Description

一种折叠脚蹬及其折叠方法 技术领域
本发明涉及自行车脚蹬结构技术领域,具体涉及一种折叠脚蹬及其折叠方法。
背景技术
脚蹬是自行车、电动车和健身器材等产品上供使用者用脚去蹬踏以驱动相应装置的部件。在中国专利申请号为961028602、公开日为1997年10月22日、专利名称为“大脚蹬”的专利文件中公开了一种脚蹬,该专利文件中的脚蹬为不可折叠的,会导致存放不便,占用沿车身宽度方向的空间大,停放时脚蹬会干涉旁边的物体和人的走动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种折叠脚蹬及其折叠方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种折叠脚蹬,包括用于与自行车中轴配合的脚蹬架,所述脚蹬架为一空心框架,脚蹬架的内侧设有转板轴,转板轴上设有以转板轴轴线为中心旋转的转板组件,转板组件与脚蹬板轴固定连接,以及与脚蹬板轴连接的、以脚蹬板轴轴线为中心旋转的脚蹬板。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述转板组件包括与转板轴连接的转板,所述转板呈T状,转板上至少设有一个用于限定转板位置的销轴,所述销轴与压簧连接,压簧的另一端固定于转板上,销轴上设有与其设为一体的操纵杆,转板上设有与操纵杆配合的导向槽,脚蹬架上设有与销轴配合的销轴孔。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述销轴孔包括第一销轴孔及第二销轴孔。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述销轴设为同轴线两个,且压簧设置于两个销 轴之间,每个销轴上均设有一个用于使销轴移动的操纵杆。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述转板组件包括与转板轴连接的转板,所述的转板呈T状,转板内至少设有一滑槽,所述滑槽内设有沿滑槽方向移动的销块,销块通过拉簧与转板连接,所述的脚蹬架上设有用于限定销块位置的限位槽。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述滑槽设为两个,每个滑槽内均设有销块、且销块通过拉簧与转板连接,两个销块之间通过连接板固定。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述销块的末端设有抠手孔。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述转板轴与脚蹬板轴垂直设置。
所述的技术方案优选为,所述脚蹬架设有限位块,所述脚蹬板设有与所述限位块配合的卡槽,所述的脚蹬板设有开口凹槽。
一种折叠脚蹬的折叠方法,先使转板上的销轴或销块脱离限位,再以转板轴的轴线为中心旋转转板组件,通过转板组件的销轴与脚蹬架配合定位、或销块与脚蹬架配合定位,进而实现折叠脚蹬的折叠。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优越效果在于:以转板轴轴线为中心旋转转板组件,通过转板组件的销轴或销块与脚蹬架配合定位,实现转板组件与脚蹬架的位置折叠切换;结构简单,操作方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
如图1~4所示,一种折叠脚蹬,包括用于与自行车中轴配合的脚蹬架111,所述脚蹬架111为一空心框架,脚蹬架111的内侧设有转板轴112,转板轴112上设有以转板轴112的轴线为中心旋转的转板组件113,转板组件113与脚蹬板轴114固定连接,以及与脚蹬板轴114连接的、以脚蹬板轴114的轴线为中心旋转的脚蹬板115。
所述转板组件113包括与转板轴112连接的转板1131,所述转板1131呈T状,转板1131上设有两个用于限定转板1131位置的销轴1132,所述销轴1132与压簧1133连接,且压簧1133设置于两个销轴1132之间,每个销轴1132上均设有与其设为一体的、用于使销轴1132移动的操纵杆1134,所述操纵杆在转板1131上的导向槽1161中滑动,脚蹬架111上设有与销轴1132配合的销轴孔,销轴1132与销轴孔的横截面为圆形或长方形。
所述销轴孔包括第一销轴孔1162及第二销轴孔1168。第二销轴孔1168的孔径小于销轴1132的直径,并且将销轴1132的端部倒角或倒圆;第一销轴孔1162用于折叠脚蹬展开时与销轴1132配合、限位转板1131,第二销轴孔1168用于折叠时使销轴1132不完全限位,施加一个力就能将销轴1132从第二销轴孔1168中移出来。
所述转板轴112与脚蹬板轴114垂直设置。
所述脚蹬架111设有限位块1167,所述脚蹬板115设有与所述限位块1167在脚蹬板115折叠时限位的卡槽1169,所述的脚蹬板115设有开口凹槽1165。
