进一步的,所述齿轮组包括与所述手柄连接的第五齿轮,与该第五齿轮通 过棘轮机构连接的第四齿轮,与该第四齿轮啮合且设置在所述固定座上的第三齿轮,套接在所述第二滚轮的轴上的第二齿轮,该第二齿轮为双层齿轮结构,其一层齿轮与第三齿轮啮合,该第二齿轮的另一层齿轮与套接在所述第一滚轮的轴上的第一齿轮啮合,所述棘轮机构限定了所述手柄只在单一转动方向转动时才能向各齿轮传动,从而带动所述第一滚轮和第二滚轮转动。
本发明的音乐盒,将卡位齿轮设在齿轮槽内,能限定卡位齿轮相对第二滚轮轴线方向的位置,从而使得卡位齿轮更准确地与打孔带配合和敲拨发声片,打孔带通过第一滚轮与第二滚轮的间隙时,第一滚轮的压轮和隔片共同对打孔带限位,卡位齿轮的卡齿穿入该打孔带上设有的孔,从而卡位齿轮被打孔带带动,即相对第二滚轮转动,卡位齿轮上的其他卡齿拨动发声片发声,这样本音乐盒的发声被打孔带控制,通过打孔带上孔的变动设置,从而使得音乐盒播出不同的旋律。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
图1是本发明实施例使用打孔带的音乐盒的示意图,图2是其另一角度的示意图。该音乐盒包括底座1,在底座1上通过螺丝连接有第一支撑件11、第二支撑件12和固定座13,其中固定座13靠近第二支撑件12,在第一支撑件11与固定座13之间可转动地设置有第一滚轮3和第二滚轮5,其中第二滚轮5设在第一滚轮3与底座1之间。由图6可知,第二滚轮5为圆柱体结构,其主体上套设有隔片和卡位齿轮,其中两相邻隔片在第二滚轮上形成凹槽,该凹槽的数量可根据需要设定,本实施例为14个凹槽,对应地,安装在底座1上的发声片2具有14个发生条,即发声片2能发出14个不同音符的声音。在第二滚轮5的凹槽上套设有卡位齿轮6。在安装使,将隔片与卡位齿轮6交替套入第二滚轮上,通过隔片与第二滚轮5主体上的过盈配合而固定隔片与卡位齿轮6在第二滚轮上的位置。当然也可用胶粘、焊接方式代替隔片与第二滚轮5的连接方式。在第一滚轮3上环设有压轮4,该压轮4可与第一滚轮3为一体结构,或压轮4固定设置在第一滚轮3上。其中压轮4与第二滚轮的隔片表面配合,卡位齿轮6位于压轮4之间。卡位齿轮6可敲拨设在底座1上的发生片2,如图4所示。
在第一支撑件11与第二支撑件12之间设有第一导向片7和第二导向片8,两者为卡接在第一支撑件11与第二支撑件12之间,这样利于安装。第一导向片与第二导向片可共同对打孔带进行限位导向,从而使得打孔带更稳定地进入第一滚轮与第二滚轮的间隙,提高了音乐盒的工作稳定性。
第二导向片位于第一导向片与发声片之间。其中第二导向片8是各以两卡接点安装在第一支撑件11和第二支撑件12上的,从而第二导向片固定连接在第一支撑件11和第二支撑件12上。第一导向片在远离第一滚轮的一端可转动地与第一支撑件11和第二支撑件12卡接,本实施例为转轴卡接。在第一支撑 件11上设有弹性卡针10,该弹性卡针10一端固定在第一支撑件上,另一端按压在第一导向片7的中部位置,或者将其按压在第一导向片靠近第一滚轮的一端也行。在本实施例中,第一导向片上设有限定件,其用以与弹性卡针配合,从而使得弹性卡针跟稳定地按压在第一导向片上。这样,因第一导向片是可转动地卡接在第一支撑件和第二支撑件之间,在弹簧卡针的作用下,第一导向片的后部分与第二导向片贴合得更紧且是弹性贴合,这样能使得通过第一导向片与第二导向片之间间隙的打孔带移动得更平稳,这使得卡位齿轮的卡齿更准确地插入打孔带的孔。
第一导向片7包括平导片701和尾导片702,其中平导片701与第二导向片8对置设置,如图1所示,而尾导片702设置平导片701靠近第一滚轮3的一端并相对第二导向片8突出。进一步的,在第一导向片的中部设有按压片,所述第二导向片对应所述按压片的位置设有通孔。这样,尾导片可进一步引导打孔带进入第一滚轮与第二滚轮的间隙,按压片与第二导向片上的通孔配合可更稳定地限定打孔带的通过。
