优选的,所述的信息提醒模块还用于当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据和已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
优选的,所述的饮食判断模块还用于将用户的当前饮食指数与从所述云健康服务平台的体征数据库中获取的饮食健康指数作比较来判断用户的当前饮食指数是否超过饮食健康指数。
优选的,所述的信息提醒模块还用于当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,以及根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
优选的,所述的信息提醒模块还用于通过所述冰箱的发声装置以语音提醒形式播放所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议来提醒用户改善健康饮食。

此外,本发明还提供了一种基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,应用于冰箱中,该冰箱通过通讯网络与设置在健康服务医院的云健康服务平台进行无线通讯,所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法包括步骤:
当所述冰箱的拉门被开启时,通过安装在冰箱的拉门上的指纹识别器识别出用户的指纹信息;
当不同种类的食品分类存放在冰箱的每一个食品称重盘时,启动连接至食品称重盘上的计时器记录食品的存放时间;
当任一食品称重盘中的食品重量发生变化时,根据所述用户的指纹信息通过冰箱内的通讯单元从所述云健康服务平台的体征数据库中获取用户的体征数据与饮食健康指数;
通过连接至所述食品称重盘上的射频识别装置扫描食品重量发生变化的食品称重盘中的食品标示码来识别该食品的类型;
通过该食品称重盘中计算该食品的重量,并根据该食品的重量和食品的类型确定用户已食用的营养成份信息;
从所述计时器中获取所述食品的存放时间来确定用户的饮食周期,并根据用户的体征数据与用户已食用的营养成份信息确定用户在饮食周期内的当前饮食指数;
当用户的当前饮食指数超过饮食健康指数时,产生一条用户在下一个饮食周期内禁止用户食用被取出食品的警告信息,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
优选的,所述的信息提醒模块还用于当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据和已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
优选的,所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法还包括步骤:将用户的当前饮食指数与从所述云健康服务平台的体征数据库中获取的饮食健康指数作比较来判断用户的当前饮食指数是否超过饮食健康指数。
优选的,所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法还包括步骤:当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
优选的,所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法还包括步骤:通过所述冰箱的发声装置以语音提醒形式播放所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议来提醒用户改善健康饮食。
优选的,所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法还包括步骤:将所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议显示在镶嵌在冰箱门上的显示屏来提醒用户改善健康饮食。
相较于现有技术,本发明所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统及方法采用了上述技术方案,达到了如下技术效果:利用健康服务医院的云健康服务平台方便高效地获取用户的体征数据确定用户的健康状况,并提供与用户食用的食品相关的健康指数信息,结合对用户饮食的食品进行识别和判断,因而能够根据用户的健康状况提供相应的饮食搭配信息和饮食改善建议供用户参考。

具体实施方式
为更进一步阐述本发明为达成上述目的所采取的技术手段及功效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效进行细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
为实现本发明目的,本发明提供了一种基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统,应用于所述冰箱上,能够根据用户食用冰箱内食品相关的饮食健康指数信息以及用户健康状况,提供相应的饮食搭配信息以及饮食改善建议供用户参考。
