背景技术

通过本发明实施例的技术方案,在销售终端POS产生刷卡交易后,获取卡绑定的终端识别号码;获取与终端识别号码对应的移动终端的产生刷卡交易时的位置,以及移动终端所处位置的POS数量;在移动终端所处位置的POS的数量为多台时,根据该位置与POS注册位置的匹配结果和/或卡与多台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息。上述技术方案通过产生交易的卡绑定的终端识别号码来确定该终端识别号码对应的终端的位置方式,使得识别POS机套现的方式更加高效,解决了相关技术中基于销售终端POS进行套现难以识别的问题。

具体实施方式
下文中将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
需要说明的是,本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”等是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。
在本实施例中提供了一种基于销售终端(POS)套现的确定方法,图1是本发明实施例的基于POS套现的确定方法的流程图,如图1所示,该方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S102:在POS产生刷卡交易后,获取卡绑定的终端识别号码;
步骤S104:获取与终端识别号码对应的移动终端在产生刷卡交易时的位置信息,以及移动终端所处位置的POS数量;
步骤S106:在所述位置的POS数量为多台时,根据所述位置信息与该产生刷卡交易的POS的注册位置的匹配结果确定是否上报预警信息,和/或,根据卡与所述位置的每台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息。
通过上述技术方案,在POS产生刷卡交易后,获取卡绑定的终端识别号码,进而获取与终端识别号码对应的移动终端在产生刷卡交易时的位置,以及移动终端所处位置的POS数量。在所述位置的POS数量为多台时,根据该位置与POS的注册位置的匹配结果,和/或,卡与所述位置的每台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息。可见,在本实施例中通过与产生交易的卡绑定的终端识别号码来确定该终端识别号码对应的终端的位置的方式,使得识别POS套现的方式更加高效,解决了相关技术中基于POS进行套现难以识别的问题。
可选地,对于本实施例中步骤S106中可以通过如下方式实现根据位置与该POS的注册位置的匹配的结果确定是否上报预警信息:
在注册信息显示多台POS的注册位置都相同,且该位置与所述POS注册位置相符时,禁止上报预警信息;
在注册信息显示多台POS的注册位置不都相同时,且位置指示为非法经营场所时,上报预警信息。
可选地,对于本实施例步骤S106中可以通过如下方式实现根据卡与多台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息:
获取卡与每台POS的交易记录;
在卡仅与多台POS中的部分POS产生刷卡交易,且数卡交易具有时间上有关联的交易顺序时,上报预警信息;
在卡不存在与多台POS中的部分POS产生刷卡交易时,禁止上报预警信息。
通过上述两种可选实施方式可知,在本实施例无论是根据POS注册位置,还是根据卡与每台POS的交易记录确定是否上报报警信息,都无需对相关的POS进行改造,可见本实施例中的技术方案高效而且快捷。
需要说明的是,本实施例中涉及到的终端识别号码可选为手机号码,此外,本实施例中涉及到的卡可以是:银行卡、信用卡。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到根据上述实施例的方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台终端设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明实施例的方法。
在本实施例中还提供了一种基于销售终端POS套现的确定装置,该装置用于实现上述实施例及可选实施方式,已经进行过说明的不再赘述。如以下所使用的,术语“模块”可以实现预定功能的软件和/或硬件的组合。尽管以下实施例所描述的装置较佳地以软件来实现,但是硬件,或者软件和硬件的组合的实现也是可能并被构想的。
图2是本发明实施例的基于销售终端POS套现的确定装置的结构框图,如图2所示,该装置包括:
第一获取模块22,设置为在销售终端POS产生刷卡交易后,获取与卡绑 定的终端识别号码;
第二获取模块24,与第一获取模块22耦合连接,设置为获取与终端识别号码对应的移动终端在产生刷卡交易时的位置,以及移动终端所处位置的POS数量;
确定模块26,与第二获取模块26耦合连接,设置为在移动终端所处位置的POS的数量大于1台时,根据该位置与产生所述刷卡交易的POS的注册位置匹配的结果确定是否上报预警信息,和/或,根据卡在所述位置的每台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息。
图3是本发明实施例的基于销售终端POS套现的确定装置的可选结构框,如图3所示,在图2所述基于销售终端POS套现的确定装置的基础上,确定模块26包括:
第一禁止单元32,设置为在注册信息显示多台POS为注册位置都相同,且位置与产生所述刷卡交易的POS的注册位置匹配时,禁止上报预警信息;
第一上报单元34,与第一禁止单元32耦合连接,设置为在注册信息显示多台POS注册位置不都相同,且所述位置指示为非法经营场所时,上报预警信息。
图4是根据本发明实施例的基于销售终端POS套现的确定装置的可选结构框,如图4所示,在图2所述基于销售终端POS套现的确定装置的基础上,确定模块26包括:
