实施例一
本实施例提供了一种组网方法。图1为本发明第一实施例的组网方法的流程图。本实施例在移动热点设备端执行。
步骤110,移动热点设备检测组网需求事件是否被触发。若检测到组网需求事件被触发,则执行步骤120;若检测到组网需求事件未被触发,则继续执行步骤110。
步骤120,向服务器发送组网请求;组网请求用于请求将移动热点设备和其他移动热点设备进行组网。
可选地,向服务器发送携带本端地理位置信息的组网请求;组网请求用于请求将处于同一地理范围内的移动热点设备和其他热点设备组网,或者,将处于同一地理范围内、且在同一时间段内发送组网请求的移动热点设备组网。
可选的,在组网完成之后,组网中的移动热点设备之间可以通过服务器进行信息交互。例如交互音频信息。

本实施例提升了移动热点设备的实用性,使移动热点设备不仅能够作为接入移动网络的路由使用,还具备了实时通话的对讲功能。移动热点设备可以通过服务器进行组网,组网完成以后,由一人通过移动热点设备采集语音,其他移动热点能够实时接收到通话内容,从而实现对讲机功能。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行上述组网方法。
实施例二
本实施例提供了一种组网方法。图2为本发明第二实施例的组网方法的流程图。
步骤210,服务器接收两个或两个以上移动热点设备发送的组网请求。

本实施例利用移动热点设备实现了音频信息交互,即实现了对讲功能,本实施例并非通过类似的大功率收音机将语音发送到一定范围内,而是先将语音传递到网络中的服务器,再由服务器将语音通过运营商的无线网络传递给组网过的设备,从而避免了语音收发范围的局限性。
本发明实施例还提供了一种计算机存储介质,计算机存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,计算机可执行指令用于执行上述组网方法。
实施例三
本实施例提供一种组网系统。图3为本发明第三实施例的组网系统的结构图。
该系统包括:两个或两个以上移动热点设备310和一个服务器320。
每个移动热点设备310设置为,在检测到组网需求事件被触发时,向服务器320发送组网请求。组网请求用于请求服务器320将移动热点设备310 和其他移动热点设备310进行组网。
服务器320设置为,接收移动热点设备310发送的组网请求,并根据组网请求,在发送组网请求的移动热点设备310之间进行组网。
可选的,本发明实施例,移动热点设备310设置为向服务器320发送携带本端地理位置信息的组网请求;即,每一个移动热点设备310分别进行组网请求的发送;服务器320将处于同一地理范围内的移动热点设备310组网,或者,将处于同一地理范围内、且在同一时间段内发送组网请求的移动热点设备310组网。
一个方面,在组网完成之后,服务器320还设置为:接收组网中移动热点设备310发送的音频信息;并且,将该音频信息发送给组网中的其他移动热点设备310。
另一方面,组网中的移动热点设备310还设置为,播放服务器320发送的音频信息;和/或采集输入的音频信息,并发送给服务器320,以便服务器320发送给组网中的其他移动热点设备310。
可选的,移动热点设备310是设置为,调用外置的播放设备,播放服务器320发送的所述音频信息;或者通过内置的播放设备,播放服务器320发送的音频信息。外置的播放设备可以包括:车载系统中的播放器、蓝牙耳机的播放器等等。可选地,移动热点设备310是设置为,当检测到音频采集事件被触发时,控制采集设备开始采集用户输入的音频信息;可选的,移动热点设备310当检测到音频采集停止事件被触发时,控制采集设备停止采集输入的音频信息。
可选的,移动热点设备310调用外置的采集设备,采集输入的音频信息;或者通过内置的采集设备采集输入的音频信息。外置的采集设备可以包括:车载系统中的麦克风、蓝牙耳机的麦克风等。
在组网完成之后,移动热点设备310还可以存储播放过的音频信息和采集过的音频信息;根据用户的第一操作,回放播放过的音频信息;根据用户的第二操作,回放采集过的音频信息。
实施例四