如图1所示,图1是本发明基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统较佳实施例的应用环境示意图。在本实施例中,健康饮食指导系统10安装并运行于冰箱1上,该冰箱1通过通讯网络3与设置在健康服务医院的云健康服务平台2进行无线通讯。所述通讯网络3为一种远程无线通讯网络,包括但不仅限于,GSM网络、GPRS网络、CDMA等无线传输网络。所述的云健康服务平台2包括体征数据库20,该体征数据库20记录用户的指纹信息、与该用户的指纹信息对应的体征数据及医生给用户的饮食健康意见,所述体征数据包括,但不仅限于、用户的血糖浓度、血压值、心率、肥胖指标数据等。所述饮食健康意见包括用户的饮食健康指数,所述用户的饮食健康指数由医生根据用户的体征数据及医生给用户建议的健康饮食意见确定的健康饮食量化指标,例如,但不仅限于,糖尿病患者的饮食健康指数定义为4、心血管病患者的饮食健康指数定义为5、以及肥胖症的饮食健康指数定义为6。当用户在健康服务医院就诊时,医生从用户身上采集到用户的指纹信息以及该用户的体征数据,根据用户的体征数据给出包括用户饮食健康指数的健康饮食意见,并将用户的指纹信息、体征数据以及健康饮食意见记录在云健康服务平台2的体征数据库20中。
在本实施例中,所述冰箱1包括,但不仅限于,健康饮食指导系统10、一个或多个食品称重盘11、指纹识别器14、通讯单元15、发声装置16、显示屏17、存储器18以及微处理器19。每一个食品称重盘11连接有射频识别装置12和计时器13。所述的指纹识别器14、食品称重盘11、通讯单元15、发声装置16、显示屏17和存储器18分别电气连接至所述微处理器19上,并均能通过微处理器19与所述健康饮食指导系统10进行数据交互。所述的健康饮食指导系统10是一种能够被所述微处理器19执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列程序指令段,其存储在所述存储器18中。
在本实施例中,每一个食品称重盘11用于放置一种类型的食品,所述食品的种类可以按各种食品提供的不同营养成份来划分,例如,按照含脂肪量高的肉类及肉制品、含蛋白质高的豆类及豆制品、含维生素高的瓜果蔬菜类进行划分。如图1所示,第一个食品称重盘11放置第一种食品(例如肉类)、第二个食品称重盘11放置第二种食品(例如豆类)、以及第N个食品称重盘11放置第N种食品(例如瓜果蔬菜类)。每一食品称重盘11的外表面粘贴有一个按照不同营养成份划分的食品标示码,用于区别放置在每一个食品称重盘11中食品的营养成份。
当任一个食品称重盘11中的食品重量发生变化(例如食品被取出)时,所述食品称重盘11同时称量出该食品的重量信息,并将该食品的重量信息发送至微处理器19。所述射频识别装置12扫描该食品称重盘11上的食品标示码识别出所述重量发生变化的食品的类型信息,并将该食品的类型信息发送至微处理器19。所述计时器13用于记录所述重量发生变化的食品存放在食品称重盘11中的时间信息,并将所述时间信息发送至微处理器19。
所述的指纹识别器14安装在冰箱1的拉门上,如图2所示,冰箱1的上拉门和下拉门都安装有一个指纹识别器14。当用户手握冰箱1的拉门打开冰箱1时,所述的指纹识别器14识别出用户的指纹信息,并将该用户的指纹信息发送至云健康服务平台2上以确定用户的体征数据。所述的通讯单元15为一种具有远程无线通讯功能的无线通讯接口,例如支持GSM、GPRS、CDMA、WCDMA、TD-SCDMA以及WiMAX等通讯技术的通讯接口。该通讯单元15用于接收所述云健康服务平台2发送的用户的体征数据与医生给用户的饮食健康指数。所述发声装置16为一种低音喇叭或扬声器,用于采用语音的形式播放来提示用户在饮食周期内的饮食警告信息和健康饮食建议。所述的饮食警告信息和健康饮食建议也可以同步显示在所述的显示屏17上,该显示屏17为一种LCD或LED显示屏,其镶嵌在冰箱1的拉门表面上。
所述的存储器18可以为一种只读存储器ROM,电可擦写存储器EEPROM、或者快闪存储器FLASH等,用于存储组成所述健康饮食指导系统10的程序指令代码。所述微处理器19可以为一种微控制器(MCU)、数据处理芯片、或者具有数据处理功能的信息处理单元,用于执行所述健康饮食指导系统10来完成用户健康饮食的指导功能。
如图3所示,图3是本发明基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统较佳实施例的功能模块图。在本实施例中,所述的健康饮食指导系统10包括,但不仅限于,信息获取模块101、食品识别模块102、饮食判断模块103以及信息提醒模块104。本实施例所称的模块101-104是指一种能够被所述冰箱1的微处理器19执行并且能够完成固定功能的一系列计算机程序指令段,其存储在所述冰箱1的存储器18中。
所述的信息获取模块101用于当用户打开冰箱时,通过安装在冰箱1的拉门上的指纹识别器14识别出用户的指纹信息,并将指纹信息发送至云健康服务平台2中。当不同种类的食品分类存放在冰箱的每一个食品称重盘11时,该信息获取模块101启动连接至所述食品称重盘11上的计时器13开始记录食品的存放时间。当任一个食品称重盘11中的食品重量发生变化时,所述信息获取模块101还用于从云健康服务平台2的体征数据库20中获取用户的体征数据与医生给用户的饮食健康指数。
所述的食品识别模块102用于通过连接至所述食品称重盘11上的射频识别装置13扫描食品重量发生变化的食品称重盘11中食品标示码来识别该食品的类型,通过该食品称重盘11计算该食品的重量,并根据该食品的重量确定用户已食用的营养成份信息。例如,当食品从所述食品称重盘11中取出时,将原有食品重量减去现有食品重量可确定用户已食用该食品的重量,并根据该食品的营养成份含量即可计算出用户已食用的营养成份信息。
所述的饮食判断模块103从所述计时器12中获取时间信息来确定用户的饮食周期,根据用户的体征数据与用户已食用的营养成份信息确定用户在饮食周期内的当前饮食指数。所述的当前饮食指数是根据用户的体征数据与用户已食用的营养成份信息所反映出用户的当前饮食程度具体数值化,以便更能直观地反应用户的当前饮食程度的高低,例如,用数值范围为1-10的数值表示当前饮食指数,1表示当前饮食指数的最低状态,10表示当前饮食指数的最高状态,从数值1递增至数值10,分别描述了用户的当前饮食指数由最低状态变化到最高状态。