获取单元42,设置为获取卡在所述位置的每台POS的交易记录;
第二上报单元44,与获取单元42耦合连接,设置为在所述卡仅与所述每台POS中的特定一台或多台POS产生刷卡交易,且在所述特定一台或多台POS上的刷卡交易的时间具有交易顺序时,上报所述预警信息;
第二禁止单元46,与获取单元46耦合连接,设置为在所述卡不存在与所述每台POS中的特定一台或多台POS产生刷卡交易时,禁止上报所述预警信息。
可选地,本实施例中涉及到的终端识别号码包括手机号码。此外,本实施例中涉及到的卡可以是:银行卡、信用卡。
下面结合具体示例进一步本发明实施例的技术方案:
本示例提供了一种信用卡套现识别系统,图5是本示例的信用卡套现识别装置的结构框图,如图5所示,该装置包括:套现分析模块和位置服务模块,其中套现分析模块与金融机构的交易处理系统交互;位置服务模块与电信运营商位置服务业务系统交互;交易处理系统是指现存在的POS交易处理系统、银行卡交易管理系统等等,指与本系统有交互的金融机构所有系统。
需要说明的是,本示例中的位置服务模块对应上述实施例中的第二获取模块;套现分析模块对应上述实施例中的第一获取模块和确定模块。图6是根据本示例的装置与外部系统的布署以及连接方式示意图,如图6所示,系统的每个模块均依托于服务器运行,该系统可在一台或多台服务器上运行,与交易处理系统及运营商位置服务业务系统通过因特网(Internet)方式连接,便于在全国分布式处理和管理。为保证信息传输的安全性,信用卡套现识别系统与交易处理系统、运营商位置服务业务系统可采用VPN(Virtual Private Network,虚拟专网)或其它安全传输技术。
基于本示例的信用卡套现识别装置,本示例还提供了一种信用卡套现确定方法,该方法的步骤包括:
步骤S202:当POS机产生刷卡交易时,交易处理系统将交易相关信息和POS终端相关信息通过网络传送给套现分析模块;其中,交易信息中包含有刷卡消费用户绑定的手机号(或其它类似利用移动网络的终端的识别号)等。
步骤S204:套现分析模块接收到相关信息后,提取卡主信用卡绑定的手机号码,将其发送给位置服务模块;
步骤S206:位置服务模块从运营商位置服务业务系统获取手机的定位信息;
步骤S208:信用卡套现识别系统根据手机号码获取该手机的即时位置后,再综合POS终端相关注册位置或卡主其它交易信息,进行套现识别判断,如果存在套现可能,则发出“套现预警”。其中,如果该位置发现多台POS机,且注册位置与所述产生刷卡交易的POS的位置不符,则可能该位置为套现窝 点,如果该位置POS机为一台或多台,则查询刷卡者的所有卡的相关交易记录,如果记录显示该刷卡者交易总与特定几台POS机相关,且存在每个卡在时间上有关联交易顺序等,则可能为个人恶意套现。
下面结合具体应用场景对本示例的技术方法进行详细说明:
图7是本发明场景的信用卡套现识别系统的结构框,如图7所示,本场景下可将套现分析模块在软件上更细分为接口模块、银行卡手机绑定分析模块、套现识别模块三部分;其中,接口模块与交易处理系统交互,有效隔离不同交易处理系统的变化,以保证系统核心部分即套现识别模块受到的影响小;银行卡手机绑定分析模块用于过滤那些银行卡与手机经常分离的交易,这些交易会增加系统对于套现识别的误判率。
基于图7中信用卡套现识别装置,在本场景中,信用卡套现识别方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S302:POS机刷卡消费,接口模块从交易处理系统获取刷卡交易信息(如:卡号、持卡人手机号等)及POS终端相关信息(如商户代码及终端号、注册登记地址等);
步骤S304:接口模块提取卡主手机号等信息后,发送给银行卡手机绑定分析模块进行卡号、手机号绑定分析;
其中,如果该用户手机与卡属于长期分离状态,则表明该用户卡暂时对于信用卡套现识别无效;如果该用户手机与卡常期一起携带,则表明该用户卡对于信用卡套现识别有效;记录分析结果。
步骤S306:接口模块将卡号与手机绑定分析的结果及其它信息发送给套现识别模块,套现识别模块根据此结果;
其中,如果卡与手机是分离状态,则本次信用卡套现识别终止;如果卡与手机是绑定状态,则需查询当前手机位置。
步骤S308:套现识别模块向位置服务模块查询手机位置;
步骤S310:位置服务模块分析手机号,向对应的运营商位置服务业务系统查询该手机号的定位信息;
步骤S312:套现识别模块获取手机位置后,将该POS机标记为该位置, 并以该位置查询该位置的所有POS机。其中,如果该位置出现多台POS机且明显非商户聚集地,则可能为非法套现窝点;如果多台POS机登记地址均不相同,则更可能是非法套现窝点,系统输出“套现预警”,由相关专家作更进一步判断;如果该位置仅一台或几台POS机;a.查询该POS机的交易记录,如果交易量少且其中某个交易者(持有多卡)交易频次偏高,则可能是个人养卡套现者,通过以持卡者姓名查询其持有的所有银行卡交易记录分析佐证(如该持卡者总在特定几台POS机消费,其所持有卡间时间上有关联交易顺序等),并输出“套现预警”;记录POS机位置及卡信息,用于后续查询。
通过本可选实施例,克服相关技术中存在的对信用卡套现检测纯粹依赖数据分析技术,难以发现专业、职业套现的问题和缺陷,提供一种更高效的以消费位置为主、数据分析技术为辅的方案来侦查信用卡套现的方法和装置,使得能够更加确定职业信用卡套现方式。
需要说明的是,上述各个模块是可以通过软件或硬件来实现的,对于后者,可以通过以下方式实现,但不限于此:上述模块均位于同一处理器中;或者,上述模块分别位于多个处理器中。
本发明实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质中存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令被执行时实现基于POS套现的确定方法。
