首先如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种落粉咖啡漏斗,其主要包括漏斗组件2,漏斗组件2内具有一个可浮动的滤网组件3,滤网组件3的下方由滤网支架4支撑,且滤网支架4可调节高度地安装于漏斗组件2内。
所述的滤网组件3具有纵向截面大致呈T形的托架31。具体而言,托架31具有托盘311及位于托盘311下方的托杆312,托盘311的上表面与漏斗组件2的内壁相配合成为用于承装咖啡粉5的冲泡腔21,且托盘311的上表面边缘与漏斗组件2的内壁能够实现滑动密封。具体为,所述托盘311的上表面边缘为 软质材料,例如橡胶,且托盘311的上表面边缘的直径略大于漏斗组件2的内壁内径,以实现冲泡腔21底部的良好密封;或者,所述的托盘311的上表面边缘可设有滑动密封圈(图中未详示),滑动密封圈的外径略大于漏斗组件2的内壁内径,同样能够实现冲泡腔21底部的良好密封。
所述滤网支架4的中心具有通孔41,所述托杆312由上向下穿过通孔41并且托杆312的尾端与限位块33固定连接。限位块33的最大径向尺寸大于通孔41的孔径,因此限位块33能够对托杆312实现限位作用,确保托杆312无法脱离通孔41。
所述通孔41的周围具有不贯通的环槽42,环槽42的开口朝向托架31的方向。所述滤网组件3的托杆312上套设有复位弹簧32,复位弹簧32的一端顶抵于托盘311的下方,复位弹簧32的另一端顶抵于滤网支架4的环槽42内。由于滤网支架4固定于漏斗组件2内,因此滤网组件3受复位弹簧32的顶推作用,在漏斗组件2内是浮动的,而所述的限位块33能够限制滤网组件3浮动的高度。
其中,所述的限位块33上具有穿孔,而所述的托杆312的尾端内具有螺纹孔,可通过锁紧螺钉34穿过限位块33的穿孔再与托杆312的螺纹孔进行螺纹连接,实现限位块33与托杆312的固定。但是,限位块33与托杆312的连接方式并不以此为限,还可以是限位块33直接与托杆312进行螺纹连接,或是通过卡接、榫接、焊接、粘接等其他连接方式进行连接。
此外,漏斗组件2的冲泡腔21内部由至少两级不同内径的圆柱腔体构成,且冲泡腔21上方腔体的内径大于下方腔体的内径,便于咖啡粉借助于浮动的滤网组件3由较小内径的腔体移动到较大内径的腔体时与腔体内壁产生间隙,易于掉落。此外,为了保证冲泡腔21底部的密封,借助于限位块33的限位,使得托盘311始终处于冲泡腔21的下方腔体内,确保冲泡腔21底部的密封良好。再有,所述的托架31的托盘311的上表面边缘的外径需略大于冲泡腔21的下方腔体的内径,或者托盘311的上表面边缘所安装的滑动密封圈的外径需略大于冲泡腔21的下方腔体的内径。因此在向冲泡腔21内添加咖啡粉5时,即使托盘311并未沉到冲泡腔21的底部,托盘311仍然与冲泡腔21的下方腔体保持底部密封状态,咖啡粉5也不会从托盘311的边缘掉落进入漏斗组件2内部。
所述的漏斗组件2的上方对应地设有冲泡头1,所述的冲泡头1上套设有冲 泡头密封圈11,冲泡头密封圈11的外径需大于冲泡腔21上方腔体的内径,因此冲泡头密封圈11能够密封冲泡头1与冲泡腔21之间的间隙,实现冲泡腔21的密闭。其中,所述的冲泡头密封圈11可以采用O型密封圈,但并不以此为限。
本实施例所具有的自动落粉功能的工作原理是:请如图3所示,在煮咖啡前,将适量咖啡粉5添加到漏斗组件2的冲泡腔21内,并将多余咖啡粉3刮平,然后作用冲泡头1向下运动,接触到咖啡粉5后,将咖啡粉5及浮动的滤网组件3向下压缩,直到冲泡头1运动到设定位置,此时,咖啡粉5的体积被压缩、压紧,再启动煮咖啡程序进行酿造咖啡。再请如图4所示,酿造咖啡完成后,冲泡头1向上复位,同时,因冲泡头1释放对咖啡粉5的压力,复位弹簧32作用滤网组件3向上弹出,将咖啡粉5移动到漏斗组件2上方内径较大的腔体内,此时,将漏斗组件2取出并翻转,咖啡粉5因自身的重力作用自动掉落,与此同时,限位块33则确保滤网组件3不会脱离漏斗组件2,使用方便,设计人性化。
本发明还具有能够调节冲泡腔21容积的功能,具体请见图1和图2所示,所述的滤网支架4具有大体呈圆柱形的本体40,本体40的侧壁上均布有三组限位槽43,即每两组限位槽43与本体40的中心连线呈120°。每组限位槽43均具有沿本体40的轴向布置的至少两个卡位槽以及与每个卡位槽均连通的切换槽430,图1中所示的实施例中具有第一卡位槽431和第二卡位槽432,以及位于第一卡位槽431和第二卡位槽432同侧的切换槽430。