所述的饮食判断模块103还用于判断用户的当前饮食指数是否超过所述饮食健康指数。在本实施例中,所述用户的饮食健康指数由医生根据用户的体征数据及医生给用户建议的健康饮食意见确定的健康饮食量化指标,例如,但不仅限于,糖尿病患者的饮食健康指数定义为4、心血管病患者的饮食健康指数定义为5、以及肥胖症的饮食健康指数定义为6。所述的饮食判断模块103将用户的当前饮食指数是与从云健康服务平台2上获取的饮食健康指数作比较,来判断用户的当前饮食指数是否超过饮食健康指数。
所述的信息提醒模块104用于当用户的当前饮食指数超过饮食健康指数时,产生一条在下一个饮食周期内禁止用户食用被取出食品的警告信息,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,该信息提醒模块104还用于提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用该食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。所述信息提醒模块104可以通过所述发声装置16以语音提醒形式播放所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议来提醒用户改善健康饮食,也可以将所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议显示在所述显示屏17来提醒用户改善健康饮食。
为实现本发明目的,本发明还提供了一种基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,应用于所述冰箱1上,能够根据用户食用冰箱1内食品相关的饮食健康指数信息以及反应用户健康状况的体征数据,根据用户健康状况提供相应的饮食搭配信息以及饮食改善建议供用户参考。
如图4所示,图4是本发明基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法较佳实施例的流程图。在本较佳实施例中,所述的健康饮食指导方法应用于所述终端设备1中,该方法包括如下步骤S20至步骤S28,其中:
步骤S20,当冰箱1的拉门被打开时,信息获取模块101通过安装在冰箱1的拉门上的指纹识别器14识别出用户的指纹信息,并将所述指纹信息通过通讯单元15发送至云健康服务平台2。
步骤S21,当不同种类的食品分类存放在冰箱1的每一个食品称重盘11时,信息获取模块101启动连接至食品称重盘11上的计时器13开始记录食品的存放时间。
步骤S22,当任一个食品称重盘11中的食品重量发生变化(例如食品被取出)时,信息获取模块101根据用户的指纹信息通过所述通讯单元14从云健康服务平台2的体征数据库20中获取用户的体征数据与医生给用户的饮食健康指数,所述用户的饮食健康指数由医生根据用户的体征数据及医生给用户建议的健康饮食意见确定的健康饮食量化指标,例如,但不仅限于,糖尿病患者的饮食健康指数定义为4、心血管病患者的饮食健康指数定义为5、以及肥胖症的饮食健康指数定义为6。
步骤S23,食品识别模块102通过连接至所述食品称重盘11上的射频识别装置13扫描所述食品重量发生变化的食品称重盘11中食品标示码来识别该食品的类型。在本实施例中,每一食品称重盘11的外表面均粘贴有按照不同营养成份划分的唯一食品标示码,该食品标示码可以区别放置在每一个食品称重盘11中食品的养成份。
步骤S24,食品识别模块102通过该食品称重盘11中计算该食品的重量,并根据该食品的重量确定用户已食用的营养成份信息。例如,当食品从所述食品称重盘11中取出时,将原有食品重量减去现有食品重量可确定用户已食用该食品的重量,并根据该食品的营养成份含量即可计算出用户已食用的营养成份信息。
步骤S25,饮食判断模块103从所述计时器12中获取所述食品的存放时间来确定用户的饮食周期,并根据用户的体征数据与用户已食用的营养成份信息确定用户在饮食周期内的当前饮食指数。所述的当前饮食指数是根据用户的体征数据与用户已食用的营养成份信息所反映出用户的当前饮食程度具体数值化,以便更能直观地反应用户的当前饮食程度的高低,例如,用数值范围为1-10的数值表示当前饮食指数,1表示当前饮食指数最低的状态,10表示当前饮食指数最高的状态,从数值1递增至数值10,分别描述了当前饮食指数由最低的状态变化到最高的状态。
步骤S26,饮食判断模块103判断用户的当前饮食指数是否超过所述饮食健康指数。若用户的当前饮食指数超过所述饮食健康指数,流程则执行步骤S27;若用户的当前饮食指数没有超过所述饮食健康指数,流程则执行步骤S28。
步骤S27,信息提醒模块104产生一条在下一个饮食周期内禁止用户食用被取出食品的警告信息,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
步骤S28,信息提醒模块104提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用该食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
在本实施例中,所述信息提醒模块104可以通过发声装置16以语音提醒形式播放所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议来提醒用户改善健康饮食,也可以将所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议显示在显示屏17来提醒用户改善健康饮食。