参阅图1、图3和图4,第二滚轮位于第一滚轮和底座之间,发声片位于所述第二导向片和底座之间。可利用第二导向片与底座之间的空隙设置发声片,同时将第二滚轮设置在第一滚轮与底座之间,保证了卡位齿轮对发声片的拨动,这样设置的音乐盒空间利用率高,能拥有更小巧的体积。
参阅图3和图4,在固定座13设有齿轮组16和手摇把手14,其中齿轮组16包括与所述手摇把手14连接的第五齿轮165,与该第五齿轮通过棘轮机构连接的第四齿轮164,与该第四齿轮啮合且设置在所述固定座上的第三齿轮163,套接在所述第二滚轮的轴上的第二齿轮162,该第二齿轮为双层齿轮结构,其一层齿轮与第三齿轮啮合,该第二齿轮的另一层齿轮与套接在所述第一滚轮的轴上的第一齿轮161啮合,所述棘轮机构限定了所述手柄只在单一转动方向转动时才能向各齿轮传动,从而带动第一滚轮3和第二滚轮5转动。
在使用本音乐盒时,将打有蕴含旋律的孔的打孔带从第一导向片与第二导 向片的一端插入穿过并被第一滚轮3上的压轮4和第二滚轮5的隔片表面卡住。此时,摇动手摇把手,从而使第一滚轮与第二滚轮转动,在第一滚轮与第二滚轮的带动下,打孔带移动,卡位齿轮6的卡齿601插入打孔带的孔中,从而在打孔带的牵拉下卡位齿轮相对第二滚轮转动,内打孔带牵引的卡位齿轮的其中一空余卡齿敲拨发声片的一发条,从而使得发声片发出音乐。
这样本音乐盒,将卡位齿轮设在第二滚轮的凹槽内,能限定卡位齿轮相对第二滚轮轴线方向的位置,从而使得卡位齿轮更准确地与打孔带配合和敲拨发声片,打孔带通过第一滚轮与第二滚轮的间隙时,第一滚轮的压轮和第二滚轮共同对打孔带限位,卡位齿轮的卡齿穿入该打孔带上设有的孔,从而卡位齿轮被打孔带带动,即相对第二滚轮转动,卡位齿轮上的其他卡齿拨动发声片发声,这样本音乐盒的发声被打孔带控制,通过打孔带上孔的变动设置,从而使得音乐盒播出不同的旋律。
而通过手摇把手的转动即可控制所述第一滚轮与第二滚轮的转动,从而拉动打孔带,因使用者可按喜好直接控制手摇把手,使得音乐盒播出的音乐的旋律快慢可由使用者选则,增加了使用的趣味性。
参阅图7,卡位齿轮6的主体为圆环结构,在其主体上设有4个卡齿601,其中,每个卡齿601包括第一面602和第二面603,第一面602和第二面603为向所述卡位齿轮的转动方向凸的曲线,即卡齿601的第一面602和第二面603从齿顶至齿端的曲线凸向卡位齿轮的转动方向,其中第一面602敲拨发声片,第二面603是打孔带拉动的位置,要注意的是所述“第一”、“第二”并构成限制,只是用来区别将一零件/特征从其他零件/特征中区别出来。这样的设置,当卡齿卡入打孔带的孔时,打孔带拉动卡齿的凹面;而卡齿的凸面拨动发声片,即卡齿能从发声片的终端起拨动发声片,这能减少对发声片的损坏。
而在每个卡位齿轮上沿卡位齿轮的主体圆环等距离地设置四个卡齿601后,卡位齿轮的一卡齿卡入打孔带的孔中,从而卡位齿轮被带动,其空余的一卡齿可拨动发声片发声,将卡齿设置为四个,卡位齿轮的主体直径与卡齿的齿顶至 齿根的长度的比值能设置在合理范围内,且避免了打孔带的相邻孔之间的距离过大,又减少了制造卡位齿轮所用的材料,另外这样设置的卡齿,与插入打孔带的孔的卡齿相邻的卡齿拨动发生片,这有益于使用者对音乐盒的操作。
进一步的,在第二支撑件12上设有连接部,所述第二支撑件由螺丝通过连接部12螺紧在底座上,且连接部12设在远离所述固定座的一侧,这样在满足第二支撑件12与底座的连接固定的同时,能使得第二连接件12与固定座13靠的更近,这可以使得本音乐盒的结构更紧凑并使其体积更小。为了方便第二支撑件与底座的螺丝连接,在第一导向片和第二导向片上对应所述第二支撑件的螺丝位置都设有通孔。因第一导向片与第二导向片都是与第一支撑件与第二支撑件卡接,在组装时,先将第一支撑件通过螺丝固定在底座上,在将第一导向片与第二导向片卡接在第一支撑件上,然后再将第二支撑件分别与第一导向片与第二导向片卡接,跟着将螺丝通过第一导向片与第二导向片的通孔将第二支撑件的连接部螺紧在底座上,这样就能组装好底座、第一导向片、第二导向片、第一支撑件以及第二支撑件这组结构了。整个组装过程方便易实施。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种使用打孔带的音乐盒,包括底座,设置在所述底座上的发声片,其特征在于,所述音乐盒还包括:
