The smart appliance 100 may process the message of the social software through a built-in natural language processing device, or may process the message of the social software through a cloud processing method. The intelligent home appliances 100 may communicate wirelessly to exchange control information and data.
The household appliance user may install a social software client in a user terminal (or called terminal device) 200, such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, or a smart terminal. These social software clients may include, but are not limited to, WeChat, microblog, QQ, facebook, Twitter, or other interactive apps with group communication capabilities. The user terminal 200 realizes data connection with the social software server 300 through the social software client, and performs message interaction.
Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an intelligent appliance 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention. The smart appliance 100 may generally include: a memory 120 and a processor 110, wherein a computer program 121 is stored in the memory 120, and the computer program 121 is used for implementing the intelligent appliance control method based on the social software group function of the embodiment when being executed by the processor 110. The processor 110 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a digital processing unit, or the like. The processor 110 transceives data through the communication interface. A memory 120 for storing programs executed by the processor 110. The memory 120 is any medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, or a combination of memories. The computer program 121 may be downloaded from a computer-readable storage medium to a corresponding computing/processing device (the intelligent appliance 100 or a control device of the intelligent appliance 100) or downloaded to the intelligent appliance 100 or a control device of the intelligent appliance 100 or an external storage device via a network (e.g., the internet, a local area network, a wide area network, and/or a wireless network).
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent household appliance control method based on a social software group function according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the intelligent household appliance control method based on the social software group function may generally include:
step S302, a group request from a social software client is obtained; the smart home appliance 100 may output the identification code through a screen or attach a label with the identification code in advance. The identification code can be a two-dimensional code or other pictures or characters capable of displaying the identification of the household appliance. When a household appliance user establishes a household appliance control group, the household appliance user can obtain the identification of household appliance equipment by scanning the two-dimensional code or other modes, and then sends a group request through the social software client. The social software server 300 sends a group request to the smart appliances 100. The smart appliance 100 gets a group request from the social software client.
The process of establishing the household appliance control group is similar to the process of establishing a communication group between a plurality of social software clients, and a household appliance user can use each intelligent household appliance 100 as a communication object. The smart appliances 100 manage their respective social software accounts and process messages. The social software client in the user terminal 200 may be used as an administrator of the appliance control group, and may add (add a new intelligent appliance 100 to the appliance control group), delete (delete an already-deactivated intelligent appliance 100 to the appliance control group), or modify (modify information of the intelligent appliance 100 to the appliance control group) the intelligent appliances 100 of the appliance control group according to the configuration of the intelligent appliances 100.
The social software client of the appliance user may also configure the social software account of the smart appliance 100, for example, determine the type of the smart appliance 100 according to the identifier of the smart appliance 100; the functions of the intelligent appliance 100 are recorded in order to determine appliance control commands that the intelligent appliance 100 can perform. Since different kinds of intelligent home appliances 100 have different functions, the types of the intelligent home appliances 100 can be identified according to their identities, and the functions and home appliance control commands that can be executed can be further identified. For example, for an air conditioner, the temperature control range and the air volume range of the air conditioner, whether optional functions such as humidity control, fresh air, purification and the like are arranged, and a corresponding household appliance control command can be determined. For example, for a smart tv, the volume, video source, channel, playing progress, etc. of the smart tv may be determined.
In this embodiment, the home appliance user sets up the smart home appliance 100 through the social software client. For example, in the case that a controlled range includes multiple intelligent air conditioners, a household appliance user can set specific information of the intelligent air conditioners through a social software client, and annotate social accounts of the intelligent air conditioners as a living room air conditioner, a main lying air conditioner and a secondary lying air conditioner; for another example, the user of the home appliance may note the social account number of the smart home appliance 100 as another nickname according to his or her own habit. That is, the user of the household appliance can perform the user-defined setting on the intelligent household appliance 100, thereby perfecting the installation position of the household appliance, the use habit of the user, and the like.
And step S304, joining the household appliance control group according to the group request. The smart appliance 100 responds to the group request to allow joining the appliance control group. When joining the household appliance control group, the intelligent household appliance 100 may verify the social software client of the group, and determine whether the request is sent by the user terminal 200 with the control authority, so as to improve the security of data and avoid illegal control. For example, the intelligent home appliance 100 only responds to a group request from the user terminal 200 that has acquired the control authority.
The household appliance control group can be a WeChat group, a QQ group, a microblog discussion group, or other communication groups of the interactive app.
Step S306, acquiring the household appliance control command issued in the household appliance control group.
In some embodiments, the home appliance control command may be extracted from a control message issued in a home appliance control group. That is, the intelligent household appliance 100 obtains the control message issued in the household appliance control group; the appliance control command is extracted from the control message. The control message may be a natural language message such as text information, voice information, etc.