  1. 一种基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统,应用于冰箱中,该冰箱通过通讯网络与设置在健康服务医院的云健康服务平台进行无线通讯,其特征在于,所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统包括:
    信息获取模块,用于当冰箱的拉门被开启时通过安装在冰箱的拉门上的指纹识别器识别出用户的指纹信息,当不同种类的食品分类存放在冰箱的每一个食品称重盘时启动连接至食品称重盘上的计时器记录食品的存放时间,当任一食品称重盘中的食品重量发生变化时,根据所述用户的指纹信息通过冰箱内的通讯单元从所述云健康服务平台的体征数据库中获取用户的体征数据与饮食健康指数;
    食品识别模块,用于通过连接至所述食品称重盘上的射频识别装置扫描食品重量发生变化的食品称重盘中的食品标示码来识别该食品的类型,通过该食品称重盘计算该食品的重量,并根据该食品的重量和食品的类型确定用户已食用的营养成份信息;
    饮食判断模块,用于从所述计时器中获取所述食品的存放时间来确定用户的饮食周期,并根据用户的体征数据与用户已食用的营养成份信息确定用户在饮食周期内的当前饮食指数;
    信息提醒模块,用于当用户的当前饮食指数超过饮食健康指数时产生一条用户在下一个饮食周期内禁止用户食用被取出食品的警告信息,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统,其特征在于,所述的信息提醒模块还用于当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据和已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统,其特征在于,所述的饮食判断模块还用于将用户的当前饮食指数与从所述云健康服务平台的体征数据库中获取的饮食健康指数作比较来判断用户的当前饮食指数是否超过饮食健康指数。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统,其特征在于,所述的信息提醒模块还用于当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据和已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统,其特征在于,所述的信息提醒模块还用于通过所述冰箱的发声装置以语音提醒形式播放所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议来提醒用户改善健康饮食。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导系统,其特征在于,所述的所述信息提醒模块还用于将所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议显示在镶嵌在冰箱门上的显示屏上来提醒用户改善健康饮食。
  7. 一种基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,应用于冰箱中,该冰箱通过通讯网络与设置在健康服务医院的云健康服务平台进行无线通讯,其特征在于,所述基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法包括步骤:
    当所述冰箱的拉门被开启时,通过安装在冰箱的拉门上的指纹识别器识别出用户的指纹信息;
    当不同种类的食品分类存放在冰箱的每一个食品称重盘时,启动连接至食品称重盘上的计时器记录食品的存放时间;
    当任一食品称重盘中的食品重量发生变化时,根据所述用户的指纹信息通过冰箱内的通讯单元从所述云健康服务平台的体征数据库中获取用户的体征数据与饮食健康指数;
    通过连接至所述食品称重盘上的射频识别装置扫描食品重量发生变化的食品称重盘中的食品标示码来识别该食品的类型;
    通过该食品称重盘中计算该食品的重量,并根据该食品的重量和食品的类型确定用户已食用的营养成份信息;
    从所述计时器中获取所述食品的存放时间来确定用户的饮食周期,并根据用户的体征数据与用户已食用的营养成份信息确定用户在饮食周期内的当前饮食指数;
    当用户的当前饮食指数超过饮食健康指数时,产生一条用户在下一个饮食周期内禁止用户食用被取出食品的警告信息,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    将用户的当前饮食指数与从所述云健康服务平台的体征数据库中获取的饮食健康指数作比较来判断用户的当前饮食指数是否超过饮食健康指数。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    当用户的当前饮食指数没有超过饮食健康指数时,提醒用户在下一个饮食周期内食用所述食品的最大重量,并根据用户的健康数据以及已食用的营养成份信息生成用户当前的饮食搭配建议。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    通过所述冰箱的发声装置以语音提醒形式播放所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议来提醒用户改善健康饮食。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的基于用户体征数据的健康饮食指导方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括步骤:
    将所述警告信息、食品的最大重量以及用户当前的饮食搭配建议显示在镶嵌在冰箱门上的显示屏上来提醒用户改善健康饮食。
