Abstract
L'invention concerne une base de montage pour un mécanisme d'articulation d'un tramway à plancher surbaissé, qui comprend une plaque de montage de carrosserie de voiture (1), une colonne de liaison trapézoïdale (2) et une plaque de nervure en forme de I (3), une plaque de fond supérieure (21) de la colonne de liaison trapézoïdale (2) étant reliée de manière fixe à la plaque de nervure en forme de I (3), et une plaque de fond inférieure de la colonne de liaison trapézoïdale (2) étant reliée de manière fixe à la plaque de montage de carrosserie de voiture (1) ; la plaque de nervure en forme de I (3) comprend une plaque d'éjection supérieure (31), une plaque d'éjection inférieure (32) et un montant de support vertical (35), des surfaces de montage de mécanisme d'articulation (33) comprenant des trous de montage de boulon (34) étant respectivement disposées sur la plaque d'éjection supérieure (31) et la plaque d'éjection inférieure (32) ; et une rainure de montage (36) est prévue sur le montant de support vertical (35). La base de montage a une structure moulée en une seule pièce, une contrainte concentrée, une grande capacité de transport et une structure compacte, et est pratique à fabriquer, installer et entretenir. En outre, en concevant une pluralité de trous d'allègement, la base de montage est propice à l'utilisation efficace de matériaux et présente une masse totale plus légère tout en ayant une grande capacité de transport.