所述的漏斗组件2内部对应于滤网支架4的限位槽43的位置设有三个凸块22,当将滤网支架4装配于漏斗组件2内时,三个凸块22能够分别嵌入于限位槽43的其中一个卡位槽中,实现滤网支架4相对于漏斗组件2的高度调节,进而调节冲泡腔21的容积。当需要改变当前的冲泡腔21容积时,仅需旋转漏斗组件2,即可将凸块22从第一卡位槽431(或者第二卡位槽432)中滑出进入切换槽430,再将凸块22滑入第二卡位槽432(或者第一卡位槽431)中,完成对冲泡腔21容积的调节。
当然,限位槽43的数量以及相对应的凸块22的数量并不以三组为限,只要能够实现上述功能即可。
再有,为了更加省力的实现调节冲泡腔21容积的功能,还可以设置弹性复 位件,具体为,在滤网支架4的本体40在任意两个限位槽43之间还设有凸柱44,凸柱44沿本体40的径向方向向外延伸。所述的漏斗组件2的内部距离凸柱44一段预设距离处设有固定件23,在凸柱44与固定件23之间连接有调节弹簧45。在优选实施例中,所述的调节弹簧45可以沿水平方向延伸,使得滤网支架4能够沿水平方向被拉回。当凸块22需要从其中一个卡位槽滑入另一个卡位槽时,调节弹簧45能够促使滤网支架4自动滑入另一个卡位槽中且紧密配合。此外,采用调节弹簧45的弹性复位件结构,相比于其他采用弹性复位件的结构而言,本发明更易于装配,而且结构稳固,调节弹簧45不易脱落,使用寿命长。
此外,所述滤网支架4的下方还可以固定连接旋转套46,便于用户握住旋转套46即可轻易旋转滤网支架4,进而改变凸块22与卡位槽之间的位置关系,以调节冲泡腔21的容积。当然,所述的滤网支架4与旋转套46还可以一体成型。
为了方便旋转旋转套46,旋转套46的外部还可设有粗糙的纹路,或者各种能够增大摩擦阻力的结构。
本发明所具有的调节冲泡腔21容积功能的工作原理是:仅需握住旋转套46并水平旋转旋转套46,此时漏斗组件2的凸块22脱离其所卡紧的卡位槽并滑入到切换槽430,而后依据冲泡要求向上顶推或者向下拖拽滤网支架4,此时轻轻松开旋转套46,由于调节弹簧45沿水平方向延伸因此向滤网支架4施加了水平方向的拉力,滤网支架4即会在调节弹簧45的作用下反方向旋转并使凸块22滑入到指定的卡位槽中,完成冲泡腔21容积的调节,进而冲泡出不同量的咖啡。
咖啡粉5因自身的重力作用自动掉落,与此同时,限位块33则确保滤网组件3不会脱离漏斗组件2,使用方便,设计人性化。
实施二
本实施例与实施一不同之处在于复位弹簧32的设置位置以及限位块33与滤网支架4的配合连接结构,其它结构均相同,不做重复描述。
如图5-图7所示,所述托杆312上套设有复位弹簧32,复位弹簧32的一端抵设于滤网支架4上,复位弹簧32的另一端抵设于限位块33上,所述限位块33可上下移动地设于滤网支架4内。
更具体地,所述滤网支架4下部设有插孔47,插孔47中部位置设有限位台 42。所述限位块33包括上下依次连接的插部331和限位部332,所述限位部332与限位台42对应设置。
本实施例所具有的落粉功能的工作原理是:请如图6和图7所示,酿造咖啡完成后,冲泡头1向上复位,因冲泡头1释放对咖啡粉5的压力,因为本实施例中复位弹簧32的位置与实施例一不同,故本实施例中滤网组件3不会自动向上弹起,在本实施例没有操作倒粉前,咖啡粉5仍然置于漏斗组件2内,此时,将本发明移至垃圾桶前,将漏斗组件2翻转,外力按压限位块33,插部331在插孔47向下移动,当限位部332移至限位台42处时,限位块33停止向下移动,在限位块33整体向下移动过程中,推动托杆312和托盘311下方移动,咖啡粉5被推出漏斗组件2外,并在重力作用下掉出。后去除外力,复位弹簧32复位,拉动托杆312和托盘311回位。
本实施例的优点在于,因为复位弹簧32的位置与实施例一不同,故本实施例中滤网组件3不会自动向上弹起,造成咖啡粉5在没有到达指定位置时洒落,使用便利度极大地提高。
虽然没有显示出,但是本发明的落粉咖啡漏斗可以用于咖啡机。这种咖啡机也因此结构简单、使用方便。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果是:
1、借助于浮动的滤网组件弹出被压实的咖啡粉饼,在翻转漏斗组件时能够轻松去除咖啡漏斗内的咖啡粉饼,实现落粉功能,使用非常方便,而且清理效果显著。
