Description

一种信息处理方法、终端和服务器、计算机存储介质 技术领域
本发明涉及互联网技术,特别涉及一种信息处理方法、终端和服务器、计算机存储介质。
背景技术
随着智能终端的普及,利用智能终端可以在线实现很多生活服务,如通过在智能终端上安装基于互联网交易方式的应用(如微众银行、网商银行)等,可以实现缴费服务。又如余额宝、信用宝、微利贷等互联网金融产品,也是基于在智能终端上安装的应用来为用户提供生活服务,其中就包括实现互联网交易的功能。使用这些应用实现互联网交易时,更多的是基于互联网的便捷性的能力,实现传统的线下金融到互联网+的形态。
然而,使用这些应用实现互联网交易时,目前都很少利用互联网相比线下出色得多的数据分析能力。比如线下制定用户个人信用的时候,往往是简单的根据用户的历史交易流水、账户余额、工资收入水平来评定用户还款能力,制定信用额度。这种方式同样是通过线下信息交互(如双方合同约定的方式完成的),可见,这种信息交互最终得到的处理结果是不实时和准确的,仍以互联网交易为例,那么,在线下制定用户个人信用时仍然会导致处理结果为相对静态的评定结果,并不能准确的、实时的进行信用评级和额度授信。对于这个问题,现有技术中并未存在有效的解决方案。
发明内容
为解决现有存在的技术问题,本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法、终端和服务器、计算机存储介质,至少解决了现有技术中存在的上述问题。
本发明实施例提供一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
服务器获取第一终端发出的第一申请信息,所述第一申请信息是所述第一终端向与其直接关联的第二终端发出的;
所述服务器获取与所述第一申请信息相关的响应信息,所述响应信息包括所述第二终端对所述第一申请信息作出的第一响应信息,以及第三终端对第二申请信息作出的第二响应信息,所述第三终端与所述第二终端直接或间接相关,所述第二申请信息是所述第二终端和/或所述第三终端基于所述第一申请信息生成并向其直接相关的终端发出的;
所述服务器根据所述响应信息对所述第一申请信息进行处理。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进一步详细阐述。
现有技术中,基于在智能终端上安装的应用来为用户提供生活服务,其中 就包括实现互联网交易的功能。使用这些应用实现互联网交易时,通过线下信息交互(如双方合同约定的方式完成的),而这种信息交互最终得到的处理结果是不实时和准确的,仍以互联网交易为例,由于采用相对静态的评定方式,自然存在了很多弊端,于是传统金融在制定大额合同时,出现了如“再担保”、“联合担保”等综合的授信方式。这里,联合担保又称联保、分保、共同担保,是指两个以上的担保机构对同一债权提供担保。联合担保实质是担保法中的共同保证。即便是一种综合的结果,但是仍然不能准确的、实时的进行信用评级和额度授信。
在本发明实施例中,首先需要利用静态的互联网好友关系链,建立互联网金融用户间的网络图,然后利用网络图计算各个节点的信息熵,参见图8所示,然后折合一定比例,先对每个用户给出一定的初始信用额度。
这里,互联网好友的关系链是社交类网络公司的已有信息,此类信息可以被用在互联网金融公司的征信分析里。此外,需要说明的是,网络图节点的信息熵是指节点含有信息量的多少,节点在这里是指一个人,通过包括央行征信系统的查询,建议授信的金额。
在实际应用中,通过其他节点(人)的信息熵(征信金额)按比例折算后,像一个人x告知他的好友a,b,c等等分别可以给他担保的金额上限,来提高自己(x)的征信金额。用户申请额度调整,可以向朋友发送实时担保申请消息,不需要像传统信用卡提升额度那样需要进行几个月甚至几年的交易情况记录,互联网金融好友收到担保申请信息后,可以决定在上限额度范围内给出自己愿意帮好友做担保的金额,好友也可再向他的好友申请额度担保。
申请人的一个好友担保额度还没有用完,好友还能继续提供担保。如果好友的能担保的额度用完,可以提示好友向他的好友发起一个担保申请,好友可以把自己担保不了的金额分发给他的好友进行担保,相当于他的好友能担保征信额度,在第二层担保好友确认风险书的情况下,担保效力和第一层好友担保效力并无差别。额度和发起担保的数量无关,仅和发起的担保资金额总计有关。系统算法是计算发起很多个担保,稳定后,关系链中各个节点(人)还能为他 人担保的金额上限。
这里,所述申请消息可以携带希望好友能为自己的担保金额(在好友能担保金额的限制范围内)和风险说明。这里需要说明的是,所述上限额度是系统计算出稳定后,好友可担保的金额,这样可以降低多次担保带来的风险。不难理解,本发明实施例中需要好友有信用还款能力,联合担保的一个必要条件就是共担责任。
这样,好友之间可以担保相应的金额,通过社交网络实现金融担保的关系链,由此就建立起了一套深度更深的联合担保网。依据这些实时好友之间的申请和确认,可以利用pagerank算法,类似计算网页受欢迎程度类似,计算申请人在担保网络中的可提升额度(受欢迎程度)。
最终实现的效果是,用户可以通过多层级的担保,在可控风险范围内,最大化自己的授信额度,互联网金融公司也可以通过这种方式最大化自己的贷款收益。
本发明实施例中的信息处理方法主要包括以下步骤:
1、初始额度体系建立
参见图8所示,初始额度是由传统额度计算方法确认的,如查央行的征信记录,查当前申请人上传的收入证明,消费证明,税单等。央行征信记录金融机构可以自主申请查询,申请人资产方面的证明可以提示申请人上传。
