Claims (12)
- 一种触控显示面板,包括:第一触控电极、第二触控电极、第一触控电极走线和第二触控电极走线;所述第一触控电极走线和所述第二触控电极走线交叉设置,用于根据所述第一触控电极和所述第二触控电极之间电容的变化确定触控位置;其中所述第一触控电极设置于所述触控显示面板的阵列基板上;所述第二触控电极和与其相连的第二触控电极走线设置于所述触控显示面板的对盒基板上,且沿垂直所述触控显示面板的方向,所述第二触控电极与所述第一触控电极的投影重叠;所述第一触控电极走线设置于所述对盒基板上并与所述第二触控电极相连,或者所述第一触控电极走线设置于所述阵列基板上并与所述第一触控电极相连。
- 根据权利要求1所述的触控显示面板,其中所述对盒基板包括辅助隔垫物;所述第二触控电极设置于所述辅助隔垫物靠近所述阵列基板一侧。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的触控显示面板,其中当所述第一触控电极走线设置于所述阵列基板上时,所述第一触控电极走线与所述阵列基板上的数据线平行设置;相对所述阵列基板的任意一行子像素,与所述第一触控电极走线相邻的两根所述数据线之间具有两个子像素,一根所述第一触控电极走线位于所述两个子像素之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的触控显示面板,其中所述第一触控电极走线与所述数据线同层设置。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的触控显示面板,其中当所述第一触控电极走线设置于所述对盒基板上时,所述阵列基板还包括设置于栅线靠近所述对盒基板一侧的第一有源层、第一源极和第一漏极、以及与所述第一源极相连的信号线;其中,所 述第一漏极为所述第一触控电极。
- 根据权利要求5所述的触控显示面板,其中所述阵列基板还包括设置于子像素区的薄膜晶体管,所述薄膜晶体管包括栅极、第二有源层、第二源极和第二漏极、以及与所述第二源极连接且同层设置的数据线;所述第一有源层和所述第二有源层同层设置;所述信号线与所述数据线平行设置,且所述第一源极、所述第一漏极以及所述信号线与所述第二源极、所述第二漏极以及所述数据线同层设置。
- 根据权利要求5或者6所述的触控显示面板,其中所述信号线与所述阵列基板上的数据线平行设置;相对所述阵列基板的任意一行子像素,与所述信号线相邻的两根所述数据线之间具有两个子像素,一根所述信号线位于所述两个子像素之间。
- 根据权利要求1-7任一所述的触控显示面板,其中所述第二触控电极与所述第二触控电极走线同层设置,与所述第一触控电极走线之间设置有机绝缘层。
- 一种如权利要求6所述的触控显示面板的制备方法,其中阵列基板的制备方法包括:通过一次构图工艺形成栅线和栅极,并形成栅极绝缘层;通过一次构图工艺形成位于所述栅线上方的第一有源层和位于所述栅极上方的第二有源层;以及通过一次构图工艺形成位于所述第一有源层上方的第一源极和第一漏极、形成位于所述第二有源层上方的第二源极和第二漏极、形成与所述第一源极相连的信号线、以及形成与所述第二源极相连的数据线。
- 根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其中对盒基板的制备方法包括:通过一次构图工艺形成第二触控电极和第二触控电极走线,并形成有机绝缘层;以及通过一次构图工艺形成第一触控电极走线。
- 根据权利要求10所述的制备方法,其中所述对盒基板的制备方法还包括形成辅助隔垫物;其中,所述第二触控电极形成于所述辅助隔垫物靠近所述阵列基板一侧。
- 一种如权利要求5所述的触控显示面板的驱动方法,包括:依次向阵列基板上的栅线输入扫描信号,并向信号线输入驱动信号。