    第一滚轮,其上设置有压轮,所述第一滚轮设置在所述底座上;
    第二滚轮,其设置在所述底座上。
    隔片,其设置在所述第二滚轮上,在打孔带通过所述第一滚轮和第二滚轮之间时,所述压轮和隔片的表面共同对所述打孔带限位,所述隔片与第二滚轮共同形成至少一个齿轮槽;
    卡位齿轮,其包括至少三个卡齿,所述卡位齿轮可转动地套设在所述齿轮槽内,所述卡齿在所述打孔带的孔的带动下使所述卡位齿轮相对所述第二滚轮转动并拨动所述发声片发声。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述卡齿的第一面和第二面为向所述卡位齿轮的转动方向凸的曲线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述卡齿为四个。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述底座上对置地设置有第一导向片和第二导向片,打孔带通过所述第一导向片和第二导向片的间隙后被引导进所述第一滚轮和第二滚轮的间隙,所述第二导向片位于所示第一导向片和所述底座之间。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述第二滚轮位于所述第一滚轮和底座之间,所述发声片位于所述第二导向片和所述底座之间。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述第一导向片包括平导片和尾导片,所述平导片与所述第二导向片对置,所述尾导片设在所述平导片靠近所述第一滚轮的一端且相对所述第二导向片突出,所述第一 导向片的中部设有按压片,所述第二导向片对应所述按压片的位置设有通孔。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述底座上设置有第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述第二导向片夹设于所述第一支撑件和第二支撑件之间,所述第一导向片远离所述第一滚轮的一端与所述第一支撑件和第二支撑件可转动地卡接,在所述第一支撑件或第二支撑件上设置有弹簧卡针,所述弹簧卡针的一端按压在所述第一导向片的中部或靠近所述第一滚轮的位置处。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述底座上设置有第一支撑件和第二支撑件,所述底座上设置有固定座,所述第一滚轮和第二滚轮可转动地设置在所述第一支撑件和所述固定座上,所述固定座上设有手摇把手和齿轮组,所述手摇把手通过齿轮组带动所述第一滚轮和第二滚轮转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述固定座靠近所述第二支撑件设置,所述第一导向片和第二导向片都与所述第一支撑件和第二支撑件卡接,所述第二支撑件设有连接部,所述第二支撑件由螺丝通过所述连接部螺紧在所述底座上,所述连接部远离所述固定座,所述第一导向片和第二导向片上对应所述第二支撑件的螺丝位置设有通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的使用打孔带的音乐盒,其特征在于,所述齿轮组包括与所述手柄连接的第五齿轮,与该第五齿轮通过棘轮机构连接的第四齿轮,与该第四齿轮啮合且设置在所述固定座上的第三齿轮,套接在所述第二滚轮的轴上的第二齿轮,该第二齿轮为双层齿轮结构,其一层齿轮与第三齿轮啮合,该第二齿轮的另一层齿轮与套接在所述第一滚轮的轴上的第一齿轮啮合,所述棘轮机构限定了所述手柄只在单一转动方向转动时才能向各齿轮传动,从而带动所述第一滚轮和第二滚轮转动。
