Description

多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套 技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,尤其是一种适用于人体外科手术和微创手术中的创口,创面及手术环境洁净保护器械,具体地说是一种多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套。
背景技术
众所周知,胸腹部是手术过程中经常有污血或混合有病原体的细菌液体溢出到手术创口上,对手术创口及创面造成污染;也可能有脱落的癌细胞或其他污染物,如胃酸,肠液,胆汁等,沾染到手术创口或创面上,造成癌细胞种植或手术损伤。这些溢出的液体量大时可以流到体腔外,甚至流出到手术床外,对手术床周围的环境及手术者体表造成污染。
传统的解决方法是用切口保护套将手术创口覆盖,以保护创口软组织不受上述液体污染,同时为了防止创口中的液体流出污染人体,通道需要在患者身上覆盖吸水布,同时在吸水布上与创口对应位置处开孔以便手术器械进入。但这种手术方式面临的问题是从创口中流出的液体如果溢出到创面,很容易沿着创面向手术创口方向渗透,会污染创面(胸腹部,皮肤及无菌单),并且会从吸水布下部渗入手术创口,造成手术创口污染。所以传统的手术创口保护套是不能防止溢出到手术创面的液体再污染创口和手术床周边环境的。为此,申请人设计了一款带有废液废物收集袋的保护套,较好地解决了手术过程中的废液污染问题,详见中国专利申请2015102034172,但该专利仍存在一个最大的问题是底环与开口环之间的距离调节不便,导致上环与创面不能紧密贴合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的带有废液收集袋的手术切口保护套存在的通用性差,定位不便的问题,设计一种高度可调、定位准确的多功能手术软组织创口保护套。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种多功能手术软组织创口保护套,其特征是它包括:
一废液或废物收集袋1,该废液或废物收集袋1由底片101和面片102组成,底片101和面片102的外侧连缘相连形成袋体,在底片101上开有手术通孔103,在面片102上设有废液或废物进入开口104,且废液或废物进入开口102)的面积大于手术通孔103的面积;
一插入人体内的底环3。该底环3插入人体后将人体组织推出底环外以便形成手术空间;
一翻转环4,该翻转环4位于废液或废物收集袋1上方,它既能调节与底环3之间的距离,又能防止手术中的废液或废物污染手术界面;翻转环4的内直径小于底环的内直径;
一医用内膜5,该医用内膜5用于连接底环3和翻转环4并形成手术通道6;
一定位环7,该定位环7与底片101上的手术通孔103的孔边密封相连,在定位环7与翻转环4之间连接有医用外膜8,从手术通道6中流出的废液越过翻转环4沿医用外膜8的外侧流经底片101的上表面而进入袋体中。
在所述的底片101和面片102之间设有支撑块2,该支撑块安装在面片102的废液或废物进入开口104周围,用于防止底片和面片吸合以便于废液或废物进入袋体中.
所述的支撑块2为条状海棉过滤网结构。
所述的废液或废物收集袋1连接有引流部件9,用于在手术过程中将积聚过多的废液排出袋体外。
所述的底环3也采用与翻转环相同的结构。
所述翻转环4为截面呈“8”字形的PTU环。
所述的面片102的开口104呈绉折状结构,以便于废液的流入。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明结构简单,定位可靠,实用性强,能明显改善手术视野,洁净手术环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-8所示。
一种多功能手术软组织创口保护套,它包括:
一废液或废物收集袋1,该废液或废物收集袋1由底片101(图3)和面片102(图4)组成,底片101和面片102的外侧连缘相连形成袋体(如图5所示),在底片101上开有手术 通孔103,在面片102上设有废液或废物进入开口104,且废液或废物进入开口102的面积大于手术通孔103的面积;为了防止在手术过程中将积聚过多,可在废液或废物收集袋1边缘处连接引流部件9,用于将过多的废液及时排出袋体外,而废物则可直接塞入袋体中,待手术结束后清理;