The user may send a natural language message according to the usage method of the social software client group, for example, may input a text or voice "turn on bedroom air conditioner", or "sound is too loud". The user adopts this kind of natural mode to carry out household electrical appliances control, and the learning cost is low, uses and experiences better. Because the social software client is used as an interactive interface, development of a special App or a special program interface is avoided, and the user can accept the application more easily.
When extracting the household appliance control command, firstly determining whether the natural language message is text information; if the message is not text message, other natural language message is converted into text message. By performing character analysis on the text information, keywords and semantics can be determined, wherein the keywords can include household appliance identification, household appliance name, control item, control target, target parameter and the like.
The step of extracting the appliance control command from the control message may include: determining whether the control message indicates that the intelligent appliance 100 is a target controlled appliance; and if so, analyzing the control message to obtain the household appliance control command. That is, the intelligent home appliance 100 first determines whether a target controlled home appliance to be controlled by the home appliance user is itself, and analyzes the control message by the target controlled home appliance to obtain a home appliance control command. Other appliances in the appliance control group may ignore the control message.
In an alternative embodiment, the step of determining whether the control message indicates that the smart appliance 100 is the target controlled appliance may be: and judging whether the control message contains the identification information of the intelligent household appliance 100, if so, determining that the intelligent household appliance 100 is the target controlled household appliance. The identification information may be a name of the smart appliance 100, a social software account, or information preset by a user. For example, when the control message includes a keyword of "air conditioner in living room", it may be determined that the control message includes identification information of the intelligent home appliance 100 of "air conditioner in living room".
In another alternative embodiment, the step of determining whether the control message indicates that the smart appliance 100 is the target controlled appliance may be: carrying out semantic analysis on the control message to obtain control target information; and performing information interaction with other household appliances in the household appliance control group according to the control target information to determine whether the intelligent household appliance 100 is a target controlled household appliance. That is, if the control information does not explicitly include the identification information of the smart appliance 100, the semantic parsing result of the control information includes: control target information such as "temperature too low", "temperature raised", "volume too large", "i want to see a certain channel". The intelligent home appliances 100 in the home appliance control group may determine the target controlled home appliance through information interaction. That is, the intelligent appliances 100 in the appliance control group can automatically select the target controlled appliance through information interaction.
The above process of information interaction between the intelligent appliance 100 and other appliances in the appliance control group may include: matching the control target information with the self-function of the intelligent household appliance 100; broadcasting the matching result to other household appliances in the household appliance control group, and receiving the matching result sent by other household appliances in the household appliance control group; if only the matching result of the intelligent household appliance 100 is suitable for completing the function corresponding to the control target information; the smart appliance 100 is considered as the target controlled appliance. That is, the intelligent home appliance 100 further determines whether it is the only device capable of performing the corresponding function if the corresponding function can be performed by matching the control target information with the function of itself. For example, for the control target information for adjusting the temperature, the smart air conditioner may determine that the function of adjusting the temperature can be completed, and broadcast the message. If only one intelligent air conditioner exists in the household appliance control group, the intelligent air conditioner can determine that the intelligent air conditioner is the target controlled household appliance through information interaction with other household appliances in the household appliance control group.
The information interaction process (the broadcasting process of the matching result) of the intelligent air conditioner can be carried out in a communication mode of a household appliance interconnection protocol or other Internet of things, and can also be carried out in a private message interaction mode among social account numbers instead of a mode of issuing messages in a household appliance control group, so that the interference to users is avoided. After the intelligent air conditioner is added into the household appliance control group according to the group request, other household appliances in the household appliance control group can be automatically identified, and communication connection is established between the intelligent air conditioner and the other household appliances. For example, a communication channel can be directly established through Wi-Fi, Zigbee and the like, or social account numbers of other home appliances can be directly added.
The matching result of the intelligent home appliance 100 is suitable for completing the function corresponding to the control target information, and when there is another home appliance matching result suitable for completing the function corresponding to the control target information in the home appliance control group, that is, when there is a plurality of intelligent home appliances 100 in the home appliance control group that can complete the function corresponding to the control target information. The smart appliance 100 may reply to the candidate message in the appliance control group for selection by the user of the smart appliance 100. The candidate information may include information of the intelligent appliance 100 itself, and if necessary, the human-computer interaction device (screen, etc.) of the intelligent appliance 100 may output information corresponding to the candidate information in a matching manner. For example, a plurality of intelligent air conditioners exist in a household appliance control group for control target information for adjusting temperature. Then multiple intelligent air conditioners can respectively reply self information in the household electrical control group, such as 'air conditioner in living room for selection' and 'air conditioner in living room for selection'.
