一种小基站及小基站用户认证的方法 技术领域
本发明涉及无线通信网络中的通信控制与管理的方法,尤其涉及一种小基站及小基站用户认证的方法。
背景技术

在现有的技术中,小基站作为一个小型的、低功耗的基站为移动用户提供通信服务,如图1所示,小基站通过小基站网关接入移动管理实体(MME)/服务网关(SGW),从而接入核心网,而且小基站为其覆盖范围内的终端提供无线通信业务。宏基站与MME/SGW之间有接口S1,宏基站与宏基站之间有接口X2,宏基站通过MME/SGW接入核心网,宏基站为其覆盖范围内的终端提供无线通信服务。小基站用户的信息一般保存在家庭用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)或归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)中,并通过HSS或HLR对小基站用户进行管理。
由于小基站一般部署是室内,特别是家庭里,而家庭用户服务器HSS或归属位置寄存器HLR一般由运营商部署,而部署在家庭内的小基站一般为家庭私有设备,如果通过运营商的家庭用户服务器或位置寄存器来管理用户,认证用户则会带来很大的不方便。
发明内容

如图2所示,本发明实施例提供一种小基站用户认证的方法,其中小基站(Femto或Femtocell或Home eNodeB)是一种小型的、低功率的基站,可以基于现有的3G,4G无线标准协议,甚至是未来的5G无线标准协议。所述小基站中保存有其闭合用户群(CSG,Closed Subscriber Group)用户列表,只有闭合用户群用户列表中的用户,才可以通过终端与小基站间的空中接口Uu接入小基站。因此,对所述小基站的管理主要也是通过对CSG用户列表的管理来实现的。
本发明实施例中,通过管理终端来实现对CSG用户列表的管理,来实现对小基站的便捷管理,其中管理终端具备管理小基站CSG用户列表的能力,也就是可增加、删除或更新小基站CSG用户列表中用户,从而实现对小基站用户的便捷管理和更新维护。所述小基站通过S1接口与小基站网关连接,所述小基站网关负责对小基站和核心网之间信令和数据进行汇集和转发。所述小基站网关通过S1接口与移动管理实体(MME)/服务网关(SGW)相连,所述MME/SGW负责用户的移动性管理,以及用户数据包的路由转发,其中MME通过S6a接口与家庭用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)或归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)进行通信,HSS或HLR中保存有用户的签约数据和相关信息。
实施例一:
如图3所示,本发明实施例一中一种小基站及小基站用户认证的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101、当终端进入小基站的覆盖范围时,终端向小基站发起接入请求,所述终端称为接入终端,所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的国际移动用户识别码(IMSI, International Mobile Subscriber Identity)信息;
步骤102、所述小基站收到所述接入终端的接入请求后,判断接入终端的IMSI是否在其CSG用户列表中,如果所述接入终端在所述CSG用户列表中,则同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则所述小基站向HSS或HLR请求所述接入终端的签约信息;
步骤103、所述小基站接收来自所述HSS或HLR的所述接入终端的签约信息,并从所述签约信息中解析出与所述IMSI对应的所述接入终端的手机号码;
步骤104、如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则请求管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
步骤105、所述管理终端接收来自所述小基站请求判断是否同意接入终端接入所述小基站的请求消息后,进行判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,并将所述判断结果发送给所述小基站;
步骤106、如果所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则所述小基站向所述接入终端发送同意接入的响应消息并可以同时将所述接入终端的IMSI和接入终端的手机号码两者中的至少一个添加到所述小基站的CSG用户列表中。
一方面,上述小基站用户认证的方法中:
所述小基站接收接入终端发送的接入请求,其中所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的IMSI信息;
所述小基站判断接入终端的IMSI是否在其CSG用户列表中,如果所述接入终端在所述CSG用户列表中,则同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则所述小基站向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码;
如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则请求管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
所述小基站接收所述管理终端的判断结果,并根据所述判断结果确定是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站。
其中,所述服务器包括家庭用户服务器HSS或归属位置寄存器HLR。所述小基站向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码包括:
所述小基站向家庭用户服务器HSS或归属位置寄存器HLR请求所述接入终端的签约 信息;
所述小基站接收来自所述HSS或HLR的所述接入终端的签约信息,并从所述签约信息中解析出与所述IMSI对应的所述接入终端的手机号码。
另一方面,如图4和5所述,在上述小基站用户认证的方法中:
所述管理终端接收小基站的判断请求,所述判断请求包括所述小基站请求管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站,所述判断请求中携带所述接入终端的身份标识ID或者所述接入终端的手机号码;
所述管理终端向所述管理终端的用户呈现是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站或者加入所述小基站的CSG用户列表的对话框,如果所述用户进行选择同意的操作,则向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果所述用户进行选择不同意的操作,则向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果;或者
所述管理终端将所述接入终端的手机号码与所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录进行匹配,如果所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录中有所述接入终端的手机号码,则向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录中均没有所述接入终端的手机号码,向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果。
此外,如果所述接入终端的接入号码在所述管理终端的通话记录中,则判断所述接入终端的通话记录的次数或通话时长是否超过一预设值,如果超过则向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果不超过则向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果。
上述小基站接收的如果是所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果或响应消息时,所述小基站向所述接入终端发送同意接入的通知同时将所述接入终端加入所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表。
当所述终端收到所述小基站反馈的闭合用户群用户列表时,在所述终端闭合用户群用户列表管理界面中呈现所述用户列表。如果所述小基站反馈的闭合用户群用户列表包括用户ID和手机号码,则如表1所示,直接显示用户ID和手机号码。如果小基站反馈的闭合用户群用户列表中只包括手机号码,则将所述小基站反馈的手机号码与终端中的联系人的手机号码进行匹配,如果终端联系人中有手机号码与小基站反馈的手机号码匹配,则用户ID显示匹配到的联系人ID,否则用户ID可显示为空。