一支撑块2(如图7),该支撑块安装在前述面片102的废液或废物进入开口102周围,用于防止底片和面片吸合以便于废液或废物进入袋体中;支撑块2或采用条状或块状海棉过滤网;为了防止袋口变化,可在支撑块2的两边加粘结剂,将面片与底片相粘结,需要时也可揭开以便于将废物塞入袋体中。具体实施时,支撑块2也可省去,采用垫装医用棉花、纱布来代替支撑块,还可通过将开口设计成绉折状结构,在面片和底面之间形成通道,通过绉折使面片的开口不会吸合在底片上,当然还可采用其它保持废液进口通畅的方法,如果采用支撑块,则支撑块或设计成整体长条的,也可设计成多个小块状。
一插入人体内的底环3(可为医用PTU环);该底环3插入人体后将人体组织推出底环外以便形成手术空间,底环3可采用普通圆截面环,也可采用易翻转的8字,两花瓣形等易于翻转的结构;
一翻转环4,该翻转环4位于废液或废物收集袋1上方,它既能调节与底环3之间的距离,又能防止手术中的废液或废物污染手术界面;翻转环4的内直径小于底环的内直径;翻转环4最好采用图8所示的截面呈“8”字形的PTU环;
一医用内膜5,该医用内膜5用于连接底环3和翻转环4并形成手术通道6(见图6),非工作状态下,底环3通过医用内膜呈自由落体状悬置于翻转环4的下部;
一定位环7,该定位环7与底片101上的手术通孔103的孔边密封相连,在定位环7与翻转环4之间连接有医用外膜8(见图6),从手术通道6中流出的废液越过翻转环4沿医用外膜8的外侧流经底片101的上表面而进入袋体中,工作状态下,翻转环翻转后与定位环7相接触以便将底环和定位环分别夹紧在人体腹壁的内外表面上。
由上述部件组成的保护套的使用状态主视图如图1所示,立体结构示意图如图2所示。
在出厂时,可将废液或废物收集袋1向上收折,而底环呈自由悬吊状态,手术时,可将自由悬吊状态的底环3先放入腹腔中,将人体组织推开,再将废液或废物收集袋1打开,翻动翻转环使之与定位环相接触即可。手术中如发现底环的距离过大,也可先翻转底环,降低其悬吊高度再放入人体中。手述过程中人手术通道中流出或经手术器械或医用带出的废液直接从面片的开口104进入袋体中,即使滴落在翻转环上也会沿医用外膜进入袋体 中,不会对环境及患者体表造成污染。如果流出的液体过多,也可通过引流部件9(如负压吸引器)从袋体中及时排出。
本发明未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套,其特征是它包括:
    一废液或废物收集袋(1),该废液或废物收集袋(1)由底片(101)和面片(102)组成,底片(101)和面片(102)的外侧连缘相连形成袋体,在底片(101)上开有手术通孔(103),在面片(102)上设有废液或废物进入开口(104),且废液或废物进入开口(102)的面积大于手术通孔(103)的面积;
    一插入人体内的底环(3),该底环(3)插入人体后将人体组织推出底环外以便形成手术空间;
    一翻转环(4),该翻转环(4)位于废液或废物收集袋(1)上方,它既能调节与底环(3)之间的距离,又能防止手术中的废液或废物污染手术界面;翻转环(4)的内直径小于底环的内直径;
    一医用内膜(5),该医用内膜(5)用于连接底环(3)和翻转环(4)并形成手术通道(6);
    一定位环(7),该定位环(7)与底片(101)上的手术通孔(103)的孔边密封相连,在定位环(7)与翻转环(4)之间连接有医用外膜(8),从手术通道(6)中流出的废液越过翻转环(4)沿医用外膜(8)的外侧流经底片(101)的上表面而进入袋体中。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套,其特征是在所述的底片(101)和面片(102)之间设有支撑块(2),该支撑块安装在面片(102)的废液或废物进入开口(104)周围,用于防止底片和面片吸合以便于废液或废物进入袋体中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套,其特征是所述的支撑块(2)为条状海棉过滤网结构。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套,其特征是所述的废液或废物收集袋(1)连接有引流部件(9),用于在手术过程中将积聚过多的废液排出袋体外。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套,其特征是所述翻转环(4)为截面呈“8”字形或其它形状的可翻转的PTU环。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能手术软组织创口创面保护套,其特征是所述的面片(102)的开口(104)呈绉折状结构,以便于废液的流入。
