Abstract

This invention discloses a type of a smart home management structure based on Instant Messaging (IM),in ascending order, there are network layer, IM layer and management layer. Network layer provide fundamental network passage for management control of smart home through Ethernet, Bluetooth, wireless local area network(WLAN),ZigBee, mobile internet and more. IM layer includes a lightweight IM client and server client, to be installed at user client and smart home appliance respectively, allowing smart home to communicate with user like a human using IM; management layer divided into management client and managed client, both are applications in IM client, being used for the management and control of smart home. The significance of the invention is: Based on IM channel, user able to manage smart home using IM interactions, improve the interactive experience of user towards smart home.

Technical Field
This invention is classified as smart home technology involving the integration of EVI and smart home appliances, especially involve in ways and means to utilize EVI channel to manage smart home appliances. Background Art
The concept, methods, technology and products of smart home robot arises a few years recently in the smart home appliances. They are mainly a module in smart hardware component or appliances, apply on managing smart home appliances. Nevertheless this method of management still remain in the command type of control, interaction message is very simple, equivalent to adding network feature to the appliances.
The smart features are justified by adding all types of sensors to the appliances, like thermal sensor and proximity sensor.
In the next 5 years, human will enter the smart home era, in light with the development of mobile internet and Internet-of-Things(IOT), people will be able to interact with their won smart home appliance at anytime and anywhere. Some manufacturer has also introduced specialized mobile application to be used for smart home management.
Moreover the personalized interaction with smart home robot based on EVI channel is undoubtedly very efficient, highly effective and full of imagination. Currently in the integration of EVI and smart home, only Tencent Holdings Limited releasing WeChat hardware industry solution. The solution uses WeChat and control interface provided by home appliance manufacturer to manage smart air-conditioner, smart TV and smart wearable devices, acquiring feedback message from the appliances. The solution merely provide a way to manage smart home appliance through WeChat, replacing the earlier mentioned mobile application, but does not treat the smart home appliances as WeChat users, there is no fundamental improvement in interactive experience and management capability.
This invention discloses a type of a smart home management structure based on Instant Messaging(IM), able to integrate human and smart home organically, each user has an EVI account regardless of human or smart home appliance, able to interact like humans and manage smart home appliances. The ideas of interaction that personate human, methods, technique and product are very creative.
Disclosure of Invention
The objective of this invention is to provide a type of smart home robot system based on EVI channel to interact with human, for the era of current mobile internet, Internet of Things(IOT)and smart home rapid development.
This invention discloses a type of a smart home management structure based on Instant Messaging(IM),in ascending order, there are network layer, EVI layer and management layer.
(1) Network layer
Network layer provide fundamental network passage for management control of smart home through Ethernet, Bluetooth, wireless local area network(WLAN),ZigBee, mobile internet and more.
(2) EVI layer
The layer includes a lightweight EVI client and server client, to be installed at user client and smart home appliance respectively, allowing smart home to communicate with user like a human using EVI. Additionally the client is divided into user client and smart home client, amongst them, the user client is installed to user's mobile phone, tablet computer, laptop computer, Personal Computer(PC)and other terminals; the smart home client will run in smart TV, smart air-conditioner, smart lighting, smart wearable devices, intelligent vehicles and other smart home appliances.
server client will run in smart home network gateway, the network gateway is the hub of a smart home management network, responsible to maintain the user list and smart home appliance list, all user and smart home appliance will have a unique EVI account, user will manage the normal operation of the smart home appliances through this network gateway. The layer supports network security features, the network communication of client to server client and amongst clients are encrypted, authentication is mandatory when network connection is created in between client to server client, as well as amongst clients. (3) Management layer
Management layer processes physical management control applications, including management client and managed client, to provide the remote management method to manage smart home. The management client of management layer is an application that runs in the user client, user manage smart home appliance through IM channel with the management client. The managed client is a type of application that runs in the smart home client of EVI layer, smart home will receive user's command and complete relevant task.
This invention discloses a type of a smart home management structure based on Instant Messaging(EVI), to provide user a type of method that utilizing EVI channel to manage smart home, user is able manage smart home via text, voice and command in Peer-to-peer(P2P)message or group message, consisting:
(1) Configuration: The user who is responsible to manage will configure to manage the smart home network gateway, creating EVI accounts at the network gateway for all users and smart home appliances.
(2) Create chat group: Any user can create P2P message or messaging group to pull in relevant users and smart home appliances. (3) Messaging: In P2P or group EVI, user manages smart home appliances through text, voice and commands.
The significance of the invention is: Based on EVI channel, user able to manage smart home using EVI interactions, improve the interactive experience of user towards smart home.
Description Of Drawings and Best Mode for Carrying Out The Invention FIG. l is the structure layer diagram of the invention - a type of a smart home management structure based on Instant Messaging(IM), in ascending order, there are network layer, EVI layer and management layer, actual application are as follows:
(1) Network layer
Network layer provide fundamental network passage for management control of smart home through Ethernet, Bluetooth, wireless local area network(WLAN),ZigBee, mobile internet and more. All human-machine interaction messages will go through network to transport. (2) EVI layer
The layer includes a lightweight EVI client and server client, to be installed at user client and smart home appliance respectively, allowing smart home to communicate with user like a human using EVI. Additionally the client is divided into user client and smart home client, amongst them, the user client is installed to user's mobile phone, tablet computer, laptop computer, Personal Computer(PC)and other terminals; the smart home client will run in smart TV, smart air-conditioner, smart lighting, smart wearable devices, intelligent vehicles and other smart home appliances,