为了使本发明更加清楚,下面基于上述系统对本发明实施例进行说明。图4是本发明第四实施例的组网方法的流程图。本实施例以通过组网实现无线对讲为例进行说明。
步骤410,第一移动热点设备接入网络。
移动热点设备在插入运营商的全球用户识别卡(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,简称USIM)之后,可以使移动热点设备尝试接入网络。如果拨号成功,则联网成功,如果拨号不成功,则在网络浏览器中键入192.168.0.1/192.168.1.1,进入Web用户界面(UI),对移动热点设备进行设置,并通过手动拨号接入网络。
第一移动热点设备接入网络之后,在第一移动热点设备的屏幕上可以显示“联网成功”;本发明实施例屏幕可以包括发光二极管(LED)屏幕。可选地,第一移动热点设备接入网络之后,还可以将网络信号转换为WiFi(基于IEEE 802.11b标准的无线局域网)信号,供终端设备上网使用。
步骤420,第一移动热点设备进入组网模式。
当用户需要和多个移动热点设备组网,实现对讲功能时,需要触发组网需求事件,进入组网模块。例如:用户连续按音频采集按钮3次,第一移动热点设备进入组网模式,此时第一移动热点设备屏幕提示进入组网模式。
在进入组网模式之后,第一移动热点设备向网络侧设置的服务器发送组网请求。该组网请求中可以携带包括第一移动热点设备的本端地理位置信息、移动设备国际身份码(International Mobile Equipment Identity、简称IMEI)、国际移动用户识别码(International Mobile Subscriber Identification Number,简称IMSI)。
步骤430,服务器完成移动热点设备之间的组网。
服务器接收到组网请求之后,对组网请求中的地理位置信息进行解析;将在同一地理范围、且在同一时间段发起组网请求的移动热点设备进行组网;根据移动热点设备的IMEI、IMSI在服务器侧对移动热点设备进行备案。
同一地理范围包括能够组网的移动热点设备都处于同一地点、同一区域。例如:多个移动热点设备的地理位置信息显示,这多个移动热点设备在 方圆2公里范围内;又如:多个移动热点设备的地理位置信息显示,这多个移动热点设备都在同一个公园中。
同一时间段包括,接收的同一地理范围内的移动热点设备发送的组网请求都集中在一个时间段内。例如:在同一地理范围内,有20个移动热点设备发送的组网请求处于8:00~8:05、且相邻两个组网请求的发送间隔不大于30s,有5个移动热点设备发送的组网请求处于8:30~8:35、且相邻两个组网请求的发送间隔不大于30s。这样,前20个移动热点设备可以组网,后5个移动热点设备可以组网。
服务器组网完成之后,向组网中的每一个移动热点设备反馈组网成功的信息。
为了使本实施例更加易懂,在本实施例中,仅示例性的说明服务器将第一移动热点设备和第二移动热点设备进行组网。
步骤440,第一移动热点设备采集用户输入的音频信息。
移动热点设备接收到组网成功的消息之后,通过屏幕显示给用户。
移动热点设备通过蓝牙模块与车载系统或蓝牙耳机进行连接。
当用户需要与其他用户通话时,长按音频采集按钮,音频采集事件被触发,开始采集用户输入音频信息,松开音频采集按钮,音频采集结束事件被触发,停止音频采集。可选地,当用户按下音频采集按钮时,移动热点设备通过蓝牙模块调用车载系统的麦克风或蓝牙耳机话筒,通过麦克风或蓝牙耳机话筒接收用户输入的音频信息。
步骤450,第一移动热点设备将用户输入的音频信息发送给服务器。
步骤460,服务器将接收到的音频信息转发给和第一移动热点设备组网的第二移动热点设备。
步骤470,第二移动热点设备接收到音频信息之后,播放音频信息。
当第二移动热点设备接收到服务器发送的音频信息时,第二移动热点设备通过蓝牙模块调用车载系统的播放器或蓝牙耳机播放音频信息,播放接收到的音频信息。可选地,在播放接收到的音频信息时,第二移动热点设备通过蓝牙模块暂停车载系统的播放器或蓝牙耳机当前的音频播放、以及其他占 用音频信道的应用/功能。