以上描述为中国的征信体系,就美国的征信体系而言,美国的征信体系发展至今,全社会对于“信用”已经形成了成熟的认知。以“个人信用”为例,其内涵由:品德(Character)、能力(Capability)、资本(Capital)、条件(Condition)、担保品(Collateral)、稳定性(Stability)组成。同时,信用的边界也得到了明确的刻画,即对于用来量化信用的数据基础形成了共识。整个征信体系分为机构征信和个人征信,其中机构征信又分为资本市场信用和普通企业信用。资本市场信用机构有标普、穆迪、惠誉等,普通企业信用机构包括邓白氏等。而个人征信体系中,征信机构包括亿百利、爱克非、全联等。此外,美国征信体系中还有400多家区域性或专业性征信机构依附于上述七家机构,或向其提供数 据。以个人征信为例,产业链中第一环节是数据收集,其来源比较广泛,有利于机构更加全面的掌握个人的信用状况。然后是对数据进行标准化处理,例如,第二环节中,Metro 1及Metro 2是美国信用局协会制定的用于个人征信业务的统一标准数据报告格式和标准数据采集格式。这种标准是征信行业发展的非常重要的里程碑。第三环节是三大征信局对海量数据进行处理,进而形成信用产品,包括评分、报告等。最后是将数据应用于各种场景中,比如个人租房,办理贷款业务等等。就东南亚的征信体系而言,大数据对于普惠金融是非常直接的一个方式,有银行信贷记录的,大约只有60%或者70%。同时,亚太区其他市场,比如像印尼市场或者其他的一些东南亚市场,传统有银行记录的客户征信报告一般也会在50%、60%的水平线上。在整个新兴市场,有相当多的国家是没有银行信贷的,而他们却有比较旺盛的金融需求或者信贷的需求在里面,而这些往往是那些低收入的家庭、小企业。随着大数据的产生,其实是可以考虑,可以从另外一个层面来理解他们的信用状况,以及相关交易行为的状况。通过这些行为,实际上也是可以识别他的潜在风险。这一切就可以一方面帮助本来不能成为金融机构客户而成为了金融机构客户以后,而不敢授信的部分,金融机构也可以帮助他进行授信,这样大数据能够真正帮助客户获取金融机构的帮助,避免从一些更差的市场上去获取更大的风险的一些贷款。
2、实时联合担保申请,调整授信额度
参见图9所示,通过申请情况利用pagerank算法计算,每个节点(用户)调整之后的可申请额度(受欢迎程度)。如果好友愿意提供担保,信用额度可以通过关系链中的担保情况即时调整。
这里,所述pagerank算法是Google排名运算法则,PageRank算法用于网页排名,又称网页级别、是一种根据网页之间相互的超链接计算的技术,依据各个网站之间被调用的关系链情况,评定网页受欢迎程度的标准算法。PageRank算法作为网页排名的要素之一,可以用它来体现网页的相关性和重要性,在搜索引擎优化操作中是经常被用来评估网页优化的成效因素之一。PageRank算法通过网络浩瀚的超链接关系来确定一个页面的等级。Google把从A页面到B 页面的链接解释为A页面给B页面投票,Google根据投票来源(甚至来源的来源,即链接到A页面的页面)和投票目标的等级来决定新的等级。简单的说,一个高等级的页面可以使其他低等级页面的等级提升。
本发明实施例中终端方面的创新,是基于整体征信服务方案,可以通过终端来实现实时的联合担担保的操作,可以实时向好友发送希望好友担保的金额,好友可以在阅读过风险说明后即时确认。
3、用户额度调整
通过上述实时操作,完成额度申请,实现申请人和互联网金融公司的双方利益最大化。
通过利用社交关系链中,进行联合担保的方式,制定相应授信额度的规则,把线下的相对静态的联合担保,转移到互联网上,最终能实现更准确实时的信用评级,额度授信。最终实现的效果是,用户可以通过多层级的担保,在可控风险范围内,最大化自己的授信额度,互联网金融公司也可以通过这种方式最大化自己的贷款收益。
综上所述,本发明实施例实现了互联网形态下,在信息交互处理中使用线上和线下结合的动态评定方式,实现了联合担保,从而采用本发明实施例的这种信息交互最终得到的处理结果是实时和准确的,从而通过这种便捷实时的处理实现双方利益的最大化。
本发明实施例所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本领域内的技术人员应明白,本申请的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本申请可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本申请可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质上实施的计算机程序产品的形式,所述存储介质包括但不限于U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等。