当所述终端中在闭合用户群用户列表中增加用户时,可从所述终端联系人列表中选择需要增加的联系人及其手机号码,将选择的联系人及其手机号码增加至终端的CSG用户列表中,并将增加的联系人及手机号码信息发送至小基站,通知小基站在其闭合用户群用户列表中增加这些联系人及手机号码。小基站收到增加的联系人及手机号码后,保存到小基站闭合用户群用户列表中。进一步,如果小基站中没有保存手机号码相应的IMSI号码,则小基站向家庭用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server,HSS)或归属位置寄存器(Home Location Register,HLR)请求手机号码对应的IMSI号码,小基站将接收到的IMSI号码与闭合用户群用户列表中对应的手机号码保存起来。
当所述终端中在CSG用户列表中删除用户时,选择相应的CSG用户列表中的用户,删除所选择的用户的手机号码及用户ID,并将选择的所述CSG ID用户列表中用户的手机号码发送至所述小基站,通知所述小基站在器闭合用户群用户列表中删除相应用户的信息。所述小基站收到该通知后,在其闭合用户群用户列表中删除对应用户的信息。
实施例二:
如图6所示,本实施三中的一种无线通信系统,包括小基站、接入终端和管理终端。
所述接入终端向小基站发起接入请求,所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的国际移动用户识别码(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity)信息;
所述小基站收到所述接入终端的接入请求后,判断接入终端的IMSI是否在其CSG用户列表中,如果所述接入终端在所述CSG用户列表中,则同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则所述小基站向所述小基站向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码;
如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则请求管理终端判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
所述管理终端接收来自所述小基站请求判断是否同意将接入终端加入到所述小基站的CSG用户列表的请求消息后,判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,并将所述判 断结果发送给所述小基站;
如果所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则向所述接入终端发送同意接入的响应消息,否则发送拒接接入的响应消息。
如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则请求管理终端判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
所述管理终端接收来自所述小基站请求判断是否同意将接入终端加入到所述小基站的CSG用户列表的请求消息后,判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,并将所述判断结果发送给所述小基站;
如果所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则向所述接入终端发送同意接入的响应消息,否则发送拒接接入的响应消息。
上述小基站,包括:
接收模块,用于接收接收接入终端发送的接入请求,其中所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的IMSI信息;
发送模块,用于向终端或其它基站发送信息;
存储模块,用于存储CSG用户列表;
处理模块,用于判断接入终端的国际移动用户识别码IMSI是否在所述存储模块存储的CSG用户列表中,如果所述接入终端在所述闭合用户群CSG用户列表中,则同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则通过所述发送模块与接收模块向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码,如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则通过发送模块发送请求给管理终端以请求所述管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
所述处理模块根据接收模块接收到的所述管理终端的判断结果,根据所述判断结果判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站。