本实施例可以获得以下有益效果:1、在移动热点设备中增加无线通信模块,无线通信模块用于和语音收、发设备进行连接,从而达到接收语音和发送语音的目的,无线通信模块包括蓝牙模块;2、在移动热点设备中设置音频采集按钮,触发时开始接收用户输入的语音,松开时停止接收用户输入的语音;3、使移动热点设备在实现对讲机功能的过程中与预设的服务器进行信息交互,实现与其他移动热点设备的组网、与组网的移动热点设备进行语音通话。
例如:将此对讲功能应用在车队自驾出游中,在行驶中领队使用移动热点设备跟其他车辆进行交流控制车队走向,车队之间也可以使用移动热点设备互相交流,非常方便,并省去购买专业对讲机的费用。
实施例五
本实施例提供一种组网装置。图5是本发明第五实施例的组网装置的结构图。本实施例的组网装置被设置在移动热点设备端。
设置在移动热点设备端的所述装置包括:
检测模块510,设置为检测组网需求事件是否被触发。
发送模块520,设置为在检测模块检测到组网需求事件被触发时,向服务器发送组网请求;所述组网请求用于请求将所述移动热点设备和其他移动热点设备进行组网。
可选的发送模块520,是设置为向服务器发送携带本端地理位置信息的组网请求;组网请求用于请求将处于同一地理范围内的移动热点设备和其他移动热点设备组网,或者,将与移动热点设备处于同一地理范围内、且在同一时间段内发送组网请求的移动热点设备组网。
在组网完成之后,组网中的移动热点设备还可以通过本实施例的装置进行信息交互。图6是本发明第五实施例的组网装置的结构图。

该移动热点设备包括:设置在移动热点设备端的组网装置810、通信模块820、蓝牙模块830、音频采集按钮840、以及显示屏850。
通信模块820设置为接入网络、并在组网装置810的控制下与服务器进行信息交互。
蓝牙模块830设置为在组网装置810的控制下,连接外置的采集设备和播放设备、控制采集设备采集音频信息、以及控制播放设备播放音频信息。
音频采集按钮840设置为触发音频采集事件和音频采集结束事件,以便在组网装置810的控制下开始或者停止音频信息的采集。该音频采集按钮840可以是移动热点设备上设置的物理按钮,也可以是移动热点设备用户界面中设置的虚拟按钮。
显示屏850设置为显示移动热点设备的状态、用户提示信息、虚拟按钮等。
本实施例的移动热点设备可以达到实时语音通话的效果,本发明实施例的移动热点设备只要在有网络的地方就能进行对讲通话,十分方便快捷。

  17. 如权利要求16所述的组网装置,所述组网装置还包括播放模块;
    所述播放模块,设置为播放所述服务器发送的由所述其他移动热点设备采集的音频信息。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的组网装置,其中,
    所述播放模块是设置为,调用外置的播放设备,播放所述音频信息;或者通过内置的播放设备,播放所述音频信息。
  19. 如权利要求15-18中任一项所述的组网装置,所述组网装置还包括采集模块;
    所述采集模块,设置为在组网完成之后,采集输入的音频信息,并通过所述服务器发送给所述其他移动热点设备。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的组网装置,其中,所述采集模块是设置为,调用外置的采集设备,采集输入的音频信息;或者通过内置的采集设备采集用户输入的音频信息。
  21. 一种组网装置,设置在服务器端,所述组网装置包括:
    接收模块,设置为接收两个或两个以上移动热点设备发送的组网请求;
    组网模块,设置为根据接收所述组网请求,在移动热点设备之间进行组网。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的组网装置,其中,
    所述组网请求携带有发送所述组网请求的移动热点设备的地理位置信息;
    所述组网模块是设置为,将处于同一地理范围内的发送所述组网请求的移动热点设备组网,或者,将处于同一地理范围内、且在同一时间段内发送组网请求的移动热点设备组网。
  23. 如权利要求21或22所述的组网装置,所述接收模块还设置为:
    进行组网之后,接收组网中移动热点设备发送的音频信息;
    将所述音频信息发送给所述组网中的其他移动热点设备。