A smart home management system consist of 3 key components, inclusive of User client, smart home appliances and smart home network gateway. In actual application, the User client represents the User client in network layer and EVI layer and management client in management layer in the 3 layer structure; smart home appliance represented the smart home client in network layer and EVI layer, as well as managed client in management layer; smart home network gateway only require to realize the network layer, which is the 2 level server client in EVI layer. In actual application, it is essential for EVI principal to work closely with smart home appliance manufacturer to develop smart home client in EVI layer, management client and managed in management layer, as well as the smart home network gateway. Smart home appliance manufacturer need to continuously expand the product feature, enhance the product functionality, and provide remote access interface. EVI principal to customize EVI client for the specific smart home appliance, add in voice recognition, semantic recognition and other functional modules, to enhance the intelligent feature of managing through EVI channel. FIG.3 is the diagram of the invention on a typical smart home management network. In a typical smart home management network, there are only 1 smart home network gateway, but having multiple users and smart home appliances, this is a typical star network topology, the smart home network gateway is the center. For example, in a family built smart home network, only require to procure 1 smart home network gateway, the users may include the father, mother and children, all the smart home appliances at home can be added into this smart home management network.
According to this invention that discloses a type of a smart home management structure method that based on Instant Messaging(EVI), in this scenario the father of the family becomes the administrator, he will be responsible in configuring the smart home network gateway, to create EVI account at the gateway for all users(Father, mother, children)and smart home appliances(for example: smart air-conditioner, TV, home theater system, lightings and more). Subsequently everyone in the family, including the father, mother and children can create P2P message or group messaging, to pull in relevant users and smart home appliances.
Here a big group inclusive of everyone and smart home appliances can be created, or creating specific small groups, for example, children can create a small group specifically targeting smart toy and lighting in children's room. After the group is created, people can manage smart home appliance through text, voice and command messages. This type of management is similar to interaction in between human, very natural and direct, this greatly enhanced the user's interaction experience and management capability towards smart home.

Claims

CLAIMS:
1. A type of a smart home management structure based on Instant Messaging(IM),in ascending order, there are network layer, EVI layer and management layer, the features consisting:
Network layer provide various network connection channel to smart home via wired and wireless communication channel. EVI layer to deploy lightweight EVI application, into client and server client, provide the interaction management method between human and machine for smart home.
Management layer processes physical management control applications, including management client and managed client, to provide the remote management method to manage smart home.
2. Referring to the "smart home management structure" mentioned in claim 1, the features consisting: to provide user a type of method that utilizing EVI channel to manage smart home, user is able manage smart home via text, voice and command in Peer-to-peer(P2P)message or group message.

Referring to the "smart home management structure" mentioned in claim 1, the features consisting: The mentioned network layer supports coaxial, twisted-pair, fiber optic cable and other wired network connection, as well as supporting mobile communication networks, Bluetooth, WLAN, ZigBee and other wireless network connections.

Referring to the "smart home management structure" mentioned in claim 1, the features consisting: the client in the network layer is divided into user client and smart home client, amongst them, the user client is installed to user's mobile phone, tablet computer, laptop computer, Personal Computer(PC)and other terminals; the smart home client will run in smart TV, smart air- conditioner, smart lighting, smart wearable devices, intelligent vehicles and other smart home appliances.
5. Referring to the "smart home management structure" mentioned in claim 1, the features consisting: the server client of IM layer will run in smart home network gateway, the network gateway is the hub of a smart home management network, responsible to maintain the user list and smart home appliance list, all user and smart home appliance will have a unique IM account, user will manage the normal operation of the smart home appliances through this network gateway.

Referring to the "smart home management structure" mentioned in claim 1, the features consisting: the IM layer supports network security features, the network communication of client to server client and amongst clients are encrypted, authentication is mandatory when network connection is created in between client to server client, as well as amongst clients.
7. Referring to the "smart home management structure" mentioned in claim 1, the features consisting: the management client of management layer is an application that runs in the user client, user manage smart home appliance through IM channel with the management client.
8. Referring to the "smart home management structure" mentioned in claim 1, the features consisting: the managed client of management layer is a type of application that runs in the smart home client of IM layer, smart home will receive user's command and complete relevant task.
9. Referring to the "a type of method that utilizing EVI channel to manage smart home" mentioned in claim 2, the features consisting:
(1) Configuration: The user who is responsible to manage will configure to manage the smart home network gateway, creating EVI accounts at the network gateway for all users and smart home appliances.
(2) Create chat group: Any user can create P2P message or messaging group to pull in relevant users and smart home appliances. (3) Messaging: In P2P or group EVI, user manages smart home appliances through text, voice and commands.