所述处理模块用于当所述接入终端的接入号码在所述管理终端的通话记录中时,判断所述接入终端的通话记录的次数或通话时长是否超过一预设值,如果超过则通过所述发送模块向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果不超过则通过所述发送模块向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果。
实施例三:
如图6所示,本发明实施例四,提供一种小基站,所述小基站包括:
发送模块,用于广播所述小基站闭合用户群标识(CSG ID,Closed Subscriber Group Identity),其中只有属于所述闭合用户群的终端才可以接入该基站;
接收模块,用于接收接入终端的请求,所述请求包括所述接入终端向所述小基站请求所述小基站当前的闭合用户群用户列表;
存储模块,用于存储CSG ID以及所述当前闭合用户群用户列表;
处理模块,用于判断所述接入终端是否具有管理所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表的权限,如果有则将所述小基站当前的闭合用户群用户列表反馈给所述终端,所述小基站反馈的闭合用户群用户列表至少包括一个终端的手机号码;
所述接收模块,还用于接收所述接入终端发送的修改后的所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表,所述修改包括所述接入终端增加、删除或更改所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表中 的用户。
如图6所示,本发明实施例四还提供一种终端,所述终端包括:
接收模块,用于接收述小基站广播的闭合用户群标识;
发送模块,用于向所述小基站发送信息;
存储模块,用于存储闭合用户群标识列表;
处理模块,用于判断所述闭合用户群标识是否在所述存储模块所保存的闭合用户群标识列表之内,如果是,则通过发送模块向所述小基站发送接入请求;
所述处理模块在所述终端成功接入所述小基站后,通过发送模块向所述小基站请求所述小基站当前的闭合用户群用户列表;
所述处理模块,在所述接收模块收到所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表后,对所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表进行管理,所述管理包括增加、删除或更改用户列表中的用户。
所述处理模块还用于从所述存储模块中存储的日程中获取日程安排信息,确定是否有访客来访,并确定访客的手机号码及来访时间;
根据访客来访时间,在访客来访前通过所述发送模块通知所述小基站将所述访客的手机号码添加到所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表中,并在来访时间结束后,通过发送模块通知所述小基站将访客的手机号码从所述闭合用户群用户列表中删除。
所述发送模块向所述小基站发送请求,请求所述小基站检测闭合用户群用户列表中的终端用户是否在所述小基站覆盖范围内;
所述处理模块根据所述小基站的检测结果判断如果在一定的时间周期内所述终端用户没有进行测量上报或没有接入所述小基站,则通知所述小基站将所述终端用户从所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表中删除,所述周期比所述小基站的无线通信系统中的调度周期长。
所述终端还包括一呈现模块,用于在所述终端闭合用户群用户列表管理界面中呈现所述用户列表,如果所述小基站反馈的闭合用户群用户列表包括用户ID和手机号码,直接显示用户ID和手机号码;如果小基站反馈的闭合用户群用户列表中只包括手机号码,则将所述小基站反馈的手机号码与终端中的联系人的手机号码进行匹配,如果终端联系人中有手机号码与小基站反馈的手机号码匹配,则用户ID显示匹配到的联系人ID,否则用户ID可显示为空。
所述处理模块用于从所述存储模块中存储的联系人列表中选择需要增加的联系人及与所述联系人对应的手机号码或者仅选择需要增加的手机号码,将选择的联系人及与所述 联系人对应手机号码或者仅将选择的手机号码增加至终端的闭合用户群用户列表中,并将增加的联系人及手机号码信息或仅将需要增加的手机号码发送至所述小基站,通知所述小基站在其闭合用户群用户列表中增加所述联系人及手机号码或者仅增加所述手机号码。

    小基站接收接入终端发送的接入请求,其中所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的IMSI信息;
    所述小基站判断接入终端的国际移动用户识别码IMSI是否在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,如果所述接入终端的IMSI在所述闭合用户群用户列表中,则同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的CSG用户列表中,则所述小基站向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码;
    如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,则所述小基站请求管理终端判断是否同意所述接入终端接入接入所述小基站;
    所述小基站接收所述管理终端的是否同意所述终端接入的判断结果,并根据所述判断结果确定是否同意将所述接入终端的接入请求;
    如果所述小基站收到所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,则向所述接入终端发送同意接入的响应消息,否则发送拒绝所述接入终端接入的响应消息。
  2. 权利要求1所述的小基站用户认证的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器包括家庭用户服务器HSS或归属位置寄存器HLR,其中所述小基站向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码包括:

