具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行具体描述,如图1-12所示,一种易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,包括手柄(12),手柄的前端安装有弹扣固定盖,弹扣固定盖的前端扣接有支架连接器(5),支架连接器上安装有刀架(4),刀架上设有刀片组件固定柱(18)和带有凹槽的弹力柱(19),刀架上设有多组相互平行的刀片组件(1),每组刀片组件穿过相邻的两个刀片固定柱插入弹力柱的凹槽内,弹扣固定盖内设有弹扣(10)和转动顶针(6),弹扣固定盖上设有推动制牌(8),推动制牌的下端伸入弹扣固定盖内并位于弹扣与转动顶针之间,转动顶针的末端通过弹簧(7)与推动制牌下端连接,转动顶针的前端由弹扣固定盖伸出并穿过支架连接器顶住刀架,弹扣位于弹扣固定盖的前端且弹扣的两端卡入支架连机器。在本技术方案中,手柄由硬胶和软胶通过双色匹配为一整体零部件,手柄的前端安装有弹扣固定盖,弹扣固定盖的前端扣接有支架连接器(5),支架连接器上安装有刀架(4),刀架上焊接有多组相互平行的刀片组件(1),弹扣固定盖内设有弹扣(10)和转动顶针(6),弹扣固定盖上设有推动制牌(8),推动制牌的下端伸入弹扣固定盖内并位于弹扣与转动顶针之间,转动顶针的末端通过弹簧(7)与推动制牌下端连接,转动顶针装于弹扣固定盖中,由支架连接器中心孔穿出,顶于刀架上,刀架摆动时迫使转动顶针向后运动,弹簧被动压缩,刀架摆动后弹簧复形使其复位,转动顶针的前端由弹扣固定盖伸出并穿过支架连接器顶住刀架,弹扣的两端由弹扣固定盖的两侧面突出并卡住支架连机器。其中,所述弹扣固定盖是由弹扣上盖(9)和弹扣下盖(11)扣接在一起形成的;所述弹扣下盖 (11)上设有长条形开口(13),推动制牌嵌入开口内并可沿着开口的长度方向滑动,推动制版在开口内可前后活动,向后推动一定行程可以带动旋转顶针回缩进而松开弹扣,使得弹扣的两端回缩,支架连接器与弹扣固定盖脱离,从而实现更换刀架工作,松开后推动制版后弹簧使其复位;所述弹扣(10)位于弹扣上盖的前端;所述刀架(4)上设有T字型的润滑条,润滑条的主要作用是润滑皮肤,润滑条变色后要更换刀片组件;所述刀架(4)上设有软胶的保护鳍(15),保护鳍位于刀架的前端,刀架为硬胶,保护鳍为软胶。刀架承载刀片组件、润滑条、刀片组件固定扣,而保护鳍的作用是让胡须竖立起来,更利于剃须;所述多组相互平行的刀片组件(1)的个数为五组,所述多组相互平行的刀片组件(1)的个数为五组,每组刀片组件都是由弯折的刀片支架(20)和焊接在刀片支架弯折段的刀片(21)共同构成的。所述每组刀片(21)的上边缘上设有多个焊接点(16),每组刀片组件通过其上边缘上的多个焊接点焊接在刀片支架上;所述支撑连接器(5)是由扣接在弹扣固定盖前端的壳体(17)和用于安装刀架的凹形扣(14)两部分构成的,凹形扣与刀架连接,刀架可以在一定角度范围内摆动,摆动的角度为25±5°,壳体连接弹扣固定盖;所述刀架(4)两端设有限制刀片组件相对于刀架上下摆动幅度的刀片组件固定扣(3),刀片组件固定扣采用“U”形设计,制作材料为不锈钢,主要作用是控制刀片组件上下活动的空间范围。使刀片组件不刮伤皮肤。
