Description

一种交通工具尾气静电净化处理装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,尤其是涉及一种交通工具尾气净化装置。
背景技术
当前,静电净化装置,在厨房油烟处理方面,已经逐步成熟,厨房油烟成份复杂,燃烧过程中除了产生一氧化碳、二氧化碳和颗粒物体外,还逸出多种有害气体,而且油烟中颗粒物粒径分布广,成份变化大,因此净化难度很高,含烟废气被风机吸入管道后,首先进入初级装置——净化整流室,采用重力惯性净化技术,分离出的大颗粒油滴在自身重力的作用下流入油槽排出。剩余的小粒径污染物进入次级装置——高压静电场吸附,起到消毒、除味作用。
在交通工具或工程机械,特别是实用柴油的内燃机作为动力的轮船、汽车、坦克、拖拉机、挖掘机、推土机等领域,并没有有效的方法消除尾气中的污染。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于在工程机械或者交通工具中,有效消除尾气中的污染物。
一种交通工具尾气静电净化处理装置,包括净化器主体、过滤网、适配变径管、排气适配管、净化器引风管;
上述排气适配管,一端与交通工具发动机的排气管连接,另一端与适配变径管连接,用于将交通工具发动机的废气引入静电净化处理装置;
上述适配变径管通过过滤网,与净化器主体连接,净化器主体与净化器引风管连接;
净化器主体中,包括电源单元、离子单元、极板单元,电源单元将外部输入的直流电源,变为两路高压,分别输入给离子单元,极板单元,输入的废气在离子单元被电离,在极板单元被吸附排除。

为了逐步提升电压,先将交通工具上常见的直流升变为220V或110V市电,然后再提升电压,先升到市电,系统能够利用大量的已有元器件,能够大幅度降低设备的成本,上述的电源单元包括升变压器,上述升变压器输入直流,输出220V交流,将外部直流电源转换为内部220V 交流。
为了与交通工具已有的排气管道连接,上述的适配变径管为圆锥形,上述的过滤网为适配上述圆锥形的异形过滤网。圆锥形的异形过滤网,能够加大过滤面积,同时便于废气中的油液附着,顺边缘流倒底部排除。极板区电源地输入

具体实施方式
以下结合各附图对本发明的实施方式做进一步详述。