    所述小基站接收来自所述HSS或HLR的所述接入终端的签约信息,并从所述签约信息中解析出与所述IMSI对应的所述接入终端的手机号码。
  3. 权利要求1或2所述的小基站用户认证的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述判断结果,如果所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则所述小基站向所述接入终端发送同意接入的通知,否则发送拒绝所述接入终端接入的通知包括:
    如果所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则所述小基站向所述接入终端发送同意接入的通知同时将所述接入终端加入所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表。
  4. 一种小基站用户认证的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    管理终端接收小基站的判断请求,所述判断请求包括所述小基站请求管理终端判断 是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站,所述判断请求中携带所述接入终端的身份标识ID或者所述接入终端的手机号码;
    所述管理终端向所述管理终端的用户呈现是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的对话框,如果所述用户进行选择同意的操作,则向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果所述用户进行选择不同意的操作,则向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果。
  5. 一种小基站用户认证的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    管理终端接收小基站的判断请求,所述判断请求包括所述小基站请求管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站,所述判断请求中携带所述接入终端的身份标识ID或者所述接入终端的手机号码;
    所述管理终端将所述接入终端的手机号码与所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录进行匹配,如果所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录中有所述接入终端的手机号码,则向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录中均没有所述接入终端的手机号码,向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的小基站用户认证的方法,其特征在于:在所述管理终端将所述接入终端的手机号码与所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录进行匹配,如果所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录中有所述接入终端的手机号码,则向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果所述管理终端的联系人或通话记录中均没有所述接入终端的手机号码,向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果的步骤中,包括:如果所述接入终端的接入号码在所述管理终端的通话记录中,则所述管理终端判断所述接入终端的通话记录的次数或通话时长是否超过一预设值,如果超过则向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,如果不超过则向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果。
  7. 一种小基站及小基站用户认证的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    终端向小基站发起接入请求,所述终端称为接入终端,所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的国际移动用户识别码(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity)信息;
    所述小基站收到所述接入终端的接入请求后,判断接入终端的IMSI是否在所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表中,如果所述接入终端在所述闭合用户群用户列表中,则同意所述 接入终端接入所述小基站;
    如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,则所述小基站向所述小基站向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码;
    如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,则请求管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
    所述管理终端接收来自所述小基站请求判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的请求消息后,判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,并将所述判断结果发送给所述小基站;
    如果所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则所述小基站向所述接入终端发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的响应消息;
    如果所述管理终端不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则所述小基站向所述接入终端发送拒绝所述接入终端接入所述小基站的响应消息。

    接收模块,用于接收接收接入终端发送的接入请求,其中所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的IMSI信息;
    发送模块,用于向终端或其它基站发送信息;
    存储模块,用于存储闭合用户群用户列表;
    处理模块,用于判断接入终端的国际移动用户识别码IMSI是否在所述存储模块存储的闭合用户群用户列表中,如果所述接入终端在所述闭合用户群用户列表中,则同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,则通过所述发送模块与接收模块向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码,如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,则通过发送模块发送请求给管理终端以请求所述管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
    所述处理模块根据接收模块接收到的所述管理终端的判断结果,根据所述判断结果判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站。
  10. 权利要求9所述的小基站,其特征在于,所述服务器包括家庭用户服务器HSS或归属位置寄存器HLR,其中所述处理模块通过所述发送模块与接收模块向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码包括:
    所述发送模块向HSS或HLR请求所述接入终端的签约信息;
    所述接收模块接收来自所述HSS或HLR的所述接入终端的签约信息;
    所述处理模块从所述签约信息中解析出与所述IMSI对应的所述接入终端的手机号码。

    接收模块,用于接收小基站的判断请求,所述判断请求包括所述小基站请求管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站,所述判断请求中携带所述接入终端的身份标识ID或者所述接入终端的手机号码;
    存储模块,用于存储所述闭合用户群用户列表、联系人以及通话记录;
    呈现模块,用于向所述终端的使用用户呈现是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站或者加入所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表的对话框;
    发送模块,用于在所述使用用户选择同意的操作时向所述小基站发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果,在所述使用用户选择不同意的操作时向所述小基站发送不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的判断结果;

  13. 一种无线通信系统,包括小基站、接入终端和管理终端,其特征在于,
    所述接入终端向小基站发起接入请求,所述接入请求中携带所述接入终端的国际移动用户识别码(IMSI,International Mobile Subscriber Identity)信息;
    所述小基站收到所述接入终端的接入请求后,判断接入终端的IMSI是否在所述小基站闭合用户群用户列表中,如果所述接入终端在所述闭合用户群用户列表中,则同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
    如果所述接入终端的IMSI不在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,则所述小基站向所述小基站向服务器获取与所述IMSI对应的手机号码;
    如果所述接入终端手机号码不在所述小基站的闭合用户群用户列表中,则请求管理终端判断是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站;
    所述管理终端接收来自所述小基站的是否同意将所述接入终端接入所述小基站的消息后,进行判断是否同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,并将所述判断结果发送给所述小基站;
    如果所述管理终端同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则所述小基站向所述接入终端发送同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站的响应消息;
    如果所述管理终端不同意所述接入终端接入所述小基站,则所述小基站向所述接入终端发送拒绝所述接入终端接入所述小基站的响应消息。