显然,本领域的技术人员应该明白,上述的本申请的各模块或各步骤可以用通用的计算装置来实现,它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上,或者分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上,可选地,它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现,从而,可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行,并且在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤,或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块,或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。这样,本申请不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。
以上所述仅为本申请的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本申请,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本申请可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本申请的精神和 原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本申请的保护范围之内。

上述技术方案可以有效识别POS套现。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于销售终端POS套现的确定方法,包括:
    在POS产生刷卡交易后,获取与所述卡绑定的终端识别号码;
    获取与所述终端识别号码对应的移动终端在产生所述刷卡交易时的位置,以及所述移动终端所处位置的POS数量;
    在所述移动终端所处位置的POS数量大于1时,根据所述位置与产生所述刷卡交易的POS的注册位置匹配的结果确定是否上报预警信息,和/或,根据所述卡在所述位置的多台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述位置与产生所述刷卡交易的POS注册位置匹配的结果确定是否上报预警信息包括:
    在注册信息显示所述多台POS注册位置都相同,且所述移动终端所处位置与产生所述刷卡交易的POS的注册位置相匹配时,禁止上报所述预警信息;
    在所述注册信息显示所述多台POS注册位置不都相同,且所述移动终端所处位置指示为非法经营场所时,上报所述预警信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据所述卡在所述位置的多台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息包括:
    获取所述卡在所述位置的每台POS的交易记录;
    在所述卡仅与多台所述POS中的部分POS产生刷卡交易,且所述刷卡交易在时间上具有关联的交易顺序时,上报所述预警信息;
    在所述卡不存在与多台所述POS中的部分POS产生刷卡交易时,禁止上报所述预警信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述终端识别号码包括手机号码。
  5. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述卡包括以下至少之一:银行卡、信用卡。
  6. 一种基于销售终端POS套现的确定装置,包括:
    第一获取模块,设置为在POS产生刷卡交易后,获取与所述卡绑定的终 端识别号码;
    第二获取模块,设置为获取与所述终端识别号码对应的移动终端在产生所述刷卡交易时的位置,以及所述移动终端所处位置的POS数量;
    确定模块,设置为在所述移动终端所处位置的POS数量大于1台时,根据所述位置与产生所述刷卡交易的POS的注册位置匹配的结果确定是否上报预警信息,和/或,根据所述卡在所述位置的台POS的交易记录确定是否上报预警信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述确定模块包括:
    第一禁止单元,设置为在注册信息显示所述多台POS注册位置都相同,且所述移动终端所述位置与产生所述刷卡交易的POS注册位置匹配时,禁止上报所述预警信息;
    第一上报单元,设置为在所述注册信息显示所述多台POS注册位置不都相同,且所述移动终端位置指示为非法经营场所时,上报所述预警信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其中,所述确定模块包括:
    获取单元,设置为获取所述卡在所述位置的每台POS的交易记录;
    第二上报单元,设置为在所述卡仅与多台所述POS中的部分POS产生刷卡交易,且所述刷卡交易在时间上具有交易顺序时,上报所述预警信息;
    第二禁止单元,设置为在所述卡不存在与多台所述POS中的部分POS产生刷卡交易时,禁止上报所述预警信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8任一项所述的装置,其中,所述终端识别号码包括手机号码。
  10. 根据权利要求6至8任一项所述的装置,其中,所述卡包括以下至少之一:银行卡、信用卡。
