Abstract

L'invention, intitulée « Agencement pour composite à matrice polymère destiné à la fabrication de portes, de cloisons, de meubles et analogues », concerne une forme de finition pour portes, battants, cadres de portes, stratifiés pour meubles, cloisons et boiseries, en plus d'autres applications, comprenant essentiellement trois couches, la première étant une couche épaisse à surface lisse et brillante formée uniquement d'une matrice polymère transparente conçue pour servir de renfort (1), laquelle couche, outre le fait de protéger le stratifié, offre une sensation de profondeur pour la seconde couche, dont la fonction est de décorer le stratifié avec du tissu, des motifs, des dessins, des messages, des dispositifs, des objets, des équipements ou tout autre type de matériel décoratif (2). Cette couche est jointe à une troisième couche, dite centrale, élaborée avec n'importe quel type de matériau structural, dont la fonction est la mise en forme, le remplissage, l'isolation thermique et acoustique et le blindage, entre autres (3). Lesdites couches sont jointes au moyen d'une résine polymère appelée matrice qui, après durcissement, permet que le présent stratifié se présente sous forme de solide massif unique, résistant, attractif et protégeant contre les intempéries l'objet qui le reçoit en tant que finition.