After the step of replying the candidate message in the household appliance control group, the intelligent household appliance 100 may further obtain a selection instruction issued in the household appliance control group; and judging whether the selection instruction indicates that the intelligent household appliance 100 is selected as the target controlled household appliance or not, and if so, determining that the intelligent household appliance 100 is the target controlled household appliance. That is, after receiving the candidate information replied from the intelligent home appliances 100 in the home appliance control group through the user terminal 200, the home appliance user may further issue a selection instruction to designate one or more of the plurality of intelligent home appliances 100 to be selected as target controlled home appliances. For example, after seeing candidate information of "air conditioner in living room for you to select" and "air conditioner in living room for you to select", the home appliance user can designate the air conditioner in living room as a target controlled home appliance by replying "turn on air conditioner in living room", and execute a corresponding function.
In the method for controlling an intelligent household appliance based on the social software group function according to this embodiment, the intelligent household appliance 100 has social software processing capability and is pre-assigned with a social software account. In the control process, the intelligent household appliance 100 acquires a group request from a social software client; joining the household appliance control group according to the group request; acquiring a household appliance control command issued in a household appliance control group; and finally executing the household appliance control command. The intelligent home appliance 100 may automatically process a message of the home appliance control group, determine whether it is a target controlled home appliance, and process a home appliance control command after determining that it is the target controlled home appliance.
Because the household appliance user sends out a household appliance control command in the household appliance control group through the social software client component, and intelligent control is automatically completed. Because the social software client is used as a control interface for control, the installation of the special App for the intelligent household appliance is avoided. In addition, the operation process of the household appliance user in the control process, namely the interaction process of the group in the social software client side, does not need the household appliance user to learn and be familiar with the control interface, and the use experience is greatly improved.
Taking the control of a plurality of intelligent air conditioners as an example, a household appliance user utilizes a social software client to establish a household appliance control group with three air conditioners, and the household appliance control group respectively comprises a living room air conditioner, a bedroom air conditioner and a study room air conditioner. When the household appliance user needs to start the air conditioner in the living room, a message of 'opening the air conditioner in the living room' or '@ air conditioner in the living room' can be input through the household appliance control group in the social software client, and the message is provided for three intelligent air conditioners in the household appliance control group through the social software server 300. And the three intelligent air conditioners respectively analyze the messages, wherein if the living room air conditioner determines that the living room air conditioner is the target controlled household appliance, the control message is further analyzed to obtain a household appliance control command of 'starting'. The bedroom air conditioner, the study room air conditioner can ignore the message. The living room air conditioner can determine initial starting parameters (such as refrigeration, target temperature of 24 ℃, medium wind speed and circulating wind) according to the use habits of users, or default settings or environmental parameters of the living room air conditioner, and after the starting is finished. The air conditioner in the living room can also reply that refrigeration is opened, the target temperature is 24 ℃, the medium wind speed and the circulating wind are realized in the household electrical control group, if the user continues to reply the wind speed increase, the air conditioner in the living room can further acquire the household electrical control command of the wind speed increase, and after corresponding actions are executed, execution results are replied in the household electrical control group, so that the control is completed in a group conversation mode.
When the household appliance user needs to start the sleep mode, a message of 'i want to sleep' can be input through the household appliance control group in the social software client, and the message is provided to the three intelligent air conditioners through the social software server 300. And the three intelligent air conditioners analyze the messages respectively, and if the identification information of the three intelligent air conditioners is not determined, matching the sleep control target information with the functions of the three intelligent air conditioners. If the three intelligent air conditioners are all pre-configured with sleep modes, the matching results are respectively broadcast and sent to indicate that the three intelligent air conditioners can finish the sleep modes. At the moment, the three intelligent air conditioners all receive the matching result, and determine that other household appliances capable of completing functions exist in the household appliance control group besides the three intelligent air conditioners. At the moment, the three intelligent air conditioners respectively reply candidate messages in the household electrical appliance control group, namely that the living room air conditioner can enter a sleep mode, the study room air conditioner can enter the sleep mode and the bedroom air conditioner can enter the sleep mode. The home appliance user may issue a selection instruction designating the bedroom air conditioner as a target controlled home appliance by inputting "bedroom" in the home appliance control group or clicking an entry of the bedroom air conditioner. The bedroom air conditioner enters a sleep mode after determining that the target controlled household appliance is the target controlled household appliance, and returns to the 'starting sleep mode' in the household appliance control group.
The intelligent control method for a household electrical appliance group in this embodiment is not limited to the control of an intelligent air conditioner, and a person skilled in the art can perform intelligent control on other intelligent household electrical appliances according to the description of the above embodiment.
The intelligent control method for the household appliance group can process the household appliance control command in the form of natural language message input by a household appliance user through social software and automatically complete control. And the social software is adopted for control, so that the installation of the special App for the intelligent household appliance is avoided. In addition, the operation process of the household appliance user in the control process, namely the interaction process of the group in the social software, does not need the household appliance user to learn and be familiar with the control interface, and the use experience is greatly improved.
Thus, it should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while a number of exemplary embodiments of the invention have been illustrated and described in detail herein, many other variations or modifications consistent with the principles of the invention may be directly determined or derived from the disclosure of the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of the invention should be understood and interpreted to cover all such other variations or modifications.