折叠时,用两根手指捏住两个操纵杆1134,使转板1131上的销轴1132脱 离限位;以转板轴112轴线为中心旋转转板组件113,当脚蹬板115及转板1131与脚蹬架111的夹角为0度、且销轴1132在脚蹬架111的第二销轴孔1168定位时,实现折叠脚蹬的折叠;
展开折叠脚蹬时,抠住脚蹬板115的开口凹槽1165、并转动转板1131,当转板1131与脚蹬架111的夹角为90度时,销轴1132在压簧1133的作用下自动滑入脚蹬架111的第一销轴孔1162,将转板1131限位,实现折叠脚蹬的展开。
实施例2
如图5~8所示,一种折叠脚蹬,包括用于与自行车中轴配合的脚蹬架111,所述脚蹬架111为一空心框架,脚蹬架111的内侧设有转板轴112,转板轴112上设有以转板轴112的轴线为中心旋转的转板组件113,转板组件113与脚蹬板轴114固定连接,以及与脚蹬板轴114连接的、以脚蹬板轴114的轴线为中心旋转的脚蹬板115。所述转板组件113包括与转板轴112连接的转板1131,所述的转板1131呈T状,转板1131两侧设有两个滑槽1166,所述每个滑槽1166内设有沿其滑槽1166方向移动的销块1135,每侧的销块1135通过每侧的拉簧1136与转板连接,两个销块1135之间通过连接板1137固定;所述的脚蹬架111上设有用于限定销块1135位置的限位槽1164;销块1135、滑槽1166、限位槽1164的横截面为圆形、长方形、燕尾形中的一种。所述销块1135的末端设有抠手孔1163。所述转板轴112与脚蹬板轴114垂直设置。
所述脚蹬架111设有限位块1167,所述脚蹬板115设有与所述限位块1167在脚蹬板115折叠时限位的卡槽1169,所述的脚蹬板115设有开口凹槽1165。
折叠时,用手指抠住抠手孔1163,完全拉出销块1135;以转板轴112的轴线为中心旋转转板组件113,当脚蹬板115及转板1131与脚蹬架111的夹角为0度、且销块1135的端面顶住脚蹬架111时,实现折叠脚蹬的折叠。
展开折叠脚蹬时,抠住脚蹬板115开口凹槽1165,并转动转板1131,当转板1131与脚蹬架111的夹角为90度时,销块1135在拉簧1136的作用下自动滑入脚蹬架111的限位槽1164,将转板1131限位,实现折叠脚蹬的展开。
本发明并不限于上述实施方式,在不背离本发明的实质内容的情况下,本领域技术人员可以想到的任何变形、改进、替换均落入本发明的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,包括用于与自行车中轴配合的脚蹬架,所述脚蹬架为一空心框架,脚蹬架的内侧设有转板轴,转板轴上设有以转板轴轴线为中心旋转的转板组件,转板组件与脚蹬板轴固定连接,以及与脚蹬板轴连接的、以脚蹬板轴轴线为中心旋转的脚蹬板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述转板组件包括与转板轴连接的转板,所述转板呈T状,转板上至少设有一个用于限定转板位置的销轴,所述销轴与压簧连接,压簧的另一端固定于转板上,销轴上设有与其设为一体的操纵杆,转板上设有与操纵杆配合的导向槽,脚蹬架上设有与销轴配合的销轴孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述销轴孔包括第一销轴孔及第二销轴孔。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述销轴设为同轴线的两个,且压簧设置于两个销轴之间,每个销轴上均设有一个用于使销轴移动的操纵杆。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述转板组件包括与转板轴连接的转板,所述的转板呈T状,转板内至少设有一滑槽,所述滑槽内设有沿其滑槽方向移动的销块,销块通过拉簧与转板连接,所述的脚蹬架上设有用于限定销块位置的限位槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述滑槽设为两个,每个滑槽内均设有销块、且销块通过拉簧与转板连接,两个销块之间通过连接板固定。
  7. 根据权利要求5或6所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述销块的末端设有抠手孔。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述转板轴与脚蹬板轴垂直设置。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠脚蹬,其特征在于,所述脚蹬架设有限位块,所述脚蹬板设有与所述限位块配合的限位槽,所述的脚蹬板设有开口凹槽。
  10. 一种折叠脚蹬的折叠方法,其特征在于,先使转板上的销轴或销块脱离限位,再以转板轴的轴线为中心旋转转板组件,通过转板组件的销轴与脚蹬架配合定位、或销块与脚蹬架配合定位,进而实现折叠脚蹬的折叠。
