Claims (14)
- 一种显示面板,所述显示面板包括相对设置的第一基板和第二基板,所述第一基板的非显示区域设置有集成电路(IC),其中:所述非显示区域中除所述IC的设置区域之外的区域还设置有支撑部件,所述支撑部件的高度大于所述IC的高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述支撑部件的形状为圆柱形或长方体形。
- 根据权利要求2所述的显示面板,其中,当所述支撑部件的形状为圆柱形时,圆柱的直径为0.2mm。
- 根据权利要求3所述的显示面板,其中,所述支撑部件的个数为两个,且分布所述非显示区域的边缘位置处。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述支撑部件为玻璃胶材料制成。
- 根据权利要求5所述的显示面板,其中,所述第一基板的显示区域的边缘涂布有封框胶。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述支撑部件的高度与所述封框胶的高度相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述支撑部件自所述第一基板沿第一方向延伸的距离大于所述IC自所述第一基板沿所述第一方向延伸的距离;其中,所述第一方向垂直于所述第一基板并从所述第一基板朝指向所述第二基板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的显示面板,其中,所述IC与所述第二基板不接触。
- 根据权利要求6所述的显示面板,其中,所述封框胶为玻璃胶。
- 一种显示面板制作方法,包括:形成相对设置的第一基板和第二基板的步骤,其中,形成第一基板的步骤包括:在所述第一基板的非显示区域形成集成电路(IC);在所述非显示区域中除所述IC的设置区域之外的区域形成支撑部件,所 述支撑部件的高度大于所述IC的高度。
- 根据权利要求8所述的所述显示面板制作方法,其中:所述支撑部件为涂布的玻璃胶,所述第一基板的显示区域还涂布有封框胶,所述支撑部件的高度与所述封框胶的高度相同,所述支撑部件与所述封框胶使用同一工艺同时涂布形成。
- 根据权利要求12所述的所述显示面板制作方法,其中,所述封框胶为玻璃胶。
- 根据权利要求13所述的所述显示面板制作方法,还包括:将涂布的所述封装胶进行激光硬结工艺。