本发明实施例的技术方案包括:服务器获取第一终端发出的第一申请信息,所述第一申请信息是所述第一终端向与其直接关联的第二终端发出的;所述服务器获取与所述第一申请信息相关的响应信息,所述响应信息包括所述第二终端对所述第一申请信息作出的第一响应信息,以及第三终端对第二申请信息作出的第二响应信息,所述第三终端与所述第二终端直接或间接相关,所述第二申请信息是所述第二终端和/或所述第三终端基于所述第一申请信息生成并向其直接相关的终端发出的;所述服务器根据所述响应信息对所述第一申请信息进行处理,使得整个基于互联网应用的信息交互所最终得到的处理结果是实时 和准确的,具体的,利用社交关系链进行联合担保,制定相应授信额度,把线下的相对静态的联合担保,转移到互联网上,实现更准确实时的信用评级,额度授信。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    服务器获取第一终端发出的第一申请信息,所述第一申请信息是所述第一终端向与其直接关联的第二终端发出的;
    所述服务器获取与所述第一申请信息相关的响应信息,所述响应信息包括所述第二终端对所述第一申请信息作出的第一响应信息,以及第三终端对第二申请信息作出的第二响应信息,所述第三终端与所述第二终端直接或间接相关,所述第二申请信息是所述第二终端和/或所述第三终端基于所述第一申请信息生成并向其直接相关的终端发出的;
    所述服务器根据所述响应信息对所述第一申请信息进行处理。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述第一申请信息包括请求担保金额和风险说明;
    所述响应信息包括确认担保金额。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    服务器获取所述第一终端的账户的征信记录和\或金融信息;
    根据所述征信记录和\或金融信息确定所述第一终端的第一信用额度;
    相应的,所述服务器根据所述响应信息对所述第一申请信息进行处理包括:
    所述服务器根据所述响应信息和所述第一信用额度采用预设的算法确定第二信用额度。
  4. 一种信息处理方法,所述方法包括:
    第一终端向与其直接关联的第二终端发出第一申请信息;
    接收与所述第一申请信息相关的响应信息,所述响应信息包括所述第二终端对所述第一申请信息作出的第一响应信息,以及第三终端对第二申请信息作出的第二响应信息,所述第三终端与所述第二终端直接或间接相关,所述第二申请信息是所述第二终端和/或所述第三终端基于所述第一申请信息生成并向其直接相关的终端发出的;
    接收服务器根据所述响应信息对所述第一申请信息进行处理的结果。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述第一申请信息包括请求担保金额和风险说明;
    所述响应信息包括确认担保金额。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    所述第一终端向所述服务器发送其账户的金融信息,以使所述服务器根据所述第一终端的账户的征信记录和\或金融信息确定所述第一终端的第一信用额度,并根据所述响应信息和所述第一信用额度采用预设的算法确定第二信用额度。
  7. 一种服务器,所述服务器包括:
    第一获取单元,配置为获取第一终端发出的第一申请信息,所述第一申请信息是所述第一终端向与其直接关联的第二终端发出的;
    第二获取单元,配置为获取与所述第一申请信息相关的响应信息,所述响应信息包括所述第二终端对所述第一申请信息作出的第一响应信息,以及第三终端对第二申请信息作出的第二响应信息,所述第三终端与所述第二终端直接或间接相关,所述第二申请信息是所述第二终端和/或所述第三终端基于所述第一申请信息生成并向其直接相关的终端发出的;
    处理单元,配置为根据所述响应信息对所述第一申请信息进行处理。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的服务器,其中,所述第一申请信息包括请求担保金额和风险说明;
    所述响应信息包括确认担保金额。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的服务器,其中,所述服务器还包括第三获取单元,配置为获取所述第一终端的账户的征信记录和\或金融信息;
    所述处理单元,配置为根据所述征信记录和\或金融信息确定所述第一终端的第一信用额度;以及根据所述响应信息和所述第一信用额度采用预设的算法确定第二信用额度。
  10. 一种终端,所述终端包括:
    发送单元,配置为向与其直接关联的第二终端发出第一申请信息;
    接收单元,配置为接收与所述第一申请信息相关的响应信息,所述响应信息包括所述第二终端对所述第一申请信息作出的第一响应信息,以及第三终端对第二申请信息作出的第二响应信息,所述第三终端与所述第二终端直接或间接相关,所述第二申请信息是所述第二终端和/或所述第三终端基于所述第一申请信息生成并向其直接相关的终端发出的;以及用于接收服务器根据所述响应信息对所述第一申请信息进行处理的结果。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的终端,其中,所述发送单元,还配置为向所述服务器发送其账户的金融信息,以使所述服务器根据所述第一终端的账户的征信记录和\或金融信息确定所述终端的第一信用额度,并根据所述响应信息和所述第一信用额度采用预设的算法确定第二信用额度;
    所述接收单元,配置为接收所述服务器根据所述响应信息和所述第一信用额度采用预设的算法确定的第二信用额度。
  12. 一种计算机存储介质,其中存储有计算机程序,该计算机程序用于执行上述权利要求1-3、权利要求4-6任一项所述的信息处理方法。
