在所述金属下盖(2)敞开的前侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的机顶盒外壳，其特征在于，所述金属上盖(1)包括顶面(101)和相对设置的两个侧面(102)，所述两个侧面(102)分别与所述金属下盖(2)的两个卡合侧面(201)卡合。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的机顶盒外壳，其特征在于，所述前面板(3)朝向机顶盒外部的外侧边缘设置有固定凹槽(301)，所述前面板(3)的所述外侧一端设置有卡门凹槽(302)，以及卡门转轴(303)。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的机顶盒外壳，其特征在于，所述机顶盒外壳还包括固定安装在所述前面板(3)的所述外侧的镜片。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的机顶盒外壳，其特征在于，所述镜片为整体镜片(4)，所述整体镜片(4)朝向所述机顶盒内部的内侧面设置有与所述固定凹槽(301)配合的固定扣件(401)，以及与所述卡门凹槽(302)配合的卡门扣件(402)。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的机顶盒外壳，其特征在于，所述前面板(3)还包括安装在所述卡门凹槽(302)处的门扣(304)，所述镜片为带卡门的镜片(5)，所述带卡门的镜片(5)包括第一镜片(501)和第二镜片(502)，