在本技术方案中,刀片与刀片支架为两个单独五金件,通过焊接形成一体结构进而构成刀片组件,如图13所示,通过实验得出,当刀片组件整长在37.5±0.2mm此间时,刀片组件在保证舒爽的感觉下达到最大剃刮面积,最理想的取值长度大体上约于37.5mm;刀片组件支架长度取值应在37.7+0.3-0mm,刀片组件与刀片组件支架的焊接点说明,此刀片组件组合刀片组件与刀片组件支架由15个焊接点焊接为一体,焊接点大体上为椭圆形焊接点,其焊接点与刀片组件(刀片组件支架)边缘距离应小于焊接点间的距离,焊接点与刀片组件(刀片组 件支架)边缘距离的值应小于2mm,焊接点与焊接点间的距离应大体上相等;刀片组件支架整长取值在38.7±0.3mm此间时,在保证焊接定位顺畅的前提下,达到刀片组件支架最短长度,最理想的取值长度大体上约于38.7mm(此长度与刀片组件长度配合最合适);刀片组件的长度与厚度取值,在保证容易和刀片组件支架焊接与容易装配的前提下当刀片组件宽度取值在1±0.2mm之间,大体上约于1mm,厚度取值在0.08±0.01mm,大体上约于0.08mm时,得到最佳的状态;刀片组件支架外留长度取值在1.65±0.05mm,大体上约于1.65mm,刀片组件支架厚度0.2±0.02mm,大体上约于0.2mm时,刀片组件支架与本产品的刀架配合最适宜;刀片组件支架折弯角度表明,经过多次测试当刀片组件支架折弯角度取值在65±5°之间时,大体上约于69°时,在剃刮过程中保证剃须干净的前提下,把刀片组件与皮肤表面颗粒间的剃刮强度减至最小化。刀片组件的有效剃刮宽度取值为35±0.2mm,大体上约于35mm时,因为由剃刮区域所限制,刀片组件有效剃刮宽度取值过大实用性不高,大部分刀片组件区域将不被实用,而太窄将增加剃刮得往复次数,让使用者感到麻烦,当刀片组件剃刮宽度取值在35mm时,将剃刮面积与剃刮效率优良中和,这种结构不仅刀片组件刃口可以发挥最大剃刮效用让剃须更加顺畅,也保证了剃须后皮肤没有火辣感,因与皮肤表面颗粒的剃刮最小化,同时延长了刀片组件的使用寿命。
在本技术方案中,刀架上设有刀片组件固定柱和带有凹槽的弹力柱,刀架上设有多组相互平行的刀片组件,每组刀片组件穿过相邻的两个刀片固定柱插入弹力柱的凹槽内,如图14、15、16和17所示,刀片支架与刀片支架固定柱间装配结构,由图14所示,可以知道刀片支架形状(大体上为长方体结构),刀片支架固定柱为立柱形状,刀片支架固定柱与刀片支架接触位置为圆柱形,刀片支架与刀片支架固定柱以几何图形圆形立柱和长方体立柱通过相切的方式接触,并以两个圆形立柱(刀片支架固定柱)位于长方形立柱(刀片支架)两侧,通过相切得方式的方式定位。单个刀片支架与刀片支架固定柱实际的 接触部分为两条线,刀片支架与刀片支架固定柱间的距离取值在0.03±0.02mm时,优选为0.03mm时,刀片支架向下移动距离取值在0.5±0.2mm,大体上约为0.5mm时,在使用剃刮过程中,刀片支架向下时运动时所受到的摩擦阻力最小,上下前后移动的范围最有利于得到安全、效率的剃须体验。
如图18所示,刀片支架卡于弹力柱顶部凹槽内,限制刀片支架的前后移动,防止剃刮时刀片与弹力柱错位。在图五中表明了在剃刮时刀片支架向下运动,两边刀片支架固定柱与刀片支架所产生的摩擦力非常小,在静态时刀架弹力柱已顶紧于刀片支架底部,当剃刮时刀片向下运动,会迫使刀架弹力柱向下运动。达到一定的行程后刀片支架与刀架接触,会限制刀片继续下移,当到达此情况时,剃须效果减至最弱,刀刃与皮肤基本处于分离状态。当剃刮结束时即作用刀片的力也消失,弹力柱弹性复形,使刀片回到静态位置。如此往复循环。
如图19和20所示,刀架可以沿箭头所示轨迹摆动,已便一直贴合脸部,保证剃须效率的情况下兼得剃须时的舒畅感。当刀架受作用力沿图示轨迹向右运动时,转动顶针垂直向下运动。当作用于刀架组合的作用力撤除时;转动顶针因向下运动时压缩了弹簧,此时弹簧失去压力回复变形。提供转动顶针一个垂直向上的作用力,此作用力传至刀架,迫使其沿运动轨迹回复至初始静止状态。