2、借助于漏斗组件内的凸块以及滤网支架上的卡位槽,能够调节冲泡腔的容积,从而制作不同量的咖啡,一机多用。
虽然已经参考优选实施例对本发明进行了描述,但在不脱离本发明的范围的情况下,可以对其进行各种改进并且可以用等效物替换其中的部件。尤其是,只要不存在结构冲突,各个实施例中所提到的各项技术特征均可以任意方式组合起来。本发明并不局限于文中公开的特定实施例,而是包括落入权利要求的范围内的所有技术方案。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,包括漏斗组件,漏斗组件内具有一个可浮动的滤网组件,滤网组件的下方由安装于漏斗组件内的滤网支架弹性支撑。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述的滤网组件具有托盘及位于托盘下方的托杆,托盘的上表面与漏斗组件的内壁相配合成冲泡腔,且托盘的上表面边缘与漏斗组件的内壁能够实现滑动密封;所述滤网支架的中心具有通孔,所述托杆由上向下穿过通孔,所述通孔的周围具有不贯通的环槽,托杆上套设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端顶抵于托盘,复位弹簧的另一端顶抵于滤网支架的环槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述托杆的尾端与限位块固定连接,限位块的最大径向尺寸大于通孔的孔径。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述滤网组件包括托盘及连接托盘下表面的托杆,托盘的上表面与漏斗组件的内壁相配合成冲泡腔,且托盘的边缘与漏斗组件的内壁滑动密封;所述滤网支架的中心具有通孔,所述托杆由上向下穿过通孔与限位块固定连接,所述托杆上套设有复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端抵设于滤网支架上,复位弹簧的另一端抵设于限位块上,所述限位块可上下移动地设于滤网支架内。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的自动落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述滤网支架下部设有插孔,插孔中部位置设有限位台,所述限位块包括上下依次连接的插部和限位部,所述限位部与限位台对应设置。
  6. 根据权利要求2或4所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述的漏斗组件的冲泡腔内部由至少两级不同内径的圆柱腔体构成,且冲泡腔上方腔体的内径大于下方腔体的内径,所述托盘始终处于冲泡腔的下方腔体内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述的滤网支架能够调节高度地安装于漏斗组件内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述的滤网支架具有本体,本体的侧壁上均布有至少一组限位槽,每组限位槽均具有沿本体的轴向布置的至少两个卡位槽以及与每个卡位槽均连通的切换槽;所述的漏斗组件内部对应于滤网支架的限位槽的位置设有至少一个凸块,所述凸块能够嵌入于限位槽的其中一个卡位槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述本体上设有凸柱,凸柱沿本体的径向方向向外延伸;所述的漏斗组件的内部距离凸柱一段预设距离处设有固定件,在凸柱与固定件之间连接有调节弹簧。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述的调节弹簧沿水平方向延伸。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的落粉咖啡漏斗,其特征在于,所述滤网支架的下方设有旋转套。
  12. 一种咖啡机,其特征在于,所述咖啡机使用了根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的落粉咖啡漏斗。