如图21所示,当推动制牌向上运动时,支架连接器两扣位沿运动轨向外运动,与支架连接器的扣位配合松开,使支架连接器与弹扣固定盖脱离。当撤出作用于推动制牌的力,此时弹簧因开始被压缩,现回复变形,提供给推动制牌一个反向作用力,迫使推动制牌向下运动,支架连接器两扣位也向外运动。弹扣、推动制牌、转动顶针回复为静态时形态。
在本技术方案中,刀架可以在凹形口内摆动,已便刀架一直贴合脸部。当刀架组合受脸部的作用力摆动时,转动顶针受到挤压向后运动。当作用于刀架的作用力撤除时;转动顶针在弹簧回复变形时的反 弹力作用下顶出。提供转动顶针一个向前的作用力,此作用力传至刀架,迫使其沿运动轨迹回复至初始静止状态。当推动制牌,向后运动时,弹扣两端的扣位沿弹扣下盖上的运动轨向弹扣固定盖内运动,弹扣两端与支架连接器的扣位脱离配合,使支架连接器与弹扣固定盖脱离。弹簧因回复形变会提供给推动制牌一个反向作用力,迫使推动制牌向前运动,弹扣两扣位也向外运动。
上述技术方案仅体现了本发明技术方案的优选技术方案,本技术领域的技术人员对其中某些部分所可能做出的一些变动均体现了本发明的原理,属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,包括手柄(12),其特征在于,手柄的前端安装有弹扣固定盖,弹扣固定盖的前端扣接有支架连接器(5),支架连接器上安装有刀架(4),刀架上设有刀片组件固定柱(18)和带有凹槽的弹力柱(19),刀架上设有多组相互平行的刀片组件(1),每组刀片组件穿过相邻的两个刀片固定柱插入弹力柱的凹槽内,弹扣固定盖内设有弹扣(10)和转动顶针(6),弹扣固定盖上设有推动制牌(8),推动制牌的下端伸入弹扣固定盖内并位于弹扣与转动顶针之间,转动顶针的末端通过弹簧(7)与推动制牌下端连接,转动顶针的前端由弹扣固定盖伸出并穿过支架连接器顶住刀架,弹扣位于弹扣固定盖的前端且弹扣的两端卡入支架连机器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述弹扣固定盖是由弹扣上盖(9)和弹扣下盖(11)扣接在一起形成的。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述弹扣下盖(11)上设有长条形开口(13),推动制牌嵌入开口内并可沿着开口的长度方向滑动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述弹扣(10)位于弹扣上盖的前端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀架(4)上设有T字型的润滑条(2)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀架(4)上设有软胶保护鳍(15)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述多组相互平行的刀片组件(1)的个数为五组,每组刀片组件都是由弯折的刀片支架(20)和焊接在刀片支架弯折段的刀片(21)共同构成的。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述每组刀片(21)的上边缘上设有多个焊接点(16),每组刀 片组件通过其上边缘上的多个焊接点焊接在刀片支架上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述支撑连接器(5)是由扣接在弹扣固定盖前端的壳体(17)和用于安装刀架的凹形扣(18)两部分构成的。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的易清洁易拆装的新型剃须刀,其特征在于,所述刀架(4)两端设有限制刀片组件相对于刀架上下摆动幅度的刀片组件固定扣(3)。
